I can only give my rating for the gyros/gyros meat, both chicken and pork gyros, they taste really, very good, and of course tzatziki tastes just as good Service is quick. Prices are very good for today anyway, a gyros pitta for six euros with tzatziki, whoever complains... The rest of the dishes will probably taste just as good, but I haven't tried them. I give them 5 stars

Ordered home delivery: meat platter for 2. Unfortunately very disappointing for the price (€27.00), mini portion of fries, only 2 small mini chivapchichi and the skewers and steak were unfortunately too dry. :( Gyros was ok but very salty. There was no goodwill over the phone Answer for owners: I can see from the other answers here in the reviews that you always look for the problem with the customer, never with you or your employees. Please carry on like this. The customers will see how unfriendly and unaccommodating their behavior is. Nothing was taken down on the plate I photographed!! Your style scares away customers!! Not wanting to help me because the colleague who prepared it is off work is ridiculous. ✌️ But hey you have to know what you do is your business. In any case, you won't get my recommendation.!!

They are actually always satisfied. Pretty good gyros for a snack bar. It's just a shame that shish kebab is no longer offered

As it is often said, pictures speak more than a thousand words. Today we ordered from 'Zum Griechen' for the first time, but unfortunately our ordering experience was not satisfactory. The meat wasn't cooked sufficiently, and the Liricher sausage was also very cold and didn't taste convincing. In addition, the tzatziki was missing from the Taxa plate. The delivery time was also above average and was one hour. Overall, we can unfortunately say that we are disappointed with this gyro and will not order from this provider in the future. Constructive criticism is of great importance. I recommend working harder on the preparation of gyros. You should also pay attention to a suitable cooking level when ordering. Furthermore, it is appropriate to serve tzatziki right from the start, as is usual in an authentic Greek restaurant. The supplier did not comment in detail, but this is not absolutely necessary. Nevertheless, a friendly 'Good evening' would definitely be appropriate. I would like to share my experiences honestly: Unfortunately, I had to throw away the food after a short time because we couldn't consume it completely and the cold sausage was no longer edible. One star seems appropriate to me in this case, as we were served a dish this evening that was actually not edible. The fries were of a standard standard while the meat was truly inedible - this is not meant as a personal criticism. The currywurst sauce was also quite typical.

Never again, it wasn't worth the money. Got raw meat. In terms of taste, there are much better ones in Oberhausen. I'm very surprised at the ratings given here. Ordered there based on the review. A shame for all Greek restaurants.

Ordered for a total of 50 euros (4 meals). Delivery was quick, portions reminded me of children's portions. Bifteki were still partly raw and were therefore allowed to fry in our pan. Not 5 stars in terms of taste. When it comes to deliveries, you should expect that they will not be the same size as if you were eating on site. No need to repeat!

We ordered food on the weekend and it was delivered. We have ordered there many times. On the second to last order, half of the delivery was missing, so we decided against tipping. In Germany, tipping is voluntary and a form of appreciation. The driver spit in the hallway as he left the house. We complained to the restaurant by phone about this behavior. The owner said: “I can’t imagine that”. We explained to the owner that we were surprised that the delivery person took so long to leave the house, i.e. longer than usual, and my husband observed the situation through the peephole. Only then did the owner apologize for her supplier's behavior. We won't be ordering there anymore. If the driver spits on the floor in our house, you don't know if the next order will be spit in the food.

Delicious! Prices totally OK. I'd love to come back there.

So if you like burnt gyros and over salt... Welcome If I unpack the fries and the mayo is everywhere but not on the fries then something has gone wrong. Never again . I love Greek food but this was under the sun

I ordered by phone today on August 28th, 2024. Taxi plate, curry meatball and shashlik. Unfortunately almost everything ended up in the trash, except for the fries, unfortunately nothing was edible. The currywurst sat on the plate for an apparently long time, gyros were totally over salted, several had curry meatballs pieces of any hard cartilage. Shish kebab was not yet cooked and therefore totally tough. It's really a shame, but the lady from the delivery service was very nice.

Just ordered for the first time. Taxi plate, please with Jägersause. It was delivered with curry sauce that I can't eat. At least you could have said that and not just added an extra portion of Jägersause... Should I put this over the curry sauce?? A pity...

Have already eaten on site and had it delivered several times. It's always been very tasty so far. Super flavorful gyros... Today, however, the absolute catastrophe, when the delivery man took the order I thought he wanted to eat one. No smile, grumpy facial expression, along the lines of, I actually don't want the job here. The gyro and fries were cold. Meat in tzatziki and the fries soaked in salad dressing because the salad was placed on the same plate. Two different salads, one of which consisted only of corn and disgusting beetroot from a jar. Therefore the meat and fries looked very unappetizing. Burger was ok. Then we ordered spaghetti carbonara, which had no taste at all, except for a lot of oregano, I think. It was still extremely lumpy and fat. Dear Greek team, you've done better... please try harder again. You shouldn't forget that your guests/customers won't find their money on the street either. We threw the spaghetti carbonara in the trash. It was really inedible... I found it really annoying, especially since our son didn't have anything to eat...🤨 so I had to go to the stove after all.

Here even one star is too many! Gypsy schnitzel with fries and salad ordered via Lieferando only the schnitzel comes. At Lieferando, according to the unfriendly aunt on the phone, there is an additional supplement. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!

I always have food delivered to my home and have eaten almost everything. I think this is the best chip shop there is in Oberhausen. I live just outside Essen.

You definitely don't want to please anyone Ordered today. Gyros very dry and burnt. About 15 fries. Everything drowned in tzatziki. But now the kicker...cucumber salad in cream was sour. The pizza rolls were from yesterday. It's probably hot, but if I threw it at someone there would be a bruise. No one would notice that they put something like that out there and think??! The delivery person was too lazy and I had to take the food out of the box myself. Conclusion: disgusting catastrophe. A complaint was made about Lieferando and the money was refunded

I ordered at 8:45 p.m. It arrived at 9:15 p.m. even though it was previously claimed to take 1 hour. I was surprised when I opened the bowls and everything wasn't even lukewarm anymore. In my opinion, remove everything quickly before the store closes, regardless of whether it is cold or warm. Never again !! When you call you are told if you want hot food you should show up on site. Then I don't need to order anything, my opinion...

We really always liked ordering... Until at some point the food arrived cold and today the gyro was so salty I couldn't finish it and you absolutely couldn't eat the salad either...

Ein super Imbiss wenn es mal schnell gehen muss. Das Essen schmeckt immer und wird schnell zubereitet. Absolute Empfehlung das GYROS!

Zum ersten Mal bestellt und super begeistert gewesen. Im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen stimmt hier Preis Leistung! Lecker, schnell und freundlich.

Wirkliche gute und leckere Gerichte beim Griechen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Gyros überbacken. Und richtig gut sind die Partyplatten. Habe ich mittlerweile zum zweiten Mal bestellt und meine Gäste waren jedes Mal begeistert. Preis und Leistung sind angemessen.

Essen wurde zu einem festen Zeitpunkt bestellt und ist pünktlich gekommen. Fahrerin war sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und das Highlight ist die "gerollte Pita". 😋 Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen 😃

Ich habe heute zum ersten Mal hier bestellt und war erstaunt. Das Essen war innerhalb 30min bei mir. Das Gyros war auch sehr lecker und man hat direkt geschmeckt, dass es vom Spieß kommt. Tzatziki kommt auf jeden Fall mit Knofi um die Ecke, allerdings gerade perfekt! Pommes sind halt Pommes. Großer Pluspunkt, dass die schön knusprig sind. Zum Preis: Fast schon ein wenig zu günstig für das Essen. Vor allem wenn man sich das restliche Angebot in der Bestellwelt der Umgebung anschaut.

Ich liebe euer Gyros! Hähnchen und Schwein! Beides schmeckt unfassbar lecker! Und das Jägerschnitzel schmeckt auch richtig gut, besonders eure Jägersoße ist sehr lecker! Meine Portionen sind immer gut und ihr seid sehr freundlich und nett. Frühere Öffnungszeiten wären noch besser.

Seit Jahren zufrieden dort. Meist 2-4x im Monat was geholt dort, allerdings sind die Preise scheinbar erneut gestiegen. 3,50€ heute wieder mehr bezahlt also noch letztes Wochenende. Da ist der Punkt für uns persönlich jetzt überschritten und schauen uns neu um.

Toller Laden,sehr freundlich Personal ganz cool und locker!Und zum Essen einfach spitzenmäßig das Gyros ist einmalig alles andere auch super vom Essen und sehr gute Portionen und preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt auch!Kann ich nur empfehlen

Eigentlich lecker. Nur das gegrillte Fleisch ist in letzter Zeit sehr trocken und hard. Kaufe ich nicht mehr. Und die Metaxasoße schmeckt nur noch nach Sahne. Schade.

Afgelopen zaterdag wezen eten. Het is een klein Grieks restaurantje waar het meest afgehaald werd. Heel veel keuze en vriendelijke mensen ! Het eten is er heerlijk. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Der Gyros und Currywurst sind zwar lecker, aber der Rest ist nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. Hab eine Pizza bestellt die nicht Mal geschmeckt hat.
