This was our second visit. The food is high-quality and delicious, no question, although I wouldn't have expected lasagna on the weekly menu, as there's not much new to add there. The decor is very nice, but the layout makes the restaurant quite noisy. This is probably intentional, but we found it less than cozy. However, our biggest complaint is that, even on our second visit, we didn't feel truly welcome. While the staff was polite and professional, compared to the other guests, we felt more like we were being processed, overlooked, and treated like second-class citizens. We waited an incredibly long time for our main course. I think this was our last visit.

A great venue offering a wide variety of exciting events. Drinks are very affordable, which is great for students. I was disappointed with the food, though. The pizza ran out an hour after the event started, so we chose alternative main courses. The menu advertised a falafel plate with couscous salad and a mixed side salad as the main course. This consisted of three small falafel balls, a spoonful of ready-made couscous (which, unfortunately, isn't couscous salad), a spoonful of beets, and a spoonful of carrots, all from a jar. 😕 I found that a real shame... it didn't fill you up, nor did it meet the expectations you'd get from the menu. There's room for improvement here. Otherwise, the event was great, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were friendly.

Excellent steaks, cooked to perfection. The new owner, who had previously worked the grill here for years, took over the restaurant a few years ago and replaced almost the entire staff. But the food, and especially the steaks, remain unsurpassed. The best steakhouse in Erlangen. Unfortunately, it's often overcrowded lately. You can barely finish your meal before you have to leave. That's simply unacceptable.

A hefty 9 euros is all it takes for a shashlik skewer with a roll at the 2025 Bergkirchweih here. In the early afternoon, they obviously serve the same warmed-up skewers from the day before, at least that's how it tasted. When I returned the deposit tray, I had to clean it of all the trash in front of an extremely unfriendly waitress to get my deposit back. I probably should have licked the keys too... That's unacceptable at that price. Unbelievable!! There are definitely friendlier places to get food nearby.
