It was great with you! The food was super tasty. The service was super friendly and even though the beer garden was full, we never waited long. Eating like with friends. A special thank you to Angie, who kept everyone in a good mood throughout the evening. We will definitely come back when we are “in the country” again.

We were again at the Zum Landstreicher restaurant at Kotzsschenbroder Straße 20, 01139 Dresden on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, and once again we were not disappointed. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, which made our visit particularly pleasant. The quality of the food was excellent, just like last time. What's particularly pleasing is that you can enjoy half a liter of tasty beer here for less than EUR 5.00 - a real highlight! We walked to the restaurant with our little dog without a reservation and still got a nice seat on the outside terrace. It's really great that the restaurant is also pet-friendly and it's so easy to find a seat. We can highly recommend the Restaurant Zum Landstreicher and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Great atmosphere on the banks of the Elbe in Kaditz. Home cooking. Unfortunately, one flaw was the service: After I dared to ask after 50 minutes what the food was like, I was answered: "The food here is fresh. Next time, go to a fast-food restaurant." The cheap dumpling mix dumplings somehow don't quite fit the saying.

The boss occupied the best table as an office, wanted to put us in the last corner and refused to serve us in the beer garden because it might rain. Thank you very much too. We spent our 167.50 euros in a shamrock. IN THE BEER GARDEN. Calculate wages in the guest room during operation. This is exactly the answer we expected!!! There is nothing to add.......

The waiting times are optimal, which means that the meals are freshly prepared and There is nothing to complain about in terms of taste. Stay on June 20, 2024 We were there for lunch. Since we have been there several times, I can say that it was consistently very good. The food was always on point, both in terms of taste and portion size. The service was always nice and appropriate and the atmosphere was pleasantly rustic without seeming old-fashioned. We will come back.

After many years we were back in the area where we grew up and of course the tramp was part of it. It's just incredibly beautiful here, the ambience is amazing with a view of the Elbe and the service is extremely accommodating. However, with a lot of customers, we had to be patient, which didn't put a damper on the whole thing. However, I have to deduct one point for the food. I had the barbecue pan and the piece of ribs was more than dry and tough, I had already read that in the reviews, so I have to clarify again or, better yet, leave it out. We would love to come back.

Yesterday there was beer and bratwurst to go. We felt like we were back in the “old days” when the beer garden was still open. And so we sat opposite in the wonderful sunshine like two chickens on the perch. With the necessary safety distance from third parties, of course.

In terms of quality, I take the Spitzhaus in Radbeuel as the mass of things. Here in the tramp I had to realize that the Spitzhaus can dress warmly. It's not easy to see in the photo, but the goods were extremely fresh, of great quality and perfectly prepared. There was nothing to complain about at all. The food came quickly, as did the drinks and the service was friendly and nice. Last summer we went there for ice cream and, apart from the fact that it was expensive, it was indistinguishable from anything you could make at home. There wasn't even a glass suitable for ice cream. Well, anyway, that was first class.

The four of us ended up there spontaneously, found it very nice outside and got seats. The food was very tasty. Our waiter was super nice and funny.. very attentive.. everything was very good.. We'll come back when we are back in Dresden.

The only people who enjoyed it there were the sweet sparrows. We weren't satisfied. Unfortunately, anyone who serves mashed potatoes out of a bag has already lost. Excessive amounts of onions on both dishes, which simply makes them look like rich dishes. Liver still bloody without asking first. Unfortunately, absolutely not convincing. Service but friendly!

We were here “out of necessity” six months ago because the other restaurant had already closed its kitchen. It was terrific 😍 the food tasted very good, the conditions were friendly and the view was intoxicating. That's why we came here again today. Unfortunately the map has been changed. Unfortunately, the grill plate was a bit dry (the meat), the vegetables were fried to death in oil, my husband had the roulade - it was very small & the sauce was a bit too salty. But still there are four stars because we were too excited the first time 😊

A must for people who like it clocky. We have been regular customers for years and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately, it's hard to get a spot on the weekend without a reservation. Eat good, home-style cooking and plenty of it. I'm a good eater and have always been full. The conditions are brisk and polite, but also have a lot of sayings on their lips.

When the weather is good, you can sit nicely in front of the restaurant with a view of the Elbe. In our opinion it was a bit cramped and dark inside, but that's a matter of taste. A great restaurant that is very comfortably furnished. In summer you can relax on the terrace with a view of the Elbe. Very friendly and helpful staff who cater to every wish. The price/performance ratio is also right here and the food is always top. I can recommend the knuckle and the schnitzel XXL with fried potatoes 😊

Due to the location and the super friendly service, the restaurant deserves a better rating. Now we come to the BUT, because the food and the long wait for it significantly detract from the overall impression. When we ordered our food, we were informed that we would have to wait an hour for the food, but in the end it was over 1.5 hours. Unfortunately, the quality of the food wasn't good either, because the chicken liver was completely fried and therefore dry. The meat in the barbecue pan was also completely cooked through and therefore tough. That's a real shame, especially considering the waiting time, and even though there was a compensatory shot because of my complaint, that doesn't add up to the rating. It's a shame actually.

Finally back in the restaurant, amazing! The Landstreicher is well located, right on the Elbe cycle path, and public transport is not far either. However, things aren't looking so good with parking spaces. The food is very good, tasty and plentiful. The staff is friendly and always tries to be prompt, even when the number of visitors is high. It's cozy on the terrace and you have a beautiful view of the Elbe.

Please make reservations by telephone. Maybe old-fashioned manners, but you learn to appreciate good manners again And that's exactly how it is to stop there. Good home cooking, a welcoming, not too bright atmosphere. Good food, good service, good prices. We like to come again and again. Uriges, gemütliches, Lokal direkt an der Elbe mit Biergarten. Gut zu erreichen auch mit ÖPNV. Gute bürgerliche Küche und preiswerter Mittagstisch in der Woche. Essen war sehr lecker. Leider war das WC kaputt und es war ein WC-Notcontainer im Biergarten aufgestellt. Leider besonders für Frauen ist dort Schlangestehen angesagt, schlecht bei Regenwetter.

A short statement about the restaurant “Landstreicher” on the Elbe. It's been a wonderful stay for years whenever you feel hungry. Nice staff and the food was delicious... home cooking. But today, in February 2024, we wanted to take another little detour, but... we were hungry... a grits sausage now costs €14.10 WITHOUT a filling side dish. The supplement is €3.70. This, we think, is out of proportion. We certainly realize that times have changed, but such an intense price increase is unfair despite the additional VAT. We are aware of that. We really loved this restaurant. I for one will not visit this restaurant again. Just had a coffee today. This has not increased in price. It's a shame, but you have to set limits.

I like coming to this restaurant, the food tastes excellent and again and again. Otherwise, it would be great if the sanitary facilities were put back into operation and you didn't have to walk across the yard to get into a container.

Even though we didn't make a reservation on a Saturday, we got a table for 2 hours. The waiter was super nice! Can't make the food better! Big praise to the chef and the entire team! We ate beef cheeks and 1/2 duck! The cheeks are as tender as butter, a dream, the duck is delicious, the red cabbage - I couldn't have done it better myself! The dark beer - black abbot - tasty, simply awesome! Great restaurant - lovingly decorated! If we're in Dresden again, we'll definitely come back for dinner!

We were here with a larger group. Lucky that everyone got seats, no if there are more than 10 people you have to book in advance. So we sat at a huge table. The staff was really friendly and nice. The selection of dishes is very good. The restaurant was very busy and is apparently popular. That's where it starts, for the prices quoted I expect great food. Personally, my food was good but not great. Others were happier. For me there was still room for improvement. Speaking of air, the ambience was really good, but unfortunately there was a constant smell of toilet, which then intensified. That was really annoying. When I come back I hope things get better. Otherwise we would have been very satisfied and stayed longer.

Good home cooking, very friendly staff, price/performance ratio is great (you should really be hungry 😉) extra requests are taken into account when ordering and also implemented precisely in the kitchen.
