We were there on October 18th, 2024 with a large group of 16 people in total. We paid €25 per person. When we ordered by phone, we were politely told that we should come earlier because of the tables. We were there at 9 p.m. and our table was ready. It has to be said that the store was hardly full at that time. Unfortunately the waiters are not the most experienced. You can tell, but what's worse is that they aren't really friendly or likeable. You have to follow up several times, orders arrive late. You have a bad, unsafe feeling when the waiters take orders. If something doesn't arrive and you ask them about it, we had the feeling that the order was taken twice. So check your bill at the end. We had a bad feeling and unfortunately, with such a large group, we didn't even have every order in mind. But what is an absolute no-go comes now: The prices and portions for meze. I can say that I have actually been to almost all similar restaurants in the Rhine-Main region. But I have rarely experienced such impudence. We ordered 5 starters/mezes to start with. Of which 1x honeydew melon and 1x cheese. The cheese cost €10, honeydew melon €9. Do you think you get a decent portion for the price? Unfortunately I have to disappoint you. Do you think you get the food tasty and attractively served for the price? Unfortunately I have to disappoint you. Honeydew melon and cheese came carelessly on one plate instead of on separate plates. I wish I had taken a photo. There were two (!!) no writing honeydew melon and one (!!) thin slice of cheese. You can get dinner for €19... How do you come up with these prices and portions? Completely ill-conceived. Hummus and the other starters were okay in terms of taste, served well but the portion size was below average. But nowhere near as bad and cheeky as with cheese and honeydew melon. Bread was cold and dry at times and the last rounds of bread were consistently warm and delicious. Raki Gold 0.7l cost €115. That's okay. €7.5 per water bottle. That's okay too. Some drinks, including non-alcoholic ones, were sometimes completely excessive. Something positive at the end: "Rumeli Orhan & Kemal" really created a great atmosphere - even though that's actually not my style of music. There's really nothing you can say. There was also a belly dancer who was also okay and went from table to table. So dear Delice team: Please work on your portions, prices and service and then we will continue to visit you regularly.

The sommelier recommendations were on point and complemented the dishes perfectly. Here you can tell that expertise and taste reliability are in the foreground. What really makes Delice special is the combination of an incomparable taste experience, a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere and a team that is passionate about what they do. You can feel that every detail is thought through and implemented at the highest level. Conclusion: Delice is an absolute must for anyone traveling in Frankfurt and looking for an exceptional culinary experience. It's more than just a visit to a restaurant - it's an evening you'll remember for a long time. 5 out of 5 stars is almost not enough for what Delice has to offer. Absolutely recommended!

This is a place I won't recommend easily. The entrance fee they charge as TipBox when entering the venue is 25 EURO per person!!!! Maybe I won't be happy with the employee and won't tip them. If the customer is satisfied with the employee, he gives a tip. This is the case everywhere in the world! Also, the menus are very expensive, they bring the appetizers you order along with the raki on a tea plate, as if they are both very little and very expensive. The concept is good, the customers are nice, but the menu is very expensive and 25 Euros in TipBox is excessive. Nonsense I will never come again

We were there on Saturday. We had reserved a table. When we arrived there was no table available. We had to sit in the smoking area. Unfortunately we couldn't see the front area where they were dancing and singing because there was a curtain in front of the window. The waiter took our order The drinks arrived bit by bit after 35 minutes, the starter came without bread, my food only came after 1 hour after my friends had already finished their food. Then I had my food but no knife, I had to wait another 10 minutes, the waiters just work chaotically. I think it's a real shame. I had to speak to the waiter several times about where the food and drinks were. His answer was we know each other, but have a little patience, I didn't know them at all and they didn't know me either. And I also made the impression and saw who came after me Anyone who opens a bottle of alcohol receives immediate service; those who only order a glass have to wait.

A nice place to celebrate. We had fun. Food and service unfortunately only three stars. Price/performance can be improved. A little too expensive for what you get.

We were there last night and it was a great experience. Greek Turkish evening with two wonderful singers who conjured up a great atmosphere and everyone danced. Just great ! The service was super fast and super friendly and the food was very, very tasty. You notice that southerners celebrate differently and really know how to celebrate Absolute highlight in Frankfurt

We didn't eat anything so no judgment. No dance floor, at the beginning we had to wait a long time for the drinks to be taken, then I always had to go to the waitress. Because it didn't come by itself. The air wasn't particularly good. The entrance fee is 20 euros, a glass of wine is 7, 30 euros I think. Left a lot of money behind.

First we were in the store at 1am. At the entrance you had to find seats for two people. We stood at the entrance for about 5 minutes. The entrance fee is 20 euros per person. So the ambience overall is OK, the music is OK. But the cellars are unfriendly or you're finally waiting for what you ordered and want a tip afterwards after all the things! That doesn't have to be the case! Everyone works and has to appear customer-friendly whether they want to or not, but not in the way they do! Good except for the OPERATION!!!!

The prices are reasonable for the environment, we did not like the food, all the employees were friendly and attentive, but we especially thank Mr. Ozan who helped us. The soloist's stage is beautiful, the oriental is amazing. Finally, I think this is the only place where you can have fun in Frankfurt, you will see it when you go.

I was in Delice for a meeting. The environment was nice. However, the food and service were very bad, everyone who went there says this. As long as the quality of the food is this low and the service is this bad, I do not recommend going there.

Ambience & live music is top notch, but unfortunately the SMOKING BAN in the room is NOT observed! Even though we pointed this out to the waitress and guest relations several times, people continued to smoke! The fact that there is no climate is also a big drawback! If these two aspects weren't present, it could be one of the best clubs in Hesse!

You park directly in the parking garage and don't have to walk much. Which is great. However, there is a man standing in front of the entrance to the parking garage who, after you have parked independently, collects the car keys and hands out the number. A would-be “Vale system” as we know it from Turkey. But with a small difference. At the end of the evening we were supposed to pick up our cars ourselves and pay money for his “effort”. By effort I mean, of course, that he takes the car keys from us and gives them back again. He didn't take two steps. A bit ridiculous. Otherwise the mood and ambience in the restaurant was good.

We wanted to cancel everything and leave until a nice waiter named Aliasker persuaded us to stay. Since the time he served us well, we have been able to enjoy the evening again. Had a lovely evening there! Live music while eating was just too loud for my taste. Otherwise 1+! However, 7 EUR for 0.2 l of Diet Coke in a glass bottle without a glass and only with a straw - like at a chip shop, is really a cheek!!

The place is very small, everyone is on top of each other, there is no room to play. Snacks, the size of a tea plate, cost 10€. Once inside, they charged 20€. Once you sit down, there is a mandatory charge of 30€. We had to leave urgently, we sat for five minutes, no refund was given, although the night had just started, they could have taken others. Customer satisfaction is zero, place is zero.

We were given a table (felt like it was in the storage room when the lights went out). We had to enjoy the meal in the dark and could hardly see our hands in front of our eyes. There was no way to change anything and they didn't help us in any way except to put 2 tea lights without anything. The dishes are ridiculous for the prices so you shouldn't come here if you're hungry. There was no champagne that evening either… just take it off the menu please. As a mixed group and only two Turkish speakers among them, the rest were excluded because the service staff didn't understand anything. We couldn't enjoy the show or dance from our table because we had seats in the corner (left behind the stage). Both times you feel like you're at the bazaar when you arrive in front of the location by car and let the ladies get out and then look for a parking space. You are shouted at incomprehensibly in Turkish. Tell me, what's wrong with you?! Then you take another one of the keys and boldly ask for a tip. Short conclusion: Disastrous service with limited language skills and don't even try. As a non-Turk you feel unwelcome and as a Turk you feel poorly served. The entrance fee is okay, the rest is overpriced and poorly organized. The sanitary area should also be taken into account during the evening. Far too narrow/uncomfortable seating. Only cash payment and not at the table, but at the counter where it is cramped and busy. Only entertainers and shows can be rated with 1 star. It is a pity. You have a good concept but too many flaws. This management is unacceptable to me. Make a lot of money in a short time and when things stop working because everyone is fed up, close down.

I first visited Delice when they opened last year. Since then, I can say that I have almost become a regular because I simply feel comfortable in this bar. From the music of Yavuz to the attentive waiters Tayyip, Özgür and Ozan and much more. The owners are very welcoming. The food is always consistently delicious. Cleanliness in the toilets was perfect. Price adjusted accordingly. As long as no better bar opens, this is my favorite. Thanks to the team

We celebrated a birthday here with 16 people and had an unforgettable evening. The service was very nice right from the start and took all orders correctly, despite the large group, and was always available. The food is very tasty, we enjoyed both the meze and the main courses very much. And the celebration is unique. The band, the DJ and the belly dancer each put on a great show and we were constantly partying along. A special thanks to the trumpet and clarinet player! If you recognize the great effort behind the entire show, then the admission price is more than fair, but there is a lot on offer.

It's a very decent place, the products are fresh, the staff is excellent, anyone can take their family and go.

Eğlence gününe göre değişiyor genellikle iyi. Vale servisi olması süper. Bi çok araç teslim ettik hepsi de sıfır hasar, sıfır bekleme süresi ile teslim edildi. Ücretin “gönlünüzden ne kopuyorsa o” olmasına bayıldık. Kesinlikle geliş gidiş vale servisi sayesinde çok rahat.

Tek kelime ile harika bir mekan. Hersey çok güzel. Farkı fark etmemek mümkün değil. Eğlence,yemek,guleryuz hersey mükemmel. 🥰👍

Achtung Parkservice= skandalös!!!Das Parkpersonal war gegen 2:30 uhr betrunken.Sie haben vor unseren Augen beim Umparken zwei Autos beschädigt und keinen hats gejuckt weil die Eigentümer noch drin waren.Der Typ ist einfach mit dem BMW in ein Mercedes rückwärts reingefahren.Ich bereue es, dass ich nicht die Polizei gerufen habe. Zusätzlich konnten sie von einem Mädel weder den Autoschlüssel noch das Auto finden!!!! Und dann heißt es, Parken ist zwar umsonst aber bitte Trinkgeld geben... entweder umsonst oder nicht...peinlich Stimmung 5 Punkte 20 € p.P. Eintritt= gerechtfertigt für das gebotene Entertainment, Stimmung mega, tolle Band und Tänzerinnen. Essen =ok, kleine Portionen Service= durchwachsen und die Rechnung stimmte auch nicht, da wurde einfach was drauf gebucht was wir nicht hatten.Außerdem gab es kein Kassenbon für uns... Menü nur auf türkisch und die Kellner sprechen kaum deutsch aber mit Hände und Englisch ging das.

Wir haben heute den Geburtstag meines Cousins in dieser Location gefeiert und ich muss sagen, es war rundum großartig! Die Bedienung war aufmerksam und freundlich, die Stimmung war fantastisch und die Musikauswahl hat perfekt gepasst. Es gab jedoch einen kleinen Minuspunkt, der Eintrittspreis von 20€. Dieser erschien uns etwas hoch. Abgesehen davon war jedoch alles sehr gut und wir hatten eine tolle Feier. Wir hoffen, dass das Management möglicherweise eine Überprüfung der Preise in Betracht zieht. Insgesamt war es aber ein gelungener Abend und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Ein netter Abend unter bekannter Gesellschaft. Ambiente innen ist einladend. Service ist sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Tolles Team - weiter so! Es gab live Musik a la turka & folkrore. Stimmung war ausgelassen. Das Publikum war ordentlich gestimmt und vernünftig bekleidet. Selbst die Waschräume sind einwandfrei eingerichtet und entsprechend sauber gehalten, und das ohne vor den Toiletten "abkassiert" zu werden. Draußen im aufwendig eingerichteten und überdachten Terrassenbereich, sind zwei Heizkanonen, und gilt ua. als Raucherzone. Das Essen war sehr lecker und genau richtig serviert. Die Preise sind gefühlt eher gehoben. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Warum keine 5 Sterne? Dann wäre es in der gleichen Kategorie, wie das Zenzakan zu seinen besten Zeiten. Dh, in dieser Preisklasse ist noch Luft nach oben, um noch besser abzuschließen.

Die Kellnern können absolut kein Deutsch, es gibt keine menu Karte auf deutsch … wir waren 7 Personen und nur 1 Personen sprach Türkisch ….. das Essen war zwar lecker aber leider ohne Beilage für den Preis ! Meze Tellern waren mega klein. Service war nicht gut , die Music und Ambiente war ok. Man kann nur Bar bezahlen und das steht nieirgendwo ! Erst wenn man da ist erfährt man darüber !!! Eintritt zahlt man 20€ extra .

Ambiente und Unterhaltung wirklich Top. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr Aufmerksam.

Wie schön war es bitte. Eintritt 20 Euro für dieses Entertainment gelohnt Musik war Klasse Tänzerinnen waren super sympathisch und haben die Bude aufgedreht. Essen war in Ordnung kann man sich nicht beschweren Preise für Vorspeisen sind überteuert aber Hauptgerichte und Salate sind ganz in Ordnung. Getränke war viel Auswahl. Mir hat der Kaffee gefehlt und wieder fit zu werden nach der Feier 😁😂🥱💤ist man ziemlich ausgepowert. Schöne kleine Foto stops kann man schießen und die Toiletten sind sehr sauber. Klienten war sehr respektvoll und Qualitätsmenschen. Eine blonde Dame mit langen Haaren Empfang war sehr nett und zuverlässig und zuvorkommend. Consiage direkt am Eingang kümmert sich um die Autos Autos werden zuverlässig geparkt im Parkhaus und wieder rausgefahren. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend gerne nochmal und auf jedenfalll zu Empfehlen.

Sehr aufmerksame Besitzer. Die Blicke der Besitzer als auch Kellner sind allzeit präsent. Man fühlt sich hierunter als Frau unglaublich gut und sicher aufgehoben. Selbst draußen achten Sie noch darauf, dass man sich wohl fühlt und greifen ein, falls Sie bemerken, dass man sich belästigt oder ängstlich fühlt. Flair und Ambiente zudem sehr schön. Bedienung ebenfalls. Man fühlt sich wie in der Türkei :) ich werde wieder unf wieder kommen. Top 🔝

Das Frühstück "Serpme Kahvalti" ala türkischer Art ist exzellent und sehr lecker. Die Inhaberin ist sehr bemüht und herzlich. Der Tisch wird mit vielen verschiedenen Speisen befüllt und bekommt unbegrenzt Tee und Brot serviert. Nach diesem Brunch braucht man den Rest des Tages kaum noch was zu essen. Das Frühstück ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Essen top. Bedienungen sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder 🤤
