Nice view of the Weser River, friendly staff. The food could be much better. The schnitzel came with wilted salad, and the salad that accompanied the pork tenderloin could also have been improved. But the view was fantastic!

My father-in-law invited us for his birthday dinner. The cleanliness, ambiance, view, service, and especially the quality of the food were outstanding. The staff was friendly and cheerful. We felt completely at ease. We will definitely come back. Keep up the good work! 👍

We had an invitation to this beautiful restaurant. The owner greeted us warmly. The evening was a great success. I'll be celebrating my birthday at Marco's. It's probably the best restaurant in the Achim area. Keep up the great work!

The Atmosphere was 1a. My kids and I enjoyed our stay there. The waiters were funny and really talkative. We really want to visit this restaurant when we are back in Germany. Very worth it!

Always worth a visit, delicious food, friendly service.

We celebrated our wedding at the venue. Now for the positives. The ambiance and the view of the Weser River were beautiful. The food was also very good, although it wasn't ready at 6:30 PM as planned, but a little later. We had a pizza & pasta buffet with typical Italian-style appetizers and desserts. It was delicious and very well received by us and our guests. Unfortunately, we had to celebrate at room volume from 10:30 PM onwards, as the noise was apparently disturbing the neighbors. We weren't informed of this during the preliminary meeting. Especially since, after the opening dance, the atmosphere was about to transition from a cozy meal to a party. That was a real shame and killed the mood. However, when some tables were already being set for the next day and the staff were cleaning up in a bad mood, we felt unwelcome. This started around 11:30 PM. There was also generally little communication between the staff and us, especially during the transitions between the appetizer, main course, and dessert. Drink requests were also answered rather sporadically. A real shame and a bit disappointing. Generally, there's nothing wrong with the food, but the service and comfort were unworthy of a wedding reception. Unfortunately, we can't recommend it for events.

We'd love to come back. It wasn't cheap, but it was delicious and relaxed...

My favorite restaurant! Unique view over the Weser River bend all the way to Verden. A warm, friendly atmosphere, very attentive service. Delicious, varied food, whether fish or meat, pizza or pasta, vegetables and salad, everything is always fresh and very digestible. Excellent value for money! The ambiance has just been very tastefully redesigned! I come all the way from Syke three times a week.

Over time, especially since January 2024, the kitchen (new chef) and the service staff have deteriorated significantly. We no longer come here because, unfortunately, there has been no improvement. The waiters only speak broken German, one of them is almost blind and clumsy. Bread with the sauces, if it's still served at all, comes with the main course prices instead of upfront, and the food has deteriorated considerably. A real shame about this former top-notch restaurant.

Unfortunately, I can't understand the many good reviews here. The ambiance is really nice, but that's about it. The portions are extremely small—you'll probably go home hungry—and the quality of the food was disappointing. Absolutely not worth the price. Plus, you'll have to park your car in the driveway if you don't drive an SUV. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

A restaurant with a beautiful view. The food is delicious. We had reserved by email. A table for two people outside. The reply was, "It's fine." We arrived at the restaurant and told the waiter we had reserved outside. He told us in a rather aggressive tone that this wasn't possible and that it had also been mentioned on the phone. We weren't given a chance to speak. Another table was hastily moved out. The wait for the food was quite long. But it was worth it; it was very good. Conclusion: Excellent cuisine. Service could be improved. As a guest, I want to feel comfortable. We will give it a second chance because of the good food. We hope the service improves in quality.

A beautiful restaurant with a fantastic view. We discovered this restaurant by chance. We stopped in for a bite to eat and were immediately seated on the terrace. The server wasn't the friendliest. The restaurant has a large menu, so everyone should be able to find something. Everything took a long time, even though it wasn't full. There were two parties inside, but there were also plenty of staff. The food was delicious and hot. Very good value for money. We definitely recommend it.

Very nice ambiance. The staff are courteous and always in a good mood. The food is always a real treat and of high quality. If you ever go there, definitely order a Marsala. It tastes better than anywhere else.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is only recommended with very limited reservations. We've been there a second time and are very disappointed again. The ambiance with the view of the Weser River is great, and the food is okay too. A measly side dish for €10 is pretty cheeky. A small change to the menu isn't accepted, and I think the waiter is the rudest Italian we've ever encountered. We've been there a while ago. Due to COVID-19, our voucher had expired. The voucher, despite being expensive, was no longer accepted. Not even a discount or a drink as compensation. This was our last time there. We don't understand the good reviews. But maybe it's just the waiter's mood on the day.

We went with the family for Sunday brunch. The restaurant is perfect for a family celebration. The rooms are very bright, clean, and spacious; the view of the Weser River is spectacular! The service was extremely attentive and friendly. There was always fresh coffee on the table, and used dishes were cleared away immediately. The buffet was very varied. The food was freshly cooked, very tasty, and it was regularly refilled until the end. We'll definitely be back!

I had cannelloni. They were extremely good. The pasta from the other side was also perfect. Large portions. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful, with the view.

We stopped by for lunch today on a whim and opted for the daily special, a fish platter with sea bream, sea bass, zander, squid, and a large shrimp. The fish platter was lovingly prepared and tasted delicious. The portion was generous and well-cooked in a Mediterranean style. A truly wonderful experience, combined with the wonderful ambiance overlooking the Weser River. We look forward to seeing you again.

We discovered this restaurant by chance on a day trip to Bremen. We're actually from Hamburg. It was truly a hit. The weather was wonderful, and we were able to sit on the terrace. The servers were all very attentive, and the food was absolutely fantastic. We shared the goat cheese to start with. For main courses, we had the rump steak and the salmon with herbs. We'd love to come back next time we're near Bremen 😊

Wir haben in den Weserterrassen einen Osterbrunch genossen. Alles war zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit. Der Ausblick an den Fensterplätzen mit Blick auf die Weser, die in einem großen Bogen durch die Marsch verläuft, ist wahrlich traumhaft. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, sieht wo etwas fehlt und schafft sofort Abhilfe. Wenn es überhaupt etwas anzusprechen gibt, dann ist es die doch laute Umgebung im Restaurant. Um das aber zu dämmen muss man einige Maßnahmen ergreifen, die dann zu Lasten der Kapazität fallen würde. Jederzeit wieder

No question, the location and view are simply great! Fresh tulips on the table - great! Added to this are “Easter decorations” - three colorful ribbons cheaply wrapped around the railing. As far as a matter of taste... As our order was being taken, the waiter suddenly directed other guests to his seat mid-sentence. Hmmm. Don't think about drink prices: an apple juice 0.33 costs €4.10. All juices are also available as spritzers: Apple spritzer 0.2 costs €4.10. The schnitzel for children is huge, unfortunately much too big for children. In addition to the children's dish, we had two pasta dishes, unfortunately both tasteless. Nothing against "in its own juice" but there should be a difference in taste between pasta in oil and pasta with cherry tomatoes, zucchini, garlic and prawns in its own juice. Unfortunately not here. There were THREE cherry tomatoes in the meal and even five prawns, which was unfortunately disappointing too. The noodles simply taste like nothing, despite seasoning at the table... The waiter's question as to whether it tastes good is rather pro forma. When I brought it up, one of them just said they'd do better next time and left. The next person suddenly didn't understand my answer in German well and offered dessert. The third one said when paying that he could have done something different and was really nice too!

Steak pizza and fries are very good

The most positive thing has already been said with the great view of the Weser. We had pre-ordered as a group, but apparently the order didn't arrive. The company's cost coverage could not be found either. Service is very inattentive and sees the guest as a necessary evil. Food is mediocre and takes a long time. The “mixed” salad consisted of 90% rocket. However, the mixed starter platter is recommended.

We had a great Mediterranean brunch in a separate room with 26 guests... from the decoration to the fantastic view to the delicious food, attentive service and a stylish ambience, it was a successful celebration! Gladly again and we are already looking forward to the Easter brunch (Christmas is already reserved!!!) with the family...

Went here to try out the lunch menu. We were greeted warmly and had a table on the outside terrace. Very nice view of the Weser and the lock canal. As a starter we chose the pea cream soup, the main course consisted of pike perch fillet with mustard sauce and rice, the second dish consisted of pork medallions with chanterelles and croquettes. It was all very tasty 😋. Ice cream with fresh strawberries was a good dessert. We were very satisfied and full. Will definitely come back.

The restaurant looks very nice and also has a very nice view. The waiters are very nice and the food doesn't take very long to arrive. There is also music playing in the background. I highly recommend it.

Even though we live almost 90 km away, the journey is worth it for us. The food is super tasty and super fresh. The service staff are very friendly and attentive (every time we were there). Everything is clean and tidy. I really enjoy going there to eat and will continue to take the long journey. Two thumbs up and please keep it up.

Hello, we were there spontaneously on Sunday. I can only say the food was amazing, for my husband and for me too, it couldn't be better. The view is super great. The staff was very attentive, nice, friendly, you can't say otherwise. We'll be back.

We went to the Christmas buffet several times from 11.30 a.m. to 3 p.m. This year we were also with the whole family and friends back again. We arrived at 12 p.m. and everything was OK until then. At around 1.30 p.m. the owner asked for the first time if we could make room for another group. That was our Christmas day ended differently as planned. Since we were 16 + 3 people, we separated at around 2 p.m. If I book a buffet for 48.50 p.p plus drinks, I expect that this will be adhered to. Sorry we never again

On December 22nd, 2024, I went to brunch with a few business people in the Wesserterase restaurant in Achim. There were probably only about 20 people present for brunch, so maybe there wasn't that much food served? The reception was cool, the boss was friendly and attentive, so we had the feeling of not being welcome. The food was delicious, none of us had anything to complain about. But the final cappuccino was only lukewarm and took a very long time, even though there was a lot of service and few guests at lunchtime. It's a shame, the atmosphere is very great.

Unfortunately that's not the case at Christmas (Christmas Day, buffet). For almost €50 per person there was mainly cold food and mostly not well filled. The service was also quite overwhelmed, it took a while to get the drinks and then they didn't come for ages and were often the wrong ones.

Yesterday we celebrated our birthday with around 20 people and it was lovely all around. Starting with the service (very friendly, professional, and always there when something was needed, but not intrusive at all), to the excellent food (we had an Italian buffet, meat was very tender, great rosemary potatoes, delicious antipasti, etc.) , right up to the magnificent view over the Weser. We really enjoyed it and we'd love to come back!

We celebrated our wedding 💒 there in 2016 and it was fantastic 🎊 Old love renewed and still a great restaurant with a great view.

Unfortunately very disappointing! Pasta unsalted, carelessly prepared, pasta water in the plate Lamb fillet, unseasoned and carelessly prepared. Partly too dry. Some positives... The view, the home-baked bread and the olive oil. Service doesn't care that the food wasn't tasty. Since the verdict, we have been ignored.

We were there for coffee. The cake was subpar, to say the least. Cheesecake from the frozen food store (even there are much better ones) Service is almost non-existent. After serving, no one came over. I even had to let them know to pay...and then I paid €20 for two pieces of cake and two apple spritzers. I can't judge the food there, but I'll never drink coffee again.

We had a wonderful accommodating host for our 15 people strong birthday celebration! The private room with views of the Weser River worked beautifully. The service was attentive, and the food was delicious and plentiful. We pre-ordered a special Stachelbeertorte, which was incredible. Thanks for making this a great event!

Great terrace with a view of the Weser. Service was very friendly. However, you have to be careful not to get “snapped” by anything. And I think the fact that ketchup and mayonnaise cost an additional €1 each for a child's meal is quite exaggerated. The meal was okay.

The antipasti starter platter is legendary, the Aperol Spritz is non-alcoholic even though it's not on the menu, it's super tasty, pizzas, salads, children's meals, everything is wonderfully prepared and delicious. The staff is so warm, as if you were family, very attentive. If you get a bouquet of flowers from your birthday visit, a vase is immediately placed on the table without asking. Can only be recommended 👍

The portions are sometimes very small and not appropriate for the price. You wait forever for service when you want something to drink again. The rooms and the view are recommended.

Never before have visually perfect food been served without any taste. As a trained chef, how you get chanterelles neutral, salmon cooked to death and pizza raw in the middle is a mystery to me. Plus a bad-tempered, unfriendly and obviously annoyed boss. Unanimous opinion (5 out of 6 eaters): once and never again. A pity

I celebrated my 60th birthday with 15 people (most of whom didn't even know the Weser-Terrassen) in the Weser-Terrassen. Everyone was enthusiastic about the food, the atmosphere, the service, etc. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely fine.

I only had positive impressions: the view is beautiful, the food is delicious... the pizzas are large and the ice cream is very tasty, like back in Croatia.

We were there for the third time now and were always treated to great service and first-class food. With this great view of the Weser you can enjoy this Italian cuisine with excellent dishes. The brunch was a disappointment at a price of €35. The selection of cheese and toppings was poor, and some of the goods were packaged. The price only included run-of-the-mill coffee and a few types of tea. Coffee specialties would have been nice. And rock candy for black tea. Water had to be paid extra. There was also no brown bread or toast. I could list one or two more. The service was fine. The view is absolutely gorgeous. A great view of the Weser, meadows and nature.
