This is the best restaurant within a 100km radius. If you have the chance, you absolutely must try the ribs here. The beef ribs are especially amazing. I've rarely eaten such tender meat. 100/10

The food was okay, but in my opinion, too expensive. The schnitzel at €23.90 is overpriced, although on Wednesdays they omit the side salad, hence the "only" €19.90 price. The wine at €9.20 is also overpriced. You're paying for the ambiance. The staff was friendly. Anyone looking for a good meal has other options in the Melle area.

We decided to hold our annual get-together with friends at a new location. It was one of the most beautiful places we've ever visited. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food delicious, and we were simply thrilled. We'll definitely be back!

We were here for the breakfast buffet on the first Sunday of Advent. A truly fantastic and high-quality selection of breakfast items. Various salads, meats, sausages, cheeses, salmon, and so on. A variety of cream cheese-based spreads for vegetarians. The sliced ​​bread even tasted better than the rolls. It was moist and fresh with a crisp crust. The only downside was that the croissants were overbaked and consequently dark and dry. Specialty coffees are available from the fully automatic coffee machine. At over €26.90, the breakfast isn't exactly cheap, but it's worth every penny. They also offer non-alcoholic sparkling wine and Prosecco. The young waitstaff could have been a bit more lively (smiling), but that was probably due to it being Sunday. The experienced staff were consistently professional.

Five stars aren't enough! It was perfect! The staff was incredibly friendly. Everyone was attentive and focused on the guest's well-being. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The plates were warmed, so the food stayed hot for a long time. Everything was clean and wonderfully decorated. We'll definitely be back. Keep up the great work!

The food was delicious. The service, however, was truly awful. Dirty plates weren't cleared, and we weren't asked if we wanted a second drink or dessert. We were simply ignored. When we went to pay, we went to the front desk, but there was no conversation at all. What a shame.

I ordered food. 30 minutes later the server came and asked if everything was alright. I said, "If the food had arrived yet." Then she came back. The cash register had recorded it, but something had gone wrong in the kitchen. Then the food arrived, and it was cold. Otherwise, everything was great. Hot food tastes even better. But Gabriele Mörixmann's schnitzel was still fantastic.

Located at the end of a run-down country road, you'll find the Weberhaus. It's hard to miss, as parked cars are backed up all the way around the bend, and the enormous, decadent chandeliers illuminate half the forest. The entrance consists of a tiny glass box. A sign asks you to wait inside for staff, which in our case took several minutes—you feel a bit like a chimpanzee in a zoo. Finally, we were shown to our table. The staff was friendly, and the temperature was pleasant. Drinks and food arrived promptly, although the breading on the schnitzel was strongly reminiscent of "Tillman's Toasty." I have a feeling that the exorbitant prices charged at the Weberhaus are necessary to cover the heating costs for the gigantic wooden building. Conclusion: a nice evening, but nothing I'd repeat. (Visit took place in November; I can't comment on the outdoor area.)

A beautiful and unique log cabin nestled in the woods. The staff is always very friendly. We've had breakfast here before, which I enjoyed more than lunch today. As a vegetarian, I found the menu very meat-heavy. The sweet chili burger we ordered was tasty, but the portion of fries could have been a bit larger.

A beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food was excellent; all six different dishes were delicious! Unfortunately, the service was a major disappointment. Waiting more than five minutes in the entrance area to be greeted was far too long and unpleasant. Furthermore, there was no clear communication about whether to order electronically via mobile phone or through the staff. Throughout the entire evening, we were neither asked nor offered additional drinks. The ordered dessert was also forgotten. The incorrect drinks initially served were not corrected on the bill. All in all, a shame, as the food and the restaurant's ambiance were very good!

We had delicious Kaiserschmarrn in the afternoon. Sharing the portion between two people was no problem.

What an enchanting place! Everything really fits here. The ambiance is simply beautiful. Surrounded by nature, connected to it, and the entire Weberhaus is built from natural materials. A place to linger, enjoy, and feel good. The service is very friendly, courteous, and always attentive. After having had the opportunity to experience the Weberhaus privately, I now had the opportunity to document a wedding celebration there with my camera. The rooms are incredibly inviting, the buffet is so attractively designed, and incredibly delicious. As both a service provider and a guest, I felt 💯% at home. A rustic house, everything is made of wood. Lots of tasteful lighting. It has a very warm feel.

We had burgers and schnitzel. Reducing both dishes by €5 would be reasonable.

Everything was simply outstanding from start to finish. We received a warm welcome, and additional seating was spontaneously found so everyone was comfortably accommodated. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our orders for 14 people were served surprisingly quickly – without long waits. The food was not only delicious but also extremely attractive and lovingly presented. The ambiance and style of the restaurant, both indoors and outdoors, are very tastefully designed and exude a special atmosphere with its own history. The restaurant is divided into several rooms; a wedding was taking place in one of them during our visit. This makes this restaurant ideal for weddings or other festive occasions – highly recommended. The menu is reminiscent of an elegant lifestyle magazine with an impressive selection of dishes and drinks, so everyone is guaranteed to find something to suit their taste. It's definitely worth a visit – I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

The two of us went there for breakfast this morning. We had planned to have a relaxed celebration for my husband's birthday. However, the selection and quality of the food did not, in our opinion, match the high price of €26.90 per person. There were only white bread rolls and a few dark rolls. No other bread. Scrambled eggs were completely runny and overly seasoned. First, the coffee machine ran out of milk, then plates, then the dark rolls were gone for a long time, then the champagne. Some of the staff stood around and seemed disinterested. There was no fish at all. Not even salmon. There were cobwebs everywhere under the counter. So, we won't be coming back.

The Weberhaus impresses not only with its culinary offerings, but above all with its exceptional ambiance. The rustic log cabin, with its abundance of wood, exudes warmth and coziness, immediately conveying a special sense of well-being. The spacious terrace with a view of the greenery is also particularly beautiful, making the stay feel very relaxing. I chose the "Hof Hexe" (Hof Witch) – a baked potato with cheese, served with pulled beef, BBQ sauce, leaf salad, and homemade sour cream. The dish was perfectly balanced: tender meat, creamy potatoes, and a spicy sauce that perfectly complemented the dish. The sour cream was also fresh and delicious. The homemade blackberry rosemary lemonade complemented it perfectly, being pleasantly refreshing and not too sweet. The friendly service rounded off the visit perfectly.

We celebrated our outdoor wedding ceremony at the Weberhaus near the beautiful forest chapel, and then spent a wonderful wedding evening with our guests at the Weberhaus. The food was fantastic (grill buffet), and everyone loved it. Even when we came for dinner alone, it was always delicious. The staff is always friendly and humorous, and we could contact Sebastian at any time with questions and further planning. We would have chosen to celebrate our big day there again! I actually really enjoy going to Weberhaus – especially in the evenings. The burgers are really great, and the location and atmosphere have always won me over. So I decided to invite my family for breakfast on Sunday morning. Unfortunately, that was a big mistake. The breakfast was extremely bad: • The fried eggs had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp for hours; they were yellowish, dry, and curled. • The potato salad tasted sour, probably poorly chilled. • The milk in the coffee machine was empty, and the staff was just wondering how to refill it – but didn't do it at first. • Many other ingredients seemed like they'd been sitting there for a very long time. Particularly irritating: The staff were openly discussing whether they should even restock fresh items after 11 a.m., even though breakfast officially lasts until 12 p.m. By 11:50 a.m., they were already starting to clear out, so there was no juice left, for example. At exactly 12 o'clock, they told me the bill had to be paid immediately because the cash register was closing. I've never experienced such a contrast between the excellent dinner menu and this lackluster breakfast. I can still recommend the Weberhaus for dinner – but for breakfast, a clear warning!

Great location for weddings or other celebrations.

The ambiance is absolutely gorgeous. I can't say anything about the food. We were there at coffee time. However, at 4 p.m., we were no longer able to get cake. When I entered, however, I saw the cake was still there. The waitress said that cake time was over. Okay, no cake then, but a nice hot chocolate. That costs €5.50. Of course, I expect something. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. It was really only lukewarm with cheap whipped cream. It probably won't be a destination in the future. A shame.

Unfortunately, the food on offer doesn't live up to its appearance. We found the dining room quite crowded and, above all, loud. And we were sad to discover that the food served here is mostly pub fare, with schnitzel and burgers.

The food was delicious, and the ambiance was exceptional and fantastic. The service was lacking, dishes were cleared very late, and we sometimes had to wait a very long time for drinks and follow-up drinks. However, the food arrived extremely quickly.

Unfortunately, the staff told us that none of the food we wanted was fresh, but rather everything was purchased, and therefore no special requests, such as omitting ingredients, could be accommodated. The cake wasn't homemade either.

It's a bit of a drive on country roads (according to the navigation system, the speed limit is 100 km/h), but it's worth it. It's a large log cabin with ample parking. The food is simple but of very good quality. Due to the busy wedding scene, we sometimes had to wait quite long.

We were there with a large group (16 people) for a team event. The ambiance was very harmonious and beautiful, the location was great, and the service was very attentive. However, despite a reservation and repeated phone calls, our table wasn't ready. Some of the food arrived either cold or already melted (dessert). It was okay, but for the price, you could do better!

Restaurant for day trips? Yeah, it's clearly signposted, but stopovers aren't exactly encouraged here. We wanted to have a refreshment, so we politely asked the waitress if we could have a beer in the beer garden. "Sure, but you'd have to help yourself." Of course, no problem, but then a very unpleasant man behind the bar shouted "No, we don't" several times – in an unfriendly and very loud tone, so that pretty much everyone in the place could hear. Then no, then we'll just avoid this place from now on. 👌🏻

Today was my first, and definitely not my last, visit to the Weber Haus. The tranquility surrounding the log cabin is as unique and wonderful as the cabin itself. Lovingly designed, it's a place where rustic meets modern. I don't know of anything comparable in our region. The staff was incredibly friendly, dedicated, and very human. I really like that kind of thing, especially since it's not that common these days. The food on offer is perfectly suited to the location and surroundings. Not too overly fussy or complicated, nothing high-end, but solid and very, very tasty. The price/performance ratio is unparalleled. On top of that, the surrounding wooded area invites you to get some exercise in the fresh air. The Weberhaus is a truly well-rounded experience.

We were at the Weberhaus on June 9, 2025. Unfortunately, the food has deteriorated considerably, although the service used to be better. The ground meat on one burger was only lightly fried, and the patty was raw. A schnitzel, which was really small—maximum 160 grams—was missing the salad. And after complaints about the dishes, we would have at least expected a decision, or maybe an appetizer on the house. Furthermore, the Kaiserschmarrn (smothered pancakes) was truly not tasty. It's a shame that a restaurant with a truly lovely ambiance has deteriorated so much in terms of food and service.

Sunday Blues The sign at the entrance says a friendly "please wait." The exact time isn't clearly defined. It seemed too long to us, so we cautiously entered. No greeting, no smile, at some point a surprised "what do you want?" And then "If you'd waited at the front, we would have known what you wanted!" Oops. That hit home. Young service team, a bit uncoordinated. Food served before drinks, second round of cutlery on request, interesting clearing system... Let's forget about it. All beginnings are difficult. But the next table, which started 20 cm from me, was generously sprayed with Dr. Becher glass cleaner while we were eating. Sorry. You should change that urgently! Maybe that's why it didn't taste so good?! It's a shame, because it's a really nice place, comfortably furnished, great location. Maybe Sunday evening was just out of steam?

"Today we stumbled upon the Weberhaus quite by chance. We're from the Weserbergland region, about 90 kilometers away, and had an appointment in Melle. The discovery was a pleasant surprise. There were enough free tables available, so we were able to sit outside on the covered terrace. The pleasant ambiance immediately invited us to linger. My husband, a true Bavarian, was particularly pleased with a hearty Weber beer – and he wasn't disappointed: he enjoyed it excellently. My homemade passion fruit lemonade was also a delight – wonderfully refreshing and just the thing for a sunny day. For dinner, we each chose a burger: the Hüttenburger and the Duck Tail Burger. What can I say – it was a real treat! We've truly never eaten such delicious burgers. The meat was wonderfully juicy and tender, perfectly combined with aromatic sauces that enhanced every bite. A huge compliment and heartfelt thanks to the kitchen team for this taste experience!" If you weren't so far away, we'd definitely come by more often. Thanks to the entire team, and keep up the good work!

We had dinner there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everything was fantastic! Delicious food, very friendly service, and the log cabin is simply fantastic.

We went there for coffee and cake. First, the coffee didn't arrive, then it didn't arrive. A waitress asked again. After a quarter of an hour, the cake finally arrived, but two of the pieces were also wrong. The quality leaves a lot to be desired; it's a commercial cake that's been defrosted in the microwave. We can't comment on the regular dishes, but the logistics leave a lot to be desired.

The food at the Weberhaus was excellent. I haven't had such a perfectly grilled steak in a long time, and my partner such a super-tender venison stew. The steak and venison stew melted in the mouth; the meat was so tender. Huge praise to the chef! The starter was also outstanding (the Weber bread), as was the dessert; the dessert platter for two was just right and not too much. The main courses were also just the right portion size. The ambiance was beautiful and very quiet; it was easy to have a great conversation, and the waiter who served us was also super friendly and not intrusive. We would go back to the Weberhaus anytime and can highly recommend it to anyone. We could also imagine holding parties there with our guests. We will definitely be back.

There were nine of us there and we had 5 ribs all you can eat. The first round was great, but unfortunately, a plate was forgotten and we had to wait so long that the rest of us had already finished. The second round was extremely disappointing. Two people's pork ribs were refrigerator cold and one was half frozen. The waiter only asked if we wanted them refilled, but that took away our appetite. Unfortunately, the service wasn't what it was; it took a very long time, and some drinks were forgotten. We won't be coming back again.

We keep coming back to SpaireRipps All You Can Eat. Previously, the buffet, consisting of various salads, potato dishes, and ribs, was served freely. The new concept with service is too slow and we didn't like it. Better to go back the way it was.

Wir waren zum Muttertag dort. Wir waren etwas zu früh, aber das war kein Problem! Wir wurden sofort freundlich empfangen und bekamen sofort warme Getränke gebracht. Das Frühstück war sehr schön angerichtet und es gab reichlich Auswahl. Der Raum in dem das Buffet angerichtet ist, könnte etwas größer sein, aber man mit etwas Geduld geht es auch so. Der Preis war absolut gerechtfertigt für die Auswahl und das Ambiente. Dieses Angebot werden wir jetzt öfter wahr nehmen.

Ja, teurer als ein Schnellimbiss (Leute, wenn ihr unzufrieden seid, dann geht doch einfach wieder dorthin) aber absolut lohnenswert. Wir waren schon öfter dort und werden auch gerne wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!!!

The food was really delicious - the tarte flambée with game in particular had an exceptionally good taste. The service was wonderfully friendly and accommodating. It was also nice that we were able to look around the restaurant in peace - the decor is really impressive. The only small point of criticism: You could constantly hear clear children screaming on the lawn, which might be a bit inconvenient if you wanted it to be a little quieter. Apart from that, the visit was a complete success

First you are not picked up at the entrance, then despite an agreement with a waitress you are "hit on" by another waiter, which is what we want, then none of the numerous waiters come to take your order for 20 minutes, then one of the two cakes you ordered is delivered incorrectly, then after a long wait in between you ask 2 waiters to pay and then you can only pay when you go to the checkout yourself because of the long wait...
