Weinhaus Sinz in Wiesbaden

Very tasty German cuisine, regional products, friendly service in a rustic atmosphere. The game dishes are particularly recommended!!!

We have been visiting the Weinhaus Sinz for many years. That's why I don't want to forget to mention this here. Very good cuisine, cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. What I particularly like is the consistently warm food. Where else is that available? Enjoy one last time on October 30, 2020 before the lock down. Simply great as always. August 11th, 2021 I tried the fresh Taunus porcini mushrooms with dumplings again at the Weinhaus Sinz. The taste was good but there was a bit too much cream, but a few more porcini mushrooms would be even better. Even with the small portion. 9/19/21 almost satisfied again. Except for the porcini mushrooms that are still swimming in the “cream soup”, what a shame. I ate something else. Starter cake stand: trout tartare, roast beef with homemade green sauce, game carpaccio 10/30/24 today I just wanted to mention that we have been here several times before. That's why I didn't always have to mention it. The food is great and the price-performance ratio is right.

I have been a guest at the Hotel and Weinhaus Sinz for years. The quality of the food and wine is always excellent and Klaus Sinz in the kitchen and Katharina Sinz with her great service team are convincingly continuing the house in the new generation and combining tradition and modernity in everything Areas together outstandingly. A family business straight out of a picture book! Keep it up!

This restaurant is a real insider tip for lovers of German cuisine. The dishes are not only visually appealing, but also taste great. The service is friendly and attentive. The only small downside is that it is often very crowded on public holidays. If you prefer something quieter, you should come by for lunch on weekdays. The cozy atmosphere and the loving seasonal decoration complete the experience

I visited for lunch. The parking lot in front was full, so I parked a little further away. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the menu had a variety of local German dishes. There is also an English menu. Even though the schnitzel was small, it was quite filling. The mushroom cream was also delicious.

The Weinhaus Sinz is always worth a visit. Our occasion this week was our son's school enrollment. The table was fully decorated with school supplies and sweets, which we were all allowed to take with us (to the surprise of all of us guests). The entrance was also decorated to match the theme and was very inviting. We always feel comfortable there, the service is excellent and very attentive, the choice of food is great and the price-performance ratio is right given the quality. Children are welcome and receive a children's card to color in. We will definitely be back and can only warmly recommend Weinhaus Sinz for any occasion (private, school, birthday, funeral)!

Garden restaurant with good wine and food. There is live music during the week (Tuesday).

Simply fantastic, from the service to the location. Great experience. We celebrated starting school here and a table was even set with lots of school supplies that our son was allowed to take with him. Staff, everything was just great. Thank you for these great hours. We'll be back ;)

Back to school celebration was an experience. Great staff, incredibly child-friendly, the food is a dream. Definitely 5 stars. Eating on a terrace with a wonderful ambience.

There are some parking spaces, but last night the restaurant was full and therefore the parking spaces were in short supply... We had a very nice service who was very attentive, the food was also delicious and the waiting time was completely reasonable (there were 24 people)

Das Essen war sehr gut das Entrecôte auf denn Punkt gebraten. Die Bedingungen aufmerksam. Die Speisekarte fast schon etwas zugoss. Wir waren von der schirren Menge an Gerichten anfangsetwas überfordert, hier findet jeder etwas. Die Terrasse ist gut verschattet und auch bei der sommerlichen Hitze angenehm zu sitzen. Leider sieht der Efeu an einer Wand der Terrasse sehr verloren und traurig aus. Sonst sehen alle Blumen, Einrichtungen sehr mit Liebe gepflegt aus.

An invitation brought me here for the first time. The service is very attentive and both the menu presented and the wine list are filled with selected products. I especially have to praise the really great meat. You can taste the quality here. Also the little chanterelles in cream sauce, mmmh. It was an “enjoyable” evening. I can recommend the restaurant 100% and hope to be able to come back myself soon. Thank you for the lovely time with you.

The food and wine are delicious, but the prices are not justified. A large, comfortable terrace invites you to sit outside. There are also tablecloths outside and a little greeting from the kitchen.

On June 1st, 2024, my wife and I were able to celebrate our birthdays together (2 x 70) here in the Weinhaus Sinz Restaurant. We were a relatively small group of 17 people in a small, separate room and it was overwhelming: Starting with the loving table decorations, the individual birthday menu, to the great care from Lorenzo (and of course the rest of the team) to the perfect dishes. All guests were completely happy and satisfied. And of course we hosts/birthday children too. It was one of our best birthday celebrations. A special thank you to the boss Mr. Sinz for the great advice and coordination. Thanks to his experience, this day became a highlight despite 🌧️🌧️. I won't go into detail about the quality of the food. Anyone who has ever been there knows that there is hardly anything to complain about - quite the opposite. Not only the products, but also the preparation and presentation are at the highest level. But if you haven't been there yet, you should definitely do so. We'll definitely be back there soon.

The Weinhaus Sinz is a traditional, home-style restaurant with a well-curated menu and always seasonal dishes. Excellent cuisine made from the best products comes at a reasonable price - but there is also a decent portion on the plate! And everything is very tasty and freshly made. Pre-ordering is definitely recommended. We would be happy to be guests there again.

Wir sind an einem Feiertag Abends gegen 18 Uhr ohne Reservierung aufgelaufen. Die sehr freundliche Bedienung hatte zum Glück einen schönen Tisch für uns. Das Restaurant ist schön gutbürgerlich eingerichtet, sauber, gepflegt mit weißen Tischdecken. Aus der Karte haben wir ein Pfeffersteak vom Weideochsen mit Kroketten und Salat (€35,00) und ein Kabeljaufilet mit Senfsauce, Salzkartoffeln und Salat (€27,00) bestellt. Das Fleisch war sehr gut. Der Fisch war auch ansprechend. Alles in allem werden die Speisen professionell zubereitet. Meine Tochter hatte ein Schnitzel mit Pommes bestellt. Gutes Fleisch, gut zubereitet und tolle selbst gemachte sehr knusprige Pommes Frites. Eine freundliche, schnelle Bedienung. Was will man mehr? Das Restaurant bleibt auf meiner Liste.

Traditional wine restaurant (including terrace) in a beautiful location with an attached guest house. The food, wine and service (there were three of us) were great. The (very nice) boss comes to his guests' table and asks if everything is OK - we thought it was great.

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren immer mal wieder ins Weinhaus, Sinz, urig Atmosphäre, leckeres Essen, große Portionen, leckerer Wein. Die Mischung stimmt und ist perfekt. Außerdem werden auch Zimmer vermietet, gut für Kongresse in Wiesbaden, zwar etwas außerhalb, aber mit dem Auto kommt man sehr schnell rein.

3/16/24 Birthday dinner again today with a good friend. The meal started with a starter cake stand (see photo). Older: I spent my annual meeting with a friend at the Sinz Wine House. For dinner we chose a pepper steak with croquettes. Successfully prepared, it was a special kind of culinary delight to enjoy this medium-prepared dish😋 I would particularly like to emphasize the ambience of this inn. A lot of warm wood is used and, because of the upcoming Easter festival, it is beautifully decorated with Easter bunnies. The special ambience also comes from the fact that as a guest you can sit on different levels and niches, so it doesn't have the character of a hall and therefore allows for a wonderful culture of conversation at a low volume😇 Reservation recommended 😇🌞🙋🏻

Birthday invitation. Otherwise we would not have found this place or would have stopped there. Very nice old traditional restaurant with excellent old school service and excellent food! Already in the upper price range but it is really worth every cent.

Restaurant ist überfüllt und laut. Preise sind schon recht gehoben das Essen ist aber eher normal. Wein ist teuer. Zimmer sind ok aber machen einen abgewohnten Eindruck wenn man genauer hinsieht. Frühstück ist ok wenn man nicht so auf die Sauberkeit im Brotkorb achtet. Parksituation ist katastrophal.

Sehr schönes Restaurant, tolle vielfältige Karte, aufmerksamer Service Diverse Speisen am Tisch und alle waren zufrieden. Auf jeden Fall wieder, Reservierung empfohlen

Speisen sind hochqualitativ und werden mit viel Liebe perfekt zubereitet und serviert. Ambiente ist gemütlich, Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Team arbeitet sich einen ab, um alle Gäste glücklich zu machen. Nur die Allergenkennzeichnung ist, wie häufig in Deutschland, ein Witz. Wenn schon „Wiener Schnitzel“, Gerichte mit Käsesauce oder Fischgerichte als allergenfrei gekennzeichnet sind, was kann man dann davon halten? Insgesamt etwas höherpreisig, aber der Leistung und Qualität angemessen.

Pfeffersteak, Flamkuhen Pilze, Rehbraten 🦌 war very delicious and juicy 🥩. We will be back definitely. Staff was very kind. We also liked the wine from the region and bought one extra bottle costing 11 €

Das Essen schmeckt gut und die Leute sind nett, es dauert nicht sehr lange und die Portionen (auch die kleinen) sind echt groß! Manchmal gibt es Specials, aber die Grundkarte ist solide. Es ist eine Weingegend und das spürt man hier leider beim Bier. Es gibt nur 0,3l Pils und es wird ein Aufstand gemacht, wenn man nach 0,5l fragt. Diese Gläser scheinen nicht zu existieren, aber ich habe dennoch ein etwas größeres Glas als 0,3l bekommen. Weizen wird in 0,5l-Gläsern gereicht.

Wir waren im Weinhaus Sinz zum BBQ-Abend. Neben der normalen Karte gab es für diesen speziellen Event Nebraska Steak vom Grill. Die Zubereitung der Steaks war auf den Punkt genau zu dem gewünschten Gar-Grad – Kompliment, denn wir hatten alles dabei von medium-rare über medium zu well done. Die Qualität war überragend und es war ein Genuß. Dazu gab es einen Salat (entweder Caesars Salad oder Salatbowl und gebackene Kartoffel oder Steak Fries. Dazu noch Barbecue-Soße, Kräuterbutter und Zwiebeln. Der Service ist gewohnt aufmerksam und immer da, wenn man ihn braucht. Für diesen Abend war die Terrasse voll besetzt und auch innen gab es genügend Gäste. Aber der Service war immer da! Es war ein toller Abend in sehr schönem Ambiente, der uns bereitet wurde und es war jeden Cent wert. Dieses Restaurant ist einfach ein Highlight für Wiesbaden.

Wir waren zum Spare Ribs Special dort und haben einen tollen Abend mit amerikanischer Live-Musik, gut gelaunten Gästen und sehr tollem Personal verbracht. Das Essen (Wiener Schnitzel & Spare Ribs) hat uns wirklich gut geschmeckt, dazu bekamen wir Brot und Salatbeilagen. Preis/Leistung top. Das Serviceteam ist eingespielt, auf den Punkt und verbreitet gute Laune. Kann die positiven Meinungen dazu total bestätigen. Nur einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden dauert etwas. Da empfehle ich einen kleinen Zeitpuffer bei der Anfahrt. Danke für das tolle Erlebnis!

Leckeres Essen, große Portionen, toller Service

Wir waren seit langem wieder einmal dort. Die Küche einfach aber ehrlich und gut. Die Weine aus dem Rheingau, da muss man nichts dazu sagen. Standard in Wiesbaden. Wie immer nett.

Wir waren zum Essen dort und wie auch beim letzten Mal war der Service sehr gut und das Essen hat geschmeckt. Heute sind wir wiedermal hier gelandet. Es hat hervorragend geschmeckt und der Service ist super. Danke für den schönen Abend
