Ordered at 10:51 PM, delivered at 12:15 AM. The pizza was lukewarm and rather bland. The crust tasted somewhat greasy. The cookie was good.

The food is delicious, but the delivery is very, very poor. I had to wait over an hour and 30 minutes for my food, simply because the driver allegedly couldn't find my name on the doorbell. The phone call was also extremely rude and they immediately wanted to cancel my order. I don't recommend this place.

Unfortunately, our last pizza order was disappointing. For €18.50, we really expected more: The pizza arrived quite dry and tasteless, the toppings were rather uninspired, and overall, the value for money wasn't right for us. Pros: The delivery was friendly and punctual – but at that price, we would have expected significantly higher quality from the food itself. It's a shame, we really had hoped for more.

Unfortunately, it didn't taste good at all, and they don't take into account if you don't want an ingredient on your pizza when it's delivered. All in all, I will never order from here again. The pizza prices are also completely inflated.

I've never had anything like this before! I ordered at 3:19 p.m., and almost three hours later, the app suddenly says the delivery was made at 3:59 p.m. This can't be true... Unfortunately, the man at the counter barely spoke German, and even a hello wasn't even an option. My chicken box consisted of four chicken wings that weren't even a thumb thick and potato wedges that were still hard. The only positive thing was the Spezi for €1, but there was no opener.

Five pizzas, all delicious :) Nice service. It took a while to prepare, but of course, they weren't the only ones we ordered. Overall, they were delicious, especially the vegan options. I find the prices questionable, though. I think you can get a better deal at a decent Italian restaurant—though they're usually not vegan either.

On April 26, 2025, I ordered two pizzas at 10:36 p.m., which were not delivered until 12:04 a.m. - over 90 minutes late. And as if that wasn't annoying enough, the pizzas were ice cold and absolutely inedible when they arrived. I left them standing - you can't eat something like that with the best will in the world. I contacted email support that night and asked for a refund. Until now I'm waiting for a reaction. If I don't hear back in the next few days, I'll be forced to contact consumer protection. For me, a case like this is a classic worst case – maximum delivery time, minimum quality, no communication. Very disappointing – and simply unsustainable for a company of this size. I ordered a pasta for €15 and unfortunately I'm totally disappointed. First of all, the noodles were completely cold at the top and only lukewarm at the bottom. Everything on the sides was burned. I added tomatoes and of course hoped that they would also be added to the pan. Unfortunately, they were just cut and packed like that. Addendum: I received free pasta as compensation and it was very good and prepared to my liking.

we ordered there. 1. food came too late and wasn't really warm anymore. 2. Only half the order arrived and we received two missing 1L Coke. 3. Only two small mini Cola glass bottles arrived + a free mini ice cream cup even though we ordered 3x 1L. 4. I found kitchen roll in my gratin and the bowl in which the food was delivered dissolves, so to speak, and is also in my food. Unfortunately, it's a shame for us

Ordered two burger menus on Christmas Eve at 6:30 p.m. Delivery took about 90 minutes, but completely ok because it was Christmas Eve. However, the food was cold and one burger was the wrong one. So I called and was told the Oatmeal Burger was already sold out and I couldn't be reached (...had no missed calls). At 8:43 p.m. I received a text message saying that the burger was still coming. Two hours later he still wasn't there, so I asked and no answer. We left the apartment at midnight (15 minutes after closing time). Shortly before 1 a.m. there was no answer again. After a short back and forth, I was assured of a voucher, which I'm still waiting for today. World of Pizza Sudenburg probably not again.

We were told the delivery person would be there in 1 hour and after 2 hours he still wasn't there. The supplier doesn't even know his navigation system. Said my address clearly and he had no plan. In the end they wanted to play you for a fool. Never again!!!

Today on my night shift I ordered a pizza from Lieferando at WoP - you can treat yourself every now and then. The driver calls me and says he's there now and doesn't know exactly where the entrance is. He probably didn't see that there was a huge neon sign hanging above the entrance. Normally I am not allowed to leave my workplace. I went outside the door - there was no one in sight. When I got back to my seat, the driver called me again and said he would be there shortly. I then went to the door again and the driver was standing there with a pizza box in his hand and seemed to be in a hurry - at least he seemed pretty nervous. No bag or anything like that - okay. When I got back to my seat, I was looking forward to a nice hot pizza - that was exactly what I needed on this night shift. The pizza looked like it had been in an accident and was unfortunately cold - no wonder when you apparently carried the pizza for a walk for 14 minutes (according to the call list between the first call and handover). Just a few minutes later the driver called me again and said exactly the same thing he said to me. It would be there, but he didn't know exactly where the entrance was. So if he does this with every order, he'll have a pretty relaxing job and at some point you won't have any more customers. This is the second time this approach has happened to me. You don't do it every day to buy a pizza for 20 euros - under these conditions you can't do it anymore!

Ordered and delivery didn't come. You can reach any head office by telephone that does not reach the branch. I absolutely cannot recommend it! The restaurant claims the driver couldn't reach me by phone, but the owner was able to reach me without any problems... Doesn't add up. After more than 1.5 hours I don't need free food anymore... Instead of suggesting how the restaurant can improve this, excuses and even lies come.

We ordered pizza to take away and were thrilled. The location, the service, the food are excellent. Unfortunately, the ambience is less appealing, the room seems small and cool. All in all, we enjoyed the food and we highly recommend it.

My best friend and I ordered from WOP and were actually looking forward to it, but unfortunately we were disappointed with the food. The pizza was still half raw and the ham on it was like rubber. Gratin Nice was cold, barely any cheese, just spots… It's a shame, we like to try things out, but that was one too many cold fries, everyone had different fries, the sauce that came with it was aioli, it tasted like it had already expired. For us that was it. Even drinking didn't help.

Disappointing... the first time we ordered and half of the pizza was forgotten (of course we called and the person on the phone was very nice), then we got a new one, but now the foil from the ham was still on it and over distributed all over the pizza. In addition, the pizza no longer tastes like a “world of pizza pizza”...

Never had such bad lasagne before... + it took forever to get there!

According to the internet there should be an Italian salad there as a tuna salad. so I went there and was told there was no salad. Then I should get an improvised salad to take with me. I got about 1-2 chopped tomatoes with some mozzarella pieces and herbs and balsamic vinegar. that was it and cost 10.9 euros. outrageous.

Pizza, burgers and garlic bread gratinated with cheese were very tasty. Delivery takes about 50 minutes and is completely fine. The temperature of the food was exactly ready to eat. We rely on gf and it worked out great. Even though certainly not many people eat on site, especially not with 2 small children, they still made room for the 4 of us straight away and tried hard to make it pleasant. Really great. The ambience is not the best, but the service, the local people are very, very nice. We'd love to come back. Oh yes, and it was delicious too!

Heute bestellt, leider beide Salate waren nicht gewaschen! Der ganze Blattsalat hat nur geknirscht. Die beiden Pizzen waren auch nicht besonders. Die Fingerfood Box war gut. Aber insgesamt sehr enttäuscht. Wenn man bedenkt was alles immer kostet. Wirklich schade. Ich hoffe es ist beim nächsten mal wieder besser.

Meistens okay, aber ab und an auch richtig schlecht. Ist wohl Glücksache welche Schicht man erwischt.

Für uns die beste Pizza in Magdeburg die man sich liefern lassen kann. Geschmacklich Top, super gut belegt und sie kommt immer so heiß an dass man sie erstmal kaum essen kann. Das Personal ist total freundlich.

Heute bestellt essen war ok der Burger war durchschnittlich nicht besonders lecker aber auch nicht eklig daher Essen 3/5 Service war leider auch nicht der Bringer essen kam ca 30min zu spät und der Burger wurde mir inkl Papp Verpackung in die Hand gedrückt keine Tüte keine Servietten daher Service 1/5

Die eigentliche Pizza war sehr lecker, einzig die 40min Verspätung schmälerten den Genuss ein weinig.

Das Essen ist immer ganz gut. Dennoch lass ihr euren Service extrem schleifen. Ich habe eben ne Stunde auf ein Eis gewartet welches vergessen wurde. Das Eis welches dann geliefert wurde war dann auch noch falsch. Kann ja mal passieren. Dennoch hätte ich mir doch sehr gewünscht das Richtige zu bekommen. Ich gebe ja nicht um sonst meine Bestellung ab.

Ich find das Essen okay es ist bisschen fettig. Der Lieferant war auch nicht so nett da er mich angeblich nicht erreichen konnte. Er tat mir trotzdem leid da er Feierabend machen wollte.

Megaschnelle Lieferung, nichtmal eine halbe Stunde. Bestellannehmer und Lieferant mega freundlich. Und hier heisst Jumbo auch wirklich Jumbo.... Aber super heiss ist die Pizza, frisch und echt lecker

Alles super, Aber, der Giant Burger ist zu trocken. Da muss mehr soße drauf oder ein dip sollte mitgegeben werden. Für fast 15€ sollte das drin sein.

Habe eine glutenfreie Pizza dort bestellt. War sehr lecker und für alle Zöliakie betroffen echt zu empfehlen. Eine Gute Möglichkeit auch mal eine Pizza außer Haus essen zu können. Auch ein etwas höherer Preis, ist dafür gerechtfertigt, die glutenfreien Produkte sind generell teurer. Nur den Aufschlag der extra Beilagen finde ich etwas zu viel, daher 4 Sterne.

Die Lieferung erfolgte anstatt der angegebenen 40min erst nach 75min. Der Lieferant war freundlich. Die Pizzen waren gut. Für den Preis haben wir jedoch etwas mehr erwartet. Auch die Bananenbällchen waren eher okay. Es gab nicht mal eine Soße dazu. Daher nicht nachvollziehbar warum eine gebackene Banane 7,90€ kostet.

Vorbestelltes Essen pünktlich und vollständig geliefert. Verpackung einwandfrei, Essen ausreichend heiß und lecker, gratis Weißwein ebenfalls sehr lecker! 👌🏼😊

Der Wecker entreißt mich meiner käsig-dampfenden Träume. Unmotiviert und hungrig stehe ich morgens auf, schaffe es lediglich, einen Kaffee hinunter zu schütten und gehe zur Arbeit. 8h stehe ich am Fließband und schaue den Paketen hinterher…welche aufgrund ihrer eckigen Beschaffenheit leider nicht an mein dampfendes Symbol der Hoffnung erinnern. Der Tag hängt sich an…der stetig wachsende Hunger Frist sich wie ein schwarzes pelziges Untier in meine Magengegend. Langsam habe ich Tomaten auf den Augen und sehe nur noch käsige Gesichter meiner Kollegen. Das Pausenbrot würge ich mir verzweifelt hinein und ich wünschte, ein Zauber Gandalfs hätte auch mich genau zur richtigen Zeit ereilt. Die Arbeit ist vorbei…ich gehe nach Hause. Ich schaue in den Kühlschrank und erblicke nur gähnende Leere. Ein Gefühl der Angst überkommt mich und ich denke: „das Gleiche wie jeden Abend Pinky“, ich greife zum Handy und tippe auf die mich anstrahlende App zur Rettung meiner Wenigkeit vor dem immer mehr über mich Herr werdenden Monsters. Ich erledige die mir so bekannten überlebensnotwendigen Tipp-Befehle. Und nun Das Warten. Die Sekunden ticken auf der Eieruhr nur so dahin…immer langsamer. Mein Auge zuckt im Tackt des Zeigers…und ich beobachte erwartungsvoll die Klingel. Dann endlich! Das ersehnte Klingeln der Wohnungstür und dort steht er- strahlend und engelsgleich mit einem freundlichen Lächeln auf den Lippen, die dampfende runde Rettung in seinen Händen. Glücklich und zufrieden kann ich in mein Bett fallen. Danke für die tägliche Rettung vor dem Hungermonster! PS: Eine Ausweitung des Liefergebietes in Dörfer der Börde wäre schön, um auch diese Bewohner zu beglücken.
