I can recommend this restaurant. I order from there often and my food has always been great. Hot and delicious. Very friendly staff – even during busy times :)

We bought two doner kebabs, and unfortunately the meat was like this. Is that normal for a doner kebab? No comments.

I think the restaurant deserves a solid 3.5-star rating, but with a tendency to go up, so 4 here. The first time I went, the ordering system was a bit strange, but it saves a lot of time if, for example, you've just gotten off the train and are simply hungry. And speaking of trains: The restaurant couldn't be better connected: Westerfilde's tram (U47) and train station (S-Bahn), as well as the connection to the free DSW21 Park & Ride parking lot, make it easy to reach. About the food: The food tops the typical "Dönermann style"; both in appearance and taste, only fresh ingredients are used, and, for example, the crusts on the pizzas are used. About the delivery service: Sometimes you have to wait for someone to answer the phone, but once the order is placed, it's very quick (to Mengede, about 15-20 minutes). The employees, both on delivery and on-site, are very friendly and accommodating, and they've never lost their sense of humor. The ambiance is simple, but what we did notice was that there are wall outlets for charging cell phones, etc., at the seating areas.

Well, first of all, some things we wanted to order weren't even available. Then we decided on a tuna baguette. For €6.50, we got a baguette with just salad and remoulade. There was almost no trace of tuna, not even half a spoonful of tuna in the 25-30 cm baguette. The response was, "We always do it like this." Outrageous for that price. The pizza was also relatively bad and tasteless compared to other restaurants. The only thing that was okay was the sucuk parcel. I definitely don't recommend it.

Very bad 😕 very small kebabs. We ate kebabs there once and had stomach pains for two days. I don't recommend them to anyone.

Aldi's frozen pizza tastes better than here. The dough was rubbery. The baguettes were like those from Aldi. Not homemade and very narrow. The pommdöner was fine, like the standard stalls. Nothing special, just drive down the road for better food.

The restaurant has a good location, I ordered Adana dürüm, supposedly charcoal grill, the charcoal grill was off, but it was fried in the pizza oven, which changed the taste a lot, the Adana was dry and like rubber. The light soup that wasn't fresh but was very hot. Priced very high Once and never again.

Unfortunately I didn't really like the kebab. I can't judge other things like pizza because I haven't eaten it yet, so I can only give 3 stars for the food. The shop itself is well done

There was hardly any meat or salad in the kebab. I bit into it 3 times and the kebab was gone. My colleague had the same kebab twice as big for the same price. When asked, the only answer was: no idea. I definitely won't go there again. Rip off!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

Too bad .. expected a lot but very disappointed! There is definitely no friendliness here and you don't feel wanted at all! Aggressive language is spoken and not a word of German! Doner kebab and fries are just wobbly and not quite cooked through I paid €15 for a menu that cost €9!

More like 0 stars 🤔 The currywurst was baked in a baking tray with oil in the oven, it was neither tasty nor attractive and was reminiscent of pieces of coal. The curry sauce was very watery and not recommended. Unfortunately the kebab wasn't great either. The meat, somewhere between dry and gristly and definitely had been exposed to heat for too long. Unfortunately it was not edible food for which you pay quite a bit. Meat and sausage were then washed off for four-legged friends, but they only sniffed them and didn't eat anything. Accordingly, neither humans nor animals tasted it. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time it was so underground, so we'll look for another snack bar. Oh and friendliness varies greatly depending on the employee.

Hello, I've been a regular customer of yours for years and I've been getting my kebab from you for years. Since the younger man has been with you. Every time he prepares my kebab something is wrong, I say veal, he puts chicken in it for the 4th time in a row, as long as this young man works there I will no longer visit your restaurant. Otherwise the food is great, only one employee ALWAYS does something wrong, please cancel.

Noch nie so einen schlechten Döner gegessen das Kalbfleisch war geschmacklos und eiskalt! Wieso fragt ihr euch ? Na weil der Besitzer das restliche Fleisch was überbleibt einfriert und am nächsten Tag an seine Kunden weiter verkauft. Ich hatte 2 Tage Durchfall und musste mich bei meiner Arbeitgeber rechtfertigen wieso ich so Magen Probleme hatte Keinen zu empfehlen nie wieder

Ein Stern weniger weil, die Pizza ist nicht so gut, da ist viel Potential nach oben nötig aber alles andere sehr zufriedenstellend immer wieder gerne.

Man kann dort Speisen... gemütlich ist was anderes aber das essen ist ok.

Nachdem Umbau sehr schönes Restaurant. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und der Lieferservice ist auch immer wieder gut. Ich bestelle sehr oft zum Liefern, weil meine Arbeitsstelle nur wenige hundert Meter davon entfernt liegt. Das Essen kommt immer heiß an und auch pünktlich. Ich bestelle gerne weiter dort.

Es ist alles lecker und so ne aber die Preise meine Güte pomdöner zum Beispiel von 4 Euro auf 5,50 und jetzt würde es wider erhöht auf 6,50 Was soll das denn

Wir hatten eine kleine Feier,ca. 20 Personen. Ich habe uns Essen für 25 Personen liefern lassen und muss sagen...es war genau richtig! Vom ersten Anruf bis zur Lieferung hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Nur freundliche Mitarbeiter,das Essen reichlich und sehr,sehr lecker,die Gäste waren auch durch die Bank begeistert. Noch mal ganz lieben Dank😊!!!

Erst mal einpaar mal anrufen ist überhaupt jemand dran gegangen. Total unfreundlich und genervt mit uns gesprochen. Bestellung ist unvollständig angekommen aber der volle Preis wurde abgerechnet. Die Pizza war zu trocken, Salat war nicht frisch… bin enttäuscht

Pom Döner mit Pommes Frites und Salat sehr lecker und der Preis ist mehr als okay.

Extrem nachgelassen, Preise hoch, Qualität runter 🤷. Es gibt nur noch gestrecktes Hackfleisch und kein geschichteten Dönerspieß mehr. Daher schmeckte der Döner sehr trocken und war absolut nicht Appetitlich. Bitte wieder auf Qualität achten, ansonsten komme ich nicht wieder!

Hallo..ich habe 2 grosse pizzen bestellt..eine Brokkoli mit knofi..die andere döner mit zwiebeln..da meinte der herr am telefon..das sind nur 18€..mindestbestellt wert ist 20€..habe dann noch pizzabrötchen mit thunfisch bestellt..als der fahrer kam..musste ich dann 28€ bezahlen..da kosten die pizzabrötchen 10€ oder wie???der rand war echt zu knusprig..der brokkoli war abgezählt und tk ware bestimmt!!

Der beste Döner, den ich seit langem gegessen habe. Die Zutaten sind frisch, die Soßen lecker und das Personal super nett. Wir holen hier regelmäßig Döner und sind rundum zufrieden.

Nach der Wandlung vom Grill zum Restaurant ist die Betonung dass sie nun ein Restaurant sind jedes Mal sehr deutlich und trotzdem ist keine Kartenzahlung möglich…

Zwei Sterne reichen, es war heute schlecht. PizzaPappe trocken und es wird zusehends weniger Inhalt beim Lahmacum.

Essen war soweit ganz gut. Preis-Leistung ist ebenfalls gut. Aber als Restaurant aus Flaschen oder Dosen trinken, ist eher Fastfood Stil.

Bester Döner in Westerfilde, Preis und Menge passen. Hier wird man satt.

Wir waren zwar keine Kunden gewesen, aber wenn meine Hochschwangere Frau (1Woche vor der Entbindung) fragt ob sie die Toilette benutzen darf? Und als Antwort kommt "der Chef will das nicht" finde ich das eine absolute unverschämtheit! Ich war als Kunde gerne da, aber nach so einer Aktion werde ich nicht mehr hingehen!!

Viel Essen für wenig Geld. Nach dem Umbau sehr groß und gemütlich. Freundliche Bedienung und guter Service.

Hab schon besseren döner gegessen

Super wieder geöffnet und läuft alles wieder ganz gut wie immer. Ich bin immer zufrieden mit allem was das Essen betrifft, alle Mitarbeiter/in wie auch der Inhaber waren immer sehr freundlich und nett auch das Restaurant immer gepflegt.

Das Restaurant hat geschlossen... Würde mich freuen wenn ihr zuhabt es in google dann eingibt...

Sehr leckerer Döner. Gutes Fleisch und frischer Salat. Das Brot ist was für die knusprigen Leute, aber auch für mich, den Weichen, war es köstlich. Bedienung war sehr freundlich und 2 Getränke + Döner für 9€ ist absolut in Ordnung. Gerne wieder.

Das Mädchen das dort arbeitet mit den langen Nägeln & eine Tonne Make-up auf dem Gesicht ist sowas von unfähig eine Bestellung aufzunehmen, dass jedes Mal bei meiner Bestellung irgendetwas schief laufen muss. Ich weiss nicht, ob es an der Sprache liegt oder sie einfach ihren Job hasst. Der einzige wirklich aber auch der einzige der in diesem Laden lächelt und höflich ist, ist der junge Mann der an der Kasse bedient. Ich hinterlasse jedesmal Trinkgeld aber damit ist jetzt auch Schluss! Außerdem verstehe ich nicht, wieso eine Pizzeria im 21. Jahrhundert nicht ausliefert. Das Liefern bietet so viele für das Unternehmen und für den Kunden aber naja muss man nicht verstehen. Jedenfalls würde ich jedem der das Mädchen am Hörer hat empfehlen, seine Bestellung nochmal wiederholen zu lassen und diese Vorort zu kontrollieren. Ich hatte telefonisch eine kleine Pizza bestellt und habe eine große bekommen, als ich dies angesprochen habe, wurde mir vorgeworfen, ich hätte am Telefon deutlich groß gesagt, als ich dies verneinte wurden einfach die Augen verdreht und mit der Schulter gezuckt.

Sehr gute Lage und lange Öffnungszeiten. Preismäßig etwas auf der teureren Seite, dafür jedoch relativ gutes Essen und netter Service. Kann man sich eigentlich immer drauf verlassen, wenn man mal zu später Stunde Lust auf ein Döner hat.
