My doner kebab experience at the Bodensee Center 🥙 Today I ate a doner kebab at a small snack bar that left both positive 🤩 and somewhat strange 🤔 impressions. Here's my detailed review 📝: The service: Friendly and courteous🧑🏾‍🍳. The kebab vendor was really very nice, a huge plus⭐! Not only did he serve me friendly, he even brought my food and my drink to my table.🍽️ That's not a given these days and made the atmosphere very pleasant. The doner kebab itself: Meat-heavy, but a bit one-sided My doner kebab felt like it consisted almost entirely of meat and salad🥬. While there was a decent amount of meat (according to the description, it was "rotisserie" and presumably ground beef🐂), the selection of side dishes was very poor. I would have preferred tomatoes and more red cabbage plus onions 🧅🍅 for a bit more flavor variety. Instead, the focus was clearly on meat—perhaps that's his custom (culture?!) 😅, but for me, it was a bit too one-sided. The seasoning: Spicy, but not a balance 🌶️🫑 Only paprika and chili powder were available at the table. While that's good for spicy food fans, I would have preferred other spices or sauces 🧂. Even worse: There were no napkins 🧻 at the table or on the plate (only at the cash register)! After eating, my fingers were completely oily 🤲🏼💦—that was really unpleasant and somewhat spoiled an otherwise good experience. Conclusion: Solid, but with room for improvement All in all, the kebab was **great**, especially because of the large portion and the friendly service. However, it lacked balance (more vegetables would be nice) and small amenities like napkins or a wider selection of condiments. The kebab tastes weird and the meat has a strange odor... The staff is unfriendly... We're here on a school trip and just wanted a kebab. I don't recommend it...

Unfriendly customer service, my boyfriend ordered a kebab box, when the kebab man came with a kebab we told him he wanted a kebab box, he got very angry and argued for 10 minutes. Never again!!!!

7.50 euros for a kebab with turkey is okay. But how much does 1 pizza or a meal at the “American Embassy” cost 😉 I think the price is reasonable. The kebab is super tasty. Lots of meat, delicious sauce, and the bread is also great. That's why it's worth coming in my opinion💯👍🏻

We've walked past here many times before...but this time we tried something out. The dried mango is incredibly tasty, and the spreads are also recommended. What we didn't like so much were the dolma stuffed with rice (grape leaves with rice). Prices are a bit high, service was good. Overall, we will definitely come back again.

Leider hatten wir echt Hunger aber nun hat sich bereits zwei Mal die Dame hinter der Theke etwas zu viel erlaubt. Beim ersten Mal hatten wir ein Haar im Dürüm und heute haben wir gesehen wie sie sich in die Hand hustete und dann, ohne die Hände zu waschen, den nächsten Kunden bediente.

Döner Teller super lecker,Personal sehr freundlich.Feinkost immer frisch die Eingelegten Oliven Traumhaft lecker.

Angeblich große Dönerbox hat ganz normale Größe 70% mit Reis gefüllt und 30% Fleich sonst nichts drin kostet jetzt 7,50€!! Geschmacklich 5 von 10 reinste Abzocke nie wieder!

Hier wird bei den losen Feinkostsachen die Verpackung mitgewogen.. Anstatt 2,40 habe ich für den Feta 2,80 inkl. Tüte bezahlt!
