Reingekommen Knappe 10 min gewartet bis Bedienung gekommen ist um 11.01 Uhr ist die Bedienung gekommen und meinte es giebt kein Frühstück mehr weil es bis 11.00 uhr geht.... Echt schade kann es leider keinem empfehlen und bin extra soweit hergefahren

Ich war schon öfter hier und muss sagen, dass die Portionen jedes Mal unterschiedlich groß sind. Manchmal ist das Schnitzel so groß, dass es kaum jemand essen kann, während es ein anderes Mal wie eine Kinderportion aussieht. Wie ich festgestellt habe, ist das nicht nur in dieser Filiale ein Problem, sondern in der gesamten Kette, und es betrifft nicht nur die Schnitzel, sondern das gesamte Mittagsmenü.

Wir haben. eine bereits verschmolzene Mini-Kugel Schoko Eis bekommen, Robbi hat's gebracht. Bereits am Tisch haben wir das zur Bedienung gesagt, sie gibt es weiter... Beim Bezahlen wurde dafür 1.90 Euro berechnet, wieder erwähnt dass wir mit der Portion zu diesem Preis nicht zufrieden sind, die überheblichw eingebildete Person hat es überhaupt nicht interessiert!!! Keine Entschuldigung nix. Leute passt auf lasst euch nicht verarschen!!!

Personal aufgestockt, Essen kam schnell, kam warm , alles top danke letzten Samstag war echt ne sehr gute Erfahrung ‚ hat sich zum positiven entwickelt!!

Sehr lecker, frisch und preiswert. Trinken etwas teuer, aber ansprechend. Bedienungen in Ordnung, Einrichtung sehr stilvoll. Gefällt mir sehr gut. Es ist die einzige Anlaufstelle in Friedrichshafen, die wirklich gutes Essen bietet... XXL Lutz Restaurant daher absolut empfehlenswert! Weiter so!

Waren zum Mittagessen dort. Es war geschmacklich wirklich sehr gut. Große Portionen, Preis Leistungsverhältnis top. Service sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Kann die negativen Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen. Ein Besuch lohnt sich. Kommen sicher wieder.

Wir sind öfter zum Essen hier und jetzt das erste Mal zum Frühstück. Es war sehr lecker mit allem was man sich wünscht aber eines muss ich bemängeln es gibt nur eine kleine Tasse Kaffee 😥 eine zweite Tasse kostet dann 50 Cent ist nicht viel aber vielleicht könnte sich die Geschäftsführung überlegen eine große Tasse oder ein Kännchen mit zwei kleinen Tassen anzubieten. Wir wurden auch immer sehr freundlich empfangen und bedient. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir wollten heute als Familie in Friedrichshafen im XXXL Lutz Restaurant gegen 16:30 Uhr essen gehen. Dazu kam es aber erst gar nicht. Wir gehen öfters in das Restaurant und hatten bisher immer eine positive Erfahrung. Das Restaurant war heute gut gefüllt und somit mussten wir 10-15 Minuten warten bis die Kellnerin an unseren Tisch kam. Das ist ja kein Problem und wir verstehen das auch, dass es eben etwas dauert wenn viel los ist. Hier kommt das eigentliche Problem: Die Kellnerin hat uns begrüßt und ich habe daraufhin gefragt, was denn das Tagesessen sei? Auf diese Frage hat sie sehr abwertend reagiert und gesagt, sie kann uns nicht helfen und wir müssen selber in der Karte nachschauen! Dann ist sie einfach weggelaufen. Die Kellnerin ist dann an den Nachbartisch gegangen und hat dort die Leute bedient. Als diese Gäste auch eine Frage hatten, kam die selbe abwertende Reaktion von der Kellnerin. Sie sagte, wenn sie nichts bestellen wollen gehe sie an den nächsten Tisch! Diese Gäste bestellten dann etwas schnell und die Kellnerin ging weiter. Zu unserem Erstaunen, lief die Kellnerin einfach an unserem Tisch vorbei, zu einem anderen Tisch und fing an diesen zu bedienen. Daraufhin sind wir aufgestanden und haben das Restaurant verlassen. Ich habe selber in der Gastronomie gearbeitet und kenne das Gefühl zu gut, wenn das Lokal voll ist und man schon 8 Stunden auf den Beinen hinter sich hat. Jedoch hat niemand so eine Reaktion von einer Kellnerin auf eine normale Frage verdient. Wir verstehen es, wenn man einen schlechten Tag hat. Wir hätten uns mit einer trocknen Antwort zufrieden gegeben, hatten aber nicht mit so einer Reaktion gerechnet. Wir waren gerne in dem XXXL Lutz Restaurant zu Gast, da die Preise fair sind und die Bedienungen freundlich. Werden aber nach so einer Reaktion, eine lange Zeit nicht mehr hingehen. Vielleicht auch gar nicht mehr.

Waren um die späte Mittagszeit (13:30) da. Leider wurden wir von den mitarbeitenden komplett ignoriert. Es sind 5-6 verschiedene Mitarbeiter einfach an uns vorbei gelaufen ohne eine Reaktion. Auch bei Nachfragen eines Mitarbeiters wurde nur gesagt er sei in der Pause um kurz darauf einen anderen Tisch zu bedienen. Das Restaurant wirkte mir nicht sehr ausgelastet. Nach ca. 45Minuten sind wir wieder gegangen. Leider sehr schade. Das Personal sollte mal entsprechend geschult werden. Ist nicht sehr kundenorientiert. 0/5 Sterne wenn das möglich wäre

Ist besser geworden aber das Essen habe ich wiederholt nur lauwarm bekommen und zum Ende hin war es kalt.

Kann die Bewertungen besonders über die “neue Bedienung” wenn man es so abwertend beschreiben will wie ein anderer Kunde ( da Name etc. alles auf der Rechnung steht ) nicht nachvollziehen und wenn ich schon “moniert” lese weiß ich genau was da für Leute saßen. Wir wurden absolut wundervoll von dieser Dame bedient und man hat stark gemerkt das sie schon viele Jahre Service Erfahrung hat!! Selbst in Michelin Restaurants habe ich schon weniger Service erfahren als hier! Preis, Geschmack und Qualität haben perfekt überein gestimmt! Man denkt ein Restaurant im Möbelgeschäft hat nicht viel zu bieten aber es schmeckt hier um Längen besser als in einigen richtigen Restaurants die ich besucht habe und davon gibt es nicht zu wenig!

Sehr lecker für das das so extrem viel los ging es schnell. Essen super zum empfehlen. Hier gibt's auch nen servier Roboter.

Unfriendly new service. We've been eating here several times a month for over 10 years. Everyone was super friendly, and everything was always perfect. We complained about something once and received a truly rude response. We understand that it's busy and staffed at the moment, but then someone complaining about us at another table is absolutely unacceptable.

The staff was unfriendly. The meal included baked mushrooms. The price was too high for the few mushrooms. They were also served in a bowl without a separate plate. So you couldn't really share them. A shame. I had hoped for more.

In my opinion, the value for money is absolutely not right. And the prices are already quite high. I might as well go to a restaurant. That's completely unacceptable. The table was also very dirty. And you had to ask the waitress to please clean it first. Sorry, that's unacceptable. And the toilet was dirty and a complete slippery surface. So, I won't be coming back here. Far too expensive for what you get.

A truly lovely restaurant in a huge shopping center. Good food and great service. The little robot on the staff was also very friendly.

The food was good and arrived quickly, though the side dish was a bit smaller than before. To be fair, after I asked for more, they brought a few more. But the style and body language communicated a lot to me nonverbally. It's clear that the customer isn't being listened to. It's a shame, we actually enjoy eating at Lutz's.

The schnitzels are great... The side dishes are a bit limited... The wait times are very long... The servers are extremely busy; it would be great if there were more servers...

Price performance is really great 👍 The food is also tasty. The service is friendly and quick. The Neue Ambiente is cozy and modern. Breakfast selection is also offered. Always happy to stroll around a furniture store.

The restaurant was completely full, but the food was served promptly by a friendly and cheerful waitress. It was truly delicious and plentiful. I was truly surprised and will definitely be back soon. Keep up the good work!

I was disappointed with my visit to the restaurant. A wait of over an hour, unfriendly service, and a robot delivering the food made the experience impersonal and unpleasant. The food was also cold. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

There were 5 of us eating... Unfortunately I don't have anything positive to say... -Toilets are shitty no paper and the floor is obviously very dirty! - There is food from previous customers under the tables... we sat down and there were still "old beer glasses" at the table until we got up. -we ordered schnitzel, pollack fillet and dessert The food was terribly dry. Neither fries nor schnitzel tasted “good”. There were no more forks at the table. After asking, we received stained and calcified forks and knives at the table. When asked if the floor could be swept, the waiters responded with "Should I stop what I'm doing and wipe the floor with a rag?" At the next table the customer was insulted as to why he was sitting there with a shopping cart instead of pointing it out nicely!!! 1 star is only given because of the view, even that won't improve the feeling of well-being here...

I ate there today, the food was lukewarm, after complaining the food was warmed up a bit, then it was hardly edible, it was the last time there.

I had breakfast today. The food was great but the woman at the service was very unfriendly. The coffee and cocoa for the children were already cold before the bread etc. were there. After 15 minutes I thought they had forgotten, so I waved at some point to let her know we were still waiting. She said so loudly and unkindly that I had to wait. When paying, I asked her if she treats all guests the same way? There was no apology but that there was a lot going on. That's why I should just wait.

The very last time for breakfast here!!! Just too stupid to place an order! Told what I ordered twice and it still came out wrong and then wrong again! People just don't listen to you! And then a drink was missing even though it was mentioned a second time!

The XXXLUTZ Restaurant is always a good address if you want to eat something tasty and inexpensive at the same time. From breakfast, coffee and cake to lunch or dinner. Good quality. Service is always helpful and friendly. Now even supported by robots 😅. There is also a beautiful view on the top floor. The ambience has been very nice and cozy since the renovation,

Mostly very good food at fair prices (often great deals) and since the renovation a really nice, tasteful and cozy atmosphere. But what I don't like at all are these service robots that are being used more and more recently. That's also one reason why I like coming here more, because I value personal service. In large canteens or restaurants this might be okay and useful as an aid to clearing dishes, but here as a replacement for table service? If this is the future of service in restaurants, then good night. In my opinion it is very impersonal and sometimes annoying because it is easily overlooked.

Disaster, bad service, bad food, unfriendly staff.

... best restaurant in 🇩🇪 ... as an Austrian it is difficult to get a good schnitzel in 🇩🇪 that makes the heart of a Viennese beat faster ... I found it again at XXXLutz in Friedrichshafen. The Monday offer - a Cordon Bleu... and the Wednesday offer, a Viennese pork schnitzel... everything tasted excellent, just the way Viennese like it. And the price is unbeatably low for German standards. And for entertainment, RoboMietze serves with a lot of charm and "meow", from a Viennese commercial kitchen supplier where I once shopped many years ago. Attention: The XXXLutz restaurant is apparently no longer an insider tip... totally full and fully booked at lunchtime. But after 2 p.m. you have a chance... the delicious cake is only available for free with your coffee from 3 p.m. anyway... on that note... off to a short vacation in Austria at the XXXLutz Restaurant Friedrichshafen 😋

I recently visited this restaurant and I'm sorry to say that my visit was very disappointing. The staff was unfriendly - there was no “hello”, no “please” and no smile on their faces. I have rarely experienced such a lack of hospitality. The food didn't convince me either. The house pancakes were undercooked and not edible. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience and I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Today I took advantage of the offer, valid until July 13th, 2024, where you get a free piece of cake of your choice with every cup of coffee you order... I decided on a strawberry vanilla cake, which tasted good, but could have been better would have been if they hadn't frozen in places and the strawberries had been fresher. I was served friendly and quickly and it didn't take long for me to receive my order. As of today there is support in the team, a serving robot called “Lutzi”, who serves and speaks, which is very funny and, in my opinion, is well received by the guests, old and young. One shortcoming is the customer toilet, the cleanliness of which left something to be desired... the dust in the corners speaks for itself. On July 10th Someone probably “immortalized” themselves there, which for me was on July 11th. could still be seen...no more needs to be said about it, nor about the stained wall.

Waited 40 minutes for food on a normal Thursday at 1 p.m

The breakfast was varied and unusual. Everything was nicely prepared and the waitress was friendly despite the full house, but that's why it all took a long time! Lunch is also recommended!

The conversion was a great success. Nice decor and atmosphere. The waitresses are all very friendly. Unfortunately, the food has become more and more expensive. The quality is getting worse and worse. Portions used to be okay for the low price. They are now too small for the increased price. A pity. Unfortunately, schnitzel is often not baked through. Fries and schnitzel were swimming in fat on the plate and were only lukewarm. That used to be much better.

Food is nothing special and certainly nothing freshly cooked... mass production. It was okay to get full quickly and cheaply. Almost everything in terms of drinks was out of stock... service staff were sometimes overwhelmed and there were a lot of tables for one service. People still sat down at the dirty tables because no one wanted to wait. Maybe there's still room for improvement

1 time and never again, spaetzle and sauce were out of the package, and the bad schnitzel wasn't good either.

Service was too quick so that you basically had to empty the soup in, you took it away before the plate was even empty, fries were lukewarm, salad had lettuce leaves with black edges, tasted good, cordon bloe was very good, service was friendly at the beginning and at the end, therefore good 3 stars

So waren heute zum Frühstücken hier im Restaurant. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Aufteilung des Gastraumes finde ich sehr gelungen. Es ist großzügig und trotzdem hat man seine Privatsphäre wenn man will. Das Personal war super aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und die Qualität für den Preis Top ! Einziger Manko, wenn es denn einer ist, das es erst um 9:30 Uhr öffnet und der Andrang von Menschen. Aber das zeigt auch, das preis/ Leistung passt

Wir sind fast in Sauna gelandet keine Klima sehr warm Aufgestanden und gegangen Ansonsten die Ambiente war cool

Also für die Preise, die dort verlangt werden, kann man dazu eigentlich nichts Schlechtes sagen. Für zwischendurch nur zu empfehlen. Für einen entspannten Restaurantbesuch mit der ganzen Familie, ist es meiner Meinung nach eher ungeeignet.

Etwas langsamer Service für die Menge an Personal. Guter Ausblick in Richtung Flughafen.
