My Lachmacun was seasoned way too spicy. I like spicy food, but this was otherworldly. We didn't feel welcome here at all from start to finish. Rarely have I experienced such unfriendly staff as in this restaurant. Your own culture will be given priority. Of course, card payment was not possible either.

We ordered a mixed grill plate for two people. When it was served we were even specifically told that the portion was divided into two separate plates. However, at the end of the bill we were charged two prices as if we had each ordered a single portion and this was what they insisted on. We found this to be very unprofessional and inappropriate. In addition, it was not possible to pay by card, which we also found very unsatisfactory. Such situations are really annoying and shouldn't happen in a good restaurant. And the meat was burnt too salty. The portion can be seen again in the picture.

Negative reviews are deleted with the help of a lawyer (allegedly defamatory, but no one was personally insulted, just objective criticism). Reviews should therefore be taken with caution. Be careful!

Wir waren um 18:30 Uhr im Yörük Opas Wir hatten Pommes, Pide mit Hackfleisch, Lahmacun und Salat. Unsere Speisen waren sehr lecker und ausreichend. Wir würden hier nochmals essen gehen. Schade das am Nachbartisch eine Frau mit zwei Kindern saß, die sich leider wie die Schwei...... benommen haben und das halbe Essen unter dem Tisch gelandet ist und dort blieb es dann auch liegen. Die Bedienung war übrigens auch sehr freundlich.

It was an excellent meal. I came for the 2nd time and I am renewed. It was a perfect Ramadan meal. It is a high quality restaurant.

The food was very average and quite expensive in comparison. For example, a simple children's kebab without salad or sauce costs €10, which I find overpriced. There are also far too many waiters for such a small restaurant - five waiters constantly walking around you while you eat is just too much. While I was still eating, the waiter came and was about to clear my plate, as if I should finish quickly and leave the restaurant. That was very unpleasant I also wanted to pay by card, but the waitress said that card payment is generally not possible

Very VERY unfriendly, arrogant staff, NOT recommended. As a German, it wasn't possible to get a table even though the place was empty, as everything was reserved two hours before sunset for the fast breakers. Of course, card payments weren't possible either.

The meat was excellent. The beef was medium rare, which was truly perfect. The kofte are also highly recommended; they taste even better than those from Turkey. Very authentic Turkish cuisine. If you miss Turkish cuisine, you should come here. TOP!!!

Don't be disgraced by giving your money, the owner fights with the customers. The people at the cash register do not issue receipts for cash payments. They are disrespectful and rude. You should complain about them because they do not give receipts.

I was there today to buy pide for Ramazan but the gentleman wanted €2.80 for it today but I paid €2.50 yesterday. His tone was desirable instead of saying a colleague's mistake. No, we have been saying the prices for days

In the past I have always been very satisfied with the food and service. Today I got doner plates with rice to take away 3 times. Plus 2 portions of baklava. Food was cold, baklava was not in the bag. What was sold to us as veal was lamb. So we didn't eat it and brought it back. The money didn't matter but something like that doesn't work. Still 60€ for it. Never again 🙃

I've been getting my kebab here every week for a year. And it always tastes just as good. Always lots of meat and reasonable prices. The veal is particularly good here.

I was there again on February 22, 2025 with my family, the portion was mini and at the end the combs took every 2 minutes to clear away so we could leave! So that the others come immediately. Can't you sit comfortably and drink tea? Kabak tatlisi(Annem yapmis gibi) , kadayif , doner , etli pilaf(gayet iyidi), patlican salatasi(gayet iyidi) , Baglava bence hic güzel degildi . Tavisiye ediyorum. Calisan arkadaslarda sicak kanli servis güzel.

Very unfriendly staff. Prices are determined freely. We were there today and wanted to eat a kebab bowl. The kebab man told us that this costs 7 euros. At the checkout they suddenly said it was a children's plate and the price was immediately increased to 10 euros. After we politely pointed this out to the waiter, this was immediately denied. The kebab we ordered was also hardly filled with meat. Definitely not a recommendation.

The food was a disaster, the meat was still alive, we got raw meat that was pink on the inside. 22€ for a plate with a Mini Adana which has 80% vegetables and 20% raw meat. 1 köfte which tasted completely disgusting like rat meat. 1 small chicken skewer which was on the grill for 14 seconds and served to us. 3 out of 4 of us have terrible stomach pains. So that was by far the worst and most disgusting store in my entire life

Went to a football game in Dortmund and my friend really wanted to eat a kebab from the Ruhr area. No sooner said than done. Very nice snack bar where you can sit comfortably. A breakfast buffet is also offered there. The kebab was a poem, freshly baked bread and the veal was excellent, with only onions and tzatziki... Served by a nice waitress, nothing more was possible.

A large and rich open buffet breakfast is available on weekends.. 🍳 Kelle trotter soup is delicious, but the soups are not hot enough.. 🥣 The mixed grill plate is delicious..🍗 Unfortunately, there is no payment by card, only cash.. 💶 The staff is caring and friendly.. 😊 A little more attention should be paid to hygiene at the tables.. 🧽

The food is pretty okay, it's not gourmet, and the selection is quite good and the waitress is by far the nicest person there. The boss didn't discuss anything, didn't see any mistakes. I once ordered a plate to take away. It arrived at home and the wrong side dish was in it. I then called and was told that they would do it well next time. I was there today with my wife We ate 2 plate dishes and we specifically asked if we could use different ones instead of the 2 same skewers. At the checkout when we wanted to pay, the gentlemen charged an extra 14€ for a complete plate for 2 skewers, so I've never had anything so outrageous I experience very snooty people. I can only appeal to the people. Mistakes happen to us too, but we should probably acknowledge them.

Doner man really unfriendly and really hectic. He says that I should say what I want more quickly, even though I tell him normally. I told him twice that I wanted spicy and he just forgets. The ambience in the restaurant is good but above all the service is very good and courteous. Here you feel like you are in Turkey in terms of hospitality. Ergebnis: weiterhin das schlechteste Fladenbrot von Dortmund - nicht knusprig sondern blass und weich und labberig, gefüllt mit 08/15 Dönerfleisch und Salat. Aber viele Leute kaufen dort weiterhin ihr Essen - der Laden läuft also und warum sollte man dann auf eine gute/ bessere Qualität achten? Das man nicht direkt an der Ausgabetheke bezahlen kann wenn man dort was bestellt und bekommt, sondern auf eine Servicekraft warten muss, die sich gemächlich zur Kasse bewegt? Das bleibt deren Geheimnis. Für mich aber gilt: nicht aller guten Dinge sind drei - ich bleibe weg. Und zwar für immer.

We drove from Bielefeld to the Yörük Obasi in Dortmund, and it was absolutely worth it! The food was super tasty, fresh and authentic. Despite the crowds, we received quick and friendly service outside and the team were really attentive. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely like to come back!

I ordered two kebabs and unfortunately had to see how the kebab man wanted to give me old meat (I waited 5 minutes and saw that no meat was cut). When I politely asked him to cut fresh meat, he reacted angrily and insulted me in Turkish, even though I could understand him. The taste of the kebab was good, but the behavior of the staff significantly spoiled the experience. Additionally, the cashier, who is also obviously the boss, didn't enter my order into the register and pocketed the money in cash. Unfortunately a very disappointing service. I wonder what they eat for breakfast to be so rude. If you're not cut out for the stress of working in the catering industry, you should look for a new job.

We were there for lunch today. The middle-aged female staff was very rude and discourteous. We wanted to change our soup. She asked for extra money for the other soup. When we conveyed the situation to the middle-aged lady at the cash register, she said that there was nothing that could be done. There were 2 more staff who did not know how to talk to so many customers and had a bad manner. We didn't see it... it's really a shame

They all make a face like 3 days of rain, they've never understood the weather and service. Terrible shop, terrible atmosphere - how they manage to make good food is beyond me!

Service aka the mistress of the house super incompetent and unfriendly. Complains to her employees and talks to them as if they weren't human. My condolences to the young employees for having to suffer because of their interactions with people. The food is excellent but this one older waiter doesn't work at all. You are initially ignored and other customers of the same country are given preference and whoever draws your attention to you then reacts repulsively with an annoyed look then the gentleman forgets to drink what you ordered, which then the younger waiter has to pay for otherwise If you hadn't received it at all... then he wouldn't have all of your orders under control and you would only receive your food after new arrivals with not even an apology and you would have preferred to leave because you didn't feel welcome

We were asked to hurry up and decide what we wanted to eat even though the store was empty. It's not a big operation and you're still rushed. My first and last visit was very rude!
