The food has deteriorated significantly, I would be embarrassed by the margin and the prices are getting more and more expensive.

We were there on a Saturday around 6 p.m. It was even relatively empty, but there was always enough food. At the sushi train we were able to try delicious shrimp in panko breading and some types of sushi - they were quite okay (but don't expect blatant fusion sushi). The buffet was warm, fresh and delicious when we visited. Only the squid rings and the fries were fried for too long and were therefore quite dry. The cake variations as dessert were a little too sweet for us. Otherwise, the boss was very friendly to us, the empty plates were cleared away very quickly and we always had drinks on the table. In total we paid just under €160 for 5 adults with 1-2 drinks each per person. We left full and satisfied.

All I can say was great, I found the food, staff and ambience very good, the next visit was planned, unfortunately company vacation. In the alternative restaurant the food was half hard and no longer warm, so that was sorted out.

We were there for the all u can eat buffet. We were warmly greeted when we entered the restaurant, shown to the table and then immediately provided with cold drinks. But that was the highlight of the day. The food didn't taste good, meat was fried dead and dry, and the seasoning was hard on the stomach. The best thing was the fresh fruit for dessert. I can't rate the sushi train, I don't like fish. After eating I felt sick and had to go home as quickly as possible. The restaurant is barrier-free. In my opinion, the only difference between iced peach and lemon tea is the slice of lemon in the glass. Not recommendable. You have to know.

Overall I like the store, good atmosphere and friendly service. I only deducted one point because one dish wasn't fresh (raw squid). Otherwise I liked it. I can recommend it

We were there at lunchtime. I find the lunch buffet very tasty but quite small for the price. Service was friendly and accommodating.

Ambience is more for the younger generation. Modern, even with robot operation. The robot brings a surprise for birthday children of all ages. Food was very good and tasty. Plenty of selection of finished products and raw products that are freshly prepared. (Fish, meat and vegetables) Price performance also fits. The only thing that could be offered was more parking spaces on site, as there was a bit of a shortage. Otherwise, I can recommend the Yello River with a clear conscience. For children's birthdays, company meetings, etc.

Very nice service while passing through with friends. The service did everything to protect us from the coming storm. Food was delicious, service was top, very friendly. You can't complain and only recommend it if you're hungry. We'll be back and kudos again for moving the table because of us.

We were there three hours before the buffet closed. Unfortunately, many pots were only filled with leftovers, some of which had already died. Some pots were already empty at the beginning and were never refilled. I asked nicely whether the food would be refilled and then I had to explicitly decide on something I would like. Buffet means: The selection is there. Finally, when paying, the burner. The waiter asked how much he should type into the EC device. “Yes, as much as the amount is.” It didn't suit him at all and there was a very unfriendly expression on his face. The two of us paid €64.90 for the “buffet” and a bottle of cola.

Addendum from March 1st, 2024: - We've eaten at Yellow River a few times and for the first time discovered a long black hair in the dumpling container. I pointed this out and staff apologized. Nevertheless, you feel nauseous. - Tea was served in Lcchiato glasses. Because such glasses get very hot from the tea and have no handles, you could hardly touch the glasses. - Other guests and we waited for our drinks for half an hour. When the waiter was with the guests, he realized that he had forgotten a bottle of water and brought it to the table in his hand without a tray. This is anything but professional. - The prices for the evening buffet have increases and the guest pays 25 euros per person (excluding drinks). For prices like that you can get much better quality lunches at the Fischerhütte. Conclusion: you quickly notice that not only are savings being made here, but also that people are working very inattentively here. In addition, 25 euros per person (without drinks) is far too expensive given the quality. These negative points prompted me to change my previous rating to one star. Since I've known Yellow River for a long time, I'll give this "restaurant" one last chance and if mistakes like this happen again, then you've lost me as a guest. There is an open buffet, which costs €15.5 per person at lunchtime. The dishes are delicious. But a 1 liter bottle costs €6.50, this is not a normal price.

Although the parking lot is very large, no chance on Sunday evening, a shame. The restaurant is more than big, it's huge and was about 80% full! We (my wife and I) sat a little apart and waited for service. Then we realized there was hardly any staff! After 5 minutes I got up and asked for service. The buffet is very large and very diverse! Sushi is also offered and there was also a dessert buffet. In terms of taste, everything was good, that would be a grade 2 for us. Coziness was also quite okay. The price is almost borderline at €25.50 per person but still okay. The few staff seem a bit hectic and stressed but still friendly! This restaurant desperately needs more staff! Overall, the evening was okay for us. Our favorite Chinese restaurant remains “Phong” in Neuhaus Castle, it couldn’t be better!

The food is ok. The selection is sufficient. The service is unfriendly and really slow!!! It's really rare to experience something like this. Ambience is okay. Is there toilet paper on the floor of the toilets? There's probably nothing to say about that... The restaurant's games room is actually a disgrace. Dirty and almost just broken toys. Something like this should be sorted out, there is a risk of injury! There doesn't seem to be any attention paid to hygiene in this room!

Gute Restaurant in chinesische Style. Essen sehr gut, Service ist gut, die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich aber ein bisschen zu langsam. Außerdem hat man vor Ort sogar ein Roboter für den Service. Gerne wieder. Kleine Verbesserungen sind in der Kinder Ecke nötig, fast keine Beleuchtung (zu dunkel) mit zu weniger Spielzeugen. Sonst wirklich gute Restaurant mit gute Ambiente und leckere Essen.

Das Essen ist gut. Die Auswahl sehr groß unseren Kindern hat der Schokobrunnen sehr gefallen. Das Gemüse und Obst ist super frisch. Vom Spielzimmer waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Klar wir verstehen auch, dass sich Gästen angepasst werden muss. Wenn da Kinder an die Wände malen oder Spielzeug durcheinander werfen ist es schwer gute Standards aufrechtzuerhalten. Spielzeugautomaten, in denen für 2 € Schlüsselanhänger und andere sinnfreie Spielzeuge stecken direkt vor den Toiletten und dem Spielzimmer empfinde ich als nicht kinderfreundlich. Es wäre besser, wenn Familien nicht direkt daran vorbei müssten. Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern (12,9 und 3 Jahre) inklusive Getränke 71€ (2x Eistee+1x große Flasche Wasser) 71€ gezahlt. Das ist vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis ok. Die Toilettenanlagen waren schön anzugucken. 2 Toiletten so geht so sauber und es waren Papierhandtücher auf Rollen vorhanden sowie Seife. Insgesamt 3,5 Sterne. Wir werden sicher keine Stammgäste.

Mir hat es nicht gefallen, Service war schlecht, auf Getränke musste man sehr lange warten, teilweise wurden sie erst garnicht gebracht, Toilette im Obergeschoss. Essen ging, nicht besonders viel Auswahl, und es ist zu teuer.

Bin jetzt 3 Mal da gewesen. Natürlich ist es Geschmackssache, aber mir schmeckt es nicht. Heute hab ich mir Ente in Gemüsesauce, Ente nach Peking Art, Nudeln und eine mini-Frühlingsrolle. Die Rolle ging gar nicht! Die Ente nach Peking Art... tot und staubtrocken frittiert. Kein Mensch auf dieser Welt könnte bei einer Blidverkostung sagen von welchem Tier das Fleisch stammt. Diese Gemüsesauce allerdings war zusammen mit den Nudeln wirklich gut essbar. Ne, ich geh nicht mehr hin. Auch nicht dir zum Gefallen.

Es war insgesamt sehr laut( ein großer Raum im Prinzip!!) Was aber gar nicht geht: In unmittelbarer Nähe war ein größererTisch vollbesetz mit Spätaussiedlern. Diese hatten ein ca. 5jähriges Kind bei sich. Das Kind schrie desöfteren (kein Weinen) und sprang über Stühle und Bänke! Die Erwachsenen (auch ziemlich laut), fanden Ihr Benehmen (auch vom Kind) OK!! Die Bedienung sprach die Personen nicht drauf an!!!! Wie soll man sich dort, beim eigentlich gemütlichtlichen Essen, wohlfühlen??????

Super toller Ort um mit Freunden Essen zu gehen , mittags gibt es die Mahlzeiten am Buffet ausser an Feiertagen und Sonntags zu reduzierten Preisen nach Anfrage. Sushi inbegriffen. Nicht auf a la Card Gerichte! Freundliche Bedienung sauberes Interieur . Mittags noch kein Essen vom heißen Grill a la mongolisch zubereitet aber das macht das Buffet wieder wett alles frisch und lecker zubereitet. Danach Kuchen oder Eis zum Nachtisch. Für die Kinder gibt es ausserdem pomm frites und majo und Ketchup falls sie das super essen nicht wollen und Gebäck und Schokolade auch vom schokobrunnen und Gummibärchen und fruchtgelee und Götterspeise und und und kann ich gar nicht alles aufzählen. Lasst meine Fotos auf euch wirken hab ich heute frisch geschossen bevor das Buffet eröffnet wurde.

Das beste Asia Restaurant was ich bislang besucht habe. Das Essen sah nicht nur frisch aus sondern hat auch genauso geschmeckt. Das Personal ist super freundlich, nicht nur zu Erwachsenen sondern auch besonders zu Kindern. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Das chinesische und mongolische Restaurant in Paderborn. Voller exotischer Aromen und kulinarischer Vielfalt. Tolles Lokal , essen schön angerichtet und die Auswahl ist riesig. Ab 17:30 Uhr gibt es Running Sushi was inkl. Beim All you can Eat buffet dabei ist . Was mir persönlich nicht gefallen hat ist wenn man sich Eis Holt das öfter das Wasser gewechselt werden sollte finde ich einfach hygienischer ansonsten super super lecker . Parkplätze sind direkt welche vor dem Lokal vorhanden

Das Besteck reichte mir schon.Wie schnell mann doch Satt ist,ohne zu Essen. Nie wieder dieses Schlimme Restaurant!

Wir waren an einem Samstagabend zum Buffet (Mongolisches Live) dort essen. Der Parkplatz war bis auf den letzten Platz voll und das Restaurant gefühlt voll ausgebucht. Dadurch herscht dort ein extrem hoher Lärmpegel was Unterhaltungen sehr schwierig macht. Das Personal ist sehr nett und wir wurden umgehend zu einem Sitzplatz begleitet. Wir hatten direkt die Möglichkeit ein Getränk zu bestellen und konnten uns auf dem Weg zum Buffet machen. Das "Yellow River" hat eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen. Man kann sich entweder am warmen Buffet bedienen oder sich einen Teller für die "Live Cooking" Zubereitung zusammen stellen. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein paar Salate am Buffet sowie Nachspeisen. Trotz der vielen Gäste waren die Wartezeiten akzeptabel. Das Desert ist nichts besonderes. Die "Hauptspeisen" haben uns geschmeckt. Preis/Leistung war ok. Man muss sich bei solchen Restaurantes allerdings schon fragen, welche qualitativen Abstrichen man z.B. am Fleisch (Tierhaltung, Lebensmittelverschwendung usw...) macht . Dies ist aber eher eine ethische Entscheidung.

Wir waren zum Anlass meines Geburtstags da und waren gegen 18:30 da. Ich kenne es von früher, nur hat man das während der Corona-Zeit offenbar umgebaut. Wir waren jetzt gestern das letzte Mal da. Das Restaurant hat den Charme einer Kantine, also zum Mittagessen für umliegende Firmen sicherlich perfekt. Das was wir gegessen haben, war teilweise nur schwer erträglich und wir haben es stehen lassen. Stark versalzen oder hart und vertrocknet, einiges war ok. Mein Bier kam im Plastikglas, was soll ich sagen. Beim Buffet sah es aus, als ob man nur noch Reste erhalten hat, es wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, wann ich so schlecht gegessen habe. Die handgeschriebenen Plakate an der Außenfassade mit der Aufschrift " Essen auch zum Mitnehmen" oder so ähnlich hätten mich gewarnt, wenn ich diese vorher gesehen hätte.

Was looking forward to our Chinese buffet, but oh my goodness.........it was awful!!! The food wasn't hot enough. The fish was overcooked and over salted, but the worst thing was the crayfish ( krebse ) I had two and both were rotten! I'm not kidding, they were grey inside and stank!!! Told the staff, but they didn't remove the rest of them from the fresh fish display...........said, " I only work here! " Shocking!!! If I could leave a zero star rating, I would!

Das Service zuvorkommend, das Buffet reichhaltig, der Grill bei den Meeresfrüchten sehr gut, bei Fleisch mittel. Insgesamt okay.
