Very very tasty and top service

Love it! We ate here after a con. Spontaneously reserved for 8 people, super delicious food and our cosplays were celebrated. Later there was even suitable music and free rum. Next year again!!

Seemed like it was a quite popular place as to when we arrived it was quite busy. The staff was super nice, the cocktails were delicious (thank god they actually use cachaça in the caipirinhas), but the food was just ok. I’m always on the look out for a good street taco but these were almost subpar. The tortillas were great but I almost don’t know how to describe the overall taco. And at 3,50€ a taco that seems great and you want to try one of each until you realize you’ve spent 30€ on something just ok. My partner got the medium size nachos (not the best to photograph) but said that it was a decent portion and that it was nice since the toppings were more than chips. I would definitely come back for drinks and maybe the food as a snacks but not for a meal here.

Amazing food and the owner shared with us his life story was very beautiful. Gave us a behind the scenes on all the menu items and everything was freshly made. There is nothing like it in Wiesbaden a must try!

Latin American food on a different level. People often go out in this city because they don't want to cook or just want to soak up city life. Then it is often an average culinary experience. Not here, promise! Food, drinks, service and vibe (especially when there's dancing in the back room) are excellent and really refreshing. Everything fresh and made from scratch. Wiesbaden, please never let this store go again. Go there!

Fantastic restaurant with a great atmosphere and wonderful staff that speaks English as well. I’ve been here twice and both times have been great experiences cheeseburger was so so but the tacos are amazing and nachos are the best in town highly recommend.

We try to visit this establishment whenever we visit Weisbaden, and they never disappoint. The food is always great no matter what we have ordered and the service is always excellent. A bonus this last trip was the owner sat down with us after our meal and shared shots of Pisco, with a great story about the bottle he introduced us too. The Pisco was surprisingly delicious without having the sour element added to it. What a fantastic overall experience, thank you.

There is passion in every bite. Food is amazing tortillas are freshly made and don't forget the cocktails....we tasted the love and ate their food. Definitely a come back place.

We had dinner here today. There was a misunderstanding about my order (I probably didn't make myself clear enough). The "crisis management was perfect! The exchange of the main course was possible without any problems. I was even given a snack to "pass the time". The only mistake we made was not making a reservation in advance. ;-) Gladly again! We spontaneously ordered a burger and a salad here because of the good reviews. A few tacos as an appetizer. All expectations were exceeded. Everything coordinated perfectly. My recommendation and it's best to try it yourself.

The team is super nice and attentive! We were a larger group (JGA) and our wishes were taken into account perfectly, the communication in advance was uncomplicated and quick. They even offered to come and decorate for the evening before making the reservation. Great team 👍 We had a wonderful evening with delicious food and drinks in a wonderful atmosphere with good music, a relaxed atmosphere and a lot of fun! One of the best Latino restaurants in Germany! Their assortment of tacos are out of this world and packed with so much flavor.

Thia is my second visit to this restaurant. The owner has changed, and the menu has been tweeked for upgrades. I will post a copy of the menu. The part it doesn't mention is that they purchase their meat from a small Argentinian farm for the best quality. They also offer a selection of latin dishes that we really enjoyed. They carry many top of the line alcohol selections. This is a family-friendly location. So bring the whole family. I was impressed with the owner, greeting you and explaining the dishes we ordered. He speaks English, so it is a definite plus for us as tourists.

First legit south American food I've had in Germany. I will be back.

Sombrero Latino is absolutely a MUST go to!! I visited the restaurant recently and was VERY IMPRESSED!! The food was delicious. My drinks were perfect! My server Alexandra, Azul, and Matheo(?) were super friendly and welcoming. I met the owners Sebastian & Johana (?) to let them know how impressed I was with my visit. The restaurant was very clean and quaint. Walking down the stairs leading to the restrooms was a very nice experience. The stairs were candlelit, overall just very clean. I forgot to mention their “picante” is 🔥🔥🚨made in house! I know good authentic Latin food when I taste it. I’m from New York City, and we got it all there for sure!! Christopher 🫡😎

On the advice of an acquaintance from South America, I visited the "Sombrero Latino" in Wiesbaden, a place that was previously unknown to me - a small discovery that I learned to appreciate. The selection on the menu may seem limited, but it impresses with well-considered dishes. The nachos in particular, which differ pleasantly from common ready-made products, left a positive impression. For the main course I chose the burrito with pulled pork, which was quite convincing. The obviously handmade character of the dishes noticeably contributes to their pleasant taste. The selection of drinks, particularly the craft and South American beers, fits well into the gastronomic concept. The staff at “Sombrero Latino” proved to be very attentive. The restaurant was busy during my visit, so a reservation is recommended. In summary, the "Sombrero Latino" in Wiesbaden is definitely worth a visit for fans of authentic Latin American cuisine if you value handmade dishes and a carefully selected list of drinks.

The food quality was ok, My problem was 2 things: 1. the food came without any kind of sauce 2. I had to wait 20 minutes to pay because they kept forgetting me, the restaurant wasn't even busy They gave me my sauce to take home but i already finished my tacos

This place is the closest you will get to Latin American food here in Wiesbaden. The food and drinks are amazing. I recommend the tacos. This is a family friendly restaurant with plenty of room for a Kinderwagen. They also have a highchair for a child. We definitely will be back.

The speak fluent English for the foreigners and are very welcoming. It's recommended that you reserve your table and I'll agree, they fill up quickly!

A culinary highlight! The selection of tacos, meat dishes, nachos and cocktails left nothing to be desired. Every dish was a taste experience and is highly recommended… be sure to ask for the homemade green sauce (Latino version)!! Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and attentive service, which rounded off our evening perfectly. A must for all lovers of Argentine-Latin American cuisine!

First and last time. I ordered an appetizer and a main course. The empanadas and steak came together even though I explained exactly. After half an hour of waiting the empanadas are cold and tasteless and the entrecote is even colder. They didn't even apologize. If it's an Argentinian entrecote I'm a Dutch cow. I fell hard. My wife only ordered a hamburger and it also arrived cold. We didn't order a last dish because the meat was at the temperature of ice cream.

My only downside to the restaurant was that I hadn't gone sooner in my time in Germany. Delicious food, great drinks, friendly staff. It's well worth a visit, try the corn fritters!
