Super nette Bedienung. Essen leider sehr teuer, wenig Auswahl und der Burger war leider schon kalt und hat nicht gut geschmeckt.

On Christmas Eve, we arrived at the restaurant at 6pm. Despite it being completely empty, we were informed that all tables were reserved. We then decided to make a reservation for 9pm, although we were not assured that there would be a place available. We returned to the restaurant at 8:15 pm, when we were served by a blond man with a mustache (unfortunately, we couldn't get his name). He informed us that there was no room for 6 people and that we would need to wait for a table to vacate. We waited at the reception. During the wait, a very friendly Japanese attendant saw us and kindly invited us to sit at an 8-seat table that was free. However, the same blonde employee was extremely rude to her for calling us, something that we only understood later: the table was available the entire time, but he clearly showed unwillingness to serve us. Unfortunately, this same employee was the one who served us during dinner. His behavior was deplorable: rude, mocking and laughing disrespectfully while collecting our orders. We are tourists and don't know the language or the specifics of the menu, but instead of helping us, he displayed clearly xenophobic attitudes, looking at us in a superior way and mocking our questions. It is incomprehensible that a restaurant within a hotel, which receives visitors from all over the world, would maintain an employee with this type of behavior. This guy profoundly damaged our experience. Here we suggest that the establishment better evaluate the profile of its employees, as hiring someone who is prejudiced, as was the case, harms not only customers, but also the reputation of the place. For our part, we are grateful to the other staff, who were professional and kind, but we regret that a single individual ruined our experience.

Ein wundervoller Abend in elegantem Ambiente! Die kulinarische Reise begann mit einem perfekt gemixten Martini, begleitet von stilvollen roten Blumenarrangements auf dem Tisch. Der knackig-frische Salat mit pochierter Birne und Feta war eine gelungene Komposition. Das Hauptgericht - ein zart gebratenes Fleischgericht mit knuspriger Krokette und Rotweinsauce - war meisterhaft zubereitet. Den krönenden Abschluss bildete ein Espresso Martini, serviert mit einem köstlichen Dessert auf türkisfarbener Keramik. Die Präsentation jedes Ganges war durchdacht und ästhetisch, die Portionsgrößen ideal. Der aufmerksame und charmante Service rundete das Erlebnis perfekt ab. Absolute Empfehlung für einen besonderen Abend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff in the restaurant is friendly. The food is served quickly. Very convenient restaurant, bar, in the hotel. The schnitzel for children was very juicy and tasty. For adults it was a bit dry. Basically a nice hotel and restaurant.

Tenía bajas expectativas para un aeropuerto / hotel de negocios restaurante, pero la comida era sorprendentemente buena. Tenía la pechuga de pato de su menú de especialidades y era excelente. Mi cónyuge tenía schnitzel Wiener y sentía que el pan estaba demasiado salado. Sin embargo, pensó que la ensalada era muy fresca y sabrosa.

Como restaurante dentro de un hotel cerca del aeropuerto, me sorprendió gratamente la calidad de la comida. La ensalada que pedí estaba perfectamente aderezada, y el filete medio - raro se cocinó a la perfección. Las verduras de raíz saladas servidas debajo complementaron el filete maravillosamente. Mientras que el servicio era un poco lento, el personal era increíblemente amable y servicial. El ambiente acogedor hizo una experiencia gastronómica tranquila y encantadora. En general, un gran lugar para disfrutar de una deliciosa comida si te alojas cerca del aeropuerto!

Sehr gut. Wiener Schnitzel mit Kartoffelpüree sind sehr zu empfehlen. Immer gerne wieder.

Surprisingly good food. High quality. In terms of quality, a very good price-performance ratio. Very friendly and attentive staff. Modern atmosphere but cozy and comfortable. Because of the entrance to the hotel reception there is sometimes a bit of a draft. A glass barrier would be ideal. Would love to come back.

Überraschend gutes Essen. Hohe Qualität. Bezüglich der Qualität ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Modernes Ambiente aber gemütlich und bequem. Wegen des Eingangs zur Hotelrezeption zieht es manchmal etwas. Eine Glasabgrenzung wäre optimal. Kommen gerne wieder.

Delicious food with very good service, what surprises by restaurant belonging to the hotels ! Definitely will come back again

Die „Bowl“ war keine Bowl, sondern ein Salat mit Öl und Balsamico. Sehr schlicht, keine raffinierte Soße oder irgendwas interessantes und dafür überraschend teuer. Die Crème Brûlée war kalt. Keine warme Karamellkruste.

Bei Ankunft teilte das Restaurant mit, es gibt technische Probleme mit der Küche und sei deshalb geschlossen. Wir mussten deshalb im Nachbarhotel Pizza essen und konnten dieses Restaurant leider nicht besuchen.

Cesars Salat sehr lecker, allerdings ist die Portiin deutlich kleiner geworden in Vergleich zu Dezember 2023. Der Burger war saftig und sehr gut.

Leckeres Essen in entspannter Atmosphäre und mit einem sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service.

Missing Kids menu, which could facilitate families stay. But overall the portions are good enough, maybe some also for 2 with lass hungry or 2-3 kids

I highly recommend Zoom at the Hyatt Place Frankfurt. Dinner here was high quality and delicious. Very nice bar. Service was efficient and thoughtful. Breakfast was also excellent. I recommend adding dinner and breakfast to your reservation and making reservations for dinner.

Das Restaurant gehört zum HYATT Place Frankfurt. Reservierung über Open Table wird empfohlen, denn gerade Abends ist es sehr voll!

Stayed at the Hyatt and ordered dinner before our flight back to California. The burrata was one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. Would strongly recommend the Hyatt and the restaurant

My experience was excellent, the service was attentive and superb. The food tasted amazing. My mother however ordered the Irish beef burger and it was cooked very rare. After dinner, she got very sick all night.

Conveniently located in the Hyatt near the Frankfurt airport. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the portions were ample. I had tomato soup, the Schnitzel, and creme brulee, and I can recommend them all!

Presumably fully booked, I still managed to get a table for 1. By the time I left one hour later, max 1/4 of the tables were actually taken. The service was friendly. However obviously struggling to speak german. The food looked less impressive - with the burger tasting like deep frosted. Actually, all were served „well done“ - or dead as some would say. Ketchup and mayonnaise are served in plastic bags. Really in contrast to what the place suggests to be. Finally, the fries were the star of the evening: crunchy outside, hot and nice inside. As choice is low in this area of the airport, I might eat here again. But surely no burger.

O restaurante é bem cuidado e os pratos são bem preparados, mas o atendimento é muito lento e demorado.

Place was nice but little noisy as a result of being open and right next to the lobby of the hotel. Food was good. I will recommend though not to order steak. The portion was exceptionally big for that reason they should butterfly it. Not to forget to mention, it was seat down “restaurant” but the food was coming out more like the buffe. The host played so many role’s ,a waitress, busser and anything in between. This slowed the service at the table. Do to the location, feel and atmosphere of the hotel they need more English speaking employees. Beside all this my servers were very nice and young with plenty of room to improve. Prize was little on the high side for a quick bite at the hotel. After all wasn’t bad.

Der Burger war gut - Service ok und freundlich, hätte aber aufmerksamer sein können. Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Ambience good, tables small, reservation recommended for a “good table”. Eating “so-so”. Soup was only lukewarm, burger fried medium (unasked) and no highlight in terms of taste. Fries were good. Ketchup & mayo included from the bag. The glasses attached didn't make a good or clean impression; we preferred to drink the soft drinks from the bottle that was handed to us. Service was actually attentive, but after asking for an invoice we waited 10 minutes and then had to ask again to finally be able to pay.

Sehr gutes Essen, zügiger Service Wir waren wegen eines Streiks am Flughafen mehrere Tage in diesem Hotel und mehr als einmal im Restaurant Zoom. Die Qualität der Speisen war jedes Mal sehr gut. Schnitzel, Fisch, Burger, Dessert waren alle sehr gut. Die Pommes Frites sind der Hammer. Insgesamt 5-, da die Preise doch recht hoch. Service war auch toll.

A fantastic urban atmosphere with a varied menu for an airport hotel. It was definitely worth a visit!!

Slow inattentive service, but the little food I had was ok. I liked the pumpkin soup. I would've ordered more to eat if anyone had bothered asking... But no one bothered... My beer is empty.... No one tried to get me another.... If I can drink 1/2 liter without a waitress coming to ask me if I'm ordering anything else... That's inattentive. Unfortunately, there's nothing better in this area that actually has good reviews. It is all restaurants in hotels that don't worry about return customers, so service, what's the point?

Food is basic but nice. Staff is really friendly and pleasant. Online booking system is a bit annoying.

Bedienung freundlich hat aber leider nicht das Wasser eingeschenkt wie am Nebentisch. Kotelett war leider etwas zu durch gebraten. Wiener Schnitzel war Durchschnitt bis gut. 0,5 l Allgäuer Bübli mit 5,50€ teuer. In Ermangelung fussläufiger Alternativen noch empfehlenswert.

Der Chickenburger war totgepraten und nicht essbar. Ging zurück. Danach wurde ein frischer Burger gebracht, aber die Pommes nicht (wurden aber mit abgeräumt). Service jung, unerfahren und dadurch leider inkompetent. Für dieses Level und diese Preise ist die Qualität von Essen und Service nicht ausreichend. Nicht nochmal.

Food was excellent. Host was poor and not knowledgeable of reservation process. We were just told to go sit at a table and not directed as others were and were not provided menus for 10 minutes after seating. Waiting staff was extremely inexperienced and it showed.

Wir kommen gerade vom Essen. Eine dreiviertel Stunde haben wir gewartet bis endlich mal eine Bedienung kam. Es gab allerdings genügend Persoal für die Anzahl der Gäste. Dann haben wir Getränke bestellt, die auch auf sich warten ließen. Das Essen war alles andere als gut und rechtfertigt die Preise nicht.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und der Service wirklich gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The restaurant is very convenient, being situated in the hotel, and it’s menu is varied and the food tasty.

We were 3 guests and we all ordered Viennese Schnitzel with roasted potatos. Schnitzel smelled odd, potatos were rubber-like. We've never had such miserably cooked food in a restaurant. Restaurant manager gave us 20% discount, we accepted this as we didn't want to spoil our mood by discussions, but from our point of view, rather 70% doscount would have been appropriate. Furthermore, It was extremely difficult for an unfriendly waitress to give us a table at the window although almost all tables were vacant and unreserved.

Das Essen war wieder sehr gut. Ich freue mich, dass die Karte oft wechselt und dass auch saisonale Küche angeboten wird. Bedienung war gestern etwas konfus, was bisher noch nie so war.

As a non Vegetarian I don't usually eat the vegetarian option, but fantastic dish after a hard days travelling, good service and a nice atmosphere.

Overall positive. Service was a little slow but the staff was friendly and polite so it didn't subtract much from the experience. Really enjoyed the food (I ordered the pork chop) and the moelleux dessert was exquisite!

The service was very poor. I did not feel like this was a four star hotels restaurant. For a meal at this price I expected to be treated better. Right at the welcome desk I was told I only have 1.5 hours to finish my meal as they have another booking. After that the service staff was not able to explain the dishes very well in English. The website mentioned colouring books for children at the restaurant which were not provided. The service was slow. I had to leave my table twice to go and call someone to assist including for the bill which they lost. Then instead of waiting to bring it up at checkout they thought it was okay to call our room at 10 pm when we were desperately trying to put our children to sleep. It only managed to extend our bedtime by another 30 mins which was far from ideal. Additionally the staff was late in bringing my steak knife which I didn’t mind but since I had started eating she felt the need to shout and tell me to stop so she can give me the proper knife. That was very inappropriate and not the experience I expect after paying 125 euros for my food.

We had read a couple of reviews (older) that complained about the service. Not true now! We had a lovely meal - good food, wine, dessert and service. In fact, the service was excellent!

Two main staff members on no allocated tasks overwhelmed and overworked not enough staff did there best was a real shame .

The restaurant and bar is understaffed. The bartender didn’t know how to make drinks from the board/menu. We went to try to get a table and the hostess kept telling us we need a reservation. I asked if there was any availability, but she just said we need a reservation. She never told me I could just go online and make one (I figured that out after I went back to my room to try to get room service).

Wir haben am 17.06. den Zoom Burger und die Gnocci Patata zum mitnehmen bestellt. Beide Gerichte haben ausgezeichnet geschmeckt, wobei die Gnocci in Kombination mit dem Gemüse und den Rauchmandeln wirklich ein absolutes Gedicht waren. Vielen Dank für die Gaumenfreude und Grüße an die Küche

Das Ambiente ist schlicht, aber modern. Dadurch, dass es nicht wirklich schallt hatte man auch Ruhe beim essen. Aber : - zu Beginn bestellten wir einen Cocktail und ein Bier...was zu erwarten lässt das die bereitgestellten Weingläser abgeräumt werden..dem war nicht so - Ich bestellte ein großes Wasser und bekam ein kleines. Zu meinem Essen wollte ich Mayonnaise...wurde auch vergessen. - Wir fragten zwei verschiedene Kellnerinnen nach Servietten, aber mussten nach 15min letztendlich selbst auf die Suche gehen. - mein Besteck gab ich nach der Vorspeise mit und zum Hauptgang dauerte es 5min und wieder zwei kellnerinnen bis ich ein neues bekam. - Alte Gläser oder Schüsseln mit Knochen Resten wurden bis zum Schluss nicht mit abgeräumt Kurz um..2 Kellner waren mit nur ca 20 Leuten komplett überfordert und haben immer wieder alles vergessen. Es wurde sich zwar freundlich entschuldigt für die Wartezeit jedoch wiegt es das ganze Chaos nicht auf. Das Essen war lecker, aber über den Preis kann man nur schmunzeln. Der Ceasar Salat wurde um ein doppeltes teurer nur wegen einem kleinen Hähnchenfleisch.

Service is terrible. Hyatt invest in more employees. The people working are completely understaffed. Then theres the prices. A sot of tequilla and a glass of wine is 40e! Ouch

Got in from a flight one hour before the restaurant closed and still we were provided excellent service, very nice wine, and ridiculously good food. All three of our meals were so good this is a restaurant we would’ve chosen to gone to even if we weren’t stuck at this hotel. What a pleasure! Thank you to the chef and kitchen staff. Accueil sympathique et agréable. Le personnel est efficace et très a l'écoute des désirs des clients. La carte du restaurant est mise à jour de façon régulière. Les prix sont très raisonnables. Super !
