Tasty, confusing selection of citizens, unwieldy

I recently ate there again and for me personally it is the 2 best community store in Germany, which unfortunately I only noticed afterwards that I had been deducted €2 too much from the lunch menu. The staff should be further trained.

Visually, the food is a highlight, I have to admit. Unfortunately, the taste is not very superior for this price range. And the burger patty is definitely beef, but has no convincing taste. The fries were neither crispy nor completely cooked, even if the avocado cream that went with them was really tasty. So overall only three points. Yes, you can eat it, but no recommendation for "more", even if the room is really tidy and furnished with style.

We pre-ordered and everything went well with pickup. The service at the checkout is smiling, people are having fun in the kitchen. Super. The burgers are a blast, the fries are a dream and the specially ordered sauces are mega. Keep it up

We ordered two burgers, fries and two 0.33 drinks for €37.40. The staff is very friendly and the preparation was actually "fast food". Unfortunately, the menu here has wholemeal buns as standard and you have to specifically request brioche, which is unpleasant for me as a customer. This should be pointed out during the ordering process. For the price, the result was quite average and the vegetarian patty was a bitter disappointment compared to the cheap chain. Fries and dip are recommended.

Can you eat delicious citizens here??? Yes you can😁Really tasty and freshly prepared, and all questions that were asked were answered calmly. I should also add that the employees are very friendly and made me feel like they really enjoyed working there. That gives you the feeling when you're there that it's not fake friendliness, but that the employees are just that type of person. Great atmosphere 5 stars, food 4.5 stars.

Food was very tasty..!! However, given the prices, you could expect service and glasses for the drinks...the food at the Fetching the counter, getting drinks from the fridge and clearing away yourself is more reminiscent of a fast food chain :-(

The burgers tasted good, but the patty was a bit too firm. I've had better burgers, but it was still good.

“Solid burgers, but the service still needs improvement” Was there at lunchtime and got the menu with a €2 discount - nice deal, but apparently there is also reduced service for that. The order is placed via QR code and via mobile phone; you can pay in cash or by card (unfortunately no PayPal). Cutlery was missing, and when the food was brought there was no indication that you had to get your drinks from the front. After all: they were nice and cold. The burger itself was really tasty – according to the menu they use a lot of regional products, which I think is great. Unfortunately the fries were completely over salted. The toilet was clean, only the towel dispenser was empty - but it was quickly refilled after I responded. The shop is modern and clean, but rather simply furnished and quite inconspicuous from the outside. Conclusion: food good, atmosphere okay, service could be improved. If you just want to eat something quick and good, that's fine - but with a little more attention to detail you could do a lot more.

The burgers and fries and the homemade sauces/dips were super delicious. The concept with the price that you can get the best from a menu is also really cool. It was our first time there but we will definitely stop by again when we are in Eisenach again.

Hier ist deine Bewertung basierend auf deiner Erfahrung: Unangenehme Erfahrung – Nicht empfehlenswert! Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von zwölf Personen im Eskinivvach Burger in Eisenach und leider war unser Besuch alles andere als angenehm. Der Laden war völlig ungemütlich, die Heizung funktionierte nicht, und es war eiskalt. Es gab keinerlei Flair, und obwohl Kerzen auf den Tischen standen, wurden sie nicht angezündet. Das Unmöglichste kam zum Schluss: Wir saßen noch beisammen, als uns plötzlich mitgeteilt wurde, dass man nun schließen und abkassieren möchte. So eine Behandlung von Gästen geht gar nicht! Definitiv keine Empfehlung.

Never had such a good burger without meat. Not only is it comparable, it's better!

Everything was great, but a really loud Tekk DJ (live) would significantly increase the mood during the meal. Highly recommended.

The burgers are super fresh and delicious! However, the service is unfriendly. In the restaurant you have to go to the counter yourself to order the food (but the preferred option is online). Unfortunately, the service staff were not aware of the online offers... You have to take the drinks out of the fridge yourself and at the end hand the used dishes back to the counter yourself. Unfortunately for me as a guest this was absolutely uncomfortable and has little to do with hospitality and the feeling of being pampered in a restaurant. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't right either. We also asked ourselves why the difference in portion size between regular fries and sweet potato fries was so big...!?

Had the New Year's Eve meal for raclette. Was super tasty. I can recommend it with confidence.

The restaurant looked very inviting and was currently not very busy. However, the condition didn't dare to come out of the kitchen to take the order for 30 minutes and preferred to take a break with the chefs and joke around. (Read watching from your seat) When the rest of the guests had already eaten, we left hungry and upset. I haven't experienced such impudence in a long time.

The service can be expanded, in addition to the not fully thought-out self-service and ordering concept, there is unfortunately also a lack of professional suitability of the service staff and smartphone ordering only works for the menus and not for the entire menu. Friendliness and good customer service are different. However, the quality of the food on offer is completely fine and a look into the kitchen also shows a good standard.

No service, even though the restaurant was hardly busy. Not even the drinks were taken, instead the waitress danced around the kitchen and joked with the chef. Left after about 30 minutes.

Where were delicious citizens eating here? Nice ordering system when there is a lack of service staff. What could perhaps be improved is that the tables would be wiped down after use. There were still small remains of the last guest's sauces on our table. Otherwise everything was great

You do get a card. But you then have to place the order at the counter and get the drinks from the fridge yourself. But it's worth it. Very good burgers. Large portions. Very interesting variation of fries. You have to try it. Nice staff. Highly recommended.

We had the vegan “Lieschen” burger and wrap. Super tasty and with sweet potato fries it's plenty to fill you up. The service and kitchen team were very friendly and it was nice to see that there was a good atmosphere there.

Wij hebben hier afgehaald. Mijn vriend is lactose intolerant, hier heeft het personeel niet naar geluisterd waardoor zijn burger vol met kaas zat. Verder zijn ze wel vriendelijk, ze kunnen wel geen Engels. Het eten was lekker, er zat wel suuuper veel zout op de frietjes.

A nice establishment for a snack and the staff was friendly. The food (burger and fries) was generally tasty, unfortunately the lettuce on the burger was unwashed and it crunched between your teeth with every bite. What's also unusual is that you have the menu brought to your table to order, but you have to go to the counter yourself.

Delicious food at reasonable prices. The service was quick and very friendly. The haloumi sticks with the dip are highly recommended as a side dish. My burger was also a bit unusual and very tasty. I will gladly come again.

The time in the restaurant is limited and the burgers were unfortunately soggy due to the sauce. The burger buns almost fell apart, but the veggies and patty of the burger were tasty.

Very tasty citizens and top service

We had made a reservation for 20 people at Eskinivvach Burger, although it is more of a self-service snack bar, we had our own very friendly waitress who brought all the dishes to the table as ordered despite the many different orders and special requests. The burgers, fries and desserts came to the table quickly and in a moderate time frame and everything was very tasty, no colleague had anything to complain about and everyone was thrilled - hats off, no one has managed that before! THANK YOU VERY MUCH for this.

We had just returned from hiking and were looking for something to eat. This is where we became aware of the Bürgerladen. Because all the tables were full, we wanted to take our food with us and eat outside on a bench. The very friendly service made it so that we could still sit inside, gave us useful tips when ordering and was otherwise extremely accommodating. In addition, the burgers and fries were a taste highlight and were also quite filling. We found that the price of the burgers and menus were definitely justified. You get the right performance for your money. We'll definitely come back when we're in the area again (and can remember the name 😁) We recommend!

Because of the good reviews here on Google, we went to Eskinivvach Burger while in transit. We were greeted warmly and were able to place our order quickly at the counter. (great menu cards by the way!) The first little “shock” came when paying: just under €45 for two burgers with side dishes and drinks. That's definitely an announcement and the price is far away from fast food etc., in other words: expensive! Especially when you consider that as a guest you order at the counter yourself, get your own drinks from the fridge and open them and also bring the dirty dishes to the table return. That's not a problem, but it's a bit surprising considering the prices quoted. The food itself came quickly and was hot and tasty, but also not exceptional. So here too there is no justification for the high prices. The employees were friendly, the restaurant and the guard rooms were clean. Payment by card was possible, but contrary to the sign on the entrance door, not with Amex, Discovery & Co. but only with Visa & MasterCard. The kitchen can be seen from the counter, I actually like that. But here you could see (it was probably just a shift change) that the kitchen also seems to be a meeting point or entrance and exit for the employees, that's my opinion not so ideal in terms of hygiene. Conclusion: You get full, the burgers are tasty and it's quick. However, it is quite expensive and needs to be improved here and there.

Food was nice, I had the “OTTO NORMALBURGER” which was nice, with the Menu +, came with a bottle drink and sweet potato fries. I had the garlic mayo, similar to aioli. Food was good and the restaurant looked newly made and clean but I think the prices were a bit high especially since you have to go up to the counter to order. Food wasn’t so special, simple burger and fries, cannot justify a need to go back but I did enjoy the food I got.

We received a very warm welcome yesterday. Delicious food, small restaurant with a nice atmosphere. As a veggie I could choose between 2 burgers - it was delicious. If we come to Eisenach again, we would like to visit the restaurant again :-)

Super delicious! Clear recommendation!

Unfortunately my expectations were not met. The patty was very dry and well cooked, but unfortunately it didn't taste much better than in the two big burger chains. Lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes were fresh, but here too the taste of the whole thing was overwhelmed by the overpowering sauce. I simply expect more from a specialized burger restaurant and the prices charged (and I certainly got that elsewhere). By the way, the fries were good! I would change the composition of the patty, optimize the doneness and adjust the dosage of the sauces, then it will taste better.

I like eating burgers, and this one (Isenach) was really tasty. I liked that very much. The other variants also sounded good. Fries were also good, a little larger, freshly (?) cut from potatoes, so with skin on, but nothing over-the-top. And nice and crispy. Service was friendly, orders were placed at the counter (via QR code would also have been possible), food was delivered to the table, plates should be returned to the counter. No full service at the table, which might have been expected given the price, but I found it completely ok. With the children's burger, however, a lettuce leaf would have been nice just for the look.

Super tasty food with unusual burgers and alternatives to fries. But we were particularly impressed by the people - everyone was super nice, even though everything was full. An insecure child was even offered to taste the sauce! Something like that is priceless.

Nice little restaurant, nothing exciting, but nothing bad either. Nice selection of unusual burgers. You order at the counter from a very friendly, older lady. Looking into the kitchen, which I always think is a good thing, there's nothing to hide. The burgers came after not too long of a wait. Very tasty and rich. The children's menu consisting of a burger, fries, a drink and a lolly didn't come to eight euros, which is very fair in my opinion. I also had a burger menu, and my wife only had a burger and cheddar hash browns, which were also very tasty. We were there with something over a fuffy. In terms of quality, I think it's still within limits.

I went there for dinner today and I have to say that the Eskinivvach Burger is the best burger I have eaten so far. The other burgers also sounded interesting and if I lived nearby, I would try them all too :) That would certainly be a good franchise model, as I can imagine that these great burger and fries creations would also be good in other cities would arrive.

As always, the food was very tasty and the variety was also impressive. The service was also very good. Since a dip didn't suit the taste, this was remedied.

Food has deteriorated a lot. We used to love being there. My wife ordered a burger with chicken and fries from the menu with a drink. The meat was really not edible at all. At this point we were told how they make or get the chicken patties. Not appetizing! Believe me! We were also not offered an alternative or solution. Two burgers each with fries and drinks for €43.00 and then nothing yummy. It was the last time for us.

Spontaneously stopped in because of the many positive reviews...the fries and dips were good...the burger patti was unfortunately not good at all...dry, no röstroma and unfortunately like pressed meat...really a shame...especially considering the prices... .for us, not a second time..criticism was responded well, but that doesn't change the fact that the visit was disappointing...

Wie haben auch kurzfristig noch einen Tisch für 2 bekommen. Personal sehr lieb und flott. Der Dietemann Burger war sehr lecker und auch echt viel. Die Pommes waren mir persönlich zu salzig. Aber das ist Geschmackssache. Alles in allem war es sehr gelungen und lecker

Am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne geben wenn das möglich wäre. Wir reservierten für Abends einen Tisch. Als wir reingehen wollten wurden wir wieder raus ins kalte geschickt, weil renoviert wurde. Als wir nach 10 Minuten reingerufen wurden, wurde uns gesagt das es keine Speisekarte gibt und wir erst bestellen können wenn alle 3 Fernseher aufgehängt sind. Getränke wurden uns auch nicht angeboten. Personal war mit der eigenen Arbeit überfordert und unfreundlich. Esst lieber bei McDonalds, sogar da schmeckts besser!

Super leckere Burger und verdammt nice Süßkartoffelpommes. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert! Auf keinen Fall auf dem Gehweg parken! Ordnungsamt war innerhalb von 2 Minuten da.

Update 10.12.2023 Wir waren seit Langem mal wieder hier an einem Sonntagabend. Viele telefonische oder online- Bestellungen wurden zwischen geschoben daher hat es ziemlich lange gedauert. Das ist verschmerzbar. Was wir schlimmer fanden, war das Patty . Es war einfach nur fest und die Konsistenz gummiartig. Das ging gar nicht. Unser Tischnachbar hat es auch bemängelt. Ich hoffe, das wird wieder besser. Denn wenn auch das Bun und die Soßen wie auch die Pommes mega gut sind, ist das für mich ein Kriterium hier nicht mehr zu essen. Gerade bei dem Preis der aufgerufen wird, erwarte ich eine gewisse Saftigkeit beim Fleisch sowie einen natürlichen Fleischgeschmack. —————————— Super leckere Burger mit viel Liebe und Kreativität zubereitet. Wir hatten den Hessischen Schmandburger und den Eskinivvach Burger. Da wir bei einem Menü keine Pommes wollten, hat man uns einen Beilagensalat angeboten. Der war eigentlich schon ein eigenes Gericht für sich. Alles hat sehr gut und frisch geschmeckt. Die Servicekräfte sind auch sehr nett und bemüht. War bestimmt nicht unser letzter Besuch.

So oft war ich nun schon in diesem netten Lokal und habe auch schon bestellt und dann daheim gegessen. Das Lokal selbst ist gemütlich allerdings wird es bei den Sitzmöglichkeiten im hinteren Teil etwas eng. Bestellt wird am Tresen und es gibt eine schöne Burgerauswahl mit Sorten die nicht so "klassisch" sind. Von Fleisch-vegan gibt es eine gute Auswahl auch wenn die Burgereinzelpreise verdammt hoch sind (dafür schmeckt er aber auch immer). Auf Nachfrage habe ich sogar mal ein Pommes Gericht "umwandeln" dürfen, da ich es lieber ganz vegan wollte. Das ging auch ein, zwei Mal, allerdings kommt es da auf das gerade arbeitende Personal an. Dieses ist immer freundlich, geduldig und versucht deinen Wünschen nachzugehen. Allerdings wäre es schön sich zu einigen. Es kann nicht sein, dass ich am einen Tag das Gericht ganz vergan bekomme und am anderen "nur wie es in der Karte steht". Die Pommes egal ob normal oder Süßkartoffel sind sehr sehr fein, daher essen wir sehr gerne hier oder nehmen was mit nachhause.

Die Zusammensetzung vom Natural Burger hat mich geschmacklich nicht so überzeugt. Die Soße auf dem Burger war leider nicht so lecker. Das Ambiente gleicht eher einem Dönerladen und man muss an der Theke seine Bestellung abgeben. Die BBQ Soße zu den Pommes war jedoch sehr lecker.

Spitzenmäßige selbstgemachte Burger, Pommes und Saucen

Wahninnig freundlicher Personal, wir kamen an einem verregneten Abend mit unserem Hund und fragten ob er mit rein darf (vorher durften wir mit dem Hund nirgends rein..) Wir durften nicht nur mit ihm rein sondern gab es auch noch Leckerlies + Wasser! Die Burger waren unglaublich lecker, und auch Vegetarier/Veganer kommen hier nicht zu kurz. Das Personal ist Super freundlich, das Essen Super lecker, was will man mehr? Gerne wieder!!

Wir hatten nicht reserviert und das an einem Freitagabend, der Laden war voll - dennoch hat man für uns zwei einen Platz gefunden und wir duften uns sogar an einen ganz großen Tisch setzen als dieser frei wurde. Das Personal vor Ort ist unglaublich freundlich und das Essen kam heiß, schnell und wahnsinnig gut!

Wer gute Burger will soll dort hin. Super Laden,tolle Atmosphäre mega Burger und ein tolles Team. Nur zum empfehlen!

Essen dort ist zwar gut, aber als Tipp für die Mitarbeiter würde ich mitgeben, dass man durch die Toilettentür hören kann wenn über die Kundschaft gelästert wird.

Sensationelles Essen! Definitiv der beste Veggie-Burger, den ich bisher gegessen habe. Wartezeit war etwas länger, da wirklich viel los war. Da wir aber vor der Bestellung darüber informiert wurden, war das überhaupt kein Problem.
