The food was overall very tasty; the portions large. Only the cleanliness of the toilets leaves something to be desired. Otherwise, the restaurant is of course also very conveniently located if you are just passing through/departing/arriving via Hamburg Central Station.

High quality Iranian kebabs with polite servers 👌

I had a guest today and we went here. I wanted to hang my daughter's jacket, who is one year old. The waiter, Shaan, treated me very badly. They are eating here, and you shouldn't hang her clothes here.

The stuffing is very tasteless and of poor quality, the behavior of the personnel is very unpleasant, the price is not worth the quality at all, and the outer packaging was very bad.

I had dinner at Tehran today, the food was good and the staff was very nice. What bothered me was that the boss, an older man, always opened the kitchen door and shouted. And the staff was very unfriendly and shouted loudly throughout the restaurant.

Very tasty food and very attentive staff. Lots of Persian guests, which again speaks for the quality of the dishes! By the way, the best peppermint tea I've ever had!!

ich wollte das eigentlich auf google maps posten aber die löschen die schlechte bewertungen Ich war gestern mit meiner Familie dort essen, und alles, was ich als Gast erfahren habe, war pure Respektlosigkeit. Als ich den Besitzer darüber informierte, dass ich mein Essen mit Brot haben wollte, ist der Herr völlig ausgerastet. Statt das Essen nach meinen Wünschen zuzubereiten, hat er mit mir diskutiert. Allerdings blieb der junge Herr, der dabei war, ruhig und hat versucht, die Lage zu entschärfen. Das war wirklich das letzte Mal, dass ich dieses Restaurant betrete.

Delicious food, well seasoned, if necessary it could be a little spicier. Good price-performance ratio.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience And we went because of the suggestion of the companion who was with us The quality of the rice is awful It is not Iranian rice The pounded kebab and chanje smelled a lot of meat I mean, every spoonful of food I ate, I tried to eat only with buttermilk so that I would be less bothered by the taste of kebabs. We ordered a tray of kebabs, zarshak pilou with chicken and chanje. The taste and smell of rice was bad. The meat of the kebabs was clearly left over and they were made edible by the force of the spices. Not having any cinnamon for kebabs. The chicken was very tasteless and dry.

We had a really great evening in the Persian restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing – so delicious and beautifully seasoned, just as you would imagine. The staff? Simply super friendly and totally attentive, you immediately felt at home. Everything is perfect here – we will definitely be back!

As a person who is very familiar to iranian food, people and behavior, I would never recommend this restaurant. I didn't feel welcomed because of staffs behavior. They talked very loudly with themselves, not nice musics, not a special atmosphere/design of an Iranian resturant, and the food was not good enough. Very shame that the name of resturant (not just the name but everything) represents a country. NOT recommended!

Just had the perfect dining experience here. The food is exquisite, smells and flavors are divine. Lovely Persian music playing in the authentically Persian ambiance. I’ve never been to Teheran, but I felt like I could have been there. Service was attentive and warm, advising me to order exactly the right menu choices based on what I described. Thank you for the absolutely wonderful lunch.

Delicious oriental dishes in a very nice atmosphere!

Unfortunately the food was bland and rather slapdash. I wanted to say like a canteen, but these days canteens are of a high standard. We had to wait forever for the waiter to at least get the menu, then wait just as long for him to take the order. The shop wasn't clean. The cloakroom was dusty, the floor and table surfaces deserved better cleaning. The parking situation is a bit difficult. The staff was very nice and that is the reason for the 2nd star.

I went to Tehran Restaurant with my family and unfortunately we were very disappointed. The food did not meet our expectations at all. The kebab hardly tasted like the typical Iranian kebab and was heavily dominated by turmeric and onions, while the meat flavor was almost completely lost. The yoghurt and salad were also not convincing, especially considering the price. Unfortunately, overall it wasn't a positive experience for us.

We went today, my wife ordered Kebab Soltani and I also ordered Fasanjun, the staff was nice, the bathroom was clean, and the food was excellent, and the amount of food was very large and we were satisfied with the price. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also nostalgic for me

We've been back for years. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has surprisingly dropped a lot. The inner courtyard was very untidy and partially under renovation. Accordingly, no peace and quiet while eating. I hope it improves because we have nice memories from this place.

Greetings I had read the comments about this restaurant before, but we went at the insistence of a friend who wished we had a falafel and I would not have gone here... We entered the door, the hostess asked in a very rude tone: "How many did you go?" Then she said and pointed with her hand that you can sit there... there... The tomato was not cooked at all... the rice was almost half for one press... The rice smelled like Pakistani rice... And the kebab... the first thing about the kebab is that it was not cooked at all, of course, they can't cook it more because most of it was fat, and in order to neutralize the smell of fat, they used a lot of onion and turmeric. I have been living 11+ years out of Iran and this was the BEST Kabab dishes we had tried outside of Iran. The Koobideh was juicy, Jooje Kabab was tender (juicy inside and with a nice crust), and the Barg was just out of this world, super tender and it would melt in our mouth. Totally recommend. The Kashk-e-Bademjan was also really tasty for the starter (the portion is small though).

Tehran Restaurant in Hamburg We dined here, and the quality of the food was excellent. The staff provided very friendly service, and the prices were very reasonable. The restaurant has a beautiful and traditional ambiance, and most importantly, a great location with parking available. Highly recommended.

The quality of the food was really average. The lamb shank was thoroughly cooked but was stale. However, the portion size was large. The restaurant manager was also very displeased with us paying by card and did not treat us well. According to the menu, our meal with tea should have been €48.20, but the manager charged us an extra €5. Additionally, when we requested a receipt, they did not provide one. The food package was really ordinary, the muscle was fully cooked, but it was old, but the food was large, and the restaurant manager was very unhappy for us to pay with a card, and by the way, they did not treat us well, according to the menu, our meal was 48.20 with tea, but they were responsible. The restaurant charged us 5 euros more. And when we requested to receive the customer's receipt, they did not give it to us.

If you want a piece of Iran in Hamburg, then you have to visit this restaurant. Kabab Soltani was a poem and finally a Persian restaurant with proper sabzikhordan. We were there two days in a row, so I can only recommend it! :)

We really didn’t have much food, but everything we had was really tasty, fresh and clean. Drinks were also very good. They didn’t spend too much time explaining the menu but that’s ok. We would definitely go again.

First of all, it is mandatory that the staff of a restaurant be polite, and this restaurant failed in that regard. The man who took the orders was annoying, impolite, and aggressive. Regarding the quality of the food, it was not compatible with the price. The kebab was not of good quality and was a little bit fatty.

I would never recommend if someone expects a good mood!!!!! I reserved a table for three people and I waited 40 minutes for my food. It's okay, sometimes it takes a while, no problem, but the problem was that three tables with four or five people had just arrived and they got their food after 15 minutes. It's very rude. Special The waiter has so very bad Mood, you don't know how to serve the customers. I couldn't wait any longer in this atmosphere I had to leave this place I just paid for the drinks.
