My mouth watered as soon as it was served. I also packed a portion when I left! ! The rice and sesame balls were served (the rice felt a bit too watery) and the three dishes were only 42. I really cried. Why are there no restaurants in London that are so delicious, large, and cheap?

This restaurant is overrated. The food was okay. We ordered crispy pork colon, cold beef tripe salad and crispy chicken in chili sauce. The pork colon and beef tripe were generally nice. The crispy chicken with chili sauce got mushy very quickly. The change of texture released too much oil from the chicken batter to the sauce and made the dish unpleasant. The rice was well cooked. The free dessert was on point. Overall it's not bad but everything combined was too oily for us. The service was outstanding. The caucasian server helped us select the dish in a friendly manner. The Chinese aunty offered us a container to take home immediately when noticing that we couldn't finish the food . Very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was good until we had to pay at the cashier. While walking from the bar seating area to the cashier, I noticed a strong smell. It smelled like roaches. Although I didn't see any of them, I would suggest the restaurant to find out what that strong smell is and handle it. It made me dizzy after eating.

Don't know why, but had diarrhea after eating. The dish Poached sliced ​​beef in hot chili oil (C55) the meat was still raw. I usually eat it without having any problem. In addition, the two Chinese waitresses are unfriendly to us. If there are so many free seats next to it, we absolutely have to sit next to the other customers. This is not pleasant for them or for us. So please give the customers respect and create a nice dining atmosphere!

I ordered Poached Beef C55 last week and shortly after I went home I had an unbelievable stomach ache and then diarrhea. So the food was cheap, but from a health perspective I won't go there again. I have no idea whether the oil is even fresh or was reused from yesterday or the day before. The service from two Chinese waitresses was incredibly poor, so whether I would just leave without paying or do it to her. Never again!

Daechang fried food is crazy delicious

I had high expectations since there were many Chinese people. The food ( fish, meat and vegetables) is really tasteless and full of oil. Portions are big but there better Chinese restaurants in Munich.

Surprisingly delicious, large quantity, good price, and good service I remember eating at a restaurant with the same name in Berlin many years ago. I don’t know if it’s the same restaurant. The fish-flavored eggplant is a bit sweet, but the fresh pepper hoof flower and fatty fish intestine are delicious I originally wanted to have another meal, but it’s a pity that it’s only open in the evening.

Authentic Chinese food, nice location but quite crowded, the hostess constantly makes sure that the number of people corresponds to the seats they occupy. But that's not a bad thing, it reminds me of a Chinese comedy film. As a gift from the restaurant you get rice dough balls filled with sweet beans, covered with sesame seeds and fried.

The review is a little biased. My companions knew the restaurant owner, so our service might have been better because of it. Overall food was authentic, served very fast even though we ordered 8 dishes all were served within 15 min or so. Cant say anything towards value or price since my companions treated me. The food in general was on the spicier side it was mildly spicy for me but I think it might be too spicy for people that arent used to chilly and pepper heavy food. There is nothing I could have criticized at all my experience was flawless from service to atmosphere to the food itself. NOTE There might be a slight language barrier but some waiters are not chinese so speaking english or german to them is easy.

The food was truly some of the best Chinese food we have had. Super flavorful, visually very appealing and large portions. We also got a small dessert for free to try.

Nowadays, a dish in a Chinese restaurant often costs 19 euros, but their restaurant still maintains the tradition of moderate prices and large portions, and the taste is good. I like the eggplant box, roasted beef with green onions and crispy large intestine.

A small restaurant which serves (as far as I can tell) authentic Chinese food, that was very tasty. Of the vegetarian options I really enjoyed the fried cabbage and the grilled aubergine. I also really liked the slim chicken and baked big shrimps.

It was very tasty and the portions were huge. I remember our first date here, it was the Chinese Lantern Festival and we were eating soup dumplings. The Lantern Festival symbolizes reunion and beauty. It's a fate. Highly recommended is Spicy Duck Blood with Vegetables, called Mao Xue Wang in Chinese, my favorite!

Very friendly people who take care of your needs with a smile. The dishes are authentic, tasty and rich. The sweet and sour ribs are tender and the sauce was nice and sweet and sour. Our vegetarian really liked the scrambled eggs with tomato and it was a large portion. The udon tempura was delicious and the noodles were nice and thick and slurpable as they should be. We were in Munich for three days and ate here every day, full and satisfied, even our 8 year old. If we come back to Munich we will definitely eat here again.

We were going to Bodensee from Austria and stopped in Munich on the way. After eating schnitzel for many days, we found a Chinese restaurant. We brought two dogs, and the boss specially found a large table in the corner for us and brought water to our dogs. In addition to the attentive service, the food is also very delicious!

Really great place! We were looking for a place to have dinner and came here by chance. The place is small, but welcoming and clean. It was also 50% packed with members of the local Chinese community, but we waited a short time before being shown to a table. I came here specially from Nuremberg to eat there. I ate there once a year ago. The food was very generous and tasted very good. The main reason was that the price was affordable, much more affordable than the Chinese restaurants in Nuremberg. I highly recommend the Sichuan cuisine in the store. The chef is from Nanchong, Sichuan. As a Sichuanese, I feel that the taste is very authentic. The picture is of boiled pork slices with tofu curd (that should be the name). Based on my experience, I blindly estimate that pork tenderloin is one pound, and tender tofu is seven to one pound. I won’t analyze the details of seasoning and pickling. Rice is free if it is not for takeaway. It gets super busy around dinner time. We went there around 6.30 and it was packed so had to wait a bit. Food and service is fast, just a bit too hectic with lots of people in a small place. Only one negative side - A GLASS of water (0.5l) is 3.80 euros, wasn’t even sure if it was from the tap or a big bottle. They should just serve a sealed bottle instead of serving it in a glass and charging 3.80. Although it was super busy, I will still recommend having food there if you are craving for authentic Chinese food.

The food’s OK. The portions are big. I went there on a Saturday for lunch, it was super busy. The tables were SO close to each other I couldn’t eat without dropping stuff on the floor and my elbows on the other table. The prices are average. The service was kinda slow. Since there are lots of people, it takes some time to order and pay. However, after we ordered the food was delivered quickly. There was water on the ground in the bathroom. Other than that, it was clean.
