Zum Flaucher in München

Ich war heute mit meinem Kumpel zum zweiten Mal dort essen. Das Essen war wirklich super lecker und auch die Nachspeise (Apfelstrudel mit Vanillesoße) war echt klasse. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich werde 100% wieder kommen.

Dieser Biergarten ist für uns inzwischen wie ein zweites Wohnzimmer geworden. Wir kommen mehrmals pro Woche hierher – nicht nur wegen des schönen Spielplatzes, sondern vor allem wegen der unglaublich herzlichen Atmosphäre. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgen dafür, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Während die Kinder spielen und Spaß haben, können die Erwachsenen entspannt zusammensitzen und die gemütliche Umgebung genießen. Es gibt nur wenige Orte, an denen man sich so wohl und zuhause fühlt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für eure Gastfreundschaft und dafür, dass ihr diesen besonderen Ort geschaffen habt. Wir freuen uns jedes Mal auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Sehr schöner, grüner und gemütlicher Biergarten direkt an der Isar! Es gibt einen tollen Spielplatz und eine kleine Bühne. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, große Auswahl an Getränken, das Essen ist verhältnismäßig teuer und in Ordnung, aber halt typisch Selfservice, viel Pommes, Schnitzel, Hähnchen. Insgesamt ein nettes Plätzchen zum Verweilen.

Das ist ein Biergarten direkt neben dem Flaucherpark. Hier kann der Hund schwimmen gehen und man kann sich anschließend entspannt mit Freunden treffen.

Mir gefällt die Lage des Biergartens sehr gut, aber das nächste Mal werde ich mein Essen selbst mitbringen. Dass man bei Wurstsalat so viel falsch machen kann, hätte ich nicht für möglich gehalten und auch der Obatzte war scheußlich. Da schmeckt der aus dem Supermarkt besser… sehr schade. Die Brezn sind gut.

Der Biergarten war gut besucht, das Essen erfreulich frisch zubereitet und gut. Die Maß hat sowieso gepasst. Personal hat alles im Griff und ist bayerisch freundlich!

Das Preiseistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Essensportion macht absolut satt.

leider haben Raucher Priorität über kleine Kinder. Es wird überall geraucht und es gibt keine rauchfreie Zone wo die Familien sich setzen können. Liken wenn du eine rauchfreien Bereich möchtest

Ein ganz netter Biergarten am Flaucher mit Veganer Option! Es wurde sogar extra eine vegane Currywurst zubereitet! Bei schönem Wetter ist es relativ voll, dennoch geht das Essen bestellen super schnell dadurch, dass bereits fast alles fertig vorbereitet ist. Sehr effizient.

It's not a good place, it's very expensive and boring and the food is high in calories. I would be happy if they changed this and I would be happy to visit again.

Quite nice, it was pretty empty relatively early on. Since we didn't eat anything, we can't comment on the food.

It’s been a few years now since we traveled to Oktoberfest. And on our journey we randomly came across this place. The smells were amazing and drew us in. The chickens rotating over the fires was out of a fairy tale. Our group still talk about it. The portion sizes were great. The chicken and sides were amazing. Would recommend to all.

The beer garden is in an excellent location, with lovely tables and a very quiet atmosphere. However, the prices are very high.

My friends and I arrived at this beer garden very thirsty. The beer was delicious, and we automatically felt hungry. What should we eat? We each ordered half a chicken with fries, a delicacy! The staff was very friendly, especially the waiter! It all contributed to a wonderful evening.

Definitely one of my favourite Biergartens in the city. It's in a beautiful location, not overly crowded and the food is quite good as well. It's perfect to combine with a nice walk along the isar.

The food is rather mediocre. The selection is limited. The staff was very stressed and unfriendly. However, the ambiance is incredibly beautiful in the summer.

A pleasant beer garden. The staff we encountered were very friendly and contributed to the positive overall impression. The location is very beautiful, surrounded by greenery and close to the Isar River. There's a sufficiently large and attractive playground for children right next to the tables. The prices here are on the higher end compared to other beer gardens in Munich and feel "expensive." A bratwurst without a side dish costs €5.60. Even a roll has to be purchased for €1.20. A comparatively small portion of fries costs €5.80. A half-liter of light beer costs €5.50. I don't doubt that the food used is high quality, but the prices are still quite high. Overall, a good beer garden worth stopping by. However, I wouldn't visit this one regularly, especially due to the prices for food and drinks, and would prefer other beer gardens in Munich. Other beer gardens offer better value for money.

Beautiful beer garden, secluded not far from the Isar floodplains. You can even bring your own food. Buy drinks and bring a snack. We don't know that here in Baden-Württemberg, but it's a very, very nice idea. It seems to be common practice in Bavaria. We only wanted a shandy, but it was very tasty.

We had lunch at this beer garden based on the reviews. We had a great time; it's a beautiful place nestled in a well-kept park. The staff is friendly, and the prices are in line with the Italian average. Unfortunately, though, stop by because it's worth it.

The website says it's open, but on site it's closed. The trip was in vain. Opening hours depend on the weather. The weather was okay, not 30 degrees, but dry, and at 8 p.m. it's 22 degrees, and then you find yourself standing in front of closed doors. I find that pretty cheeky. Addendum: I looked on Google, and it said it was open, but nowhere did it say it was closed. Your Instagram story is only seen by followers, mostly people who have already been there or are there regularly. So it's hardly something that everyone sees. Unfortunately, I only took one photo.

We've enjoyed going to this beer garden for years. Yesterday, August 11, 2025, wasn't so great. First of all, the staff were super friendly, but they didn't have half a chicken; it wasn't announced until Wednesday. The reason and how remained a mystery. It's a shame for us, because we think the food there is the best. We ended up getting currywurst instead – unfortunately, it was quite lukewarm, but the fries have been better. And as others have mentioned, the restrooms weren't in good condition. The trash for disposable towels was overflowing, and there were a lot of things lying around on the floor. I'm not used to it. Hopefully, it was just a slip-up.

Unfortunately, on a Monday at 5 p.m., the men's and women's restrooms were extremely unkempt, all the trash cans were overflowing, the floors were waterlogged...very unhygienic, so to speak...not in keeping with the otherwise pleasant ambiance. I also personally communicated this to the cashier.

There was live music yesterday, a bit loud for us, but okay. The food plus a half-pint was easily over €20.

Plenty of seating, even in the shade. It's just beer garden style. But I find the prices outrageous for the quality and quantity of the food. But the crowds are what make it happen, and they don't rely on regulars. It's a shame; it really could be better.

Tucked away in the trees this biergarten has a very calm and green vibe. Lots of families and locals. Also, summer time they have live music at times. Great food too. An easily accessible place from the river making it a great sundowner spot.

Grumpy cashier ruined my day and will never come again to this nice bier garden. He shouted at me because I picked up small haribo package which was next to register. He asked it back very rude way and saying it is only for children. What a great service!

Delicious Obazda (traditional German cheese). A well-known standard of Haberl restaurants, but unfortunately, so is the beer price 😉

The knuckle of pork was dry and the rind was flabby, the potato salad was watery; not recommended at this price. The best part of the whole thing was the liter of beer.

Overpriced and the food was terrible. First, the pork knuckle was cold and raw. Second, the pork knuckle was dry and straw-like. The schnitzel was like a shoe sole. If the beer garden were in a different location, it would be bankrupt within a week.

It's incredibly beautiful here. After a few hours on the banks of the Isar, we stopped here for a bite to eat. A good draft beer and a good snack with a wide selection. It's a great place to hang out.

A cozy beer garden in the middle of a park. Very idyllic and not overcrowded. I can't rate the food, as we only had drinks 😅 If you want to enjoy your beer, Coke, or food in peace, this is the place to be.

Even Löwenbräu tastes good in an iced beer :) and it's usually chilled enough. There's live music every now and then, but I don't know if that's on a daily basis or according to a specific schedule. It's definitely nice.

The place is quite nice and offers great play opportunities for children. But the prices and food leave a lot to be desired. There were three of us there, and no one liked it. They advertise "We always serve hot food" on their website, but then I got a thin roast that wasn't even lukewarm. That's not what I expected. Especially for those outrageous prices. I wouldn't recommend it.

Self-service counter and bar with classic offerings - non-alcoholic drinks including beer are also available in bottles. The quality of the food is okay. Card payment possible. Very nice beer garden with lots of trees, so there are shady and sunny places. No parking space, you can get there very easily by public transport.

I wanted to get a snack for my 3 year old daughter. The sign said dumplings with sauce for EUR 5.90. I ordered that. When asked about the sauce, the little one chose the tomato sauce. At the checkout, EUR 10.90 was collected with the information that a spinach dumpling was more expensive. I pointed out that it wasn't a spinach dumpling and suddenly I had to pay EUR 10.90 because of the tomato sauce. This is opaque and usury. We have been here often but today was the last time. This can scare away regular customers.

A nice original Bavarian beer garden in a beautiful setting near the Isar. The Bavarian beer garden tradition is highly regarded in this beer garden. There are delicious Bavarian specialists such as roast pork, Obatzer, Radi and much more. The cuisine is Bavarian handmade. You are welcome to eat your own snack with a fresh measure. A particularly gimmick is the freezer near the bar with ice-cold beer mugs.

No longer recommended! The food is not edible, we were there yesterday on May 1st at lunchtime in great weather, the chicken had been ready for what felt like hours, the bratwurst was ice cold. It's a shame about the beautiful beer garden! How to Beergarden? Certainly not😟

A great beer garden... What's annoying on days when it's full is that there are only 3 toilets. Today there were 31 women standing in front of it.

The location is great, the playground is also really great. The price is very high, for example a bottle of beer actually costs €5.60, which is completely exaggerated. Unfortunately, the staff was also quite unfriendly, as is so often the case in restaurants in and around Munich.

Today I stopped by Flaucher after a walk on the Isar. Unfortunately there is only self-service and a rather reduced menu. Conclusion: never again for now :-(

I don't like writing bad reviews, I also understand the current situation with inflation, increased food prices, restaurant taxes, etc. BUT - at some point it's good. Small Obazda for over 9 EUR, Swiss sausage salad (almost without cheese, btw) for 10.90 EUR (!) 1 to 2 EUR more compared to last year. With all my love, the quality isn't so good that you're willing to pay so much for it. The fact that a small pretzel was also collected at the checkout for an additional 2 EUR (I don't want to assume that this was intentional) even though it wasn't available on the tablet, very unprofessional! Unfortunately no longer recommended. Too bad!

Long-established beer garden in the southern Isar meadows, near the Hellabrunn Zoo. Very large outdoor area with both shady and sunny areas. Due to its location in the forest, there is no special view. The selection of food is absolutely comparable to the other beer gardens in the city, the quality is good, and the taste is clearly in the middle range. The prices, just like in the other beer gardens we visited, were too high for my taste. Employees are friendly. The area where the food and drinks are served seemed very clean to me. The restaurant has a small playground for the children, and there is also a large public playground right next to it. There are enough parking spaces for bicycles, but you cannot drive up here by car. The washrooms are very clean, and an employee keeps an eye on the condition of the rooms.

Eating significantly worse than average, rancid fat already at lunchtime. Due to the location you probably don't have to make any effort.

Beer garden in the most beautiful location...

A beautiful beer garden directly in the Isar floodplains. Located in the middle of the countryside, without roads. The typical beer garden food on offer is good and freshly prepared. The prices are also quite moderate for Munich standards. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself (with service) is no longer in operation. That's really a shame and it means there's a dead end in bad weather and in the winter months. In the past, the inn was very cozy and actually quite busy, especially on weekends.

Let me tell you an enchanting story of a wayward American fresh off the train in Munich. When this happened to be close to the Air B&B, a pleasant mosey through the trees, a tear of joy. The food was solid and dependable. I appreciated the vegetables. A lovely variety for a little mid park beer garden. Would do again.

Location is great, staff at the counter are sometimes unfriendly, but the food and beer are tasty. Even though the prices have gone up, I'll be back!
