Nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the burger was a bit cold and the bun was a bit too cross for my taste. Otherwise very tasty. The surrounding area invites you to take a walk. You can sit outside. There are delicious cakes/waffles.

We were here spontaneously today and ate with 7 people. Great atmosphere and very tasty.

The first thing that catches your eye is simply the restaurant, a brilliant idea, made only from tree trunks and changing the look inside as little as possible. There were a lot of service staff at the time of eating, so you were served and looked after very well and quickly and on my evening there were two young waitresses who hadn't been doing the job for very long but were allowed to keep doing it. They left a good impression. Not a large selection of food the better for the choice. I would love to come back but then with friends, I want them to experience it too. Thank you very much for the evening.

Great ambience and simply great location. We had dinner here with friends who were visiting. We were 4 people and had 2 small children with us. 2 and 4 years. There are high chairs. Food was very, very tasty. The pork loin could have been cooked a little shorter but was still very tasty. I just like it a little more juicy. In terms of taste, the dishes were all very tasty. We also had the goat's cheese as a starter, which everyone really enjoyed, and the soup, which is much better, but I'm also a soup junkie. I always try soup everywhere and cook it much better myself. What can I say? It was simply a beef soup, which makes me think of bullion rather than boiled leg slices or beef marrow bones. That wasn't it. In addition, the game was eaten and found to be very tasty. We'll definitely come back again. Service was also great. Toilets very clean. A kick for children would be great and many parents would be happy about it. Just makes washing your hands so much easier. The meal was so rich with starters that unfortunately none of the delicious sounding desserts fit in. We'll catch up on that.

Wir waren recht spontan heute mit der Familie essen. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön und das Personal wirklich freundlich. Das Essen war fantastisch. Wir hatten 2x Schnitzel (Fleisch vom Aktivstall). Die Beilagen waren handgemacht und qualitativ absolut hochwertig und einfach lecker. Die selbstgemachte Limonade und der Eistee schmeckten uns ebenfalls sehr gut. Es ist etwas hochpreisiger aber dafür bekommt man auch eine sehr gute Qualität, was den Preis rechtfertigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren schon des Öfteren im Weber Haus und sind jedes Mal begeistert. Bei unserm letzten Besuch haben wir zum ersten Mal das Spareribbs-Buffet (donnerstags) ausprobiert und es war mega lecker und absolut empfehlenswert! Ein großes Lob geht auch wieder an den Service - überaus freundlich und aufmerksam!

We went to the Weberhaus for the first time after a recommendation. What can you say.... The overall picture is excellent. From the service to the great ambience of the log cabin and of course the very, very tasty food. We were really extremely satisfied.

We were there a third time now and disappointed again. I mean, the food consists of at least 80% processed products. That doesn't work at all. The ambience can't get anything out of it either. The starter soup was probably a packet soup refined with frozen semolina dumplings and mussel noodles from the packet. The schnitzel appeared to be fried pressed meat. And I could continue like this now. The service staff really tries to be friendly, but they urgently need training. Everything is a bit disorganized. If my question about a senior plate is answered in the affirmative, but then the full price is still charged, that is pretty outrageous. It's such a shame that we want to show our guests a beautiful location in the middle of the beautiful nature of our homeland, and then in the end everyone goes home disappointed. Dear owner, please train your staff. We had ordered a table online. When we arrived it was neither set nor was there a special table for us. We had the feeling that the staff had no knowledge of our reservation. And why do I have to pay at the counter? I've never heard of such nonsense. If I'm served at the table, I should be allowed to pay at the table. Please reconsider my criticism, it is such a great house, built with so much love in detail, that should be reflected in all other things. We will definitely try it again because I think this house deserves it.

Food and everything was great. The schnitzel was a bit small but that's my personal opinion. Then they forgot to bring us cutlery. At the end of the evening we all got a schnapps on the house. The staff was friendly and nice.

We came specifically from Münsterland to be able to eat there. It's a very nice place, very cozy in the bockhaus. The terrace is wonderfully beautiful with a view of a lake. Highly recommended for a great meal. We would be happy to come back and recommend it to others.

Negative: - dirty and sticky tables - Wax residue on the seats - Guests must bring their own food pack/refill if you need it want to take with you - no or only partial curtains -Staff disorganized/orders could not be assigned - Staff sets fire to the neighboring table Candle on, all other tables with us Room were ignored, candles stayed away. - Starter came parallel to the main course - some drinks were available to us on the billing, even though we have this hadn't ordered at all Conclusion: For the price range we expect more attention and, above all, cleanliness at the table. It's ok that the staff work in chaos, but not at the expense of the guests. We were promised more here. Greetings to the kitchen, the food was great, the rest was unfortunately not ok.

Sehr schöne Blockhausoptik, innen wie außen schön anzusehen. Liegt sehr abgelegen schön im Wald. An dem Tag, an dem wir das Weberhaus besucht haben, waren ein oder zwei Gesellschaften dort (Hochzeit oder so). Troztdem wurden wir sehr zuvorkommend, schnell und aufmerksam bedient, das Essen war sehr schnell serviert und megalecker. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen sicher wieder.

The Weberhaus is a new, modern, high-quality and very generously built log house in the middle of the Meller nature. There are very good parking options and the path from the parking lot to the restaurant or beer garden is flat and relatively short. The ambience is impressive. The guest sits at well-equipped and comfortably lit tables and is warmly welcomed by the staff and well served. A look at the menu shows an interesting variety of dishes, vegetarians should also find what they are looking for and fill up here. In my opinion, the prices are very reasonable for such a well-equipped restaurant. The breakfast buffet is lovingly prepared and is always replenished in a timely manner, so that everything remains within reach throughout the entire stay. As far as selection goes, I've had better experiences. No fish, no exceptional cheese specialties, but great types of jam and high-quality coffee specialties. Overall, a great 4 stars...

What an enchanting place! Everything actually fits here. The ambience is simply beautiful. In the middle of nature, connected to nature and the entire Weberhaus is built from natural materials. A place to linger, enjoy and feel good. The service was very friendly, courteous and always attentive. After I had already had the opportunity to get to know the Weberhaus privately, I now had the opportunity to accompany a wedding celebration there with my camera. The rooms are super inviting, the buffet is so attractively designed and incredibly tasty. As a service provider and guest I felt 💯% comfortable I look forward to many more events at the Weberhaus! We were there with the family and everyone was able to find something delicious to eat on the menu. Whether potato, game or cheese spaetzle, everyone was more than satisfied with their meal. The ambience is excellent! We have rarely sat so beautifully! Only the service could have been a little quicker, but we could live with that very well. We were seated well and had something to eat and drink ;) This was definitely not our last visit!

Since we only live 10 minutes away, we regularly eat at the Weberhaus and can recommend it without reservation. Great ambience, a beautiful outdoor area, plus the location on the edge of the forest. The food is always delicious and the portions are large. A cake buffet is offered on Sundays, which we have used several times. After a hike in the forest you can simply enjoy a beer there. We celebrated our wedding there in the hall at the beginning of August 2024 and previously had a free wedding ceremony right next to it. We were a bit annoying in advance and had a lot to discuss, but we were always listened to and the entire process from the drinks before the wedding, champagne reception including canapes, grill buffet, dessert, currywurst as a midnight snack, the service, etc. was flawless works, we would do it the same way again. The entire team is very warm, almost friendly. Big thanks again for the great day/evening. Steffi & Christian

Da wir nur 10 Minuten entfernt wohnen sind wir regelmäßig zum Essen im Weberhaus und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Tolles Ambiente, eine schöne Außenanlage, dazu die Lage am Waldrand. Das Essen schmeckt immer sehr lecker und es gibt große Portionen. Sonntags wird ein Kuchenbuffet angeboten was wir auch schon öfter genutzt haben. Nach einer Wanderung im Wald kann man dort auch einfach nur mal ein Bier genießen. Wir haben Anfang August 2024 unsere Hochzeit dort in dem Saal gefeiert und hatten vorher direkt daneben eine freie Trauung. Im Vorfeld waren wir etwas lästig und hatten viel zu besprechen, wir haben aber immer ein offenes Ohr bekommen und die gesamte Abwicklung von den Getränken vor der Trauung, Sektempfang inkl. Canapes, Grillbuffet, Nachtisch, Currywurst als Mitternachtssnack, der Service usw. haben einwandfrei funktioniert, wir würden es genauso wieder machen. Das gesamte Team ist sehr herzlich, fast schon freundschaftlich. Großes Dank nochmal für den tollen Tag/Abend. Steffi & Christian

Es war sowohl geschmacklich als auch optisch wundervoll und ansprechend. Die Servicekräfte waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Aber allein das Ambiente lohnt sich für einen Ausflug. Mitten im Wald, in der Natur, befindet sich dieses tolle Blockhaus, besonders bei Dämmerung/Dunkelheit ein Augenschmaus.

Sehr schönes Restaurant. Im Jubiläumsjahr zusätzlich neue Angebote. Tip: Reservieren Sie einen Tisch im Außenbeleuchtung unter dem Giebel zur Teichseite. Empfehlung: Lavendel-Spritz als Aperitif und Ochsenbäckchen. Guten Appetit!

Wir kommen immer gern . Leider war der Service ein wenig durcheinander beim letzten Mal .

Das Essen war wirklich gut, das Ambiente ist einzigartig. Das Personal hatte aber scheinbar einen schlechten Tag und wirkte insgesamt überfordert, obwohl im Verhältnis zur Anzahl der Gäste aus meiner Sicht mehr als genügend Angestellte vorhanden waren. Im extra ausgewiesenen Wartebereich wurden wir ca. 5 Minuten nicht beachtet, obwohl von mehreren Angestellten unsere Anwesenheit registriert wurde und wir einen Tisch reserviert hatten. Die Tischzuweisung war dann problemlos und auch die Getränke kamen schnell. Auf die Vorspeise (Brot mit Dip) mussten wir ca. 30 Minuten warten. Die Bestellung der Hauptgerichte in der Küche ist dann lt. Aussage des Mitarbeiters wohl leider nach der Hauptspeise nicht „ausgelöst“ worden, weshalb wir erst ca. 45 Minuten nach der Vorspeise auf Nachfrage unsere Hauptspeisen erhielten. Gleiches passierte dann mit der Nachspeise. Nachbestellte Getränke kamen sofort, die Nachspeise ist leider wieder in der Küche „untergegangen“, obwohl es mittlerweile 21:00 Uhr war und kaum noch Gerichte an den Tischen serviert wurden. Sollte es sich bei uns um einen Einzelfall gehandelt haben, sicherlich zu verschmerzen. Ist das jedoch die Regel, dann sollte dringend das Servicekonzept überdacht werden. PS: Ein kleiner Nachlass auf der Rechnung wäre auch durchaus wünschenswert gewesen, wenn man schon knapp 140€ an einem Abend dort lässt und sich mit gleich mehreren Problemen konfrontiert sieht.

Unser Besuch im Weberhaus war wieder ein Erlebnis der Besonderen Art. Reservierung hat online problemlos geklappt, Der Service und das Essen waren ganz hervorragend. Auch gibt es tolle hauseigene Limonaden ,sehr guten Wein usw.Wir sassen auf der hinteren Terasse mit Blick ins Grüne .Das Ambiente ist einfach toll .Auch bei achlechterem Wetter oder als Ausflugsziel mit dem Fahrrad absolut empfehlenswert.

Always a recommendation. I've been here several times for company parties and private parties and have been thrilled every time.

Great ambience and varied menu. The reception was also good. Unfortunately, no one asked if there was anything else to drink. It was a Sunday evening and well attended, but there would certainly have been time for a drink or two. But there is always potential for improvement👍🏻.

We have eaten there several times, both at lunch and in the evening. Great ambience in the Weberhaus and you can also sit outside with a view of nature. The service is great and very professional. I had heard a lot of good things about the Weberhaus, but was very disappointed. I hesitated between the ribs all-you-can-eat and the game ragout with mushrooms and spaetzle. After I looked under the lid of the ribs, I decided (because it was too dry) for the ragout. To put it briefly: The spaetzle were cheap dried spaetzle from the discount store, the mushrooms were small, round mushrooms from a can. The meat was okay and the sauce, well. I'm sorry, but I've eaten better in some canteens. If I ever end up there again, I'll try a burger - they looked delicious.

A pleasant restaurant near Melle. If there are more customers in the restaurant, inform those driving that you may have to park a little further from the restaurant.

Today we ate dinner at the Weberhaus again for a long time. I can only say never again. There were 4 of us, all of the food was lukewarm. You used to be able to get fried potatoes... there are no more, and there are several things you can't even list . I don't know if the ownership has changed? But one thing is true, the prices.

Bad service, sarcastic attitude... Terrible food ( all served cold ). Save your money and don't bother..... When trying to get service all week got was a wave and snigger from the waiters.

Wir hätten uns beim Frühstücksbüffet mehr Auswahl gewünscht (Fisch, Frischkäse, Pancake. Ect.) Die Gläser wurden erst sehr spät abgeräumt und die Tassen waren zu klein für den Cappuccino, der ist immer übergelaufen. Das Ambiente war wunderschön, leider saßen wir im hinteren Raum, da war es zwar sehr schön, aber vorne wäre es nochmal deutlich schöner gewesen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder, aber nicht zum Frühstücken.

We highly recommend this place! We stopped here for lunch on our way to Berlin (from Amsterdam) and on the way back with our kids. It's a real gem: great food, careful decoration, great location in the woods and with a playground for the kids but most importantly: amazing staff. The owner is incredibly attentive and kind and clearly cares for the place, we will definitely be back!

Food wasn't good. Price performance didn't fit.

Das Ambiente ist in der Region nahezu einzigartig schön. Unser Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, der Service war bemüht und freundlich, teilweise wurden wir allerdings leider vergessen und mussten entsprechend vergleichsweise lange warten.

Nach der Vorspeise haben wir leider zu lange auf den Hauptgang warten müssen.

Were invited to a wedding there. Actually, one word is enough: Mega! Very beautiful and idyllic location. The food was very tasty (steak/salmon/bits/...) and the drinks were also well prepared. The service was top class: everyone, really everyone, was very friendly and attentive! As soon as the beer was empty, the next one was ready ;) The restaurant also has a beautiful outdoor area with an adjacent pond, which we unfortunately couldn't use due to the weather. Highly recommended, as a wedding location or just for eating!

Die Location ist super schön im Wald und ist sehr modern und gemütlich! Die Zwei Schnitzel Gerichte waren super. Leider war die Ofenkartoffel meiner Frau sehr kalt und trocken. Als Fazit würde ich dem Laden wieder eine Chance geben und freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch.

We celebrated our civil wedding in the Weberhaus hall and were thrilled by the atmosphere and the friendly service. Everything was easily discussed and organized with the event manager in advance and everything went as planned. We were allowed to bring our own decorations and even choose our own mocktails/cocktails which were then given our own chosen name :-) The food and drinks were also very, very good. We can warmly recommend the Weberhaus. 5/5 stars!

The ambience is overwhelming. Breakfast is a Vauxpass. Nothing against the food, but no napkins, cutlery or dishes on the tables. Well, then you just have to get it yourself. No napkins at the buffet either. But what's not possible at all is that I have to juggle my full coffee cup through the guests running back and forth. In rare cases this works well. Queue a second time to choose breakfast. Later when I went to get a second helping, there were no cutlery or plates. Everything used up. Back at my seat to get my used plate, it had already been cleared away by the waitress. So no follow-up. I think the coffee utensils, such as sugar, milk and breakfast dishes, belong on the tables where I want to eat my food. You could put one or two coffee pots on each table, because people drink coffee for breakfast. Then you don't have to juggle your full coffee cup with the guests running back and forth. Napkins also belong in my place. It can't be that I have to hand out my handkerchiefs. My conclusion: The ambience cannot make up for this. I'll be back, but not for breakfast.

You would have expected a dark Northern farmhouse with low ceilings and grumpy staff. But here, five minutes by car from Melle, you find yourself, between meadows and trees, in front of a giant log house in pale wood. There is a beautiful garden outside. Inside, lots of space and light. A waiter leads you in. They have a buffet, and we were afraid it was a Dutch "All you can Eat" place with tons of poor and fat food. It was not. We had crispy Schnitzel and tasty Hamburgers. No trace of the traumatic German cream sauces other restaurants there drown the food in. Very friendly staff and the best food we ate while staying in Niedersachsen.

Wir waren mit Freunden zum Abendessen hier. Das Weberhaus ist schon etwas besonderes durch die Bauweise. Ein riesiges Blockhaus am Waldesrand. Bisher waren wir nur im Winter hier und so war die Umgebung etwas trostlos. Im Frühling und Sommer ist es bestimmt alles grün drumherum. Die Speisekarte hat für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, egal ob vegan oder fleischlastig. Wir hatten jeder etwas anderes und es hat allen geschmeckt. Burger, Flammkuchen, Schnitzel alles war ansprechend angerichtet und sah auch appetitlich aus. Es gab genug Personal so das keine langen Wartezeiten entstanden. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.
