Beautiful beer garden, edible food and topped off by unfriendly staff

A small pub with an outdoor seating area right in the old town. Very friendly and attentive service. The food is solid. They serve tarte flambée, fries, and currywurst. Delicious, but the selection is limited. On nice days, you can sit outside. The restrooms are well-maintained.

I was there for the first time today and unfortunately I was completely disappointed. The service was extremely unfriendly. Requests were not addressed, the staff seemed annoyed and uninterested. Unfortunately there is no trace of good service. For us it was definitely the first and last visit.

We went to the customs house for the first time today and were thrilled! The service was friendly and we really enjoyed the food. We had the jalapeño burger and a currywurst with fries - both were delicious and attractively presented. We were particularly impressed by the burger: the ingredients such as lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers were fresh and crunchy. We are completely satisfied and will definitely come back!

Were there before the men's meeting. There were only a few dishes but that was ok. Fast and friendly service.

Stay away from the fries unless you like over-salted foods. Everything else is ready-made stuff from the supermarket. I personally expect fresh cuisine in an old town. If you then mention that it wasn't tasty and the food was too salty, you react with a snap.

Unfortunately very unfriendly service. Not recommended especially for children. No smile and unfriendly service. We won't be coming back, even though the location and the food are good.

Sehr leckere Bratwurst, freundliche Bedienung.

Freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service, leckere Getränke und kleine Speisen.

Gemütlicher Biergarten, mit typischem Essen wie Currywurst und Fritten, Hamburger, Pulled Pork und Fritten sowie Flammkuchen. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Bieren und alkoholfreien Getränken. Das Essen kam schnell und war lecker. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Kinder und Hunde waren willkommen. Ausreichende Parkplätze gibt es in wenigen Schritten entfernt.

Leckere Speisen und Getränke mit tollem Service

Heute das erste Mal nach dem Umbau besucht. Sehr voll, aber sehr netter und schneller Service. Auswahl an Speisen ausreichend, aber ich hätte mir mal z.B. holl. oder belgische Pommes gewünscht. Wenn sie gut sind, würde ich sicherlich auch etwas mehr zahlen, wobei die Preise auch hier natürlich angezogen haben. Die jetzigen Pommes sind für mich echt mies. Currywurst aber schmackhaft. Vielleicht tut sich ja noch was.

Schöne Location mit Blick Richtung Altstadt. Die Rheinnähe lädt zum flanieren ein. Ich war schon öfter im Biergarten in dem immer eine gute Stimmung auf einen wartet. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal sorgt für volle Gläser und Teller. Das Essen (besonders die neuen Pommes mit Pulled pork) sind sehr lecker und die Getränkekarte ist reichlich ausgestattet. Ich komme gerne wieder, jetzt sogar bei Regen.

Waren dort auf einer Feier. Sehr guter Betreiber und sehr gutes Personal das für einen reibungslosen Ablauf sorgten.

Hübscher kleiner Biergarten mit nettem Ambiente und sehr netter Bedienung. Das Essen ist okay, und das Uerige schmeckt sehr gut. Gerne zum verweilen dort.

Herrlich. Bei einem lauen Sommerabend ein frisch gezapftes Bier in schöner Atmosphäre. Was will man mehr? Kölsch und Alt für (0,25) 2.50€. Und natürlich darf man die leckere Currywurst mit Pommes nicht vergessen. Zackiges und freundliches Personal. Immer wieder gerne.

Schöne Lage am Rhein. Ich wünschte mir aufmerksameren und freundlicheren Service den man nicht hinterherrennen muss. (Lächeln benötigt nicht viel Kraft) Leicht überforderte Mitarbeiter, da sind die Gläser leider lange leer. Man muss sich mit tanzen glaub ich aufmerksam machen. Wenn günstiger wäre würde man auch sicherlich mehr trinken.

"Cash only" steht dort mit großen Lettern am Eingang im Jahre 2023! Somit haben Sie gerade 6 Portionen weniger verkauft und auch in Zukunft werden wir Sie nicht ansteuern da wir ja wissen: "Cash only". 🤷🏻‍♂️ Eine EC-Karten Zahlung kostet sie bei Ihrer Currywurst Pommes für 8 Euro lediglich 7 CENT!
