100%, eines der besten Restaurants die ich besucht habe. Sehr gute Mitarbeiter, Top Speisen in 1 A Qualität und man ist wirklich zufrieden und satt. Ohne den ganzen Schickimicki Schnickschnack am Tellerrand. Besser geht's es echt nicht. Von mir gibt's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sterne+ Wir kommen bestimmt wieder zum Essen. Grüße aus Köln

Die Servicekräfte waren sehr freundlich und kompetent, das Essen war sehr gut und der Platz an der Ecke der Terrasse war sehr idyllisch. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend mit sehr leckerem Essen, tollem Service, guter Beratung und einem überzeugenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Erwartung wurde mehr als übertroffen.

Von außen schon sehr ansprechend, innen mit viel hellem Massivholz in modernem Touch. Kurz: Urig gemütlich. Wir waren das erste Mal dort. Bedienung super und authentisch freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Das frische gekochte wird, sieht (hört), man nach der Bestellung sofort - der Koch fängt das Schnitzelklopfen an. Die Speisekarte bietet alles, was man von so einem Lokal erwartet und hat normal übliche Preise. Wer allerdings nicht so großen Hunger hat, sollte bei den Vesperplatten und Vorspeisen bleiben, denn die Hauptspeisen sind auch mit gutem Hunger fast nicht zu schaffen. Die Käsespätzle reichen z.B. gut für zwei. Da wir nächstes Jahr wieder in der Region Urlaub machen, kommen wir bestimmt wieder.

Essen 4,3/5: Das panierte Schweineschnitzel war nicht zu trocken, der Salat bot eine gute Auswahl an Gemüse und die Cola enthielt Zitronenscheiben. Leider trennten sich Panade und Fleisch beim Braten etwas, aber insgesamt war es köstlich! Service 4,4/5: Der Service war ausgezeichnet, geduldig und sehr freundlich. Trotz des großen Andrangs wurde schnell bedient. Atmosphäre 4,9/5: Obwohl die Inneneinrichtung einzigartig war, wählten wir aufgrund des strahlenden Sonnenscheins den Außenbereich. Der Blick auf die Berge und das Rauschen des Baches waren sehr angenehm! Fazit: Ein fantastisches Erlebnis! Ein Besuch im Nationalpark Schwarzwald lohnt sich!

Zum Reinlegen lecker: dieses Spargelgericht! Und soo nett, dass wir nach einer Hammer-Radtour noch vor Küchenschluss etwas zu Essen bekommen haben. 🙏

Schon X-mal vorbei gefahren und seither (leider) nicht beachtet! Heute zum ersten mal spontan zum Mittagessen eingekehrt!! … und wir waren positiv überrascht und höchst zufrieden a) mit der Vielzahl der Speisen-Angeboten und b) noch mehr mit der Qualität des Essens und den reichlichen Portionen! Sehr aufmerksame Bedienung! Schnelle Zubereitung und zügiges Servieren. Schöne Innenausstattung mit hellem Holz. Auf der offenen Galerie gibt es weitere Sitzplätze und ein interessantes Deko. Highlight: ein Billiard-Tisch, für 50 Cent kann man bis max 4 Personen spielen! Zusätzlich gibt es eine schöne Terrasse mit Sonnenschirmen direkt am Fluss (Murg). Ein Geheimtipp!!!!

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit sehr leckerem deutschen Essen! Die Bratkartoffeln und das Schnitzel sind eine absolute Empfehlung! Auch vegetarisch hatte das Restaurant viel zu bieten wobei die Salate einiges her gemacht haben. Auch mit meiner Gluten-Unverträglichkeit musste ich mich nicht einschränken. Das freundliche Personal und dass das Essen so schnell kommt runden den Besuch ab!

Die Zimmer sind top gepflegt und die Inhaber verstehen Service. Wenn ich wieder in der Nähe wäre und ich bräuchte ein Zimmer, dann die Sieberei. Das Essen ist spitze.

Leckere speisen freundliche Bedienung mit lächeln und authentisch deutsche Küche 😍 Die Suppen keine Langweile fertig suppe sondern geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zubereitet und gewürzt . Der Beilagen salat 🥗 eine tolle Grösse schon fast ein essen für sich 😄 Dann das lecker reichlich gefüllte Cordon Bleu mit knusprigen Pommes Frites oder die hausgemachten Spätzle mal über backen oder zum Schnitzel ... Geht hin und probiert es selber 👍👍👍ihr werdet erfreut sein .... Wichtig gut einteilen bei uns hat es leider keine Platz mehr für eine Nachspeise gehabt 🤣🤣🤣danke an die Küche und den Service ihr habt uns verwöhnt 🫶😍☺️👍

We went to this restaurant today, where we've had lunch several times, always accompanied by a dog, whether inside or on the terrace. I tried calling them about ten times, starting at 9:30 a.m., to make a reservation. No answer. So we went directly, without a reservation. We were greeted curtly by a waitress, who immediately told us that dogs weren't allowed, that there were no more seats even though several tables were available, without a RESERVED sign. I regret this all the more because it's a very good restaurant, and we've always been satisfied. We won't go to this restaurant again, even if our dog isn't with us, just as we avoid all those that don't allow pets. Abandonment rates are on the rise every year, and these refusals contribute to that. 😱 Thank you for posting on your website that you don't allow dogs. .

Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. We (two people) arrived without a reservation and simply wanted to politely inquire if there was a table available. Instead of responding in a friendly and respectful manner, the waitress dismissed us in an extremely condescending and rude manner – as if we were unwelcome intruders or completely out of place simply because we came in without a reservation. Of course, it's understandable that the restaurant is full – that wasn't a problem for us at all. However, the tone and behavior we were treated with were simply disrespectful and inappropriate. A simple, friendly "Unfortunately, we don't have any space at the moment" would have been completely sufficient. After a wonderful day of hiking in the Black Forest, this encounter unfortunately dampened our spirits considerably. We felt unwanted and mistreated – treatment you shouldn't expect as a guest. I therefore strongly advise against visiting this restaurant if you value polite, respectful service.

Guests are definitely welcome here. Such good and attentive service is rare these days. The food is of excellent quality and quantity; no one leaves hungry. I've never had the roast beef with onions served better anywhere. This inn is worth a visit, and more than once.

While passing through the Black Forest, my friend and I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. No regrets, it's a must-try if you're in the area! Good service, friendly and understanding, even with the language barrier. Very generous meals and really reasonable prices. I highly recommend it! Thank you for the welcome 🤗

The restroom was very clean, which I think is very important. It was pleasantly busy. I think the whole place has been renovated, and it's been a great success. This is definitely recommended. The food was delicious, the portions were large and the ambience outside was simply beautiful.

We arrived one evening on the terrace, we didn't even have time to say hello before the waitress told us in a very annoyed manner "we are full. Have a good evening". So yes it was full and we had to book, but there are ways to say it.

Absolutely recommended. Service was great even though we arrived shortly before the end of the kitchen, the entire menu was still available. We chose the ox in horseradish sauce. Super tasty. Large portion and there was a delicious salad beforehand. We would be happy to come back.

We were spontaneous in this one completely renovated and great economy. You were immediately warmly welcomed there. The waitress (owner?) was very, very friendly and the service was top! Less than 20 minutes later we had our food. The Cordon Bleu was one of the best I've eaten so far. The portions are also decent. The price/performance ratio is right here! Highly recommended! We went there spontaneously last year in September to eat on the terrace. This evening we made reservations and went to the restaurant. The food was excellent on both visits. The service was very friendly and attentive. We can only recommend a visit to the sieving factory. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Even the toilets are an eye-catcher 🤩

We were on a short vacation in the area and were inspired by Google Maps to find this restaurant. Good choice 👍🏻 A reservation is recommended. Food doesn't take long to arrive. Very good portions. We went to the Sieberei for dinner at 2:30 p.m. on a Sunday after a hike. There was only the “small” menu with a large selection😃. The big card is valid again from 5 p.m. I had Maultaschen with potato salad. The portion was generous, very tasty and the accompanying salad bouquet was so large that an extra side salad would have been too much. The service was great and the atmosphere was cozy (modern hut feeling). There are enough parking spaces right in front of the door and the entrance to the restaurant is even barrier-free. We'll definitely be back!

We had the “small” lunch menu and everything was there and nothing was chosen. At first we thought that there were no dishes from the kitchen between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. However, that wasn't the case. I had the farmer's bratwurst with potato salad and bread. It was a very large portion and super tasty. The service was excellent and very friendly. We'd love to come back.

The food is quite good but the accommodation could be much improved in relation to the price. The room is basic but correct. They have WiFi but it doesn't work in the rooms, so it's as if they don't have it. The breakfast they offer you is not breakfast itself. It's more to make yourself a small sandwich. Some rolls and some cold cuts, no milk, no croissants or jam or anything like that. A shame.

Have eaten there several times now, vegetarian. The food was always very tasty and fresh, with sufficient to large portions. The staff is very friendly and caters to every request. Is very concerned about the health of the guests and ensures that they have enough sun protection. The selection of vegetarian food is very limited and in my opinion should be expanded as the quality of the food is always very good. The terrace is very idyllic next to a stream, if you get a good spot you can watch the cars and bicycles as they drive through the stream ford. Would love to come back.

Wonderful restaurant - now one of our favorites. Super nice staff, huge portions, good value for money. I recommend coming on sunny/dry days as the terrace is a great place to relax - especially after a nice hike in the Black Forest. The terrace is right next to the stream and there is a slight breeze.
