The mochi are good when semi-frozen. When completely thawed, they perform poorly, as the sweetness and flavor are more pronounced. There's still room for improvement in terms of quality, especially with the mango and coconut. The vegan sushi was okay. I can't recommend vegan gyoza. Personally, I'm deeply irritated by the fact that Germans are suddenly taking over the Asian food business. It feels as weird as Boomers flexing on TikTok.

The best sushi I've ever eaten. Always very fresh. Unfortunately, I've never been there in person and don't know the staff who make the delicious sushi, but my lovely colleague always brings me some. I can highly recommend it. I hope you'll be opening a restaurant in Velbert soon, too.

This is (unfortunately) not a restaurant, but just the self-service counter in Kaufland. There are also a few vegetarian and vegan options. It's pretty neat for that.
