Very tasty, the prices were nice. There were some nice touches like the little notepads to compose your order, really helps to list what you want and choose in the large choice they have. The little service bell was quite original and effective too and the personnel was kind. Overall very charming place

Delicious sushi at fair prices and friendly service

I only tried the sushi that day, and it wasn't as good as in other restaurants. The appetizer, however, was excellent, and the other dishes looked good too. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the restaurant itself was very nice.

A very good restaurant. The food is fresh and exceptionally good. The staff are very polite and helpful. The ambiance is okay, but could be more inviting. The prices have remained stable for quite some time, even though many other restaurants have raised their prices. All in all, one of my favorite sushi restaurants in Stuttgart, which I can wholeheartedly recommend.

We ordered ramen from there. Yes, I know you shouldn't order ramen, but we were in the mood for it. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed and really couldn't recommend it. I can only comment on the ramen, hence the 3 stars.

Absolutely disgusting! The supposed sushi was completely spoiled, smelly, and inedible—an absolute disgrace and a massive health risk. I've rarely experienced anything like this, and it's irresponsible to even serve such food to customers. I urgently demand that the health department thoroughly inspect everything here, because this is simply dangerous. Anyone who cares even a little about hygiene, freshness, and respect for customers should definitely avoid this shop!

More like 4.5. Everything is great overall, and I was especially pleased with the dishes and their prices. The only downside is a temporary (as I was told) breakdown of the terminal for card payments, as well as the prices for some items on the menu (questions about literally 1%-2% of the goods). When we asked about gluten-free soy sauce, they brought a bottle with the manufacturer's marking (with gluten) and an additional marking of the restaurant (gluten-free). No problems were noticed, so I just ask to make it a little clearer.

We've always been satisfied with our orders and the food we received. But with our last order, something went wrong. We all got stomach problems and had diarrhea the entire next day. I hope it was an isolated incident; poisoning like this isn't uncommon...

I've been to this restaurant several times and have always been very satisfied—with both the food and the service. Unfortunately, this time I had a very unpleasant experience. After the meal, where I ordered salmon, I developed severe stomach upset and diarrhea. I suspect the fish wasn't completely fresh or possibly spoiled. That's a shame, because the restaurant actually has a good reputation. I hope this is an isolated incident and that the quality will remain consistently high in the future.

... wollten wir Sushi zum Abendessen. Unsere Freunde kannten die WIP Sushi Lounge aus Erzählungen von Freunden. So haben wir kurzfristig versucht einen Tisch zu reservieren, was zum Glück sehr gut funktioniert hat. Wir bekamen einen Platz „im Schaufenster“, der gemütlich war und uns auch während des Essens angenehm war. Das Restaurant hat noch weitere Räume, aber wir finden den vorderen Raum am Schönsten. Die Sushi-Auswahl ist umfangreich und es gibt etliche Menüs mit unterschiedlichen Zusammenstellungen. Die Auswahl war nicht einfach… Alle servierten Sushi-Arten waren frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Zusätzlich zu den Platten wurden die typischen Ingwerscheiben angeboten. Es gab diese in einer gesonderten Schale und so konnten wir uns ausreichend daran bedienen. Vorzüglich waren auch die hausgemachten Limonaden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut und die Bedienungen sehr freundlich.

Instead of Swabian... ...we wanted sushi for dinner. Our friends knew about the WIP Sushi Lounge from stories told by friends. So we tried to reserve a table at short notice, which luckily worked out very well. We got a seat "in the window," which was cozy and comfortable for us during our meal. The restaurant has other rooms, but we find the front room the nicest. The sushi selection is extensive, and there are several menus with different combinations. Choosing wasn't easy... All the sushi served was freshly prepared and very delicious. In addition to the platters, the typical ginger slices were offered. These were served in a separate bowl, so we could help ourselves to plenty. The homemade lemonades were also excellent. The value for money was very good, and the service was very friendly.

I've eaten here several times now and I'm impressed every time. The quality of the sushi is truly top-notch. Super fresh, perfectly balanced in flavor, and always lovingly presented. You can tell the passion they put into their work here. The service is attentive, friendly, yet pleasantly unobtrusive. You immediately feel at home. Even special requests have always been accommodated without any problems. I'll definitely be back – for me, it's one of the best sushi restaurants in Stuttgart!

Everyone always claims to have found the spot. I think the offer here as well as the price and performance are very good. I like to go for lunch at midday and get a large and very good portion for 10.90 without a drink. This is very well priced and always high quality. I also always look forward to: “Hello, as always?”. So you also value the guest.

Small restaurant where we spent a great evening with family. There is something for everyone. The service was fast with a smile. Nothing to complain about! Excellent and good quality. We were very pleasantly surprised!

My favorite sushi restaurant in all of Stuttgart

It was my first time eating here and I was completely satisfied. Will come again! I have often eaten sushi in various restaurants and it has never been as tasty as it is here. 20€ per person and the bellies were more than full.

Me and my fiancé went to have dinner there after we ordered once and the sushi was great then. The atmosphere was not good and there was only one server smiling. The sushi we ordered was old (keep in mind we ordered basic things). We also ordered Japanese whiskey which on the menu was €12-13 for 4cl but when we saw the bill they told us it's €20 for 4cl and they showed us a couple of menus with the "corrected" price but our menus were apparently with the old one. We also decided to order Vodka RedBull because they don't have cocktails and after repeating it a couple of times we received Vodka with lemon soda. Overall we left feeling a bit angry because of the bad experience. The food was better when we ordered it online. Definitely not going there again, especially for a date.

The food is not bad, but there were two big issues: 1) they don't accept cards to pay (I had Mastercard and also Visa, so basically both of the most important payment cards circuits), but only cash. This is NOT acceptable in a country like Germany in 2025. I strongly suggest you to change your policy (or you will lose customers in the future). 2) I paid a bottle of water (water, not champagne) 6€. Absolutely incredible...we are not in an airport or in Ibiza. You should reduce the price for the water. These are suggestions to improve your restaurant.

We have often ordered sushi to take away here and are thrilled every time. The quality is consistently excellent, and the ordering process via the website also works smoothly. In addition, the on-site team is always friendly and courteous. For us, this restaurant is a real asset 😊

We discovered this restaurant by chance on Maps. Right now you're forced to walk along the construction site and that's what the view is like at the moment, but inside the building it's clean, beautifully decorated, the staff was quick and friendly. The sushi was nicely prepared and divided for two people, which we were. The ramen was delicious, the broth was a little simpler but still flavorful. The men's toilets were as simple as in a bar. Towels were unfortunately missing and the tap lever, not a big problem in itself but still something visually striking. Overall, I would recommend trying the restaurant. We ordered ramen twice, small spring rolls, three different types of sushi, eight each and a 0.33 coke 49.80€ In the end for those who are roughly interested.

The food is very good and the prices are generally okay, but the price of the "homemade" lemonades are very overpriced for what is on offer.

In my opinion a 10/10. As a chef, I can only recommend this restaurant! I have already ordered several times and was in the store today myself. I got out really cheap with my girlfriend. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. I was also very impressed by the taste. I also have to say that we were very full. Simply a good recommendation to spend a cozy evening in a nice atmosphere. The conditions were also incredibly good. In this restaurant you can also use a device to ring the bell, for example to place an order.

Unfortunately, the debit card doesn't work for me there on a regular basis, so I would recommend everyone to have enough cash with them.

I recently visited this Chinese restaurant and was very pleased. Their sushi and rolls are delicious, and their shrimp tempura is excellent. Chikin dumpling was also very tasty. The only thing I can't recommend is the egg ramen - it wasn't to my taste. The service in the restaurant is fast and good. All the staff speak English, which is very pleasing. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. I liked it!

solid and good sushi! I treated myself to the Thursday set for just under 22 euros (May 2024), fair overall because it also includes fried sushi. Salmon is fresh and tasty, and the maki is really good. All variants were really good, although I only liked the one with the cooked salmon to a limited extent, but the Inside Out were otherwise solid. I've had better sushi, but this is good and delivers. Overall, I can recommend it, even though there is a lot of competition in Stuttgart, including in the immediate vicinity, but it is sometimes even more expensive. Ordering via Uber was very quick.

Kühle Atmosphäre, Essen ganz gut aber kleine Portionen. Reservierung war nicht gut, wollte besonderen Platz für ein seltenes Treffen mit guter Freundin und wurden an einen kleinen Durchgangstisch gesetzt. Mittelmass.

One of the tastiest sushi restaurants! We walked past it by chance and, funnily enough, wanted to go to another sushi restaurant. The WIP Sushi Lounge already looked appealing from outside, so we sat down straight in. The prices are unbeatable and for the price you get absolutely delicious and fresh sushi! From now on we will definitely come here to eat more often.

In a To good to go Magic Box there was a cockroach under the sushi 🤮. We discovered it after we had already eaten some sushi, which up to that point had been very tasty. The sushi was fried and the cockroach wasn't. I don't want to know what the conditions are like in the kitchen. No food should be prepared in this kitchen!!!

I've eaten so much sushi but I was really impressed with this one I give the food a 9.9/10 The tempura was perfect, the rainbow rolls were also cut very thin and were super tasty The rice was great Service was very nice and courteous as well as competent!! Lovely again

I tried WIP by UberEats, and I had a horrible experience. the ramen bowl was overturned, the delivery man put it straight in front of me, when I went up to the room, I found all the liquid in the plastic bag. the ramen itself - disgusting, noodles overcooked, ingredients all overcooked. and regarding the sushi - the worst I have ever eaten in my life, they use normal rice instead of Japanese rice, so the taste is very strange. I also asked for a spoon or fork and nothing at all.

Here we had super delicious sushi. The menu is like a picture book because you can see straight away what the individual sushi look like and we also describe what nigiri is, for example. There are also already put together menus or Donut Sumo. The order is beautifully prepared and the price-performance ratio is definitely right. On the tables there is the option to call service for the order or the bill at the push of a button. The staff is also super friendly and the atmosphere is very nice. The only drawback is the toilet facilities. These are not barrier-free and could be freed from the cobwebs. All in all, a great restaurant that we would like to go to again.

We were a group of 8 people. While we were waiting for our order, we drank so much delicious food)) that we didn’t notice how the waiting time flew by, but it was quite long, which is why I gave it a 4 for the service. But the wait was worth it - the sashimi, sushi, and rolls were very tasty. To complete the dinner, desserts - ice cream and mochi with strawberries - were perfect.

The food itself was good, but the service was disastrous. We waited 2 hours for the food and then 1 hour until we could pay. The service was hardly there. First and last time there.

Not sure why the reviews are so good for this place. Maybe it was an off day, but I'm skeptical. Ramen was "OK" and the sushi was extremely disappointing. Not even close to fresh and low quality. Our tuna looked like it had been sitting out all morning. I couldn't believe they'd even put that on a plate.

The WIP store was a complete failure Some of the sushi on the plate (fried) were not fresh, the smell and taste were spoiled. The Uri Maki Sushi with fried salmon skin were all not peeled properly, so you had to chew the scales in your mouth or spit them out. In addition, the skin was not fried but raw and tough. Duration 1 hour until the food came. The beer (Schönbuch) as offered on the drinks menu never exists! And only cash is accepted, even though there is a note about card payment. Not to mention the ladies' room. Dirty and the soap dispenser is filled with water! Will never enter it again.

Had dinner for two. Food didn't arrive for 40 minutes even though the store was half full. The sushi was very warm and fell apart quickly. Taste ok. Service was very friendly. Overall it was ok.

Anstatt der angegeben Lieferzeit von 30 Min haben wir 2 Stunden gewartet, bis das Essen geliefert wurde. Die Frühlingsrollen schmeckten wie von gestern und das Sushi war auch nicht frisch. Stand wahrscheinlich sehr lange rum, bevor es ausgeliefert wurde. Schade, werden nicht nochmal bestellen.

Beste Sushi in Stuttgart und Umgebung die ich in 7 Jahre hier gegessen habe. Auf jeden Fall komme wieder!

Am Samstag hatten wir hier zu Abend gegessen. Der Laden ist etwas unauffällig gegenüber eines Parkhauses gelegen. Es wirkt klein, jedoch gibt es nach hinten durch weitere Tische. Die Bedienung ist extrem schnell und sehr höflich. Gut sind die bebilderten Karten zur Orientierung, sowie die „Drücker“ am Tisch um die Bedienung zu rufen oder die Rechnung zu ordern. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Man sollte allerdings vorher reservieren. Hier werden wir gern wieder einkehren. Tolle 5 Sterne. 😁👍

Die Vorspeisen sind sehr klein, die Sushi Rollen sind normal. Geschmacklich war es durchmischt. Die Spicy Salmon Vorspeise war enttäuschend, da sie nicht nach Lachs geschmeckt hat und auch der "Salat" aus fünf Gurkenscheiben bestand. Die frittierte Sushi Rolle war geschmacklich deutlich besser. Der Spicy Ginger Drink hat weder nach Ingwer noch Spicy geschmeckt. Preislich ist es ebenfalls durchmischt, die Vorspeisen sind überteuert, die Sushi Rollen haben sehr faire Preise. Die Atmosphäre ist mittelmäßig bis schlecht. Die Einrichtung wirkt inspiriert und könnte auch in einem Schnellrestaurant stehen. Das Waschbecken direkt im Essensbereich ist auch eher unansehnlich. Die Musik, Beschriftung und Dekoration ist generisch. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Aber die kontaktlose Kartenzahlung funktioniert nicht.

Wir kommen regelmäßig und sehr gerne hierher. Das Sushi schmeckt erstklassig und die Inhaber sind super freundlich!

Das Sushi schmeckte schlecht - also zumindest der Reis sch „drüber“ wäre. War auch warm. Eklig. Ich spuckte aus. Meine Kritik wurde diskutiert, dass es ok sein. Die Serviererin diskutierte meine Kritik mit anderen Gästen, denen es schmeckte. Day geht gar nicht. Mein Menü war nicht frisch zubereitet worden, wie das der anderen Gäste, sondern war von hinten aus dem Lokal aufgetragen worden. Tisch war nicht sauber, Toilette …. Wurgs … nie wieder

Ich und meine Freundin waren gestern da und waren sehr begeistert. Es war im Restaurant sehr schön gestaltet und sauber. Man hat sich wohlgefühlt und die Leute waren super nett! Das Essen war auch sehr Lecker und preislich stimmt es auch!☺️

Wir haben am Sushi-Kurs teilgenommen und hatten sehr viel Spaß. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war top und wir sind mit ganz viel Sushi für die ganze Familie nach Hause gekommen. Klare Empfehlung!
