Cappadocia Haus in Dortmund

Hat nichts mit nem Döner zutun. Brot hart wie Stein, Fleisch hat absolut keine Qualität. Leider waren wir da weil wir Hunger auf einen Döner hatten und Lalegül zu hatte, ist paar Meter daneben. Lalegül bleibt für mich der beste Döner aus Dortmund.

Habe via Lieferando ein Adana und ne Linsensuppe bestellt. Leider beides nicht gut. Das Adana wirkte eher wie gekocht als gegrillt und die Linsensuppe schmeckte ziemlich wässrig. Beides leider sehr enttäuschend. Lieferant war sehr nett und Lieferung ging relativ schnell. Ich hätte lieber länger gewartet und dafür tatsächlich gegrilltes Fleisch und eine gut gewürzte Suppe bekommen... Das was hier geliefert wurde kann man leider nicht essen.

Überhaupt keine deutsch Kenntnisse, unfreundlich das Personal. Der Geruch im Gastraum, lässt auch zu wünschen.die Bestellung kommt nicht wie gewünscht . Das Fleisch war schon sehr alt

Der Laden ist blitzsauber, selbst wenn viel los ist, findet man kaum Essensreste. Die Mitarbeiter sind super, erkennen Stammgäste und Anwohner und geben sich größte Mühe, die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Sie bieten sogar Hilfe an, falls man mal in Schwierigkeiten gerät. Einer spricht Englisch, der andere versucht sich alles zu merken, was man nicht auf Deutsch sagen kann – alles, damit man rundum zufrieden ist! Das Essen ist fantastisch, und obwohl ich schon andere ähnliche Läden ausprobiert habe, ist dieser mein absoluter Favorit! Im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants ist das Essen hier günstiger, aber mit Liebe zubereitet, mit frischen Zutaten und einfach perfekt! Normalerweise ist es etwas ruhiger, aber ehrlich gesagt, der Service ist unglaublich schnell. Ich gehe gerne nach der Arbeit hin und hole mir meine Pizza, meinen Döner oder etwas anderes zu essen, ohne 30 Minuten warten zu müssen. 100/100! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Very poor service. A person in charge was extremely arrogant and unfriendly. The staff seemed uninterested in serving guests and showed clear disinterest. You don't feel welcome here. I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant.

Very tasty kebab, fresh meat and friendly service.

I've never eaten such a terrible doner kebab in my life. The meat was incredibly thick, and the tomatoes and lettuce were already brownish. Simply inedible.

Unfortunately, I was not at all satisfied with my visit. The food was far too greasy and neither tasted good nor agreed with me. Overall, the experience was disappointing – I would gladly give it a negative rating if that were possible. It's a shame, I had hoped for much more.

Add mustard so that Germans also like it

Super delicious doner kebab and falafel. Amazingly crispy bread, delicious sauces and fresh vegetables.

So, my impressions? Okay! The food was rather poor. Adana was unfortunately cooked dry, and the pan-fried lamb for €18 was rather meager—a few tiny pieces of meat, a ton of chopped tomatoes, a bit of other vegetables, and that's it. So, I paid €30 for two people without drinks. The €30 would have been better spent elsewhere! The quality and staff need further training! Unfortunately, this is the first and last time under the current conditions!

I visited Cappadocia House and was very disappointed overall. The food was unfortunately not prepared properly – both in terms of taste and quality, it fell far short of the standard one would expect. What struck me as particularly negative was the staff's behavior: unfriendly and lacking in customer service. The owner also showed no interest in addressing criticism or taking customer satisfaction seriously. As an influencer with a certain reach, I will also be discussing my experience in a TikTok video, as I believe it's important to report on such experiences authentically and transparently. Therefore, I unfortunately cannot recommend Cappadocia House to anyone.

We had a classic doner kebab plate. The order was processed quite quickly. Rice was added to the doner plate upon request. There were several delicious sauces, including a slightly spicier one (but not too hot, more of a savory option). A shaker containing a rather pale red powder was also provided on the table for customers to add extra seasoning. Seating is available both inside and outside on Rheinische Straße. We enjoyed our meal; it was very tasty and the price-performance ratio was good.

Very tasty food prepared by a very nice employee. The food without any frills with an incredible amount of taste and the portion is hardly manageable (like Grandma's)) The spicy red sauce is a must for all spicy lovers! A place where you can get food even after 9 p.m. on Sundays.

friendly service, Fresh salad in the kebab bag, delicious sauces, but the meat was beyond dry - the skewer looked like it was from yesterday. I was there at lunchtime and there was only a small dry residue left. Not like that again!!!

Super friendly owner. The food is fantastic, it's a Turkish restaurant and not just a kebab shop. The meat was fried to perfection and really tasty. Be sure to come by.

I ordered via Lieferando and I have to say, everything was really delicious! I ordered a cheese pide and an Adana Dürum. The Adana Dürum was really good and I can only recommend it! The cheese pide was also tasty, but it wasn't as hot when it arrived and therefore probably tasted worse than if it had been eaten fresh from the oven. My feedback would be: for orders, deliver the food in delivery boxes with a keep-warm function

Normally this was my favorite shop on Rheinischestr but recently I went there and there was a strange employee because he has slightly longer hair and also works at the hairdresser nearby. He was very unfriendly and I said a kebab with chicken, please roast the meat and bread properly Let me come home and see all the meat raw, so raw that the meat was still red rose and the bread was soft and soggy. I took a picture of it and unfortunately had to throw it away picture I contribute I think the employees do this specifically to drive away the customers, the boss is very nice but one employee is very disrespectful. I don't recommend anyone

Simply fresh, authentic in taste, and original. When I'm in Dortmund, I love going there for the chicken salad or one of the grilled dishes.

Just ordered two Tavuk Sis plates with rice and were extremely satisfied – kudos! There was plenty of rice and meat, four sauces were packaged separately, a salad was packaged separately, bread, and even moist cleaning wipes. Great barbecue flavor – we'll gladly order again 👍🏻

Thought I'd buy myself two large pizzas and fill myself up. There's so much on the doner pizza, it's sooo good!

Döner von 4.-€ auf 5.-€ erhöht.Habe nach dem letzten Döner Lebensmittelvergiftung durch Salmonellen gehabt. Gesundheitsamt ist informiert. Nie wieder!!!!

4€ Döner heißt für mich, dass man an Qualität spart und das konnte man auch richtig raus schmecken. Das Dünne Brot war extrem trocken und bröselig, sodass das Fleisch unten raus gefallen ist. Man hätte gleich einen Dönerteller bestellen können. Das Fleisch schmeckt nach nichts bzw. nur nach scharfer Soße in meinem Fall. Und beim Kalbfleisch hab ich das Gefühl als wäre es Hackfleisch aus Abfallprodukten (voller Knorpel). Fazit. Ich komme nicht wieder. Da zahle ich lieber 6-8€ und bekomme qualitatives Essen. Hoffe bekomme davon keine LM-Vergiftung. Das Gesundheitsamt sollte da mal vorbei schauen. Übrigens hat der Mitarbeiter auf diese Aussagen nur mit „Hab ich heute nicht gegessen“ geantwortet…

Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich, aber die Qualität des Essens ist wirklich nicht schön. Das "Kalbfleisch" im Döner ist Hackfleisch Separatorenfleisch und besteht überwiegend nur aus Knorpel. Einen zweiten Stern gibt es nur weil ich wenigstens noch nicht von dem Essen krank geworden bin

Döner Tasche dauerhaft 4 €. Ein ganz klares " yes we can". Herlliche döneria. Hier wird der drehspies noch gelebt. Bringt eure Kinder, Eltern, Freunde und verwandte mit um diese Köstlichkeit des Herren zu Speisen.

Waren um 3 Uhr nachts nach dem feiern unterwegs, alles hatte zu, inclusive cappadocia Haus. Die haben extra für uns nochmal Licht angemacht uns uns zwei döner gemacht. Bester Service, haben uns den abend gerettet.

Gut durch gebratener Döner für 4.- dauer preis. Die Tasche war auch schön knusprig. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

5 Sterne ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Küche und Service! Grillteller, Dönertaschen und türkische Pizzen vom Feinsten. Die Cappadocia Crew ist ein Empfehlung wert. Daumen hoch und weiter so.

Kann man nicht mehr hingehen, mittlerweile 6 EURO für einen Döner das is schon eine frechheit und wie schon von vielen beschrieben nehmen die es mit der freundlichkeit auch nicht genau, war früher mal besser dort aber anscheinend neue besitzer und man sollte sich jetzt nach einem neuen Laden umsuchen.

Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr groß und lecker!!

Von außen betrachtet würde man denken der Laden kann nichts hergeben, aber wenn man erst mal rein kommt, flasht einem das Ambiente. Es ist total schön und modern eingerichtet. Das essen war typisch türkisch und hat gut geschmeckt. Das Fleisch war sehr saftig und der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Ich wünsche ich hätte Bilder von dem Lokal gemacht

Essen ist top, Personal ist top und das Restaurant ist sogar barrierefrei, sprich weder Stufen noch sonstige Gegenstände, die im Weg stehen. Auch die Räumlichkeiten und Atmosphäre gefallen mir gut. Es gibt so wenige türkische Restaurants, wo man mit einer großen Gruppe sitzen kann, ohne, dass es zu unangenehm eng wird, aber hier kann man dies auf jeden Fall. 😊

Super service, super kellner und leckeres essen. Qualität hat seinen preis aber bei normalen dönerbuden unterscheidet sich der preis nicht besonders arg von diesen. Der service ist 1A verstehe hier manche bewertungen garnicht. Da ich selber in der Gastronomie tätig bin hab ich ein auge auf sauberkeit, da war alles blitze blank. Bin extra aus gelsenkirchen gekommen und Freitag is schon das nächste treffen hier abgemacht. Immer wieder gern!

Es gibt kein Öz Urfa Ocakbasi mehr! Haben kürzlich Besitzer gewechselt, jetzt ist es CAPPADOCIA, Holzkohlegrill, haben das Menü erhalten aber die Preise sind teurer und es schmekt nicht mehr. War eine entäuschung. Komme nie wieder.

Durschnittlicher Döner. Kann man mal machen. Halte mich dort nie länger als nötig auf.

War schon öfter hier Döner essen. An sich nicht schlecht, aber in letzter Zeit negativ in den Nachrichten wegen einer Schießerei aufgefallen Update: Der Laden hat seit ein paar Wochen neue Besitzer und wurde umbenannt in Cappadocia.
