Small but fine restaurant in a cozy, rustic atmosphere. Traditional dishes with lots of taste! As tourists we felt outnumbered, which often speaks for the restaurant :-) A reservation is strongly recommended; it will probably be difficult to get a spot spontaneously. Be prepared to wait a bit, the food is freshly cooked here and it takes a while. And lastly: price/performance is unbeatable

Now the right review at the right place :) Very tasty dishes, the spaetzle were not only homemade, but also tasted exactly the same, very delicious. The sauce too! And finally a very delicious salad again. And super nice service! Really highly recommended!

Very tasty 😋 and very friendly service. My husband had the ox cheeks and very tasty 😋 My son had the goulash with spaetzle and it tasted very good. I had the Gordonbleu with salad which was also really tasty. The sauces were to die for.

We discovered the Webstüble by chance today. The food and service were worth more than 5 stars! I would actually like to rate the venison ragout on papardelle with cranberries and fresh horseradish as 6+ and the goulash as 5+. Small menu and when it's gone, it's gone, but fresh; That's actually how it should be! We will be back. Certainly!!!

I'm someone who actually gives little or no 5 star rating, but I have to say that everything was fine. I haven't enjoyed such good home-style cuisine as I found here in a long time. Here ❤️ kindness is very important. Unfortunately I'm not from here otherwise you would have made me a regular guest but when I'm back in the area we'll come visit you again. I can recommend it to anyone if you're in the area, you can't go wrong here. Please note, but reservations are a must because I can well imagine that there is a lot going on here, especially in midsummer. Please also note the opening times. Otherwise you can enjoy it.

Today we happened to have dinner at Webstüble spontaneously. Everything was great,!! The service was very friendly, attentive and very competent, the food was also very tasty: Potato soup was very creamy and well seasoned, the mixed and very fresh salad smelled of delicious vinegar and oil as soon as it was served, the roast pork -3 slices!!!- was buttery soft and tasted great, the hand-scraped buttonless spaetzle was also very tasty! The atmosphere is simply great and Bavarian cozy, fully integrated into the weaving mill, there is parking right in front of the door, It's been a long time since we've eaten so well in such a cozy restaurant with such friendly service at absolutely good prices!!! When we come back to Allgäu, we know where we will eat!!! And we also love advertising this restaurant!

A really special ambience, a warm welcome, attentive service and boss are the first impression. When you eat, you realize that you are getting exceptional quality at a fair price. At the end the cook comes to the table and asks if everything was okay. A straight A! If there were six stars they would be more than deserved.

January 25, 2024: The owner responded today to my review below from January 21st. answered. She expresses that she thinks the one-hour waiting time was a lie and that the oversalting wasn't that bad. She calls my review “evaluation,” which is the tone in which she responds. A pity! This shows that she does not take the needs and complaints of her guests or legitimate, objectively presented criticism seriously. We didn't make up the waiting time, we looked at the clock, it was over 60 minutes that we waited. She misunderstands that we actively complained. No, she asked us about the food. There was no reaction from her even then. Anyone who sees the many pictures of the dishes here on Google Maps can get their own idea of ​​what kind of dishes they are. I therefore feel forced to adjust the rating in the areas of service (this also includes your reaction) and food, but in the area of ​​ambience I leave it alone: ​​I now only award one of the previous 2 overall stars, the same applies to service and food. Because the ambience was nice, I give it 4 stars. January 21, 2024: Unfortunately it didn't meet the high expectations: You almost feel bad when you don't like a restaurant with such good reviews. However, we had an experience for various reasons, which leads us to a different rating. The choice of drinks actually didn't start out particularly bad, but it was surprising that there wasn't even apple juice. We then waited over an hour for the food. In addition, we observed at the neighboring table that the food was delivered in two tranches. The first guests had already finished eating when the rest of the group received their food. Not very professional - and this considering that the dishes were very simple (just meat, sauce and starch, some garnish) and certainly pre-cooked (this was evident from the owner's statement, see below). One of our two meals was okay (although without a vegetable side dish (just garnish)). The second meal, however, was so salty that it had to be described as oversalted. We still didn't complain about it. However, when we were asked about it, we said that we found it too salty. The owner and cook then promised to taste the food (from this I conclude that it is pre-cooked and kept in large pots). However, we received no feedback about this. Due to the serious deficiency of the over-salted food, we can no longer give three stars. The restaurant is a beautiful, rural restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. However, the rating of 5.0 (33 reports) does not seem justified to us because of the limited drinks menu, the preparation time, the taste and the way complaints are handled. Unfortunately, card payment was not possible. I'll keep an eye on the restaurant - I had the impression that bad reviews were disappearing. The owner and guests seemed to know each other very well. It is possible that these are mostly courtesy reviews. It may also be that the quality standards for home cooking are not that high locally.

Eine ganz besondere Lokalität. Die Webstube ist wirklich eine. Neben dem Stüble ist die Werkstatt ausgestellt. Einfach toll! Die Karte ist klein und genau das ist das wunderbare. Alles frisch gemacht und das Cordon Bleu war sensationell. Die Tagessuppe nicht aus der Dose, eine Nudelsuppe mit kräftiger Brühe, ein Traum ! Sehr nettes Personal. Ich komme definitiv wieder.

So ich muss hier noch was schreiben.Habe meinen 1 Beitrag gelöscht.Ich muss hier echt alle 5 Sterne geben.Hier bekommt man super leckeres Essen,alles selber gemacht.Und die Preise sind der Hammer,sehr sehr günstig .Danke euch.es war ein sehr schöner Abend .Immer wieder sehr gerne

Nettes Dorfgasthaus. Essen und Service sehr gut. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ochsenbäckchen und Salat sehr lecker.

Geheimtipp! Toller Service! Ein Restaurant, welches mit Herzblut geführt wird. Kleine wechselnde Speisekarte, aber für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und es wird frisch gekocht. Super Küche! Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Restaurant vorhanden.

Wir gehen immer wieder gerne ins Webstüble, wenn wir vor Ort in der "FeWo-Loewenzahn" sind und es schmeckt immer wieder klasse.

Wir gehen regelmäßig dort Essen und sind bisher noch nie enttäuscht worden.

Schöne Atmosphäre. Die Chefin Michi begrüßte uns persönlich, obwohl wir das erste Mal da waren. Sie kocht alles frisch. Die Speisekarte ist klein, aber fein. Eigentlich wollten wir Rehrücken von eigener Jagd essen, aber Cordon Bleu wurde uns vom Nachbartisch sehr empfohlen. Schmeckte super und dazu der frische Salatteller mit Rettich, Kartoffelsalat, Kraut, Gurken und Karotten. Herrlich frisch. Sehr Freundliche Bedienung. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl.

Im Webstüble zu schlemmen ist ein wahrer Genuss. Die Chefin kocht mit Herzblut und großem Engagement. Die Karte ist klein, das Angebot passend, die Qualität sehr gut und die Bedienung ausserordentlich freundlich. Ich freue mich jedesmal auf den Besuch im Webstüble. Es schmeckt einfach super. Besonderes Vorkommnis: Ich hatte meine FFP2 Maske im WoMo vergessen, so wurde mir kurzerhand eine neue Maske zur Verfügung gestellt. Super Team. Weiter so....

Wir waren hier an einem Sonntag. Die Außenterrasse war gut gefüllt. Wir bekamen aber drinnen noch einen Platz. (Vorreservierungen sind möglich.) Die Karte ist aktuell knapp gehalten, bietet aber für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Speisen sind gut bürgerlich und bieten kleine Überraschungen, wie z.B. eine Rehbolognaise. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, das Küchenteam sehr gut organisiert, sodass wir unsere Bestellung sehr zügig bekamen. ...und geschmacklich tadellos!!!
