YUZU Sushi & asiatische Spezialitäten in Regensburg

I picked up some summer rolls today. They were significantly more expensive than usual, but lack of time and the appealing appearance took care of it. Hallelujah, what a disappointment. I roll any summer roll myself. Before I even had it in my hand, it fell apart. Even with a knife and fork, it was still a challenge. There would have been no way I could eat the rolls on the go. In the end, the things weren't rolled. This rice paper was somehow draped over them and more or less open on one side. No wonder it's falling apart. They came with a sweet and sour sauce (???). Unfortunately, it was hidden under the label. Sorry, but it has no place in summer rolls. And the taste wasn't convincing either. All in all: There won't be a next time.

I really enjoyed watching the sushi being prepared. I got a mixed box of cucumber, avocado, bell pepper, and mango maki and tried it right away. It's worlds better than typical supermarket sushi, but it's also a bit more expensive, but definitely worth it. It's great as a snack on the go, but if you want to eat until you're full, I'd sit down at a restaurant because the food is even better there.
