What's going on? I just called and heard "The number isn't in service." Closed?

I used to be a frequent guest at "Typically Indian," but it seems the owner and staff changed about a year ago! I'm a very discerning critic of international cuisine, but what's a burger or a schnitzel doing on a menu when the restaurant, or what's left of it, has completely lost its way under the name "Typically Indian"? I come from a family of restaurateurs and worked myself a few years ago in an Indian/Nepalese restaurant known as "Himalaya," which boasts a very authentic Indian atmosphere and correspondingly high-quality cuisine. It was located near the Wilhelmshöhe train station in Kassel from its inception. Today, the popular "Himalaya" restaurant has reopened in the Atrium after three years. It has regained its former prominence in terms of quality, highly attentive service, and stylish atmosphere. And when I say "Typically Indian," I mean when Nepalese cuisine significantly enhances the Indian flavors. My recommendation: the Himalaya in the Atrium in Kassel.

The restrooms are clean and tidy. I like to make a stop here.

Viet Nam Plus is an absolute highlight for me. The duck with fried noodles was simply the best I've ever eaten – perfectly cooked, incredibly aromatic, and superbly balanced. You can immediately tell that the food is cooked with skill and love. The homemade lychee drink with mint and lime was equally exceptional: extremely refreshing, naturally flavorful, and the perfect complement to the meal. This restaurant clearly stands out in terms of quality, where everything is just right. For me, it's a definite top spot in Lohfelden – highly recommended!

At the Heidekrug, at the Heidekrug, Our Heidi is doing well there, The food is absolutely amazing, The cocktail tastes of flour and fruit, And when I stagger home to my room at night, The door is open, you little silly thing! 😉
