Incredible restaurant, incredible food and the best treatment from the friendliest and most professional waitresses I have ever met.

Nice shop with separate counter and restaurant area. Attractive design. The starters were impeccable. The main courses are more “quantity rather than class”, large portions but flavor enhancers are used. What was unprofessional was that we didn't receive an invoice at the end but were simply quoted an amount.

Despite a reservation, the start was bumpy: we stood in the room for 15 minutes and then had to wait at the bar. After half an hour we finally had a table. Afterwards the service was very friendly and the food and drinks were delicious!

I expected something better, the pictures on the internet don't correspond to what we found. You get the feeling that you're trying to make money quickly here, you're constantly being watched and if you want to finish your drink in peace after eating, you get a request to please get the jackets that you had previously taken away. This restaurant has no ambience for me, I don't need to go there again.

Just great. 100% recommendation. The meal was a delight and afterwards we sat down at the bar. Drinks were also very tasty and the staff was super friendly

Such dedicated and loving service is very rare. The food and wine selection are top class. I have never had such a good meal of veal crown with truffle noodles. Highly recommended.

We were at the Baron wine restaurant on August 24th, 2024. We are very enthusiastic about this restaurant. We had our seats outside in front of the restaurant. We were a large group of 13 people. The food was fantastic. Starter, main course, desert, it was really perfect. The selection of dishes was diverse and the taste was unique. The selection of wines was huge. If you assign a score from 1 to 10, we are happy to award 15 points. The service was really impressive. The waitress, a lady from Greece, had everything perfectly in view. Nice, polite, accommodating. We would be happy to come back at any time. It was fantastic. Thanks to the team. I can recommend the restaurant 100%. We came from different federal states.

We dined here yesterday with a group of eight people. Pleasant atmosphere. Both outdoors and indoors. All of the dishes we ordered, such as the salmon, the ox cheeks and the burgers, were excellently prepared and tasted very good. We felt very comfortable as guests, also thanks to the very nice, attentive service staff. For me one of the best restaurants in Eisenach. Highly recommended. We'd love to come back.

Both the glasses and the cutlery were not polished cleanly. But food was okay and plentiful.

Last night we celebrated Vanessa's birthday at the Baron in Eisenach. It was a lovely evening all around – great food, perfect service and lots of fun. The only thing missing was Anna, but we still celebrated properly and enjoyed the evening. Your Sven Weyh

A very nice restaurant with a large beer garden. We have been here several times and have eaten very well each time.

Exquisite food, good wine, and very nice staff. Actually only a terrace was planned. Since it was too cold for us, we were served in the dining room. Everything fine!

There were three of us, we were really impressed by everything and had a lovely evening there. This is not a run-of-the-mill store with a very good cook and still good prices.

You can sit outside very nicely, but the interior is also chic. Food and drinks were very good. Not the usual dishes, but everything something special. The service was friendly, but at some point they stopped coming.

Enceinte je demande tout d'abord un cocktail sans alcool, la serveuse me présente la carte des boissons alcoolisées... Je demande ensuite le détail des ingrédients ne pouvant pas tout manger. La serveuse ne sait pas, ne se renseigne pas, finalement elle décide de retirer le fromage de la commande. Ma commande arrive avec le fameux fromage garni d'un oeuf que je n'avais pas commandé et que je ne peux pas manger ! Gros manque de professionnalisme, l'imoression de déranger, très déçue par le service.

Der Biergarten wird mit Paulaner Gläsern und Paulaner Sonnenschirm betrieben. Für 2 ausdrücklich bestellte Paulaner Hell (ohne Einsicht in die Getränkekarte) wurde ein säuerlich schmeckendes Pilsner in einem Paulanerglas auf den Tisch gestellt. Auf die Reklamation bei dem Kellner wurde etwas genuschelt, sinngemäß das ist Paulaner. Nach Getränkenkarteneinsicht gibt es gar kein Paulaner Hell in der Karte. Nur Paulaner Hefe vom Fass. Das servierte Pilsner ist markenlos und wird für 5,50Eur pro o,5ltr verkauft. Lt. Betreiber ist das markenlose Pilsner von Paulaner (Pilsner von Paulaner gibt es nicht) und ein Druckfehler in der Getränkekarte. Die ausdrücklich verlangte Rechnung war nur eine Zwischenrechnung. Man könnte meinen hier wird man richtig über den Tisch gezogen und das Finanzamt gleich mit.

In summer you can sit on the beautifully landscaped terrace. The food is delicious and the drinks including cocktails are also tasty. However, I was disappointed with the Mojito. Lots of ice cream, lots of sugar, hardly any rum... The service could be a little more organized. Otherwise everything was great.

We have been guests at the Baron several times and since we have always been very satisfied, I would like to give the restaurant a positive rating. The reservations are uncomplicated and the boss is very friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent and the service staff are all very friendly and attentive. We all know how difficult the personnel situation is in the catering industry, and the owner can be happy to have such a team behind him.

If the menu says : DUCKLIVER i want DUCKLIVER !! What i got wasn't DUCK BUT CHICKEN!!! IF NOT .....I'M NAPOLEON.

Waited 1 hour for the starter another 1.5 hours main course. Food was good but burgers and rum steak were well done instead of medium. Waiter absolutely not attentive.

I can't understand the hype. As a family we tried everything on the menu. Visually the dishes are well made, but in terms of taste they are cooked on the safe side. Vitello as a starter is much too big, salmon should be fried on the skin, risotto should be sloppy and with a touch of acid, Caesar salad is far too powerful a dressing, chicken curry doesn't go well with it and should be mentioned on the menu, as it is very dominant, You have to eat burgers with a knife and fork, chocolate souffle is a frozen chocolate cake and has nothing to do with a souffle.

The food didn't taste good at all. There were 4 of us and we ordered steak. The food came to the table lukewarm to cold, the meat was not cooked as desired, my truffle spaghetti was soggy and not at all nicely presented. It lacked spice and general quality. At these prices it's better to focus on the food and not the interior! 100% failed!

Risotto quite heavy (as is often the case in East German states) but tasty. Steak surprisingly good. Waiters are nice, the young male helper is very, very nice. Was relatively crowded, so it was sometimes difficult to get attention. Great wine selection

For me the good reviews are incomprehensible. Maybe we were just unlucky and the chef was off. Were there on Whitsunday. The staff was super nice, the food was ok. In terms of taste, it didn't match the reviews or the prices.

Nine hungry friends visit the restaurant without any particular expectations. We were pleasantly surprised, it's rare that everyone is very happy, everything came together here at the Baron. The table reservation, the reception, the service and the most important thing: the quality and quantity of the food. The menu has a large selection, which often means that not all dishes meet your requirements. At the Baron, all the dishes ordered were lovingly prepared using fresh ingredients and were served practically at the same time, even to 9 people. I found this restaurant by chance. Special service, very good food and a particularly good selection of wines. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Wishes are fulfilled.

A restaurant that really has it all. We came here spontaneously and were still able to sit at the beautiful counter without a reservation. The restaurant was really very well attended and presented a very pleasant and not too upscale style. The service was super friendly right from the start and the drinks menu had a large selection. THE FOOD: Choosing from “star” dishes at a great price/performance ratio wasn’t that easy. The choice was excellent and the surf & turf was simply breathtakingly good. Perfect cooking level for the meat, very elegant taste of the pasta thanks to the truffles and well-seasoned shrimp. Rounded off with a good glass of wine and a subsequent dessert, we can absolutely recommend this location. Thank you for this great hospitality.

Very attentive service, warm, accommodating without being intrusive. The wolffish on truffle mashed potatoes was a poem, everything tastefully coordinated. Interesting open wines from the region.

What a special restaurant. It was very busy over the Easter weekend, we were lucky and got a table at short notice. The service was really great, the atmosphere was very good. The menu offers a lot of choice. We had liver and octopus as a starter, which was very tasty and a fair price. The portions were... too big. But that's a matter of taste, we don't like to let anything go back.

So everything really worked here. Very nice and accommodating in a nice atmosphere and the food was excellent and beautifully prepared! We had the pike perch with vegetables and potatoes and the fillet with caramelized goat cheese on puff pastry. Everyone should find something in the wine list. In any case, the recommendation based on our description was a hit. A great evening after a castle and gorge tour.

Upscale restaurant, with a nice ambience, friendly and attentive service and excellent food! Our visit was completely enjoyable and definitely worth recommending. In our opinion, price/performance was right. The restaurant was very busy and at times had a corresponding background noise. But that didn't bother us. We enjoyed food and drink. It doesn't hurt to reserve a place in advance (😉) We ate “Burger Royal Black Angus” & “Irish Ox Cheeks”, with white wine

Been here for the first time on a recommendation. First of all, it is difficult to get a seat without a reservation. Very friendly service. Good drinks and food selection. I was pleasantly surprised at the price for the level. The food was mega. I do have one small point of criticism. I was looking forward to a cocktail again. It was nice to look at too. I just want to drink a cocktail and not have half the glass full of ice. And then it would be nice if the alcohol wasn't so skimpy.

Wie immer war es auch diesmal ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, inkl. einigen Absackern in der Bar mit Kosta und dem Nonono Grappa. Waren zum 2. Weihnachtsfeiertag dort, die Location ist wirklich großartig. Beim Eintritt werden gleich die Jacken abgenommen, das Personal sehr besorgt um die Gäste. Das Essen schmeckt fantastisch. Preis voll angemessen für eine so stilvolle,moderne Location. Definitiv wieder ein Besuch wert. 😊

Wunderbare Möglichkeit einzukehren. Hier stimmt wirklich alles inkl. dem WC. Aperitif, Vorspeise., Hauptgericht und Nachspeise und Cocktail ein Genuss. Gerne wieder, wenn wir in Eisenach sind.

Es war mein erster Besuch im Restaurant, wir waren zu dritt dort. Das Ambiente war sehr ansprechend, Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und Dessert waren hervorragend und absolut auf den Punkt zubereitet. Weinauswahl sowie der Service waren Top. Meiner Meinung nach eines der besten Restaurants in Eisenach, wenn man gut Essen gehen möchte. Ich komme gerne wieder.....

Erster Eindruck gut, aber dann. Ich entschied mich für ein Gericht mit Rosmarinkartoffeln. Leider schmeckten diese überhaupt nicht nach Rosmarin. Die beanstandete ich. Mir wurde dann flüssige Kräuterbutter mit einem Zweig Rosmarin gebracht, dies brachte auch keinen Rosmarin Geschmack. Auf Frage einer Bedienung, ob alles in Ordnung sei, beanstandete ich es noch einmal. Hinter mir äußerte eine andere Bedienung, dies sei ja Geschmackssache. Wir waren zu 7 Pers. Die alle gut verzehrten. Zum Schluss wurde normal abgerechnet. Die Beanstandung wurde mit keinem Wort erwähnt . Dies war dem Haus noch nicht mal ein Espresso als Entschuldigung wert. Wir werden dort bestimmt nicht mehr essen.

Was für ein Genuss! Dieses Lokal hat sich einen Michelin Stern verdient. Selten so gut gegessen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Auch in der Woche war das Lokal sehr gut besucht, deswegen ein klein bisschen rüselig. Die Qualität hat hierunter aber überhaupt nicht gelitten. Als wichtiger Tipp, unbedingt einen Tisch reservieren! Und hat es so gut gefallen, das wir am zweiten Tag auch noch hier hin sind. Anbei ein paar Bilder.

Wir haben im Nachbarhotel übernachtet und sind Abends im Baron gegessen. Der Abend war perfekt. Vom Ambiente über den Service bis zu den Speisen. Preis/Leistung wie es sein sollte.

Liebes Baron- Team,diese 5 Sterne sind zu wenig. Es müssten 10 sein oder mehr. Das Geburtstagsessen meiner Frau war total gelungen. Der Service war,obwohl viel zu tun war herausragend,es fühlte sich an,als ob wir die einzigen und besonderen Gäste waren. Dafür vielen Dank.... Die Speisen waren absolut perfekt und toll angerichtet. Die Tellersprache war einfach genial und klar. Das Speisen und Getränke Angebot ist erstklassig.... Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist top, eher zu günstig..... Nochmal vielen Dank Familie Ritter

Wir haben wie immer sehr gut gegessen und hatten einen tollen Abend mit Freunden. Einziges Manko , die Plätze im Durchgang zum oberen Raum und der Gardarobe sind nicht so optimal. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Speisen sind exquisit und ansprechend angerichtet.
