Update: I just have to add that I really enjoy eating there, and the people I went with also loved it and recommend it to others. The selection is simply amazing, and the staff is really so nice. The trip to this restaurant is definitely worth it! I was completely thrilled!!! Top value for money. Top staff. Food selection, freshness, quantity, taste... everything was top-notch. Top-notch facilities. The "service" robots were also interesting; they piqued the curiosity and fascination of both young and old. I highly recommend this restaurant, and also to people with gluten intolerances. There's no need to worry. Enjoy!

The food is really good for a busy buffet. The staff were very friendly. The atmosphere is much better during the week than on weekends, because it's simply too crowded and noisy.

In the beginning, when the restaurant was still relatively new, the food tasted better. I think everything tastes kind of the same. It's a shame. We went there spontaneously one evening, and a lot of things were already sold out, like sushi, and they weren't replenishing them. They shouldn't have charged the full buffet price. This is the second time we've been disappointed. We won't be going back for a while.

The food was tasty, but most of it wasn't my cup of tea (I'm going there for the first time), and the service wasn't great. We were yelled at for stealing food, which we didn't, and I wish there was more choice. Unfortunately, it was also very expensive. You pay almost €30 for one person, which I think is a bit excessive. Yes, you can serve yourself, but it didn't fill my stomach, and I don't want to sit there for three hours shoving food into my mouth. At a Croatian restaurant, I get a dish that I know "I like it, it fills me up," and I don't get rude comments.

The food is great and the selection is plentiful. Whether freshly prepared in front of your eyes or ready from the buffet, everything is delicious. The staff is super friendly and always in a good mood. You'll be happy to go there again.

My daughter was allowed to choose and chose Mr. Pan because of the buffet. A large selection, fresh, and clean. Nothing was left to be desired. The staff was quick and friendly, and they had robot assistance with the grill. One minor drawback was the lack of, or even not working, air conditioning due to the hot outside temperature. But I'd gladly go back.

For my girlfriend and me, it was an experience to visit the Asian restaurant "Mr. Pan." That Sunday, they offered "all you can eat" for €26 per person. The selection was plentiful and varied, ranging from Asian dishes like sushi, chicken, mussels, prawns, shrimp, rice, and fried noodles to African dishes like kangaroo and zebra meat. You could place all of this on several plates and then hand it over to the chef at the live grill with your table number. And then he came, Mr. PAN" came to our table and said, "Your order is here!" What surprised us a bit, though, was why a male robot speaks with a female voice? 🤔 The food was very tasty, especially the vegetables, the chicken, the starter soup, the various fruits, and the ice cream. We had quite a bit of trouble with the kangaroo and the zebra, however. Unfortunately, both meats were very tough and difficult to chew... We enjoyed the tender chicken with the colorful braised vegetables all the more. Our young, extremely friendly, nimble, and cheerful female waitress was also commendable. Because we were sitting at Mr. Pan's for several hours over lunch, and it was a rather warm day, we began to sweat profusely while eating in one of the most hidden corners of the restaurant. Since the restaurant wasn't air-conditioned, the waitress gave us both women a corn fan. After almost four hours, we left very full and very satisfied. Mr. Pan. We'll definitely come back again, even though we friends live in Thuringia and Lower Saxony.

The food was delicious, as always, and the buffet offered something for everyone. Due to the layout, it's usually very loud, and conversation is limited, especially at larger tables. Used dishes are cleared away very quickly, but the friendliness of some of the staff could definitely be improved. We love coming here because there's something for almost everyone.

The buffet is fantastic—you won't want to stop eating. The staff was friendly. Even though it was quite busy, the wait at the buffet wasn't very long, and there was almost everything you'd imagine in Asian cuisine. There's a (mini) playground for the kids—it could be a bit bigger. However, for a family, it's also quite expensive (almost €20 per person on average).

The buffet dishes are delicious, and the grill buffet is very fresh. The only downside is that the noise level is often enormous due to the large number of people. The service staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The reception was rather lackluster and seemed "annoyed." Generally, they were quite unfriendly. The food was, unfortunately, mostly not good at all. The sweet and sour "sauce" was more like a soup (thin as water), the sushi tasted very "mushy" (they most likely used regular rice and definitely not sushi rice), and the wasabi sauce was also very runny, as if it had been diluted with water. The food was, unfortunately, not convincing. When paying (in cash), no change was given; it was simply considered a tip (I found this very cheeky, since they always give the change first). We will definitely not eat at this restaurant again.

Mass processing and a cafeteria feel. If you've known nothing else, it's probably delicious. But the sushi rice is completely overcooked, and lukewarm, it's also been pressed by a machine. All the sauces are completely slimy and tough. :( All the dishes are too salty. What the Peking soup has to do with the original remains a mystery to us. Thankfully, we only tried it while driving through. Absolutely not recommended. The only thing was the extremely friendly and fast service. Unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the abysmal food quality. The robot server is far too loud; in a two-hour visit, it blared "Happy Birthday" five times from a tape at a volume that Rammastein couldn't have managed better.

There's something for everyone, and it's delicious. Very friendly staff. We're always happy to come back.

In my opinion, one of the tastiest all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurants. The staff is very friendly. The food is fresh and cleanly presented. But it's usually very busy.

I had lunch at this restaurant today. I've been in the hospital all day with severe stomach pain and vomiting from food poisoning. Please advise me to eat somewhere else.

It was very tasty. Unfortunately, it was a bit crowded, but it was a good experience. For my birthday, I got a bottle of plum brandy on the house. A huge selection, excellent service. I highly recommend it.

We always enjoy the lunch buffet. It's always delicious, with a great selection. The waiters are really friendly and, above all, kid-friendly. There's a nice playground so parents can eat in peace. Today, we ate until we were almost bursting with food with four adults and two children. We all had two drinks and paid an unbeatable price of €120.

It's a nice place to eat. The food is delicious, but you can really yell at the waitresses; they don't understand a word of German. Do we even want to take money out of our pockets? I can speak from experience, as one waitress charged me €10 for something I didn't even order!

Mr.Pan is a 10/10. The store is super inviting and beautiful. The food is very tasty and the toilet areas are clean and well maintained. The waiter robots are the highlight of Mr.Pan :)

I honestly don't understand how others come up with a 4.5-star rating. The reception was completely lackluster, and communication was difficult due to language barriers. Questions were quickly responded to with irritation. Friendliness, a "please" or "thank you," and any kind of sympathy are nowhere to be found here. You can hardly call this a restaurant—it's more of a cafeteria atmosphere. Music? None. All you can hear are the conversations of other guests and the clatter of plates. Some of the food was very dry. Everything is grilled at the same time: poultry, pork, fish, even vegan dishes—without any separation. I can't recommend these places with tables that serve the sole purpose of filling your stomach—especially not for €26. It's more like mass processing. A real shame.

The drinks were also a disappointment. **Not original products, but inferior substitutes** that ruined any enjoyment. If you value quality, you've definitely come to the wrong place. Wir waren mit einer kleinen Runde letzte Woche dort Essen, aber eine weiter Empfehlung können wir nicht geben. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Service: der junge Kellner (mit Brille) war so unfreundlich und aufbrausend das einem der Appetit vergangen ist. Preis / Leistung: 26 Euro für ein Menü, ist sehr überteuert. Die Getränke kommen extra mit einem Aufpreis dazu. Das Essen ist immer das gleiche, keine Abwechslung und nur lauwarm. Das Kuchen-Angebot wurde nur aufgetaut (Kühlwahre). Auch mit anderen Gästen kommt man im Gespräch an der Theke oder bei einer Zigarette im Außenbereich, viele Gäste waren sehr enttäuscht.

Doesn't align with our values. Very unfriendly. Not for international business dinners. We (a German company operating internationally) were there with a group of 12 people, including those from offices in France, Ireland, Scotland, and India. When asked for an English drinks menu, the (Asian) staff member replied that people should learn German, as she herself had to. We initially thought this was a joke. However, as the evening progressed, after further unfriendly and highly arrogant treatment (the waitress seemed to be able to afford it), it became increasingly clear that the response was completely serious. Naturally, Mr. Pan Magdeburg has since been discontinued for business dinners. (The incident occurred in June 2024 and marks the anniversary of this year's colleague meeting.)

The best Chinese food I've ever had. The service staff has a great sense of humor, simply fantastic. I'll be back.

I've been there before and had to pay a 10 euro fine because my son hadn't finished his plate. It's no joke. The boss scolded me severely for it and I was given a dressing down in front of everyone else at our table and I was given a 10 euro fine which the boss added to the bill as a service charge!! But now to the current incident. I didn't really want to go there anymore, but we had to go the Friday before our holiday because we were invited to the registry office and I didn't want to be rude!! Well, the food was cold, the selection was exactly the same as the last time we visited, nothing great!!! But I ate my plate because I didn't feel like dealing with the boss!!! But then it got really bad!!! The wedding couple's child, 11 months old, had eaten 2 pieces of pasta from his mum's plate and they charged me for that!!! A disgrace!!! But that reflects what I experienced on my first visit. Money is everything, the boss needs everything you can get from you and I'm not above charging for anything, really sad!!! I'm excited to see if my review will be deleted like the first time!!! Because it's extremely rare for bad reviews to be posted online here! Furthermore, the total number of reviews has been very high since the site opened; people must be posting reviews every day, which is strange!

Can one or woman go out to eat very well

Today was the first time I ate there with my partner, and I have to say: hats off! The food was absolutely delicious; everything was fresh, even the sushi. I've rarely eaten such good sushi. The staff were super friendly and actually quite accommodating; we had barely sat down at a table for two when a member of staff came over and took our drink order. We had our drinks in less than a minute. It may be quite unassuming from the outside, but the interior is absolutely modern with the latest technology. The restrooms are also clean; we've never seen such a clean restroom in a restaurant. The price is also simply fantastic! We can highly recommend it.

Today is Father's Day (a Christian holiday), not many people know, just a side note. My family has already been there for dinner, and today I went for the first time. Thank you so much to all of you who work there, you're amazing. I can only recommend it to people who want to eat their way around the world or try something new. The buffet food has declined in quality. The ice cream has improved. Some of the small cakes are still frozen and tasteless. The drinks are overpriced, like everywhere else. No restaurateur should be surprised that people aren't going to restaurants anymore!

To sum it up: a buffet focused on quantity. Anyone who wants to experience the depths of German food culture firsthand is in the right place. Here, plates are filled until their beer bellies burst. A table robot brings drinks and a sparkler to the birthday guest, accompanied by annoying music. This whole lack of culture weighed heavily on my stomach for a week.

Highly recommended. You can fill your own plate so you can try out a lot. On Sundays you also have the opportunity to make something sizzle yourself. This time there was also zebra, shark, kangaroo etc. So if you want to try something new at a reasonable price then it's a hit.

We ate diet today and had to experience how a large family was yelled at by an employee because they came in with a stroller that had somewhat dirty wheels. That was a very negative experience, the employee there wasn't loud but actually shouted at the guests there. They were then forced to put the stroller outside. For me, even with a small child and a stroller, it's absolutely not possible and has nothing to do with increased stress. You only see the € signs in your colleagues' eyes.

It's very good selection of food, huge nice staff especially the cute robots. Can only recommend it. We will definitely come back next time we visit Magdeburg.
