The food was delicious. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. They even prepared something special for our one-year-old daughter. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I was excited and looking forward to the comfort hotel. I was on a hike along the Green Belt and, after four weeks of running, I'm taking a day off here. I think my appearance with my backpack and hat led to me being asked for money right away and having to pay immediately! Impossible!!@ My "comfort room" is on the ground floor facing the parking lot. When I asked if I could swap rooms to the back or upstairs, of course not!!! I would have been willing to pay more!!! The room itself is also far from "comfortable"!!! So I was looking forward to the two days too early. So, of course, my visit to the hotel restaurant is canceled!!! One more positive thing: a different lady at the reception is swapping my room to the garden side tomorrow. Thank you for that!!! The change of room was like night and day. The manager herself took care of it and apologized for yesterday. The chambermaids are also great and very helpful. Thank you!

I've always enjoyed getting and eating kebabs here for a long time. The last two visits (once today, October 3, 2025) were unfortunately a reason to stop going. Both times, the same new employee. Unenthusiastic and completely overwhelmed. On the first visit with this person, onions were forgotten, which were then given separately in a cardboard box. Napkins were forgotten, sauces were forgotten except for garlic (no hot sauce and no cocktail sauce). On the second visit, the onions were forgotten again, and the kebab bread was completely wobbly and barely toasted, and napkins were forgotten again. They also served poultry kebabs without asking, but that could have been due to the holiday specials, but a notice would have been appropriate. So far, everyone there has managed to do this. It just doesn't make sense to go there anymore.
