A hefty 9 euros is all it takes for a shashlik skewer with a roll at the 2025 Bergkirchweih here. In the early afternoon, they obviously serve the same warmed-up skewers from the day before, at least that's how it tasted. When I returned the deposit tray, I had to clean it of all the trash in front of an extremely unfriendly waitress to get my deposit back. I probably should have licked the keys too... That's unacceptable at that price. Unbelievable!! There are definitely friendlier places to get food nearby.

Fuchsengarten 1A great venue offering a wide variety of exciting events. Drinks are very affordable, which is great for students. I was disappointed with the food, though. The pizza ran out an hour after the event started, so we chose alternative main courses. The menu advertised a falafel plate with couscous salad and a mixed side salad as the main course. This consisted of three small falafel balls, a spoonful of ready-made couscous (which, unfortunately, isn't couscous salad), a spoonful of beets, and a spoonful of carrots, all from a jar. 😕 I found that a real shame... it didn't fill you up, nor did it meet the expectations you'd get from the menu. There's room for improvement here. Otherwise, the event was great, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were friendly.
