The Cordon Bleu was not bad, but definitely not above average. The ratatouille was bad, mainly because the eggplant was severely undercooked. But the absolute deal breaker was the 30+ min delay, which came as a complete surprise. The waitress apologized and explained that they make everything from scratch (which certainly explains the undercooked eggplant) but this sounds like a bad joke considering the Pommes that came with the burger were obviously deep frozen. The place is definitely not worth the hassle, which is unfortunate because the staff was polite and the location is nice. PS The pricing policy of charging side-dishes extra makes the menu 20-25% overpriced compared to alternatives of better quality and service in the neighborhood.

Seen it from the bus and stopped to eat and that was a good choice. Especially the pleasant and friendly service. Food was just good and so I say go for it. The square felt like a village in the city and it was lovely to sit outside, but the inside also looked good

The beer garden is nice but there is nothing vegetarian/vegan there except fries. However, there is the option to order something in the restaurant which will then be brought to the beer garden. Unfortunately, the chanterelles in cream sauce with bread dumplings tasted very boring and there was no spice at all. Otherwise friendly service and nice atmosphere.

The service was very nice and communicative. The fact that leather trousers were worn also enhanced the ambience. Food was very tasty and portions were good.

Such a good and nice waitress that not only help us order and always with warm smiles for all customers. Btw the food is yummy and very big portions. Strongly recommended.

The veggie burger is highly recommended. The red wine onions give it a very delicate taste, and the cocktail sauce and fries are also homemade.

Unfortunately there was nothing - ordered 2x currywurst with fries and a spritzer. Relatively expensive, over €30. But in my opinion you get a lower quality meal. The fries were limp and greasy, the currywurst was just mediocre. The highlight was a fried fly in the fries - a little bird might be happy about the unusual snack, but I wasn't. Therefore, I don't recommend the beer garden.

Good food and very nice service

Roast pork was lukewarm, but the meatballs with potato salad were really good. Maybe even both homemade.

Very nice old traditional inn. Friendly and courteous service. There is good seating inside, outside along the building and in the beer garden. The food was very good and above all sufficient. However, I find the price level to be too high. 5€ on top for side dishes, whether coleslaw or fried potatoes doesn't fit. The Ayinger beer is of course also mentioned 😎

Food was OK and portions were large. However, as others have already noted, it is completely understaffed and therefore very long waiting times. Unfortunately, around 90 minutes for a main course is really too long.

We wanted to go today. But unfortunately we were faced with closed doors. Apparently there is a change of tenant. ...at least that's what it says on the door. We were very surprised since we were only there last week

A great inn in the district, the drive here was absolutely worth it. Ayinger on tap is a dream anyway, but the food is also very tasty. We sat outside in the sun and just enjoyed it. At the end we treated ourselves to a Kaiserschmarrn and wow it was simply delicious!!! We can only recommend it and it is definitely worth a visit.

We went through town on a cold rainy Sunday morning. The waitress gave us great service and the food was fantastic. Highly recommend the Munchën schnitzel with mustard and horseradish in the pretzel breading.

Nice, cozy economy. Friendly, cheerful, and above all *attentive* staff. Has a large selection of Bavarian regional cuisine. Had a great burger with bacon and fries. Roasts, schnitzels, soups, spaetzle, etc. There is also some vegetarian food. The beer is great and the coffee is hot 😊. Lots of space inside about 240 seats, outside in the beer garden up to 500. Unfortunately I didn't see it. Dark and cold 🥶. I will come back. Thanks to the team.

The food was not good and completely overpriced,

We were in the Tannengarten for the first time 3 weeks ago. It was quite crowded that evening. Luckily we had reservations. We had to wait an extremely long time for our food. There was probably only one man in the kitchen that evening. This is what we found out in the end. I would have thought it would have been good if we had been informed from the start that there might be a longer waiting time. We only got the information when I wanted to order a Kaiserschmarrn for dessert. Then they just said, “Unfortunately it’s not possible because I only have one man in the kitchen.” It's actually a shame, because the Kaiserschmarrn was highly praised in the reviews 🤷‍♀️ To be honest, the main courses didn't blow us away. We had the spare ribs and various schnitzels. Everything was okay, but unfortunately not anymore. Unfortunately, the marinade for the spare ribs lacked seasoning. There was some potato and cucumber salad hidden on the plate, which my friend tasted completely different. Hmm, good now. Last but not least, as already mentioned, I wanted to order a Kaiserschmarrn, which unfortunately I couldn't due to the lack of staff. But since I was still hungry, I had to have dessert. The waiter said you could still conjure up a pancake in the kitchen. Okay, then I ordered it. Unfortunately it was "just" okay, as you can see in the picture it was completely burnt. You shouldn't send him out of the kitchen like that 🤔. All in all, unfortunately it was just okay for us in the fir garden. Maybe we were just unlucky that day, but that's just how it is. Sorry

Very friendly service staff. The food was very tasty. The pike perch was super fried. The roast pork could have been a little softer. The Kaiserschmarrn was simply divine. We haven't eaten something so delicious in a long time. We'd love to come back.

Typically Bavarian, rustic restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. We tried the onion roast and the beef goulash. Both taste great! The cellar beer is also recommended. Service was relaxed and friendly. Gladly again!

Schönes Wirtshaus mit Biergarten schöne Speisen in angenehmer Atmosphäre 11.11.2023 wieder mal hier eingekehrt, war begeistert vom Essen, Service und Ambiente. Wirtshaus Tannengarten ist auf alle Fälle einen Besuch wert!

Mein Bruder und ich waren am Samstag zum frühen Nachmittag bei euch. Es war etwas frisch draußen, so sind wir ins Lokal. Sofort sind wir in Empfang genommen worden und wir hatten freie Platzwahl. Das Personal ist sehr nett, schaut auf alles und fragt auch ob alles in Ordnung ist. Es wurden 2 Schweinebraten und 2 Kellerbier. Sehr lecker und frisch. An der Theke gab es noch 2 Birnenschnaps mit Honig, und die beiden Bedienungen waren mehr als nett. Tolles Geburtstagsessen in sehr guter Atmosphäre und super Lokal. Wir kommen wieder. Patrick und Christian Sattler Paar Wochen später war ich dann mit Besuch aus Mexiko bei euch und es war ein sehr schöner Abend. Hier ein Foto mit dem Wirt, Markus Grenzdörffer. Danke dir.

Was für ein tolles Gasthaus. Hervorragendes Fassbier, feine bayerische Küche, nettes Ambiente bei guter Musik. Was will man mehr? Macht weiter so!!

Sehr schönes Gasthaus. Essen war sehr lecker und genug Auswahl auf der Karte. Leider war die Bedienung ganz alleine und der Service war nicht immer da. Haben auch sehr lange auf das Essen gewartet, obwohl das Gasthaus sehr leer war. Sonst war es sehr gemütlich.

Allein für den Kaiserschmarrn gibts die 5 Sterne. Achtung: Das Ding ist riesig! Dazu gibts ein Zwetschgen- und ein Apfelkompott vom Feinsten! Achso, die Bedienung war super nett und die Hauptspeisen waren auch sehr lecker. Der Kaiserschmarrn ist jedoch der beste den ich je hatte.

Drei Badner im (Wirtshaus)Himmel So lässt sich unser Abend kurz zusammenzufassen. Denn mit viel Liebe zum Bier, zum Fleisch, zum Knödel und nicht zuletzt zum Gast hatten wir hier einen wunderschönen Abend. Nicht zuletzt durch unsere wundervolle Bedienung Sam bleibt der Tannengarten als Highlight unseres kurzen und auch etwas spontanen Münchentrips in bester Erinnerung. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Küche und Service.

Sehr gemütlicher uriger Biergarten in München ! Nach alter Tradition kann man seine Brotzeit mitbringen .Das Ayinger hell vom Fass, erfrischend. Der Baumbestand ,sehr alte Kastanien spenden Schatten. Und für München sehr moderate Preise ! a Mass helles halbe Spezi und 2 Brezn. Wir kommen wieder Merci Team Tannengarten

Was man nicht zufällig entdeckt, wenn man spazieren geht. Der Schweinsbraten war 1a mit *, schon lang nimmer sowas leckeres gegessen. Das Servicepersonal war freundlich, zuvorkommend und vor allem aufmerksam. Sowas ist leider in den heutigen Zeiten schon eine Seltenheit. Ihr habts ab sofort neue Stammgäste! Wir kommen wieder!! :)

Awesome spot in the neighbourhood with good beer. Super relaxed vibe and suitable for everyone. The food in in the restaurant is also extremely delicious, one cannot stop eating! I was in a complete happy zone, so whether in the garden or inside, this is a lovely place.

Wirtshaus echt top. Gutes essen, netter Service und die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr ansprechend. Biergarten hingegen nicht ganz so toll. Veggi-Optionen gibt es nur 1. Preisleistung stimmt leider nicht und Freundlichkeit ist auch nicht so ganz da..

Agradable garten donde la comida está muy buena, el personal es amable. Las costillas deliciosas y la carne se deshacía. Servicio rápido.

Hier wird noch richtig gekocht. Die Kellner*innen sind einfach super. Der Biergarten ist klein, schnuckelig und es gibt einen kleinen Spielplatz. Die meisten Sitzplätze sind angenehm schattig doch was mir am meisten gefällt ist, dass wirklich noch selbst gekocht wird und keine TK Fertig-lebensmittel aufgewärmt. Und die Gerichte sind wirklich super lecker!

Essen bombastisch, netter Nachbarschaftsbiergarten mit entsprechendem Klientel. Bei den Tonkrügen muss man leider aufpassen damit richtig eingeschenkt ist. Musste nachfüllen lassen. Aber sonst war alles prima!

Schöne Wirtschaft und ein wirklicher toller Biergarten. Wir sind bisher immer sehr gern hergekommen. Leider haben wir es jetzt aber schon öfter erlebt, dass der Wirt entweder seine Mitarbeiter oder die Gäste anschreit. Traurig 😢

Schön schattig und nicht zu voll. Gute Bierauswahl im Biergarten, gemütliche Ecken. Aber essen sollte man besser im Gasthaus. Die Auswahl war eher dürftig, sehr versalzen, etwas arg lieblos.

Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und lustig. Bier ist kalt.

Etwas überteuert, wenn eine Prtion Obazda 9,50€ kostet...
