Restaurant with very friendly and fast service and in our case only medium quality food, although we didn't choose steaks. The lobster soup with crab meat was okay, the salad with fillet stiffs was missing some sauce and the meat was well done and lukewarm at the beginning and cold at the end. The meat of the schnitzel was not very tender. Given the good atmosphere, I will give the restaurant another chance, but then probably with a steak dish

The service is very good. The food, well, nothing special. Our grill plate was cold and it took a long time to prepare it, despite there being few guests. But what bothered us most was that there were too many tables in too little space. You can hardly move or you accidentally get an elbow in the back from the next table when people sit down or stand up. We won't come anymore.

Went here for a birthday dinner. They were busy and service was slow because of it, but didn't bother us. The food was great and atmosphere amazing. Would definitely go back.

The food was really delicious. The filet was so tender and perfectly seasoned. The staff are very friendly even though it was very busy. This is not the case in most restaurants when they are so busy. Thanks a lot

I ordered the filet (medium), and it was OK. The steak did not come out on a stone (which I thought was their gimmick), and it was overcooked (a cardinal sin for a filet). The little potato cakes were quite good, and our server was polite and attentive, but it's hard for a steak place to recover from a poorly prepared filet. I live in Wiesbaden and will return to give them another try. The restaurant was busy and my comrades enjoyed their meal although one of them also had overcooked lamb chops.

The food is very tasty and the staff tries very hard to ensure that no wishes remain unfulfilled. We'd love to come back.

Great experience in the center of Wisbaden. The Milanese with potatoes, onion and egg was a delight. Very well served by the kind waiters who helped me choose and accompanied me very patiently. The atmosphere is very nice and very welcoming, the service was very attentive. Finally I would like to talk about the price, excellent quality-price ratio.

Warm welcome, we had received a call the evening before that a group had canceled and we would now like to have the table. I was very happy about that. All the waiters were very attentive. Little jokes, despite the full house, actions, I think, good on both sides. You wouldn't have the feeling that it was stressful. The food was excellent. And it was a perfect end to a visit to the whiskey fair. We'll definitely be back!!

Yesterday evening we had dinner with 5 people at Webers Wikinger. Despite not having a reservation, we got a table after just a 15-minute wait. It was really busy but we were pleasantly surprised that we didn't have to wait long for our food. And I can say it was absolutely worth it! The food was excellent and exceeded our expectations. I would also particularly like to emphasize the friendliness and attentiveness of the service staff. I can really recommend Weber's Vikings and am already looking forward to our next visit!

We had dinner there with a group after the whiskey fair. The service was outstanding from start to finish! Very attentive, friendly and quick. We had different dishes and my rump steak with grilled vegetables and herb butter was just good and to the point! Our friends particularly enjoyed the apple rings and we immediately ordered a few more. If there is one criticism at all, it is that we were a bit cramped sitting by the fireplace. But that’s complaining at a high level :) Overall, a very clear recommendation!

Was actually always satisfied. However, last time the portion was extremely tiny, the bit of salmon was firm and dry and three quarters of the potato was almost cold. Very disappointing, the waitress didn't seem to understand my answer to the satisfaction question. Afterwards we went to McDonald's to get our fill.

We were there last night with the department, rarely if ever was everyone in this group happy and what can I say. Everyone was PERFECTLY happy. First of all, we all liked the beautiful interior design, great ambience! For me that evening it was supposed to be a nice steak on the hot stone, something I've never had before. In addition to herb butter and side dishes, I treated myself to the baked potato with herb quark. The food was outstanding. Colleagues who wanted their steak pre-prepared were also enthusiastic about the cooking point. That's how Medium works! From ordering to payment, we were not only satisfied with the service but extremely happy. Very nice and accommodating. At this point, another 5 stars to the entire team! The mail went off last night and it was definitely handled very well! Definitely worth several visits folks!

Never waited so long for food Catastrophic

With our rifle platoon from Neuss we had a very nice evening at Webers Wikinger. We had previously agreed on a smaller menu for our table on the upper floor so that the dishes could be served together. That worked great too. All dishes were tasty and we were satisfied. The service was great, even though the restaurant was very busy.

Mein Mann und ich waren mit unseren beiden Kinder in Webers Wikinger essen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Personal empfangen und gefragt ob wir reserviert hatten. Obwohl wir keine Reservierung hatten und das Restaurant ziemlich voll war, wurde gesagt das es bald einen Tisch für uns geben wird. Nach ein paar Minuten war es dann auch soweit. Wir wurden an unseren Tisch gebracht und ein Kinderstuhl für unseren jüngsten war auch schon am Tisch. Nachdem wir bestellt hatten kam nach einer Weile das Essen. Es gab eigentlich nix zu meckern , es hat allen am Tisch geschmeckt und war ansehnlich angerichtet. Ein kleiner minus Punkt ist eventuell die Wartezeit, das war aber bei dem vollen Haus zu erwarten. Das Personal inkl. der geschäftsführenden war gut gelaunt trotz des Stresses und immer für ein Spaß gut. An der Bar war zwischen den Mitarbeitern hat man gemerkt das das Team gut miteinander kann , es wurde viel gelacht. Alles in allem ein top Restaurant . Wir kommen wieder!

Ich war in der Wiesbadener Altstadt mit meiner Freundin unterwegs und wir sind zufällig auf das von außen unscheinbare Restaurant gestoßen. Von innen ist es unheimlich schön eingerichtet. Essen ist fantastisch - vor allem das Rinderfilet und die Ribs - und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Wir kommen wieder :-)

Nice, older, simple yet impressive atmosphere. The delicious food tastes particularly good here. In addition, the service staff are very friendly and not intrusive, yet attentive at all times. It was a nice end to a weekend in Wiesbaden.

Ich bin seit über 10 Jahren Stammgästin in diesem Restaurant und bin echt schockiert, wie Menschen absichtlich falsche Kommentare hinterlassen, ich bin selber Ausländerin und kann nur lachen, da die Chefin selbst Türkin ist. Ich kenne dieses Restaurant als extrem Mitarbeit unterstützend, freundlich, witzig und echt einzigartig! Auch die Chefin setzt sich extrem für die Mitarbeiter jeglicher Herkunft ein! Es ist ein Multi Culti Unternehmen und vor allem das Essen wirklich super !

Were visiting Wiesbaden again yesterday. Once again, Weber's is a must. Starting with the service, perfect meat (steak, whether cooked on a hot stone or normally prepared) and all the other dishes... simply great. Price performance is very good. The ambience fits the offer perfectly. I'm looking forward to the next visit.

We've been there a few times already. Usually in pairs, today with a larger group. The atmosphere is great and the food came to everyone at the same time and everyone enjoyed it. Service quick and friendly. Great recommendation!

Good home-style restaurant with solid dishes such as schnitzel, steak or pork medallions. The side salad was very tasty, the prices were reasonable and the portions were on the larger side. The service is very courteous and on the ball, which was very positive. The ambience itself is nice and appropriate, but the chairs are quite uncomfortable (for me) and it is quite cramped. The lamps need to be cleaned of dust. They look really nice, but the dust filaments shimmer through in the light, but that wouldn't stop me from eating there again 😉 Otherwise, there's a lot of soot on the walls inside, probably from the chimney.

Die Chefin des Restaurants hatte einen sehr unfreundlichen Eindruck bei unserer Familie hinterlassen. Nicht nur war sie unabscheulich agressiv den ausländischen Arbeiternehmern gegenüber, sondern gab auch fremd-feindliche und rassistische Anmerkungen von sich in ihrer Abwesenheit. Abgesehen des Essens gebe ich diesem Restaurant eine sehr verdiente 1/5 Sterne aufgrund ihrer Moral.

Rustic ambience with fireplace and half-timbered buildings. Great service, very friendly and accommodating. And then the food! The cooking here is really fresh. Delicious! If you want to eat well in WI, this is the place for you.

This restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The atmosphere is unique in the area and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They have a nice variety of options with something for everyone.

Top restaurant, top food, attentive service, I can only recommend it.

We visited the restaurant with 9 people and made reservations days in advance. The first meal came after about an hour and 20 minutes, the last one a quarter of an hour later, lukewarm with the wrong side dish and wrong sauce. About half of the dishes were no longer hot, a lamb steak was well done and lukewarm. However, the waiter did his best to save the situation, quickly organized the right side dishes and handed out espresso and schnapps. What was also annoying was that obviously regulars at the next table, who came almost at the same time, were already eating dessert before even a meal was served at our table. Too bad

We sat in the restaurant, but there is also a fairly large outdoor area for sitting and dining. The service is friendly, courteous, fast and professional. The food selection is extensive and tastes very good. We felt well looked after, everything tasted good and the plates were completely empty when we cleared them away 😁. We will be very happy to come here again. A steakhouse that we are happy to recommend.

I'm not sure what makes certain dishes 'viking style' (especially the fajitas!) but came here on recommendation and it was well with it! The food was good (though it wasn't spectacular); we had the Viking-style mixed grill and a schnitzel together with local beer. All very pleasant. Service was incredibly good with attentive servers (front of house staff happily switching between languages) and there is an English-language menu should your German (like mine) falter. In the summer there is a large outdoor seating area (where we sat) but inside looked cosy, too. Booking is preferable, I'd say, but they do try to squeeze you in. The toilets were clean.

As promised, here is my review😀 I had a very good meal in this restaurant with my brother, the waiting times were pleasantly short, the service was very friendly and on the ball. The prices were reasonable and the food was of very good quality. I also really liked the atmosphere, rustic and with a lot of charm. We would be happy to come back.

Leuk terras in centrum Wiesbaden en toch rustig. We hebben er een heel lekker lokale gin gedronken. De bediening was zeer vriendelijke. We hebben er lekker eten voor een eerlijke prijs.

The staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to choosing the food, the taste is that getting a nice, tender steak is really great, but I think it's very expensive. Some of the dishes I was a bit horrified and unfortunately I think it's a bit dark

Leider hat das Restaurant etwas nachgelassen. Die Speisen werden optisch schöner angerichtet, Qualität ist etwas gesunken. Service war bemüht, aber bei einem vollen Lokal etwas überfordert, trotz digitaler Bestellaufnahme wurden falsche Sachen geliefert oder vergessen. Das Mobiliar im Aussenbereich ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Food was beautifully prepared, unfortunately the quality has deteriorated somewhat (I was last there in 2019). Service was slightly overwhelmed, but the restaurant was also well attended. Furniture outside is getting old. Price-performance rather poor. In the photo, turkey skewer with leaf spinach and pepper sauce.

The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. That really stands out and it's nice to be treated so nicely. The trainees are also guided in a friendly manner and put in a lot of effort. The schnitzel was super tasty, we would love to come back!! We particularly like sitting outside because it is a quiet and pleasant place to eat outside in peace.

The waitstaff were very nice. However our food was served almost immediately after ordering And was lukewarm suggesting that it had been prepared earlier and warmed up. The salad which was supposed to be an appetizer came with the main dish. I barely had a sip of my aperitif when the “dinner” arrived

We spontaneously went here for lunch on a Saturday a few weeks ago and were very impressed. The food was excellent and the service was simply great! The lady knew everything about what was used in which dish and was therefore able to give me help and advice. Food intolerances are absolutely not an issue here. The food was fresh and of very good quality. We will definitely come back and highly recommend the restaurant. 🤗 Thank you for the great lunch!

Good varieties, good presentation and good taste.

Due to the central location at the state parliament, the audience is also very mixed. Many Americans come here. The outdoor area is appropriate and busy when the weather is good. We waited about 40 minutes for the food. Unfortunately the pig was roasted for too long. In my opinion it was too expensive for that.

It was so delicious that we didn't even get around to taking a photo. The Mex?-German mix was delicious! And the waiter who met us on March 30th. The person who served was very nice. :)

We were here on May 16th, 2024 with four people! The staff are very friendly and helpful!! The drinks were served quickly and so was the food!! The food was very tasty and we all really enjoyed it! We will definitely come back!!

We stopped here for a Bier with my family, two kids. No reservation and they accepted us,without problem. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We took only Beverage and stayed for 1-1:30 h. Absolutely friendly and great place. I will turn again back for a meal. 👏👏👏

As usual, Mr Weber was available to take care of us upon early arrival at the restaurant. We were seated immediately! Enjoyed gin & tonics, followed by excellent Schitzel and Spargel, with attention from Jan and our server Samuel. Thank you for an excellent dinner !

We were in Wiesbaden to see Max Pechstein in the museum. Very nice, too. We had pre-ordered online in Weber's Vikings. Everything worked fine. Food very good, friendly, courteous service. Staff very committed. If we end up in Wiesbaden again, we would love to be back at Webers. Keep it up.

Abendessen alleine ohne Reservierung. Samstagabend alles überfüllt. Das sehr hilfsbereite Personal hat trotzdem einen Tisch für mich gefunden. Tolles Rib Eye mit Kräuterbutter und Ofenkartoffel, Bier vom Fass. Alles top. Man merkt, dass der Laden top organisiert ist und der Gast willkommen ist.

Webers Wikinger is a large, rustic and very cozy restaurant with predominantly German cuisine. The menu contains many schnitzel variations, beef, fish and seasonal dishes. There are also some delicious creations for vegetarians. There is also tasty Radeberger beer on tap - certainly one of the best Pilsner beers in Germany. What I would like to highlight at Webers Wikinger is the excellent service: very friendly staff work here, you remember your guests, you have good recommendations. I like to eat turkey steak with French fries here. The meat quality is good. The price-performance ratio is also good considering the location. Especially since comparable restaurants in the city center of Wiesbaden are nowhere near as convincing in the overall package. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. However, you can also try your luck spontaneously, the staff always tries to make something possible. All in all, a great recommendation - also for visitors to Wiesbaden. I always enjoy coming back.

I recently dined at the German restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The schnitzel was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection with a crispy exterior and tender meat inside. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Plus, the convenience of being able to pay by card made the whole dining experience hassle-free.
