Yesterday, we went to the Wirtshaus Ellewick with the family. We went there to try the "spare ribs all you can eat" offer, which they sometimes have on Fridays. We were impressed; the ribs were really great. Some ordered burgers, which were also really tasty. They came with three kinds of fries and wedges, TOP-NOTCH. We had a lovely outdoor seating area (end of September). At some point, the owner came over and said he could offer us a seat inside the restaurant or if we wanted blankets. That was also really good. The service was great, super friendly, and we never had to wait long. Kudos to the owner and the team; keep up the good work, we'll be back.

Today I took a short trip to Ellewick. In this pretty little town, there's a cooperatively run inn. A lovely beer garden and a small but varied menu awaited me. I opted for the double currywurst. And I have to say, it was one of the best currywursts I've ever had. The sausage and fries were delicious, but the homemade curry sauce was fantastic! The service was attentive and friendly. I'll be back! It's a shame there isn't a place like this in Wessum.

I celebrated my birthday there. There were 13 of us and we had a wonderful party in a quiet area. The table decorations were very thoughtful, with fresh flowers and candles. The food was very varied and of very good quality. (Fresh asparagus with schnitzel, pork fillet, and beef steaks.) Everything was cooked to perfection and incredibly delicious. For dessert, we had vanilla ice cream with fresh strawberries 😋 I highly recommend this restaurant.

I'm thrilled with this restaurant. They have great outdoor seating, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend it, especially if you're on a bike. I'll stop there again on my next trip. You can also charge your e-bike there.

I've ordered and eaten there several times, and I've never been disappointed. The servers are always prompt and friendly. It's a pub, after all, so it can get a bit noisy at times. But otherwise, the decor is nice and the atmosphere is great.

Delicious food, top quality...and very good service

Had a nice meal on the terrace last week. The cook had prepared rösti rounds, stir-fried vegetables (covered with cheese) and salad especially for me (a vegetarian). Delicious dish that should immediately be on the menu. Owner is friendly and thinks along with the customer. Recommended!

The pizza here is just amazing. The base is wafer-thin, baked nice and crispy, not a bit greasy and the taste is A1. This inn does pizza better than any pizzeria in Vreden and the entire surrounding area!

Food 11/10 best Wiener schnitzel! Drinking was also very tasty. You could already see the coldness of the drink from the outside. Simply perfect! Service 10/10. The ambience is outstanding. The seating option around the tap is also a cool idea.

Wir verbringen dort unseren Stammtisch: Essen ist nicht gewünscht ... Getränke kommen "wie gerufen (ohne was zu sagen)" ... besser geht's nicht bei der freundlichen Bedienung 👍👍👍

Hier sind wir kürzlich mit dem Rad angehalten und haben selbstgemachten Erdbeerboden und Kaffee verzehrt. Nette Leute getroffen, Service war fix und es gab noch Gelegenheit für einen Schwatz ... Erstaunt haben wir festgestellt, daß es wieder eine kleine Essens-Karte gibt. Da haben wir einen Anlass zum Wiederkommen. Alles sehr sauber und Adrett
