Wir haben über 2 Stunden warten müssen

Wir waren heute in Ihrem Restaurant in Hamburg und sind extrem enttäuscht. 1. Die Mantu wurden komplett kalt serviert. 2. Uns wurde „afghanischer Shor Nakhod“ angeboten, aber das hatte nichts mit echtem Shor Nakhod zu tun. Die Kichererbsen waren hart und offensichtlich nicht richtig gekocht. 3. Die Gandana-Bolani war innen noch roh. 4. Der Tisch war schmutzig und überhaupt nicht hygienisch sauber. 5. Als wir dem Mitarbeiter freundlich mitgeteilt haben, dass das Essen kalt ist, wurde unser Hinweis nicht ernst genommen. Statt professionell zu reagieren, war das Verhalten respektlos, verantwortungslos und teilweise sogar spöttisch. Für ein Restaurant sind Sauberkeit, frisches Essen und respektvoller Umgang mit Gästen absolute Grundlagen. Was wir heute erlebt haben, war leider in jeder Hinsicht enttäuschend

Hier gibt es köstliche Sandwiches mit sehr leckeren iranischen und afghanischen Gerichten.

Watan Pizza & Sandwich is an Afghan shop where the dishes are typically Afghan. Every Afghan shop is often busy, especially those frequented primarily by customers who know exactly what they want. New customers are warmly welcomed in every Afghan shop. If you're unsure and think everything looks Arabic, just ask an employee – most speak good German and are happy to help. Saying nothing and simply walking out doesn't make a good impression.

Very tasty and I have to mention again that the fries were well seasoned; I have never eaten better fries anywhere.

The chablikabab was so old that it could not be chewed. It wasn't real Afghan Chablikabab, but just dried meat. I ordered 1 x soup to try in a half-full cup, 3 pieces of chablikabab - as dry as the sole of my shoe - and a bolani and paid a total of €19.50 for it. Never again!

I only ate the Bolani here. They are extremely tasty. I don't know the rest

Little insider tip. The homemade hot and aromatic watan sauce is worth a visit alone, in my opinion the unique selling point and highlight of the offer! I tried the stuffed, inexpensive bolani (potato or leek) and was also very satisfied. Although it looks rather intimidating from the outside, the snack bar is a real recommendation for anyone who is open-minded, a little brave and wants to try something tasty and cheap within a 5-minute walk of the main station. For dessert I had a dessert made from frozen noodles and rose water, which was also very tasty.

Ich habe einen Bolani mit Lauch gegessen und war absolut begeistert! Freundlich und zuvorkommend wurde ich bedient und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Ausgezeichneter Laden für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch!

I have tried ''zaban'' sandwich two times before here and I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately today we had a complete apposite experience with the same sandwich :( It was not good at all :( We have found lots of fat parts in our sandwiches which you could not chew them at all and you had to just throw them away.

You may visit this place only if you miss your home country. The quality of the food was 👎

Heute spontan ein persisches Sandwich mit Hähnchen probiert. Wirklich super lecker, alles frisch zubereitet, nette Bedienung, bin total begeistert! Willkommene Abwechslung zur typischen Döner/Schawarma Mittagspause!

Beste Pizza und Sandwich und leckerste, so frischer Salat frisches und leckeres Fleisch, ich bin 5 Tage in der Woche so zufrieden, dass ich Sandwich essen sollte.

Ehe ichFotos machen konnte waren die 6 Falafeln aufgegessen. Ich habe Watan Pizza & Sandwich zufällig gefunden. Auf der Suche nach neuen Anregungen für meine kleine Tochter die unter Zöliakie leidet, bin ich hier gelandet und habe 6 Falafeln bekommen; ich habe keine Beilage im Sinne von Baguette und Salat mitgenommen. Da die Falafeln ohne Weizen und sonstigem Glutenhaltigen Zutaten besteht, habe ich sie meiner Tochter mitgebracht. Sie war begeistert. Das einzige was sie störte war die Schärfe. Die war schon ziemlich dominant. Wir werden wieder kommen. DANKE!!!!!

Hatten hier spontan eine kleine Pizza, recht lecker, nur der Käse schien kein Pizza-käse zu sein, hier ist noch eine Verbesserungsmöglichkeit.
