The food was really great, the price was also reasonable. We were 3 adults and 1 dog, there was supposed to be a buffet for the adults. Great structure, great taste, freshly grilled ice cream, fruit. If you don't leave here full, you simply don't like Asian. What bothers me is the service. Of course everyone likes to use the excuse that there is no staff, but then you have to adapt the number of tables to the skills of the remaining staff. We stood alone at the entrance hoping to be assigned a seat, which at some point happened half-heartedly. Drinks came quickly 2 out of 3 cokes were also cold. I'm used to it from other restaurants, we often go out to eat with a dog and a bowl of water is brought for the dog or asked for. Paying took about 30 minutes and 3 waiters, which I also found to be too long. Hence the few stars for service.

The food was super tasty, but the waitress that served us was really unfriendly. When people go to a restaurant and pay a lot of money, the least you can do is behave correctly towards them (Table 26 on November 4th, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.).

Way too crowded, way too loud. The service is great and you can't complain about it. Children are constantly running past you. This makes it impossible to eat quietly. In general, I don't think the price-performance ratio is suitable

Our third visit to Mr. Pan was once again successful. At least if you ignore the large number of guests, which can sometimes lead to waiting times at the buffet. A big plus to the standard "Asian buffet" is the "Mongolian grill", two chocolate fountains and the soft ice cream machine. There is also a small sushi buffet. The food appears to be freshly prepared and of consistently good quality. This particularly applies to the fresh vegetables at the grill buffet. We didn't like the Peking soup, it lacked a bit of acidity and spiciness. There are deductions for dessert. The custard seemed very stretched, the cake and fruit selection was limited. Unfortunately, the buffet is not refilled or only very selectively refilled 1 1/2 hours before the kitchen closes. Unfortunately, the hefty buffet price does not include drinks. With the well-seasoned dishes, this can quickly add up. The biggest drawback is the size of the restaurant. The staff is friendly and does a good job, but you can also feel the stress. A few places less would certainly be an advantage here. Then there would be more time to wipe down the buffet or empty the paper towel bins in the toilets. Unfortunately, due to the large number of guests, the modern toilet facilities do not look very clean. But despite there being a lot of guests, the acoustics in the restaurant are quite good. The service is provided by robots, which is particularly exciting for younger guests. The drinks menu has a good selection of local and Asian drinks. The cocktails are probably the usual “ready-made mixes”. The restaurant offers cash and card payments. It's best to make a reservation for the weekend by phone. Electronic reservation is not possible. All in all we felt comfortable again. However, in our opinion the price-performance ratio was not right.

A very presentable Chinese destination for sophisticated, friendly hospitality. This restaurant looks modern, spacious with an incredibly wide range of dishes of the highest quality. A spacious parking lot and a modern house also make up for the longer journey to this destination.

Sie schienen überhaupt kein Interesse daran zu haben, uns zu bedienen oder auch nur zu begrüßen. Insgesamt war mein Besuch in diesem Restaurant eine absolute Katastrophe. Ich werde definitiv nie wieder hierher zurückkehren und würde es auch niemandem empfehlen, der nach gutem Essen und gutem Service sucht. Dieses Restaurant ist es einfach nicht wert. Leider geht die Leitung absolut nicht auf meine Beschwerde ein. Absolute Unprofessionalität.

We were at the restaurant with our grandchildren on June 25th, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. for the lunch buffet. We were very disappointed with the buffet. All the dishes were cold and there were only leftovers available. We won't be coming back that quickly.

Perfect dining experience!!! Even our grandchildren were thrilled, "because you can see everything beforehand." The food selection at the buffet is fantastic. If you have children with you, let the robot scurry around the restaurant serve you. It certainly wasn't my last visit to MR. PAN. Perhaps the only negative is the noise in the restaurant.

We were very happy to finally be able to eat together again and wanted to go to Mr. Pan again. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that we got a seat without having booked beforehand. At the buffet we didn't even know what to put on the plate first. Big disappointment at the table. Everything tasted watered down, the peanut sauce only had peanuts seen from a distance and was probably made with gravy. Many baked things (chicken/duck, spring rolls, nuggets etc) were just greasy and oily. Nothing has changed at the dessert buffet in recent years either. This visit was absolutely not worth the money

There were 2 soups to choose from, one soup tasted just like water (tomato soup) and the other tasted slightly burnt and very much like Maggi spice (Peking soup). There was a lot of cartilage in the Kross duck. The sweet and sour sauce was too sour and had a slight bitter taste. The meat that you could have fried was very well done (was dry and hard). The cake was ready-made frozen cake and therefore nothing special. The ice cream selection was largely limited to milk ice cream and 1 water ice cream (mango). A special feature here was that there was also a soft ice cream machine.

As with every visit, the food is very tasty and varied 😁 I felt like I was bursting every time I was there because I just felt the need to try my way through all the food ^^ The price has increased a bit, but anyone who doesn't manage to eat enough to cover the price (AT THE BUFFET!) has themselves to blame. There are also individual dishes that can be ordered instead :) The staff is always very friendly, even jokes with the children (including my two, they were happy ^^) and the highlight is of course the robo-cats :D Little tip: If it's your birthday, let the staff know ;) Kittens have something prepared ^^

I've been coming here on and off for years, my friend lives there so you already know one or two of them... the staff are all nice, always polite and in the mood to joke. Buffet food is always plentiful... although I unfortunately have to say that the quality of the meat is no longer great... but the things that come to the table freshly fried are super tasty and always recommended... if it's always frog legs, Octopus, shark... and much more... as it is well attended you should pre-order for more people... great for celebrations of all kinds

Hello, we visited you today and are very disappointed with your company!!! We both took the buffet for €26 and found that some of the food was cold, sticky and inedible!!! In addition, the drinks contained little to no carbonic acid! When I asked the waitress about price discount, she said "No you have to pay full price". For just under €60 I expect quality and taste from a classy restaurant! The staff was unfriendly. You will no longer see us as customers here!!!!

I'm just shocked. We had dinner with 10 people. Half had abdominal pain and diarrhea shortly afterwards. The quality of the food and the so-called "service" were subpar. How can you be so annoyed and unfriendly when dealing with people? We won't go there again.
