Zehn Minuten später dann der Storno, es sei nichts mehr verfügbar zum gewählten Termin. Okay... Blöd nur, dass eine Stunde später genau dieser Termin immer noch als verfügbar angezeigt wird.

After reading the comments here, I tried to make a reservation for an appointment in 10 days. I found an appointment online and made the reservation. The first email said the request had been received. The second email said "no longer available." A good hour later, I checked the appointments and, of course, the appointment was still listed as available...

This is my second time there, and the bad impression from the first time has been even bettered. Okay, the restaurant was full, and we had to sit at the tables near the entrance with self-pickup, no problem. But then we got lukewarm appetizers... and after a long wait, four pizzas weren't even warm, in fact, they were cold. The crusts on two pizzas were very burnt. We didn't feel like complaining on the spot, but given the prices, I expect something different.

This is absolutely average. It's nothing special. The starter plate consisted almost entirely of ready-made products. The antipasto vegetables were definitely not freshly prepared. The pizzas are delicious, but it's definitely not a real paper-thin, crispy Italian pizza. The restaurant is very clean and the bathrooms were also very hygienic and well furnished. The biggest problem is the volume. It's a hall and you definitely shouldn't eat there with several people - as we unfortunately did. You can't have a conversation at a big table. The second big problem is the waiters. Our waiter was able to pour a Prosecco properly. He was also very unfriendly. Unfortunately we won't be coming back again!

We came here spontaneously and just barely managed to get a table for two. It quickly became very busy and lively. Make a reservation! The service is great. I found my pizza very rich and thick, quite different from what you're used to elsewhere, but overall very tasty. My companion found her ravioli a bit bland. Overall, though, it was a pretty good evening!

Very tasty pizza, best Italian pizza in all of Bremen and the surrounding area. Very nice terrace with a view of the Weser (recommended at sunset) and the interior is very modern in an industrial style. A bit noisy when there are a lot of guests. Service is non-existent, I would rather give 0 points. Pizza must be ordered at the counter and picked up after vibrating a token. Dishes must be cleared away and placed in a cart. The fact that a tip is asked for when ordering and then paying directly on the card reader is a disgrace!

Absolutely first class pizzeria. Only high quality ingredients are used. In summer you can sit on the terrace by the Weser. The self-service/pick-up area is not perfect, but you should eat these pizzas on site anyway. They are tasty, even when they are a little cool, but these masterpieces should be enjoyed fresh. Everything else is too bad.

Leider war es das schlechteste Geburtstagsessen, was ich je hatte: Pizzen matschig und nahezu geschmacklos, Rotweis eiskalt. Espresso und Grappa ok, aber wie alles andere überteuert. Das Lokal ist eine ehemalige Fabrikhalle, sehr laut und ohne Charme. Das Personal ist unmotiviert (jedenfalls was die Gäste angeht), man fühlt sich schlicht nicht willkommen. Hat insgesamt mit der anderswo üblichen mediterranen Gastfreundlichkeit absolut nichts zu tun, leider.

We were there for the second time and can't understand how a restaurant like this can hire such a waitress. A little serious and not so open would be more appropriate. Why do you allow a brash waitress who even directly asks for a tip to wear such tight leggings and a tied open blouse? Totally inappropriate. Is this the restaurant's trick? We won't be coming back.

By far the tastiest Neapolitan pizza here in Bremen. A little higher priced, but appropriate for the quality. The portions are really good too. The only thing that bothers me is the very loud, open atmosphere. Conversations are only possible with a raised voice. Takeaway also works very well! The pizzas don't go through at all or anything like that.

Question about chili oil: no answer - Drinks ok, but chilled red wine doesn't work at all - Price/performance negative! Overall, very disappointing - it has absolutely nothing to do with a "visit to the Italian restaurant".

Ate there for the first time today. Location is very spacious, staff friendly, accommodating and attentive. 2 kids had meals, 2x pasta and 1x pizza. Both absolutely sufficient for my children 👍 I can recommend eating there, but it's best to reserve in advance as it is very busy.

A bit expensive for self-catering but delicious

We liked it, a pizza a bit very black for our taste, but nice service and a good evening for us.

Unfortunately, our visit wasn't quite what we had hoped. The pizza was served to us in boxes because the staff thought we had ordered it to go - not bad, but a bit unfortunate. The bigger problem was that the pizza was cold and unfortunately the base was burnt, almost black. It's a shame, because the taste could have been good. But the highlight was the tiramisu – really delicious! Overall, I give it three stars because the restaurant can definitely do better and maybe we were just unlucky.

The pizza is very tasty. The service is quick and friendly. The maximum duration of 2 hours is unfortunate because the service becomes uncomfortable as the time runs out. The parking system is opaque and the service explains it differently every time. Fact: you scan the QR code and confirm everything. 3 hours are free! The ambience, yes... you sit close together. The table next to you can join in the conversation.

The food was great, as was the service. We didn't have a reservation and were offered a table for a limited time. We would have liked to have another dessert. The next day we wanted to go again, reservations were no longer possible and that was already at 11am. Very unfortunate.

Fantastic! Were there from Hamburg. Really great Vermentino, unusual starters and very tasty pizzas. You can tell that every ingredient has been lovingly selected. No gimmickry with parmesan wheels etc. but real quality. There is someone with the highest standards behind the shop. The pizza “La Scarola” is simply amazing and unique. The dessert was also great. The service was very friendly and accommodating. In terms of price, we ended up with around €40 pp and that with a starter, dessert, wine and water!!! I can absolutely recommend it! Mini point of criticism: the tiramisù tasted a bit weak, I know that more intensively. I would have actually thought that it would taste as perfect and authentic as the rest. But tastes differ. The pizza here is simply amazing - I've rarely had such a good and delicious pizza! The dough, the topping, everything was perfectly coordinated. What's particularly great is that you can sit in the self-service area even without a reservation, which is really practical. Absolutely recommended!

Die Pizza schmeckt vergleichsweise gut jedoch ziemlich teuer, die anderen Gerichte (Nudeln, Aufläufe) schmecken sich sehr ähnlich und sind fetthaltig. Die Location ist schön und neu, nur leider vom Geräuschpegel etwas laut. Die Serviceleistung ist eher durchschnittlich, es ist merkbar, dass es eher um Geschäft und nicht um freundliche und herzliche Atmosphäre für die Gäste geht.

Yes, Puzza is great! Basically we liked the food. Points are deducted for the noise level in the restaurant. Closed society with music… Another point deduction for booking for two hours: we reserved for 8 people for 3 months. We were informed by email 24 hours in advance that we could only have the table for two hours. That doesn't work at all. It's generally not unusual, but please do so in good time!

By far the best pizza in Bremen If you want to eat a real Neapolitan pizza, this is the right place. The taste is incredibly delicious, you can tell that professionals in the field of pizza crafts are in the kitchen here. The pizzas are quite large, you will definitely get full here. Unfortunately I'm very disappointed. We had 2 different pizzas, one normal, one fried. They both weren't that great. Visually, all the dishes were really great, you worked up an appetite when you saw the pizzas on the neighboring tables while you were waiting. Unfortunately, the food ended up not being tasty at all. The top of the dough was burnt in places, but the bottom was still soft to mushy. Overall, more like a soft bread. We had to season the Parmigiani pizza a lot to get the flavor, but of course this couldn't save the soft dough. The fried pizza was a bit reminiscent of a calzone from an open market stall. It's a shame, we won't be coming back. Ambience cool, industrial, unfortunately catastrophic acoustics. Very loud. Staff was polite and quick.

Ambience very nice. If you're looking for a typical Italian, you won't find it here. Pizza and pasta are also available here, but you won't find classic dishes apart from the margarita. Different and new are certainly somehow exciting and fried pizza is also nice, but a certain mix of Italian standard and new would be desirable. Different is not always better because it is different. But pizza was very tasty and was on the table very quickly. Drinks too, but we would have been happy if someone had come to order more and taken empty glasses or bottles with them, as the pizza takes up a lot of space on the table. Portion is fair.

Pizza, great! Two points deducted for a bad espresso. If I explicitly order an Italian espresso, then I should refuse if it cannot be delivered. If you decide to deliver, please do so as requested! The Neapolitans in particular have a great espresso tradition and should have the highest expectations as restaurateurs. Service, please don't just process the guests.

I wanted to taste the oh-so-good pizza with my family. So we reserved a table before our planned visit that was supposedly still free. Then, on the day of the planned visit, we unfortunately received a cancellation saying that the tables were occupied. Apparently a lot of people who write reviews here have this problem. The pizza dough is very tasty and truly Italian. The selection is very manageable but still good. There is a bit too much tomato sauce on the pizzas for my taste. The cellars were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the business owner is very unfriendly. We had pre-ordered something to take away, so when we had to go, it wasn't ready and we had to wait another 15 minutes. wait. Fair prices. Nice facility. Went there at 8pm during the week and it was full but we still got a seat. Food was there hot and fresh in a whopping 9 MINUTES. Very good Italian pizza! The pizza was excellent, the only one is real Neapolitan pizza, excellent service, nothing bad can be said about it, in fact I left an excellent tip for the waiter who served us. The environment leaves a little to be desired but in the context it is okay, you have a nice view of the river and the avenue where you can notice people or shuttles passing by. For the rest I had a pretty good time, I recommend it for those who are nostalgic for southern Italy, but also for those who have only seen southern Italy on television and have not been able to savor the flavor of a real Neapolitan pizza. 100 💯 praise here is my maximum score. Unfortunately that was very disappointing. Pasta with beef ragout = unseasoned pureed tomatoes made hot and poured over the pasta. Plus a few meatballs and a mini sprig of basil and parmesan, which was quite tasteless. For 16 euros. This has nothing to do with authentic Italian cuisine, it's simply unloving. The ambience impresses with the incredibly loud babble of voices. You can't spend a comfortable evening here.

The restaurant is located together with the “Hopfenfanger” brewery in the rice warehouse at Kelloggs. The atmosphere is interesting with an open deck where all the plumbing is visible and Italian tiles on the walls. It's a bit loud. The food is different from that of a “standard” Italian restaurant. You won't find Pizza Hawaii on the menu here, but there are many other interesting combinations of pasta and pizza. We really enjoyed the food and can recommend it without reservation. The service is very friendly and quick. Although we couldn't reserve anything in the online system, we still got a table in the restaurant part with service. There is also a self-service section (same menu). We'll definitely be back.

Operation and service on site is refused. I was just there to reserve a table. Even though there were free tables, the reservation was refused. There is no table for four with two people! Just reserve for 4 and come as a couple? No, never go there again!

Rustikales Restaurant, wobei der vordere Teil mit Selbstbedienung stark an Kantine erinnert, der hintere reservierbare Service-Bereich zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Speisen sind gut, die Pizza ist lecker die Portionen sehr groß. Auch die Pasta ist zu empfehlen, ebenfalls mit sehr großen Portionen. Die Bruschetta Variation war gut, aber nur 1/3 traditionell, das sollte in der Karte ausgezeichnet sein. Die Getränkeauswahl ist wie die Speisen gut. Es gibt gängige Flaschenweine aber auch einen leckeren Hauswein. Die Bierauswahl umfasst nicht nur italienische Sorten, sondern auch Biere der anliegenden Brauerei. Die Lage ist nicht sehr zentral, aber es lohnt sich ein Besuch auf jeden Fall.

We went to Zio Manu di Napoli this evening Small class reunion. When making the reservation we were not told that we had to leave the restaurant after 2 hours. We got there on time and wanted to wait for 2 girls. After a short while the waitress said that we had a time limit of 2 hours. About 10 minutes before the end of our time the waitress came and asked us to pay now. Upon request, we were allowed to sit on a beer tent set in the entrance area of ​​the hall. There were no drinks there. Maybe we should have gotten the drinks. For a restaurant this gives more of the impression of a fast food joint. I had the salad. Lots of greens and olives. Still tasty. My comrades all had pizza. Looked good and was supposed to be tasty too. Lots of dough on the edge. For us, a restaurant where you can quickly eat something and then go somewhere else. No restaurant to have a cozy evening. We would have liked to have had some more wine and cocktails. Dessert would definitely have been ordered too. Finally, you also have to pay 3.00 euros in parking fees through Park Control. Only possible with card, no cash payment possible. Anyone who does not pay will face a fine of 35.00 euros.
