Urgemütliches Wirtshaus oberhalb des Tegernsees gelegen. Sehr leckeres Essen, gutes Tegernseer Bier, nette Bedienung und entspannte Atmosphäre. Besonders gut waren die Blutwurst auf Sauerkraut als Vorspeise und der Kaiserschmarrn als Nachspeise (noch nie so guten Kaiserschmarrn gegessen - ein Muss, wenn man hier ist!.

Essen war mal wieder sehr lecker...das Wiener Schnitzel top! War sehr sehr lecker! 😋

Liebes Team von der Aibl Alm! Wir danken für den tollen Abend in ihrem sehr schönern Gasthaus. Der Service war herausragend. Angefangen bei der Reservierung bis hin zum Abend in Ihrem Gasthaus. Wir hatten einen tollen Tisch mit Blick auf den Wallberg. Das Essen war sehr sehr gut. Geschmacklich ausgezeichnet und ausgewogen. Von der Rinderkraftbrühe über die Rilletes bis zum hervorstechenden Kaiserschmarrn. Absolut authentische Küche bei hoher Qualität. Hier spürt man die Handarbeit in der Küche. Wir haben unseren Tisch für den nächsten Aufenthalt bereits gebucht und freuen uns sehr, Sie alle wierder zu sehen.

Authentisch bayrisches Restaurant mit feiner Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken sowie herzlichem Personal. Vorn im Anbau war es etwas kühl, jedoch hat dies unseren Besuch nicht maßgeblich beeinflusst. Demnach kommen wir gern wieder!

Wir sind hier immer hoch zufrieden. Erstklassige Küche. Besonders zu empfehlen die Ente und der Kaiserschmarren.

Wir haben am 8 Dezember 2025 das Restaurant besucht und ein wares Genuss erleben können. Hirsch Goulash, ausgezeichneter Rotwein, kleiner Nachtisch und empfehlenswerte Bedienung. Im Oktober 2025 besucht. Ein uriges Wirtshaus mit traditioneller bayerischer und Tiroler Küche. Sollte man besucht haben. Die Speisenauswahl ist angemessen und das Preisleistungsverhältnis moderat. Der Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente rustikales und gemütlich mit schönem Fensterausblick. Wir kommen wieder!

Abseits der Touristenmassen gelegener bayerischer Gasthof mit einigen Gerichten, die nicht mehr so oft zu finden sind. Kurze, steile Anfahrt die bei rutschigen Straßenverhältnissen nicht ohne Allrad befahren werden sollte. Die Aussicht ist schön, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Lokalen in dieser Höhe weniger spektakulär. Wir waren hier schon mehrfach zu Gast und mit dem Essen und dem seit Jahren treuen Service sehr zufrieden. Das war auch jetzt der Fall, allerdings empfanden wir 32,50€ für das Tagesgericht welches nicht auf den Karte stand, einen schönes Stück pochierten Kabeljaus an Senfsoße mit Brokkoli und Kartoffeln, als erheblich zu hoch. Wir essen gerne Kabeljau und wissen, dass die Preise für diesen Fisch im Vergleich zu anderen Fischen noch gemäßigt ist. Daher können wir nur raten, bei Tagesgerichten ausdrücklich nach dem Preis zu fragen.

Schönes Wirtshaus mit leckerem Essen!

Wir haben nach einer anstrengenden Wanderung nur etwas getrunken. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und nett, der Biergarten ist sehr schön u was ich innen gesehen habe, wirkte sehr gemütlich. Das war nicht mein letzter Besuch.

Delicious, regional, and reasonably priced cuisine. Closed Wednesdays and Thursdays, so reservations are highly recommended.

We visited the Aibl Inn today and had a wonderful time. I had a cordon bleu with fried potatoes, and my wife opted for spaetzle – both were very well prepared. We finished off with Kaiserschmarrn, which perfectly rounded off the visit. The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was quaint and rustic, just what you'd expect from a cozy inn. We'd be happy to come back.

Favorite restaurant. ♥️ Everything you'd expect as a guest. Best food, everything excellent. Great menu. Good service. Hearty host with a great family. 🫶 Children & dogs 🐕 are welcome. Reservations are standard, especially in the evenings. Ps. Some table decorations would be nice. 😉 If you like Bavarian food, this is the place for you. 👍

A very nice, rustic restaurant in a great location with very friendly and attentive staff. The food is excellent. It was very tasty. Reasonably priced. Great view of the blue mountains near Kreuth am Tegernsee. We had a wonderful time at the Aibl Alm and would love to come back.

By far the best Cordon Bleu on the lake

Although open until 2:30 p.m., there was no cake. A difficult journey for nothing.

Eating like grandma used to eat - or even better! Classic dishes prepared very tasty and brought to the table by loving service. The whole thing is crowned with a fabulous view from the terrace. I always enjoy being here and can recommend it without exception.

We made reservations as a couple with 1 dog and got a great place. The staff, the landlady and the chef (chef) also came to the table themselves and asked about our well-being. The meal was excellent! no additional seasoning! The duck was incredibly good for the main course and a homemade soup beforehand, as well as a roasted black pudding with cream cabbage... highly recommended! pure feeling of well-being with a pleasant price structure. any time! Nice ambience, wonderful view, Nice courteous staff. Wonderful food... The taste is tip top. All in all...a successful trip.

The route here is a bit adventurous but definitely worth the effort. I would recommend making a reservation, at least one or two days in advance. The waitresses are very accommodating and the food is amazing. We would have liked to have tried more. Hopefully next time. Thank you.

We always like to visit the Aibl when we are at Tegernsee. The food is always excellent (I especially love the Cordon Bleu and then the sensational Kaiserschmarrn) and the service is extremely friendly. The cozy atmosphere makes every visit particularly pleasant.

Consistency with other negative comments (it's surprising how the positive comments come about): Staff is unfriendly and dismissive from the first minute, and the senior boss is particularly noticeable for her ignorance and arrogance. They probably want to create an “upscale” atmosphere there, and the prices are accordingly. However, this in no way corresponds to the quality of the food, service and atmosphere: “Spinach dumplings with regional mountain cheese” are overloaded with melted butter and fat with a minimal amount of cheese. The consistency of “chanterelle cream with dumplings” corresponds to a soup. Both tasted rather ordinary without any kick, fatty, salty and standard seasoning. A pretzel was offered in advance which was not fresh or at least normal but dry and hard, probably out of date from the previous day. If this were a “gift of attention from the house” I could still accept it. But afterwards an approach i. H.v. €1.40 without advance information about the price: a disgrace. The invoice was billed without presenting the invoice, even though I had previously asked for an invoice. This was only submitted after payment had been completed: an outrage. For me the evening was an absolute failure! We would rather invest the money with our competitors.

The Aibl Alm inn impresses with its location and offers hikers and nature lovers a pleasant place to stop for a break. The cuisine is down-to-earth and offers traditional dishes that are well prepared and filling. The service is friendly. There is room for improvement in the presentation of the food. A dish like the Käsespätzle or the venison ragout tastes convincing, but could be made more visually appealing. A more loving arrangement or small color accents would round off the overall picture. A wider selection of lighter dishes could also usefully complement the offering.

Beautiful alpine pasture with a great view of the Wallberg. Went there with my bike on Sunday lunchtime, unfortunately everything was reserved. The friendly waitress assigned us a seat and we ate well. I think you might want to make a reservation on the weekend. Highly recommended.

Very good Bavarian cuisine. Therefore, of course, very meat-heavy. But also vegetarian dishes. I can recommend the spinach dumplings. Very good service, nice atmosphere and pleasant guests. Unfortunately, the Kaiserschmarren wasn't very airy. Rather firm in consistency, but well caramelized.

The Italian service was good as usual - the boss made clear compromises

The service was very attentive, super friendly and even fulfilled a special request :-) I was a little disappointed with the food because of the great reviews here. The vegetables (that I got as a side dish) were swimming in oil and the flavor of the vegetables was completely lost in it. Unfortunately, the boiled potatoes were also completely soggy (from the oil/fat). The meat itself was good, what little you could eat because of all the fat and gristle. Creamed savoy cabbage unfortunately 90% cream, 10% savoy cabbage. It's a shame that the actually great products are "ruined" by way too much unnecessary fat/salt etc.

Ein wirklicher schöner Gasthof mit direktem Blick auf den Wallberg Regionale und authentische bayerische Küche,Spezialitäten wie Kaiserschmarrn oder Krustenschweinebraten natürlich auch alles dabei.Ein paar Innereien wie Kalbsbries waren auch dabei was ich ja liebe… Wir hatten Besuch aus den USA und da man dort diese Biergarten und Wirtshaus Kultur nicht kennt,dachte ich mir dass dies ein guter Ausflug werden wird. Die Dame die uns bedient hat war sehr freundlich hat uns auch gesagt das eine oder andere Gericht vielleicht erst später bei Bedarf zu bestellen denn es würde sonst zu viel werden(das fand ich sehr hilfreich) und flott war Sie auch noch dazu. Ambiente , Küche und Service alles super und preislich natürlich auch noch sehr human.

Wir haben heute Mittag hier gespeist. Am Vortag hatten wir reserviert. Alle Hauptspeisen waren fantastisch lecker. Meine Käsespätzle waren besser als bei meiner Oma, und das ist ein riesen Kompliment. Und auch der Kaiserschmarrn als Nachspeise war sehr lecker. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich perfekt. Vor allem auch die Preise für die Kindergerichte sind sehr fair. Hochwertige Kinderstühle sind vorhanden. Und an unserem reservierten Tisch wurde direkt Kinderbesteck mit aufgedeckt. Das empfanden wir als Top-Service.

Wir haben heute spontan unseren Zwischenstopp hier nach 7 Stunden Roadtrip eingelegt und sind immer noch begeistert von der grandiosen Qualität, des Ambiente dieses Alm Wirtshauses mit den süßen Kühen vor der Türe und der Herzlichkeit des Personals. Danke! 🤍

Zum Mittagessen waren wir auf der Aibl-Alm. Sehr zu empfehlen. Man muss in jedem Fall reservieren, was wir auch getan haben. Wir wurden sehr freundliche begrüßt und konnten uns den Platz auf der Terrasse aussuchen. Eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Tal und eine wunderbare Ruhe hier oben. Man kann mit dem Auto bis zur Alm fahren. Es gibt dort einen Parkplatz. Wir hatten den von allen Seiten hochgelobten Kaiserschmarrn mit Zwetschgenröster und Rehragout mit Semmelknödeln und Blaukraut von der Tageskarte. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Auf der Karte gibt es so viele leckere Gerichte, dass man sich kaum entscheiden kann. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut top. Hier würden wir gerne öfter sein.
