YUZU Sushi & asiatische Spezialitäten in Regensburg

I bought some summer rolls today. They were significantly more expensive than usual, but lack of time and their appealing appearance did the trick. Hallelujah, what a disappointment! I can roll summer rolls better myself. I hadn't even held them before they fell apart. Even with a knife and fork, it was a challenge. There was no way I could have eaten them on the go. In the end, they weren't even rolled. The rice paper was just draped over them, more or less open on one side. No wonder they fell apart. They came with a sweet and sour sauce (???). Unfortunately, it was hidden under the label. Sorry, but that has no place in summer rolls. And the taste wasn't convincing either. All in all: I won't be buying them again.

I was delighted to watch the sushi being prepared. I bought a mixed box of cucumber, avocado, bell pepper, and mango maki and tried it right away. It's worlds better than typical supermarket sushi, and while it's correspondingly more expensive, it's definitely worth the price. It's great as a snack on the go, but for a full meal, I'd recommend sitting down in a restaurant, as the food there is even better.
