YUZU Sushi & asiatische Spezialitäten in Regensburg

I took summer rolls with me today. Significantly more expensive than usual, lack of time and the attractive appearance took care of things. Hallelujah, such a failure. I roll every summer roll better myself. I didn't even have it in my hand and it fell apart. Even with a knife and fork it was still a challenge. There would have been no chance of eating the rolls on the way. In the end, things didn't roll. This rice paper was kind of draped over it and more or less open on one side. No wonder this is falling apart. There was also a sweet and sour sauce (???). Unfortunately it was hidden under the label. Sorry, but it has no place in summer rolls. And unfortunately the taste wasn't convincing either. All in all: There won't be a next time.

I was very happy to be able to watch the sushi being prepared. I got a mix box of cucumber, avocado, peppers and mango maki and tested it straight away. It is worlds better than the typical supermarket sushi, but is therefore a little more expensive, but definitely worth the price. Very good as a snack on the go, but if I want to eat my fill I would go to a restaurant because it's a little better there.
