No longer comparable to before. Price-performance is simply no longer right. For these prices the food is not good enough and neither is the service. The beautiful ambience doesn't help either.

Unfortunately we had to wait 2 hours for a pizza. In my opinion, the outdoor area was too large for the small kitchen.

Very good food and kind, friendly service. Very nice place furnished with great taste. Very practical for children given the playground directly on the terrace.

Great pizza, very good service. Great atmosphere and there is a playground next door for children, how practical. Parking spaces “underneath” in the underground car park. We would be happy to come back on our next visit to Munich

What we had: - Lugana Amore Semza Fine 0,2 12€ - Rosario Spritz 11€ - Pesca e Burrta 17,9€ - La Bufala 16,9€ - Tiramisu 8,9€ (On a rating of 5): ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (2,6) Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (2) We weren’t impressed with what we got. While the peach, prosciutto and burrata salad was very tasty, it’s hard to judge a dish that’s made of 4 ingredients + balsamic sauce. You simple can’t go wrong with burrata, tomato and balsamic sauce. @cnicolejung on the other hand had a pizza and due to the cheese it was a little watery which is fair but compared to other pizzas this one just didn’t impress us. The tiramisu was great Ambiance: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4) Principally it’s a nice place to sit outside at in the evening. The neighborhood is calm and gives a modern and lively feeling because there’s also lots of other restaurants near it. We didn’t see it from the inside so simply based on the outside, the ambiance was pretty nice. Only thing is, the lighting choice was a little odd. Service: ⭐️⭐️ (2) We we’re disappointed. I arrived earlier and waited for 15 min alone and not once was I asked if maybe I wanted to order a drink or have some bread to munch on. Also after Nicole arrived it took longer than typically used to to order our food. This was the situation the entire night long. Another big factor that left a bad taste behind was when we paid for our food: the waiter basically gave himself a +10% tip, and having been waitresses ourselves once, and given the subpar treatment that evening, that’s simply not acceptable. Unfortunately very disappointing, absolutely not recommended… At first it took a relatively long time before we were even served. Unfortunately, the service is very inattentive, forgetful and not particularly friendly. The food came quickly, but was rather lukewarm and the pizza was very watery. The ambience is fine, it would be nice if the candles were lit in the evening, they were on the table and maybe some music was playing. It would be nice if the service received a little more training. You will not be asked for a second drink or for dessert. In between, no one came by to ask if everything was okay. It seemed more like the employees wanted to finish work as quickly as possible. Absolute no go: When paying, the waiter asked for a tip. A very disappointing evening.

The best thing about the place is the ambience inside. But that was it for the positive points. I was there recently with a group for breakfast. The price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all. Especially with the drinks. A tea bag from a teapot for a large cup for 6.50 euros, or a small carafe of tap water for coffee for 4.50 euros is simply too much. The food portions were quite small. The warm dishes were lukewarm. The service was friendly but unfortunately forgetful. Not only was something wrong brought, which can happen from time to time, but unfortunately something was forgotten several times. Of course it's annoying if you have to wait twice. But the biggest outrage is the overpriced “freshly pressed” juices. When it came to the orange juices, we could see how the bartender mixed the freshly squeezed orange juice with juice from a tungsten bottle. I suspect there were too few fresh oranges. But a stretched juice can no longer be called freshly pressed and sold for expensive money. My juice from several fruits was lukewarm and tasted like an industrial product, most likely not freshly squeezed either. Another drink with berries tasted fermented and was returned. At best, they were just having a bad day. But I won't be able to check that because I don't go there anymore.

I would actually have expected more from a restaurant from the Belezza Group (Supernova, Italian Shot, Gigi & Marta). The quality of the food was very good, as expected, but the service was practically non-existent. We actually had a reservation for 8 p.m. and were there on time, but were made to wait 15 minutes in the entrance area because our table still had to be prepared. After we were assigned to our table, we were allowed to give several indications that we would like to order and after 30 minutes we were finally able to place our orders. After all the starters came at the same time, we unfortunately had no luck with the main courses. Four people had a pizza and one had the glazed pork belly, unfortunately the pork belly came about 30 minutes after the pizzas, which from our point of view is actually not possible - so they should have simply coordinated here in the kitchen so that the guests could eat together . (It shouldn't be a science with 4 pizzas and one other dish). While waiting, we also had to point out several times that we had ordered another bottle of wine and bottles of water, as in these cases too everyone was already waiting with empty glasses and we responded with "coming soon", "in 2 minutes" or "in 10 seconds "were put off. After dinner we described these experiences to our waiter, who then simply said that it wasn't his fault and that next time it would be better. The restaurant also didn't show any recognition when it came to the bill, which in our opinion should be good manners in such cases. Yes, there aren't that many service staff at the moment, but then the seating may have to be adjusted because we don't wish that experience on anyone.

Nice ambience, but not good value for money. The Neapolitan pizza was mediocre and the pizza plate was broken (see photo). We got our pizza first, without cutlery. We only received this upon request. We didn't have any drinks at the time either. We pointed this out to the service, who seemed annoyed to us, and waited another 10 minutes. Another service employee noticed this and apologized. But nothing more happened after that.

Really delicious and great atmosphere!

Unfortunately quality dropped a lot. Pizza used to be good but last time, after waiting one hour, pizza arrived with not much taste, burned and smaller than the past.. Such a pity 😢

The pizza was nice but we've definitely had better. There was no depth of flavour in the tomato sauce which let the overall taste down. I asked for artichokes on my pizza but the choke had been left on each piece so it was like chewing on wood. I ended up removing it entirely. The restaurant itself has a great ambiance the staff are lovely. Please note: for those with mobility issues, the seats are low.

MEDIOCRE FOOD AND RUDE WAITER - 20 minutes waiting to be seated (we had a reservation and the restaurant was quite empty) - the beverages (water and beer) arrived after 20 minutes - the food took a lot and the pizza plate was broken and chipped - the pizza itself and the parmigiana were mediocre - the waiter was extremely rude and most probably on coke (it was pretty obvious)

After our civil wedding we went to Marta today and can only say that we would do it again and again! From the excellent food to the outstanding service. It was just perfect! Thank you very much for this wonderful day 🤍

Hands down, the BEST Italian food I’ve had in Munich ever. Pasta is freshly-made, everyone you talk to from the staff is Italian. You can see your food being made. It’s simple, delicious, fresh, quick and very well combined with the atmosphere. Minimal effort, maximum satisfaction when you’re here

Great location, good food and friendly staff. It is especially beautiful there in summer. My personal favorites are pasta in parmesan cheese and the eggplant casserole ✨

Marta is one of those modern Italian concepts that provide instagrammable scenes and foods. First to start - the service was very attentive , caring and nice ! The food we had tuna tartare as a starter , it wasn't bad but somehow it was super neutral from a taste perspective. The focaccia was awesome to it. We had pizza afterwards which wasnt bad either but also a bit "Exchangeable" the toppings for the cappriciosa similar one were just thrown on top it looked like. The cocktail was interesting,but using vanilla in a cocktail is a stretch ;) Overall solid experience, the price is quite high , hence I would give it half a star less but as this is impossible - 4/5

Nice looking restaurant and the hostess was lovely. However, after we were seated inside (on a relatively quiet evening by the looks of things – as more than half of the tables inside were empty), that was as far as it went. No one came to take our order (not even for drinks). After 30 minutes we signalled to one of the staff, he acknowledged us but then nothing further. After 40 minutes we gave up and left. We let them know on the way out, and while they were apologetic, we won't bother trying again. Hopefully this is not typical for them, because it's a shame to see such a beautiful looking place have such poor service.

My wife and I made a reservation for 7:30 p.m. and got there on time. We were then assigned a place that was relatively out of the way, which I thought was good at first glance, but after that - despite repeated eye contact and clear signaling - we were no longer paid any attention. We left at 7:50 p.m. without ordering because our mood had changed by then and we didn't want to take any more risks with the food. In this price range, I expect more attentive service and don't want to have to wait 30 minutes to even get an aperitif.

Relatively bad restaurant. After waiting over an hour for the main course, the food was lukewarm. The 2 drinks were taken but did not arrive. The portion was also small but the prices were correspondingly high.

The MARTA in Munich makes a good impression at first glance, but unfortunately the food disappointed us. The burrata "salad" was already tasteless, and the pizza continued that: the artichokes on it were not peeled, and the linguini were unfortunately way too done. In my opinion the store is overhyped and definitely too expensive for what you get. The waiters are super nice, but unfortunately that alone isn't enough to keep us coming back. Maybe it would be an idea to offer bresaola instead of so much pork. Overall, it was our first and last time at MARTA. It's a shame, but we expected more for the price.

Very nice and stylishly decorated restaurant. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The food (pizza) was very good and the dessert (tiramisu) is also highly recommended. Quality is definitely important here.

We went here for a business dinner and the experience was so and so. The appetizers were good but at the main course the order came out wrong. The cocktails were below mediocre which is totally unacceptable for a wannabe fine dining restaurant. The server was nice but kind of inattentive.

I cannot recommend this restaurant. We've been here before, nice atmosphere, food ok, service unfortunately unsatisfactory. Despite our negative experience, we went to this restaurant again today. We were there spontaneously at around 5 p.m. without a reservation. There was a pregnant woman with a child in front of us who asked for a table and was approached very unfriendly by an employee. Then he asked us harshly from a distance whether we had reserved without greeting us. We said no, he left and didn't come back. We left and were approached by a couple who were sitting there observing the situation. They were appalled at the way guests were treated here. The fact that there may not have been a table is perfectly fine, but management must also notice this bad behavior.

From my point of view, the overall subjective nature of the restaurant does not represent a recommendation in terms of service and ambience. First about the food: The pasta was al dente and the sauce was very delicate. However, I noticed noticeably little of the famous and advertised Parmesan. Unfortunately, the ambience looks much nicer in the photos than in reality. The organization of the tables in the outdoor area appears to be geared towards quantity rather than practicality and sensible weather conditions. The interior is nice, but unfortunately nothing special and seems cramped. The bathroom seems very sporadically furnished. The music inside was far too loud and the loud conversations among the service staff as well as jokes between each other were simply disturbing and inappropriate. Overall, the service was not very accommodating and not on point in terms of both friendliness and timing. In addition to damaged plates, you were even allowed to look at the dishes left after consumption for 20 minutes. The bill also simply took too long. From my experience, I cannot recommend the restaurant for a fancy or special occasion.

We made a reservation at this restaurant for our first wedding anniversary based on a recommendation. The reservation for the indoor area was initially open as bad weather was forecast for that day. On that day it was unpredictable but beautiful and we asked on site if we could be placed outside in the shade. We were only offered two spots in the blazing sun, although there were still plenty of spots available in the shade. We pointed this out to the waitress, who only arrogantly said that there would soon be shade in the space provided (spoiler: that wasn't the case until we left the restaurant (approx. two hours later). Since my husband is unfortunately very sensitive to the sun (sun allergy), we decided to move indoors after 20 minutes, which only earned us a arrogant smile. I can't say anything negative about the food. It's really very good and high quality Italian food. Kudos to the kitchen. You can't complain about the drinks either. The spritz I ordered was well mixed. Table service was fine. Not great, but not lacking either. I also found the ambience to be okay. I would only recommend this restaurant for food to go, at least to avoid the service.

We came in the afternoon to this place, where more than a half of the tables were empty, however the waiter (the tall blond one) we got was very slow and ignoring us constantly. Plus he didn’t clean the table when we came. We were waiting for our second dish for around 1 hour and only when the waiter was changed to a girl ( she was very nice and quite quick) we got our dishes. I also saw how he was ignoring other tables. It is not the first time I’m in this place and in most cases the service is just horrible. The management should reconsider the service strategy as Marta trattoria is positioning itself as high level restaurant where such a service level is unacceptable. Food is good though.

Very good food and very friendly service very attentive

An experience to forget! First of all, half of the food arrived cold and some dishes contained pork, even though we explicitly asked not to include it. Moreover, some of us felt very sick after eating there. The worst part happened when it started to rain and we had to go inside (there were 7 of us). They made us sit at a table for two, so we took some seats near the bar. One of us has a visible disability and wears a prosthetic leg, but this supposed manager didn't care at all. She repeatedly asked us to leave because there wasn't enough space for everyone. When we refused because it was pouring outside and we were still eating, she started insulting us and verbally attacking us. She caused us incredible stress. We just wanted to eat in peace, but apparently, that's impossible in this restaurant. We don't recommend it at all, avoid it!!!

Delicious pizza - but there are much better Neapolitan pizzas in Munich. Unfortunately the service was terrible from the start. We were there with a small group and the waiter was probably having a bad day or didn't feel like working - that really spoiled the mood, so we moved on relatively quickly. The location is actually very nice. Unfortunately for me it is generally not recommended.

I celebrated my birthday at Marta yesterday and was unfortunately very disappointed with the restaurant. We had made a reservation for 6:30 p.m. and were only seated at the table next to the kitchen at 7 p.m., where dishes were constantly being loudly washed. The atmosphere was very chaotic, we sat at the table for a while with just the bread, no plates or cutlery. The drinks had minimal alcohol content, the pizza was dry and charred, not tasty at all, especially for the price of 20+€ for a pizza. The Carpaccio de Polo dish was unfortunately also very disappointing, I have never seen such thinly sliced ​​octopus for €21.90. Because they were so thin and small, you couldn't taste them. My plate was served broken on both sides. Unfortunately it wasn't a nice birthday evening. Photos attached.

Reservations there are totally unreliable!! We wanted to go in a larger group and had a reservation at 8 p.m. Apparently we are double or triple overbooked when we are sent away and after 9 p.m should come again!! We called several times beforehand to get confirmation and also received confirmation in writing. And then also unfriendly. A reason not to go here anymore!

Really tasty food with such a nice ambiance… Tried their truffle pasta in parmesan wheel, which was amazing. Although the portions are not that big. Their wine selection is also really good.

The restaurant was right near our hotel and they suggested it. We ordered the tuna steak, which was not served seared. It was overcooked to our taste. We also ordered the vegetarian pizza which we liked. The side salad was fine too. Service was OK. It was very crowded. A lot of people ordered pizza. We made reservations. Be ware, we were charged 7.90 for bottled water!!

I watched the baker while it was being prepared. Everything, whether ingredients or pizza garnishes (ham, arugula, extra cheese) was touched with bare hands. Hygiene seems to be an unknown concept. The clay plates were chipped at the edges, forming sharp edges. The pizzas are expensive, but in terms of taste, the price-performance ratio deserves 2 stars.

Thank you for the unfriendly and unmotivated service! Completely unprofessional! People will prefer to talk to each other instead of taking an order. When we asked, we were also told that another colleague was responsible. The restaurant was empty except for one table! This colleague didn't come. The waiter interviewed stood around idle and didn't pay any further attention to it. For these prices (pizza from over €16.00) that's not possible. The innkeeper doesn't seem to rely on well-paying guests... Thank you, because we are now at our restaurant around the corner, where you will be courted and served very well, just as it should be in a RESTAURANT. It's a shame, because the location would be pretty, but still not recommended. I would even give negative points.

This was definitely a breakfast highlight! Very nice, Italian atmosphere inside and outside. Extremely friendly service (April 27th, 10 a.m.). Food & drinks with a large selection, beautifully presented and great in taste. Great homepage; the cards could contain less Denglish (e.g. "Salty Goodness")... In the evening, reservations are only possible for a maximum of two hours, which is a shame. And for group reservations (I wasn't told the minimum number of people) you have to pay €35 per person. We would still like to come back here!

We always enjoyed going to Marta's, be it for brunch, lunch or dinner. Unfortunately we had a worse experience on Easter Sunday. The staff was unfriendly and the portions felt like they had shrunk by half. We are now unsure whether to go again as this bad aftertaste remains. Hopefully the service and quality will improve again soon.

I always enjoyed going to Marta, but now I have to say that I won't be going there anymore. The food has received an insane price increase (truffle pasta: €27.50 compared to €19 a year ago), with portions halved. The pasta could really be eaten with 5 forks. In addition, despite having made a reservation in advance, we kept getting told by the waitress that we had to hurry because the table would be given away again later. Overall, unfortunately, a very disappointing, expensive and hectic visit. However, the atmosphere is still very nice.

Were there in the evening with the company… excellent as always…. Excellent, courteous service… super delicious food and fantastic drinks…. Always worth a visit even at lunchtime!

I am very disappointed that Marta Restaurant has changed the menu from Friday to Saturday and no longer offers my favorite pizza, Putanessca. This pizza was the best because it had no cheese and simply tasted better than all the other pizzas. I was particularly sad because I was looking forward to exactly this pizza on Saturday and checked the menu on Friday. I hope the restaurant offers this pizza again in the future.

Very good food (pizza) Our waiter tried very hard, he really had a lot to do as he had to serve almost half of the outside area by himself. At the neighboring tables there was either no food at all after a very long time or the wrong food. It's a shame because the store has potential. We probably won't come back.

Very tasty and great wines. We were there with a group of 15 people and are completely happy and full. The service and processes were outstanding and extremely satisfactory! We are looking forward to the next visit!

Service very bad! We had lunch here today at the summer festival at the Schwabinger Tor. Food was ok. Pizza a bit small, but very tasty. Lasagna wasn't that tasty. This review isn't really about the food, it's about the service! We were 8 people in total. 4 adults and 4 children (2x 3 years & 2x 3 months). We sat inside and were alone! Nevertheless, the staff was super annoyed with us and made us feel it! Looks, sayings and moans. If you don't want to take part in the business of a summer festival that is designed for children(!) because you are annoyed by families and children, it is better to stay closed that day. Once and never again! Food wasn't worth the price asked either!

Overall great place to dine at, with authentic Italian cuisine and friendly staff. Obviously it’s expensive bc it’s Munich but 11€ for a dessert is overpriced imo. Still one of my favourites tho :)

We were just eating pizza there, unfortunately burnt, wanted a new one, the pizza baker said it belonged that way. Unfortunately the other pizza was very bad. Staff totally rude and unreasonable would not eat there again.

The staff seemed rather listless and unfriendly, perhaps a bit overwhelmed, and the food was rather mediocre. The pizza was quite good, but the pasta was a bit unimaginative and boring. The Linguine Tartufo (for a whopping €27), for example, hardly tasted like truffles, more like a simple cream sauce. The restaurant itself was super loud, even though it wasn't even full, and you felt rather unwelcome. It's a shame because the menu promises a lot and it's basically very pretty, but I definitely wouldn't go there again.

Terrible attitude of the staff: The restaurant promises Italian joie de vivre and is quite expensive. But if you want an Aperol Spritz “in the Italian original” (mixing ratio as it says on the bottle: 3 parts sparkling wine to 2 parts Aperol) it says: That costs extra, we make our spritz with less Aperol. —- It's a real shame that you're going through such a hassle just to save 20 cents on the Aperol.

Even the food quality is quite good, the service not that much. The place was half empty, but because we didn't have a reservation, we could only sit at the bar. The person handling the reservation was quite rude. We were clear we will have a quick meal and leave (thinking those tables might be reserved) we were ignored. On top of it, no one came to sit at the free tables while we were there. Back to the food, the sicilian shepherd pizza was delicious, parmigiana just average. A glass of saugvinion blanc was of low quality.

Nice modern atmosphere. Large windows that make the room shine brightly. Upholstery on the window front needs to be cleaned better. The drink may have been tipped out at some point, looked a bit grubby, apparently not completely removed. If you sit right next to it, you can always see the stain.🧐 Had Linguine Vongole with Gamberi (but canceled Vongole, only with Gamberi) and a starter of Burratina Caprese. Starter very good, linguine perhaps cooked a little too hard. Service was okay, seemed a bit stressed. Prices more upscale. Would come again.

Far too few staff at lunchtime, which in this weather is really an imposition on the employees and guests, which then led to orders being forgotten and the mood was correspondingly tense. To eat: The carpaccio was a parmesan plate, you couldn't see or taste any of the meat unless you scraped off the massive amount of parmesan, which salted the dish and made it inedible. The pizza was the crowning glory, the taste was not present, tomato sauce that tasted like pureed tomatoes from the retail store, when I wanted to use the salt shaker to season it it was empty or broken. If there isn't any seasoning, you can at least fill up the cruets. The pizza only appeared to have a film of oil that you could easily fill a water glass with, and since I didn't feel like having a stomach ache, I didn't eat it. The dough was also unreasonable, not rising despite the “72 hour resting time”. All in all, a very sobering experience that has absolutely nothing to do with culinary or Italian cuisine and at prices that are neither justified by the “quality” nor by the service. Unfortunately, marta no longer has anything to do with a trattoria.

I ordered the Truffle pasta that was supposed to be finished in the Parmesan wheel but guess what, it was just cooked normally in a pan then had some truffle shaved onto it. 27€ for that. The taste wasn’t even something out of the ordinary. It tasted very basic. The cocktails were also awful and lacked taste.

I've been to Marta several times, but unfortunately a lot has changed. The pizza is no longer what it used to be! It simply arrives at the table cold and tastes accordingly. The lasagne was also lukewarm but tasted good. The service was ok, but clearing tables from empty glasses is apparently not that easy. I have to be honest: a lot has changed and the atmosphere has become very cold. In the truest sense of the word, the outside temperature is 13 degrees and the air conditioning is running inside.

Unbelievable, what arrogance in the service! It was raining heavily and we went there after sports wearing leggings and trainers and we were sent away because we didn't comply with the dress code after we were looked over from top to bottom. The other waitresses were also surprised. The head waitress wasn't well dressed either. If you want to experience arrogant Munich behavior, you should definitely come here! Actually it's 0 points!

Was here in 2022 and the pasta and pizza were really great and the staff was friendly. Ate there several times, including take-away once. Highly recommended and would love to come back.

Perfect Italian cuisine, good portion and cosy interior

Yesterday we really had to wait 2 hours for four pizzas. When I asked the waitress, she cheekily replied that she wasn't a pizza maker and didn't know how long it would take. The pizza arrived lukewarm and burnt. Unfortunately not good at all and therefore not recommended for the prices! The nice waiter was then yelled at by management because he had given us and the next table (who also had to wait over 2 hours for their food) a toramisu and limonchello. Please note that we asked him for both for the long waiting time. Given the location and the prices, something like this should be more than a given. It's a shame but unfortunately not recommended

I am simply shocked from the service, the outside area is served very poorly, took ages to get the menu, drinks came after food first time visited .. decided to give it another go few weeks later and same long waiting time, brought the wrong drink.. so sad to see such a beautiful restaurant with such poor service..

We didn't get any cards at first, the order wasn't taken for ages, we waited for over 1 hour and 20... but then we still didn't get any drinks, despite drawing our attention to us several times. Catastrophe - never experienced like this before. Locally needs better management, staff coordination, leadership in itself nicer store, would be a shame...

Employees massively overwhelmed. Management absolutely incompetent, rude and unable to take criticism. After an hour, and only after asking several times, we even got a card. We were allowed to order drinks after about 1 hour 15 minutes, after we had spoken directly to the manager in charge? have asked. I didn't eat until 10 minutes later with another waiter because he apparently couldn't remember that much. Our drinks then stood at the bar for another quarter of an hour and even when we asked, they weren't brought to us. When we gave up after an hour and a half of waiting and told the manager? When we expressed our criticism there was no apology or explanation, just a note not to raise our voices (no one had raised their voice but the conversation was audible to other guests). Other guests also expressed criticism and left the restaurant. It is quite understandable that there can sometimes be staff shortages etc. However, the restaurant was not fully occupied and it was clear that the processes and responsibilities were not clear.

Food is great when it comes... Waited forever, first for the menu and then for the drinks and then for the food... when asked, I received either no answer or a grumpy answer. That's not the service I expect from a place like this. It's a shame, because the food (linguine al tartufo) was really excellent...Furthermore, two service staff argued in front of the guests. How can that be?! Unfortunately, the noise in the children's playground is sometimes unbearable...but it can't be helped.

Very friendly and attentive service, pizza tastes good, but relatively small for the price, cappuccino a disaster, espresso okay, lots of milk and therefore almost no foam.

We had a family celebration and everything was perfect. The restaurant manager was very helpful to understand our needs. Thank you for your service and care, we had a nice day with good food!

We often come here for dinner, always TOPPP!!!! I love the tuna tartare 😊. The managing director Benjamin Megalieb organized a table for us today at 8 p.m. without a reservation... in the full store Topppp SERVICE thank you very much, we would be happy to come back, absolute recommendation ♥️

Excellent pizza, very friendly service, absolutely fond of children and a great atmosphere - I can only recommend it.

The main courses were delicious. It can be fantastic for truffle lovers, as there are many truffle dishes on the menu. Everything fresh and lovingly cooked. We had olives and parmesan as a starter and it was just perfect. Cappuccino was also tasteful. The service was excellent, very nice, attentive staff. Warm ambient and modernly decorated. 💯 recommended and we will be happy to visit you again.

It's nice to sit outside, but the food didn't blow us away... it was rather bland. Can be done, does not have to be.

Unfortunately the pizza was burnt on the edge. As far as prices are concerned, the pizzas are the cheapest, but the rest are unfortunately grossly overpriced. Local doesn’t do Schwabing justice.

We were surprised when the main dishes were served just 5min after we started the appetizer!! The staff easily left the main dishes on the side of our table although they observed our surprised faces!! We needed to rush to our appetizer and yet our main dish was cold. Kind of killed our appetite and ruined our evening! One more point! The pizza wasn’t baked enough. I guess they were overwhelmed as the restaurant was full!

Delicious pizza. The tomato sauce could have a stronger taste. Unfortunately, the pizza with Gorgonzola and pears was a bit bland. But overall a great restaurant.

I'm a big fan of a sister restaurant and wanted to give them all a chance. Very unfriendly service; There is no warmth and hospitality. The pizza (tartufo) was a disappointment for the price. Tomato sauce tasted like very cheap tomatoes. Pizza itself with 3 pieces of mozzarella and some tartufo.

We had dinner in the restaurant on Saturday, April 27, 2024. Unfortunately, despite having a reservation, we had to wait outside for half an hour. There was quite a queue there. People were already annoyed. We ordered 2x pizzas and Aperol Spritz. Two half glasses were served for €11.50 each! The staff was super stressed, just running. You couldn't enjoy the evening, you could only watch pure stress. As an apology, at least a dessert or digestive could be served. We have experienced this in many restaurants. Unfortunately that is not the case here. High prices for not good food and service.

The terrace is very nice. I've been there before and everything was good. Unfortunately today for Sunday brunch it was a complete fail. Eternal waiting times, stressed staff (even though it wasn't full outside, nobody inside), order wrong twice. The same thing happened at the tables next to us - at some point everyone was amazed and amused by what was happening. The avo bread is completely loveless, looks like it was prepared by a 5-year-old (not just today but apparently as standard according to Google Images), but costs 11 euros. Plate damaged. Photo attached. Too bad. The area around Schwabinger Tor is so nice and the terrace is really wonderful.

3rd visit. A great itialian option in the area of Schwabinger Tor - ambience, food&cocktail options, decorations make you feel like quite like in Italy. Ambience is soothing with dimmed lights and colorful twist when dishes come to the table in bright plates, great contrast. I found that welcome & service were beyond enthusiastic, we had a last minute reservation at 20:30 and came earlier, there were several couple queuing at the entrance - so took a little time to get seated. To reform for the wait, we were offered a welcome refreshing Aperol on the house and brought to the bar seating where we decided to stay as it appeared quite comfortable for a quick dinner. Linguine Tartufo was creamy and consistent, I loved the fact that it is finished in the cheese wheel and portion was quite generous, even packed it for takeaway. Cocktail choice was less convincing as Pornstar Martini lacked the subtle sweetness and zesty taste from my point of view, but was tasted ok. Overall a great experience and value for money ratio is good, so can definitely consider coming back.

It's hard to understand why this restaurant is so popular and busy right now. Long waiting times outside of up to 20 minutes, even though you had already reserved a table at a certain time. The service staff are friendly but inexperienced and scattered. They often go empty-handed, even though there are plenty of tables that need to be served, cleaned and tidied up. Although it is a nice place, the huge confusion, chaos, dirty glasses and plates that you see everywhere, especially when sitting near the kitchen, make the environment very stressful and unpleasant. The pizza is not exceptional, although it looks good, the quality does not match the price. A pity. If you go to a restaurant with expectations and come out disappointed, it means that many things went wrong.

The food is good, maybe a bit overpriced. The ambience is very chic and modern with some nice music to accompany the mood. The service is where the thing gets tricky. Even though we had a reservation at 9, we didn't get a table until 45 minutes later and at least one group was seated before us because of a misunderstanding. We were offered to sit at the bar, but we couldn't order anything until we were seated at a table. Overall, 3 stars, but it could have been an awesome experience if the service had been better.

Pizza really tasty. We recommend. We sat outside and it was nice. Staff can be friendlier. It may be that you have had a very long day and it can be difficult to always smile, but I find it rude not to even be looked at when you ask something.

Went there for breakfast twice and it was delicious both times. The service is super nice and accommodating and the decor is really nice. Come gladly!
