War seit ewigen Zeiten wieder mal hier essen. Produktqualität ist top Der Burger und die fritten waren echt super, genau wie die Saucen. Aber ganz ehrlich…. Der Cheeseburger war ein Witz 😂 Der Käse nicht geschmolzen nix Ansonsten war es wirklich lecker 🤗 Komme wieder öfters

Einfaches Konzept, keine überladene Karte, Super freundliches Personal und die Burger waren herausragend lecker. Eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir waren zum Wandern mit Hund in der Gegend, für unseren Vierbeiner wurde direkt ein Napf mit Wasser angeboten.

Super Burger mit tollen Saucen, auch die Hot Dogs sind sehr gut. Die Pommes sind mega knusprig. Wenn wir wieder mal in Eisenach sind dann kommen wir definitiv erneut.

Sind durch Zufall hier her gelangt. Die Burger haben uns umgehauen. Sie waren einfach nur MEGA! Kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen 👍👍👍 Das Personal ist super cool und sehr freundlich. Wenn wir wieder mal in Eisenach sind, dann kommen wir bestimmt wieder hierher. Dankeschön

Das Restaurat ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben das kleine Restaurant durch Zufall entdeckt. Und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Service war sehr freundlich und hat uns auf Neuheiten oder gut zusammenpassen Komponenten aufmerksam gemacht. Das Essen war schnell fertig, und für die Region anscheinend üblich üppig. Lecker!

Super lecker! Hochwertige Burger und tolle Saucen.

Die Burger haben eine gute Größe, und mit einer kleinen Beilage wird Ottonormal auch satt. Abstriche muss man jedoch bei den Pattys machen…sie sind recht fest und wenig saftig, von der Konsistenz könnte das Fleisch ruhig gröber gewolft sein. Was auch nicht so toll ist, dass man sofort nach der Bestellung zahlen muß.

Schon mehrmals dort gegessen oder abgeholt, waren immer sehr zufrieden. Auch nettes Personal! Onlinebestellung klappt auch.

Super leckere Burger und genauso tolle Pommes-Variarionen. Echt lecker und danach echt satt 😊 Die Bedienung war super freundlich und das Essen war schnell fertig 😊 all in all, sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren letztes Wochenende zu Gast und hatten einen super tollen Mittagstisch. Die Burger waren echt klasse und hatten ihre eigene Geschmacksnote. Die Saucen sind super lecker und ich habe noch nie so knusprige Süßkartoffel Pommes erlebt. Einfach lecker. Danke ! Kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Die Burger sind durchaus ansehnlich. Auch im Restaurant kann man sich vernünftig hinsetzen. Jedoch passt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Geschmacklich befindet sich der Burger auf einer 4/10.

Kurz und knapp. Lecker, schmackhaft und sättigend. Ambitionierte ist Top, Mitarbeiter freundlich und humorvoll.

Freundliches Personal , innen nicht so gemütlich da es ziemlich kalt war ... Und die Burger waren leider nicht sooo ein Geschmackserlebnis wie wir für diesen Preis erwartet haben .

We were there in April 2025. The burgers were tasty, but the patty was a bit too firm. I've had better burgers, but it was still good.

It's a great place with a casual, pleasant decor. The food is plentiful and delicious, but a bit more expensive (€15-25 per person). The staff speaks very good German and is friendly and courteous. (One star deducted for self-service ordering).

It looks very good in the pictures, and not bad in real life either. However, the first impression upon entering the restaurant doesn't match what I found on Google. The food was okay but overpriced. The price doesn't match the portion size. There's no table service, but that's not a problem. There are no paper towels or hand towels in the restrooms. It's easy to forget, but it's worth keeping an eye on. All in all, OK, but it could be much better. Especially since Eisenach has much better bars.

The burger tasted okay, but nothing special; the sauce tasted mostly like mayo. The prices are a bit high, though. The atmosphere is also rather boring.

Two of us went there early Saturday evening without a reservation and used the terrace across the street. So we ordered via QR code, so you really have to read the website carefully, otherwise it can be a bit confusing. There was, in my opinion, a very wide selection of everything. The food also arrived perfectly on time, as stated after ordering. The taste is fantastic...the burger was super juicy, with plenty of sauce, airy buns, fresh salad, and beautifully presented. The loaded fries (cheddar cheese fries in our case) were exactly what I'd expect...again, plenty of sauce, and the fresh vegetables on top really add a touch of class. We could personally eat here all the time, so please open another branch in Saxony, preferably around Dresden, and we'll become regular customers. :)

Very good and high quality, but expensive

Absolutely fantastic sweet potato fries. The burgers are also top-notch. Online ordering outside is definitely a killer for older guests, but you can also order in. The only suggestion for improvement is the kids' menu, where Capri-Sun and lollipops seem a bit outdated.

We had the Eskinivvach Burger as a set meal with fries and the Dietemann Burger as a set meal with sweet potato fries. We had a bit of trouble choosing the homemade sauce due to the large selection, but we received excellent advice! Very friendly service! The burgers, fries, and sauces were all top-notch! If we visit Eisenach again, we'll definitely be back! 😊🤗

Good burger beer from a local brewery

The burgers and fries look very good, even though they're relatively expensive. Unfortunately, the taste was a bit disappointing. The burgers were mediocre, and the cheddar fries were a bowl of about 30% vegetables. The sauces are mostly mayonnaise, alternating between avocado dip and garlic-like dips. The service and the interior are good. Conclusion: overpriced burgers with fancy design.

The shop makes a clean impression. The ingredients are fresh. They try to stand out with creative burger variations. The packaging is designed to prevent burgers from falling apart when you take them out. I think that's good because you eat with your eyes and the food looks good. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't quite right. For a burger that costs just under €16, I expect a bit more. Neither of the burgers was amazing in terms of taste nor was it above average in size. So, €16 for what? The sweet potato fries weren't anything special either, except for too much salt. Only the dipping sauce was very, very tasty. But ultimately, for just under €25, it wasn't satisfactory for me, sorry.

There are few tables, so reservations are recommended. You can order food via QR code or at the counter. We ordered using the QR code, but there's room to expand. It's very confusing if you're there for the first time. If you want to order a meal, you'll only be shown fries as a side dish. But if you want something else, you have to be careful not to empty your shopping cart. But how do I know which side dish is available for which meal? If you look at the table menu, far fewer drinks are listed. However, the food was very tasty and plentiful.

Tasty, confusing selection of citizens, unwieldy

I recently ate there again and for me personally it is the 2 best community store in Germany, which unfortunately I only noticed afterwards that I had been deducted €2 too much from the lunch menu. The staff should be further trained.

Visually, the food is a highlight, I have to admit. Unfortunately, the taste is not very superior for this price range. And the burger patty is definitely beef, but has no convincing taste. The fries were neither crispy nor completely cooked, even if the avocado cream that went with them was really tasty. So overall only three points. Yes, you can eat it, but no recommendation for "more", even if the room is really tidy and furnished with style.

We pre-ordered and everything went well with pickup. The service at the checkout is smiling, people are having fun in the kitchen. Super. The burgers are a blast, the fries are a dream and the specially ordered sauces are mega. Keep it up

Can you eat delicious citizens here??? Yes you can😁Really tasty and freshly prepared, and all questions that were asked were answered calmly. I should also add that the employees are very friendly and made me feel like they really enjoyed working there. That gives you the feeling when you're there that it's not fake friendliness, but that the employees are just that type of person. Great atmosphere 5 stars, food 4.5 stars.

We ordered two burgers, fries and two 0.33 drinks for €37.40. The staff is very friendly and the preparation was actually "fast food". Unfortunately, the menu here has wholemeal buns as standard and you have to specifically request brioche, which is unpleasant for me as a customer. This should be pointed out during the ordering process. For the price, the result was quite average and the vegetarian patty was a bitter disappointment compared to the cheap chain. Fries and dip are recommended.

Food was very tasty..!! However, given the prices, you could expect service and glasses for the drinks...the food at the Fetching the counter, getting drinks from the fridge and clearing away yourself is more reminiscent of a fast food chain :-(

“Solid burgers, but the service still needs improvement” Was there at lunchtime and got the menu with a €2 discount - nice deal, but apparently there is also reduced service for that. The order is placed via QR code and via mobile phone; you can pay in cash or by card (unfortunately no PayPal). Cutlery was missing, and when the food was brought there was no indication that you had to get your drinks from the front. After all: they were nice and cold. The burger itself was really tasty – according to the menu they use a lot of regional products, which I think is great. Unfortunately the fries were completely over salted. The toilet was clean, only the towel dispenser was empty - but it was quickly refilled after I responded. The shop is modern and clean, but rather simply furnished and quite inconspicuous from the outside. Conclusion: food good, atmosphere okay, service could be improved. If you just want to eat something quick and good, that's fine - but with a little more attention to detail you could do a lot more.

The burgers and fries and the homemade sauces/dips were super delicious. The concept with the price that you can get the best from a menu is also really cool. It was our first time there but we will definitely stop by again when we are in Eisenach again.

Hier ist deine Bewertung basierend auf deiner Erfahrung: Unangenehme Erfahrung – Nicht empfehlenswert! Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von zwölf Personen im Eskinivvach Burger in Eisenach und leider war unser Besuch alles andere als angenehm. Der Laden war völlig ungemütlich, die Heizung funktionierte nicht, und es war eiskalt. Es gab keinerlei Flair, und obwohl Kerzen auf den Tischen standen, wurden sie nicht angezündet. Das Unmöglichste kam zum Schluss: Wir saßen noch beisammen, als uns plötzlich mitgeteilt wurde, dass man nun schließen und abkassieren möchte. So eine Behandlung von Gästen geht gar nicht! Definitiv keine Empfehlung.

Never had such a good burger without meat. Not only is it comparable, it's better!

Everything was great, but a really loud Tekk DJ (live) would significantly increase the mood during the meal. Highly recommended.

The burgers are super fresh and delicious! However, the service is unfriendly. In the restaurant you have to go to the counter yourself to order the food (but the preferred option is online). Unfortunately, the service staff were not aware of the online offers... You have to take the drinks out of the fridge yourself and at the end hand the used dishes back to the counter yourself. Unfortunately for me as a guest this was absolutely uncomfortable and has little to do with hospitality and the feeling of being pampered in a restaurant. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't right either. We also asked ourselves why the difference in portion size between regular fries and sweet potato fries was so big...!?

Had the New Year's Eve meal for raclette. Was super tasty. I can recommend it with confidence.

No service, even though the restaurant was hardly busy. Not even the drinks were taken, instead the waitress danced around the kitchen and joked with the chef. Left after about 30 minutes.

The service can be expanded, in addition to the not fully thought-out self-service and ordering concept, there is unfortunately also a lack of professional suitability of the service staff and smartphone ordering only works for the menus and not for the entire menu. Friendliness and good customer service are different. However, the quality of the food on offer is completely fine and a look into the kitchen also shows a good standard.

The restaurant looked very inviting and was currently not very busy. However, the condition didn't dare to come out of the kitchen to take the order for 30 minutes and preferred to take a break with the chefs and joke around. (Read watching from your seat) When the rest of the guests had already eaten, we left hungry and upset. I haven't experienced such impudence in a long time.

You do get a card. But you then have to place the order at the counter and get the drinks from the fridge yourself. But it's worth it. Very good burgers. Large portions. Very interesting variation of fries. You have to try it. Nice staff. Highly recommended.

We had the vegan “Lieschen” burger and wrap. Super tasty and with sweet potato fries it's plenty to fill you up. The service and kitchen team were very friendly and it was nice to see that there was a good atmosphere there.

Wij hebben hier afgehaald. Mijn vriend is lactose intolerant, hier heeft het personeel niet naar geluisterd waardoor zijn burger vol met kaas zat. Verder zijn ze wel vriendelijk, ze kunnen wel geen Engels. Het eten was lekker, er zat wel suuuper veel zout op de frietjes.

We had the Schmandburger and the Natural Fit Burger as a menu with fries and cheddar fries. Both highly recommended! Large portion, value for money completely ok... Despite the hustle and bustle and understaffing, the service was very friendly! A great rustic burger joint! Clear recommendation!

A nice establishment for a snack and the staff was friendly. The food (burger and fries) was generally tasty, unfortunately the lettuce on the burger was unwashed and it crunched between your teeth with every bite. What's also unusual is that you have the menu brought to your table to order, but you have to go to the counter yourself.

Delicious food at reasonable prices. The service was quick and very friendly. The haloumi sticks with the dip are highly recommended as a side dish. My burger was also a bit unusual and very tasty. I will gladly come again.

Very tasty citizens and top service

We had made a reservation for 20 people at Eskinivvach Burger, although it is more of a self-service snack bar, we had our own very friendly waitress who brought all the dishes to the table as ordered despite the many different orders and special requests. The burgers, fries and desserts came to the table quickly and in a moderate time frame and everything was very tasty, no colleague had anything to complain about and everyone was thrilled - hats off, no one has managed that before! THANK YOU VERY MUCH for this.

We had just returned from hiking and were looking for something to eat. This is where we became aware of the Bürgerladen. Because all the tables were full, we wanted to take our food with us and eat outside on a bench. The very friendly service made it so that we could still sit inside, gave us useful tips when ordering and was otherwise extremely accommodating. In addition, the burgers and fries were a taste highlight and were also quite filling. We found that the price of the burgers and menus were definitely justified.
