Leuk terras in centrum Wiesbaden en toch rustig. We hebben er een heel lekker lokale gin gedronken. De bediening was zeer vriendelijke. We hebben er lekker eten voor een eerlijke prijs.

As promised, here is my review😀 I had a very good meal in this restaurant with my brother, the waiting times were pleasantly short, the service was very friendly and on the ball. The prices were reasonable and the food was of very good quality. I also really liked the atmosphere, rustic and with a lot of charm. We would be happy to come back.

The staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to choosing the food, the taste is that getting a nice, tender steak is really great, but I think it's very expensive. Some of the dishes I was a bit horrified and unfortunately I think it's a bit dark

Leider hat das Restaurant etwas nachgelassen. Die Speisen werden optisch schöner angerichtet, Qualität ist etwas gesunken. Service war bemüht, aber bei einem vollen Lokal etwas überfordert, trotz digitaler Bestellaufnahme wurden falsche Sachen geliefert oder vergessen. Das Mobiliar im Aussenbereich ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Food was beautifully prepared, unfortunately the quality has deteriorated somewhat (I was last there in 2019). Service was slightly overwhelmed, but the restaurant was also well attended. Furniture outside is getting old. Price-performance rather poor. In the photo, turkey skewer with leaf spinach and pepper sauce.

The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. That really stands out and it's nice to be treated so nicely. The trainees are also guided in a friendly manner and put in a lot of effort. The schnitzel was super tasty, we would love to come back!! We particularly like sitting outside because it is a quiet and pleasant place to eat outside in peace.

The waitstaff were very nice. However our food was served almost immediately after ordering And was lukewarm suggesting that it had been prepared earlier and warmed up. The salad which was supposed to be an appetizer came with the main dish. I barely had a sip of my aperitif when the “dinner” arrived

We spontaneously went here for lunch on a Saturday a few weeks ago and were very impressed. The food was excellent and the service was simply great! The lady knew everything about what was used in which dish and was therefore able to give me help and advice. Food intolerances are absolutely not an issue here. The food was fresh and of very good quality. We will definitely come back and highly recommend the restaurant. 🤗 Thank you for the great lunch!

Due to the central location at the state parliament, the audience is also very mixed. Many Americans come here. The outdoor area is appropriate and busy when the weather is good. We waited about 40 minutes for the food. Unfortunately the pig was roasted for too long. In my opinion it was too expensive for that.

It was so delicious that we didn't even get around to taking a photo. The Mex?-German mix was delicious! And the waiter who met us on March 30th. The person who served was very nice. :)

We stopped here for a Bier with my family, two kids. No reservation and they accepted us,without problem. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We took only Beverage and stayed for 1-1:30 h. Absolutely friendly and great place. I will turn again back for a meal. 👏👏👏

As usual, Mr Weber was available to take care of us upon early arrival at the restaurant. We were seated immediately! Enjoyed gin & tonics, followed by excellent Schitzel and Spargel, with attention from Jan and our server Samuel. Thank you for an excellent dinner !

We were in Wiesbaden to see Max Pechstein in the museum. Very nice, too. We had pre-ordered online in Weber's Vikings. Everything worked fine. Food very good, friendly, courteous service. Staff very committed. If we end up in Wiesbaden again, we would love to be back at Webers. Keep it up.

Abendessen alleine ohne Reservierung. Samstagabend alles überfüllt. Das sehr hilfsbereite Personal hat trotzdem einen Tisch für mich gefunden. Tolles Rib Eye mit Kräuterbutter und Ofenkartoffel, Bier vom Fass. Alles top. Man merkt, dass der Laden top organisiert ist und der Gast willkommen ist.

Webers Wikinger is a large, rustic and very cozy restaurant with predominantly German cuisine. The menu contains many schnitzel variations, beef, fish and seasonal dishes. There are also some delicious creations for vegetarians. There is also tasty Radeberger beer on tap - certainly one of the best Pilsner beers in Germany. What I would like to highlight at Webers Wikinger is the excellent service: very friendly staff work here, you remember your guests, you have good recommendations. I like to eat turkey steak with French fries here. The meat quality is good. The price-performance ratio is also good considering the location. Especially since comparable restaurants in the city center of Wiesbaden are nowhere near as convincing in the overall package. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. However, you can also try your luck spontaneously, the staff always tries to make something possible. All in all, a great recommendation - also for visitors to Wiesbaden. I always enjoy coming back.

I recently dined at the German restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The schnitzel was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection with a crispy exterior and tender meat inside. Süßes rustikales Restaurant in der Innenstadt von Wiesbaden. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Karte bietet eine größere Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Fleischgerichten. Preislich tatsächlich etwas höher und es gibt pro Fleischauswahl nur eine Beilage. Auch die Soße war eine sehr kleine Portion. Der Beilagensalat war für 7,90€ sehr teuer und hätte etwas größer bzw mehr grüner Salat sein können. Wir müssen leider Punkte abziehen da wir über 1 Stunde auf unser Essen warten mussten. Dazu kam dass unsere bestellten Beilagensalat vergessen wurden, obwohl noch nachgefragt wurde ob wir diese vorab oder zum Hauptgang serviert bekommen möchten. Der Service war freundlich, aber teilweise etwas langsam & vergesslich.

Gestern Abend eine Graduierung gefeiert mit 10 Personen reserviert. Das Ambiente ist super gemütlich, wir wurden persönlich von den Besitzern (Ehepaar) begrüßt und an den Tisch gebracht. Im Anschluss wurden uns nach dem ankommen die Karten ausgehändigt. Wir bekamen zeitnah unsere bestellten Getränke und konnten uns bei den ganzen leckeren Speisen gar nicht entscheiden, welche wir denn bestellen sollen. Wir Haben uns (siehe Bild) für eine Platte zur Vorspeise bestellt, Serrano Schinken, Filetspieße, Zwiebelringe (hausgemacht), sowie Knoblauchbaguette mit Tomate und Mozzarella überbacken, es war nicht zu übertreffen, ein Träumchen. Die Hauptspeisen waren, Rinderfilet, Rindersteak, Tortillas, Lachs und wie auf dem Bild zu sehen ist Schnitzel mit Sauce Hollondaise, Blumenkohl und überbackenem Käse, es war alles in allem eine 11/10 und werde dort definitiv nicht das Letzte mal gewesen sein. Der Chefkellner und auch weitere Kellner haben uns super bedient und beraten bzgl. demEssen. Das Preisleistungsverhältniss war völligst in Ordnung. Immer wieder gerne ☺️

Erstklassiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Service lässt sich auch nicht durch das stets bis auf den letzten Platz gefüllte Restaurant von Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit abbringen. Die Qualität des Essens ist wirklich gut und die Wartezeiten relativ kurz. Klasse!

Essen war gut aber nicht überragend. Dafür war der Service außergewöhnlich, alle Servicekräfte überaus zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Ach das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und ansprechend. Wir kommen gerne wieder dann bestelle ich etwas anderes

Wir haben Ente gegessen aber es gab kein Entenschmalz in Angebot. Auch etwas teurer als gedacht. Die Hauptspeise hat mich nicht satt gemacht . Service war freundlich und jedesmal sind schnell zu uns gekommen aber wär noch netter wenn die Zweichen durch gefragt hätten ob alles in ordnung gibt. Der Tisch hat gewackelt. Sonst super gut. Empfehlenswert

EXZELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ich weiß gar nicht wie ich Anfangen soll. Wir sind spontan auf einem Samstag Abend hier her gekommen, und wurden im ersten Atemzug vertröstet, doch nach einem kurzen Blick in die Liste wurden wir gefragt ob uns 1,5h reichen würden. Klar, wir wollten mit unserer Tochter lecker Abendessen und danach gehört sie direkt ins Bett. Und das Essen war Perfekt! Wir hatten „nur“ Schnitzel mit Pommes und Bratkartoffeln, aber es war einfach Perfekt! Wir kommen aus Köln und haben schon zuhause und in vielen Urlauben einiges Probiert, doch müssen wir sagen, das war das beste Schnitzel seit Jahren! Danke dafür! Absolute Empfehlung! P.S.: Der Service war ebenfalls Perfekt!

Waren da schon häufiger mit unseren Eltern. Das Ambiente ist echt schön. Insbesondere die Lampen sind sehr cool. Essen war sehr gut und schnell bei uns. Immer wieder gerne.

Wir haben unser Weihnachtsessen in diesem Restaurant genossen und waren rundum begeistert! Das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich, sorgte dafür, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Die Speisekarte bot eine vielfältige Auswahl, von traditionellen Festtagsgerichten bis zu kreativen Köstlichkeiten. Die Qualität der Speisen war hervorragend, jedes Gericht ein Genuss für den Gaumen. Die Portionen waren großzügig bemessen, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war mehr als fair. Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Weihnachtsfeier dank der exzellenten Servicequalität und dem erstklassigen kulinarischen Erlebnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein uriges altes Restaurant. Man muss unbedingt rechtzeitig reservieren. Wir (6 Personen) hatten einen guten Platz. Getränkeaufnahme war zügig. Um 17 Uhr war es allerdings schon Recht voll, daher kamen die Getränke schleppend. Aber wir sind ja im Urlaub. Das junge Personal ist noch lernfähig aber schon recht aufmerksam, manche richtig flott, mitdenkend. Das Essen (ich hatte einen Spieß) war für alle 5 gut, viel, zwei bekamen Hilfe. Mein Spieß war leider ziemlich trocken, zäh. Etwas Fritten ... das war's. Kein Salat. Ich war noch hungrig. Diverse Spirituosen, Bierchen, Wein folgten. Es wurde ein netter Abend, wir hatten viel Spaß. Das Restaurant ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen 👍👏.

Hier hat echt jemand seine Hausaufgaben gemacht. Man wird sofort vom urig-gemütlichen umfangen, vom Top-Fachservice empfangen und vom super leckeren Essen umgehauen. Wir waren zu 10 da und kein einziger harte auch nur ansatzweise zu meckern.Das gab's noch nie. Wahnsinn. Einfach nur zum Weiterempfehlen und unser neues Lieblingsrestaurant in Wiesbaden. Seit vielen, vielen Jahren kommen wir mit Freunden und Familie immer wieder sehr gerne in dieses, absolut empfehlenswerte Restaurant. Tolle Steaks, beste Lammgerichte und auch sonst eine ausgewogene Speise und Getränkekarte mit top Service am Tisch sind die Gründe dafür...

Ein schönes Restaurant mitten in der Stadt, schönes Ambiente, wir hatten einen Tisch im 1. OG. Da wir nicht reserviert hatten, wurde uns freundlich darauf hingewiesen dass es eine Wartezeit geben würde, alle Tische waren noch besetzt. Das Warten hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Das Essen war sehr gut, Portionen für „gute Esser“. Das gesamten Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, ein großes Lob dafür!
