We had a very nice time. The two-story room was very nice and cozy. The staff is very friendly and helpful 👍🏻 I was even congratulated on my birthday and received a very nice present. The breakfast is also very good, everything is always replenished straight away. Everyone here is very attentive! Our kiddies (2 and 4 years) also really enjoyed their stay here! Thank you for the lovely time.

Single room very spacious, very functionally furnished. The hotel is in what I think is a top location, just a 4-minute walk to the city center and a little more to the train and bus stations. There was nothing missing at the breakfast buffet, huge selection and very tasty. Hot dishes were always refilled so that nothing got cold. The wellness area in the hotel leaves nothing missing. What I particularly liked is the friendly staff. No question went unanswered and you were always addressed by name. Another highlight for me is the beautiful lounge with terrace on the ground floor. Every kind of drink is offered here during the day until late in the evening at very fair prices. You can really relax there. It was a successful holiday week all around

I am here at the moment and feel very, very comfortable in this house. My room is spacious and very clean, the beds are large, comfortable and have firmer mattresses. It has a balcony with a view of the mountains and is in a quiet side street, only used by residents - if someone happens to drive through. It is still close to the center and also close to the train station, making it ideal for train travelers. Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and is supervised by a restaurant/chef. It's a bit heavy on sausage and cheese, but also has different types of muesli, natural quark and yoghurt. Rolls, bread, etc., in a well-stocked selection. Soft-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sometimes with or without bacon. Every day there is an extra: mini meatballs, homemade, wienerle, white sausage, salmon, mozzarella/tomato. Schrothllers are also served here, but you can also eat very well a' la carte here. From Monday to Friday there is a sports program here, which starts with water aerobics, is followed by a back course and ends with a relaxation course. These courses are so much fun that if you want to go on longer hikes here, you have to decide.😉 The hotel also offers guided hikes, also from Monday to Friday. Spoiled for choice.🤣 This hotel is a provider of the Oberstaufen+Card, which gives you several discounts. Finally, and this is also important for me, there is a very personal, extremely friendly and familiar approach from all employees.

We had a very nice stay in one of the junior suites and were very impressed. The breakfast was very good, something for everyone. The wellness area and swimming pool were perfect. The staff were all super friendly. There is a large lounge where you can comfortably play something (plenty of board games available) or get a nice drink at the bar. The hotel is in a very quiet location, but you can reach the city center in 5 minutes on foot. Clear recommendation.

Nice hotel, clean rooms (even with a small kitchenette), super super friendly staff, great wellness area, great breakfast!! 5/5 stars in all areas! We went cycling here for 6 days and felt very comfortable! We will be back definitely!!

We stayed for 5 nights in June this year and just wanted to explore the Allgäu. We were very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and warmth of the entire staff. No matter whether reception, caretaker, service and cleaning ladies, they are all top. The welcome was very warm and there was a pack of 3 Dentasticks in the room for our dog lady, who was very happy about it. It was a shame that we had a room on the mezzanine floor. I always prefer to be at the top because of the view and so that you can sleep with the window open. In the future, we will always express this when booking. We were pleasantly surprised by the sports program and the guided hikes. It was a lot of fun and we got to interact easily with other guests and had a lovely evening. Also worth mentioning is Mrs. Schatz, who is really a treasure. We liked it so much that we have already booked again.

Actually a very good hotel, especially the location is perfect. There's an indoor pool, a restaurant, a fitness room and a reasonably good room with a balcony. Plus, the location is just perfect. You are (near) Lake Constance and the Alps. You are very close to many national borders and the place where it is located is also very good.

Were there a second time. We felt very comfortable and all the employees are always trying to help! Driving a third time is just the price that makes us hesitate a little! But the furnishings are simple, clean and the kitchenette is a nice touch!

A great hotel. I was in the interest with my father, husband and dog. The entire staff, from the maid to the reception and also in the restaurant, is super friendly and helpful. All the special features are discussed here. We felt very welcome. The rooms are very spacious and the small kitchen is super practical. The sauna and pool area are very well maintained and invite you to feel good. We were also able to enjoy the beautiful weather on the outside terrace. The food in the Schweitzer restaurant was also very tasty. The breakfast also left nothing to be desired. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take part in sports and cosmetics, but it seems to be well organized. If we come back to Oberstaufen, it will definitely be interesting. Thank you very much, it was very nice.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff friendly and accommodating. The wellness area and fitness program are great. Our room has a small kitchen with 2 hotplates and a refrigerator. At breakfast everyone will find something to suit their taste. On Sunday we had white sausages (delicious). We often used the Oberstaufen card to go up the mountains. Everything great

My favorite to relax for a few days. Great “Swiss” cuisine, attentive and friendly staff. Despite the mixed weather, a very worthwhile place. Hopefully all “diets” will remain. And the trainer Peter!!!

Very nicely designed spa area and well-equipped fitness room, incredibly nice staff, very good breakfast with an attentive “breakfast fairy”.

My husband and I are in this hotel for the first time. I can give 5 stars in all areas without hesitation. The reception on the day of arrival was warm and welcoming. I immediately felt comfortable. Our room on the 4th floor is nice and cozy. Towels and bathrobes are available in the room. There is a small kitchenette with dishes, a 2-ring ceramic hob and a refrigerator. You really don't need to cook here. The breakfast buffet is varied and sufficient. Of course also delicious. We will eat in the in-house restaurant this evening. The wellness area invites you to be active. Water aerobics in the morning at 9:00 a.m. The trainer is a friendly person, understands his skills, but doesn't overwhelm you. The sauna is spacious. You can make the infusion yourself. The infrared cabin is also highly recommended. There are two pieces. Towels for the wellness area are available at reception. A small fitness area with an ergometer, cross trainer or treadmill is also available. And if you need a physiotherapist, you can also find one here at the Interest Vitalhotel. There are a few other offers here that I haven't used yet but have heard about. E.g. guided hike or fascia training. There is a nice lady responsible for cleaning the rooms on our floor. All in all, all the staff is very nice. I feel very comfortable and am looking forward to being here for a few more days. And I'm already looking forward to the next time.

I wrote a very good review about 7 or 8 years ago. I come here to the Vitalhotel (new name) Interest every year. The hotel and the entire staff are uncomplicated and courteous. The wellness area with the beautiful swimming pool and sauna is exceptional. Here the customer really is still king. The price-performance ratio is absolutely excellent. The sports activities with Peter and Adi are always special and humorous. Ms. Duffner, the beautician, also offers excellent cosmetics and wellness services and is a very empathetic woman. Even the free bikes that you can rent here are in good shape. The food in the restaurant is also excellent. I can relax well here. If you need peace and relaxation, but also activities, the Vitalhotel Interest is the perfect place for you. I'll definitely come back.

Interest Vitalhotel, a week over New Year's Eve including New Year's Eve menu at Schweitzer. The room: 3rd floor, number 12 at the end of the hallway. With balcony, beautiful mountain view. Modernized, triple glazing, electric. Roller shutters. New furniture, beautiful, light grained wood, kitchenette (fronts in the same style), with cooking facilities. Dishes, dishwashing liquid, tea towels, refrigerator, everything is available. However, in our opinion, the refrigerator makes quite loud noises (humming, scraping and cracking) when the compressor starts. And that happened several times. Disturbing especially at night. The situation is similar with radiator heating. So for those who are sensitive to noise: don't forget ear plugs. The bathroom is quite small, only one person can stay in it, no window. Still bright, with good light and white tiles. Everything placed in a very small space. Mini bathroom, but everything a bathroom needs is there, from the spacious shelf, hairdryer to the cosmetic mirror. Mattresses, a philosophy, some like it a little softer, others a little harder. They were too hard for me. The double beds are quite narrow, but the mattresses are divided into two parts. There is enough storage space for clothes and laundry. There is even a small coffee machine with 4 free pods and a free bottle of water. The TV is a bit too small for my taste, but sufficient. Unfortunately, the rooms are also very noisy. You can hear the cell phone vibrating in the next room. Otherwise the room was very spacious and offers enough space for 2. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. Breakfast: At Schweitzer, who runs the restaurant himself. Everything in this regard must be discussed with Mr. Schweitzer. The hotel has no influence here. Fresh grain bread rolls, croissants, light rolls, pretzel rolls, everything fresh even on Sundays. Plus lots of different types of cheese, super tasty! Coffee (black, cappucino), various types of tea, sausage, ham, jam, spelled/oat flakes, muesli and other flakes, orange juice, vitamin juice, milk, everything your heart desires. Changing warm dishes, such as scrambled eggs, fried eggs, salmon slices, sausages, meatballs...Only the location of the buffet. It's quite cramped at times, as the buffet can only be reached from one side through a narrow door, so it's a bit cramped. In principle there are 2 breakfast areas, which are separated by this door. Please note: breakfast times from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.! Wellness area: Swimming pool, naturally heated, various saunas, IR, various showers, towels, loungers, relaxation areas, just as you would imagine, clean and well maintained. Fitness equipment such as ergometers, treadmills and steppers, as well as fitness mats encourage physical well-being. Of course there is also a spa and beauty pampering, but we didn't use it. The New Year's Eve menu: a dream, created by Mr. Schweitzer. From the starter, to the intermediate course, to the main course to the dessert. Everything tasted excellent, the slice of Allgäu beef fillet was buttery tender. The dessert from the ice cream workshop, very tasty and lovingly designed. We were also treated to delicacies during our further visit to the restaurant, whether rump steak with fried potatoes or veal kidneys with mashed potatoes, everything was perfect. So the gentleman from the beautiful Odenwald can do something. Also worth mentioning is the newly furnished lounge with comfortable armchairs, drinks if you want and reading the free daily newspapers. Oh yes, and the Oberstaufen +Card included! This can save quite a bit of money, as a lot of things can be used free of charge, Aquadrom, gondolas, ski pass... TOP! The hotel itself is very centrally and quietly located, just a 5-minute walk to the market square/center with many shops, restaurants and cafes that invite you to linger. Conclusion: 4.8 stars and definitely worth another stay.

Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Pool sind ausgezeichnet, Frühstück ausreichend, Zimmer sauber und von der Größe genau richtig, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kommen gerne wieder.

Guten Morgen, ich bin seit dem 25.12. Gast hier im Hause und meine Bekannten ebenfalls... bis jetzt konnten wir uns hier sehr wohl fühlen und daß Team um Frau Schatz und im Restaurant um Herrn Schweizer und seine Frau verwöhnen jeden Gast und versuchen selbst unmögliches möglich zu machen....Ich werde meine Schlemmer Diät mit den leckeren Gerichten sehr vermissen .... Herr Schweizer Respekt, das Essen ist einfach phantastisch... Ich denke ich kann das beurteilen da ich beruflich das ganze Jahr über in Hotels lebe. in allen Zimmern stehen Safe zur Verfügung so das man die Rezession eines Gastes, der auch hier war nicht nachvollziehen kann.... Ich habe ein gemütliches DZ zur Einzelnutzung gebucht mit gemütlicher Sitzecke, fühle mich sehr wohl.... alleine schon durch die freundliche Atmosphäre und Hilfsbereitschaft des Hauses und des ganzen Team. .. Von daher denke ich werde ich das nächste Weihnachten 🎄 und Silvester gerne wieder hier verbringen.....

Es gab einen Konflikt, wir haben Standpunkte ausgetauscht und jeder kann sicher die Situation der anderen Seite nachvollziehen. Abschließend hätte jeder seine Themen besser lösen können (Wir: Tresor sofort nutzen, Hotel: Begleitung und Kommunikation), jedoch haben sich annehmbare Klärungen ergeben und wir wollen neutral auf den Aufenthalt schauen.

Meine Freundin und ich sind seit dem 23.12.2023 zu Gast im Interest. Wir sind mehr als begeistert vom sehr freundlichen Personal, vom wunderbaren Wellnessbereich und das Essen ist ein Traum - unserer Meinung nach müsste Peter Schweitzer einen verliehen bekommen. Unsere Zimmer sind sehr sauber und wir werden täglich mit frischen Handtücher verwöhnt. Im vorhandenen Safe haben wir unsere Wertsachen sicher untergebracht. Wir sind sehr glücklich, noch einige Tage hier in dieser wunderbaren Atmosphäre verbringen zu können und ganz besonders freuen wir uns auf das vielversprechende Silvestermenü.

Herrlicher Spa, wir hatten den Pool fast nur für uns. Schönes Zimmer, freundliche Menschen. Das Restaurant zum Schweitzer ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und zentral gelegen und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals war für mich ein Highlight meines Aufenthaltes. Ich war zum ersten Mal in Oberstaufen und kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

7 Tage Montignac Woche. Das Essen ist sensationell fein und immer genug. Das Vital Hotel ist gut gelegen und ruhig. Ich fühlte mich als Alleinreisende sehr gut in familiärer Athmosphäre aufgehoben. Man / Frau sitzt nie alleine am Tisch. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen sind sehr freundlich und erfüllten alle Wünsche. Das Sportprogramm und die Tageswanderungen taten sehr gut und wurden professionell durchgeführt. Ich konnte auftanken und den Alltag hinter mir lassen. Werde sehr gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!

Wir waren des öfteren im Interest Vital Hotel, wir würden sehr freundlich von Frau Mertens empfangen, auf die andern Mitarbeiter /Innen waren sehr engagiert. Das Hotel liegt Zentral ca 5 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof und zur Stadt Mitte und sehr ruhig. Wir waren auch diesmal sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Peter ist ein toller Sportlehrer und Wanderführer. Durch die Wasser Gym, gemeinsames Wandern und Essen lernt man schnell andere Gäste kennen. Und so ist auch die Schrothkur gar nicht schwer ; )

Ich verbrachte eine wunderbare Woche in diesem schönen Hotel. Lobenswert ist die stetige Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Ich habe mich dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch im Interest Vital Hotel Oberstaufen. Liebe Grüße Silke

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Das Personal ist immer zur Stelle und hat für Fragen immer ein offenes Ohr. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr willkommen gefühlt! Die Zimmer sind super sauber, schön eingerichtet und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Sogar eine kleine Kochecke mit Kaffeemaschine ist auf dem Zimmer. Der Wellness-Bereich ist wunderschön gestaltet und einladend. Die Saunen bieten sich zum Erholen nach den unterschiedlichsten Touren an. Ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen die Infrarotkabinen und der Fitnessraum! Für die Freizeitgestaltung ist alles in unmittelbarer Nähe: bummeln in der Stadt, Bergtouren oder entspannende Spaziergänge! Das Frühstück (und Abendessen) im angrenzenden Lokal "Beim Schweitzer" war sehr gut! Wir kommen gerne wieder, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

Das Hotel liegt ruhig, aber man ist fußläufig in ca 7 Minuten im Zentrum von Oberstaufen. Die Junior Suite ist sehr groß und bestens ausgestattet. Da ich nicht pünktlich anreisen konnte, wurde mir mein Schlüssel mit einer genauen Beschreibung hinterlegt. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und eine gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Das Schwimmbad ist auch sehr schön, außerdem gibt es noch zwei Saunen. Den Bademantel und das Saunatuch erhält man im Hotel. Gerne wieder
