Very unfriendly employees. Would never eat there again. I was not recommended.

I was there at lunchtime today and the employees were very unfriendly

Simply great! The staff are very friendly and the food tasted very tasty. I've never tried Iranian food before, but for the first time, it was a really great experience. I would recommend it to anyone!!

The food was solid and reasonably priced, although the drink selection was somewhat limited. The service was friendly, but communication was difficult because our waiter only spoke limited German and we didn't understand Persian. However, what ruined the entire evening was the unbelievable noise in the restaurant. It was so deafening that it was difficult to have a conversation at your own table - let alone enjoy the food. Other guests literally screamed, the laughter was bloodcurdling and permeated the entire room. The situation escalated so much that a table near us finally gave up and moved away to escape the noise. Our polite request for a little more consideration was completely ignored and the waiter merely responded with a smile but didn't seem to understand anything. A relaxed meal was impossible here - definitely the last visit for us.

In contrast to the Persian competition in Hamburg, it was really just okay. The price of everything here has recently increased, but the service is pretty mediocre. The last time the owner even let a guest sit in front of the toilet next to cardboard packages. When I offered my place because we wanted to go anyway, he rudely refused. The front door is often not closed, which made it really cold and the kebab is extremely stretched with onions, probably to save on meat. The taste of the chicken is okay, but some of it is a bit pink on the inside. all in all pretty average.

very delicious kabab. We ordered Soltani, Shishlik , kashke bademjan. Kashke bademjan did not have kashk!, or maybe so little as nothing! so it didn’t good but kababs were very delicious, good cooked rice and also Nice staff. Totally it is a place I come surely back.

The food was really delicious and we really enjoyed it. The preparation was excellent and the ingredients were fresh and aromatic. Unfortunately, the service did not quite meet our expectations. It would have been nice if the staff had been a little friendlier and more attentive. Nevertheless, we would like to highlight the positive aspects and thank the chefs for the delicious food.

The food was really delicious, thank you very much! Unfortunately, I noticed that one of the employees didn't seem particularly friendly. It seemed like she wasn't very familiar with all the procedures yet. Maybe you could give her some more time to get used to it? All in all, it was a pleasant visit.

The food used to taste better. They seem to have changed chefs. The positions have definitely become smaller and tasteless. The rice didn't taste good at all and the grilled specialties were ok. The waitress waited for us to finish and leave so she could seat the next customers. You had the impression of sitting on a conveyor belt. It's also very loud and the seating is very tight, so you unintentionally overhear the conversations of the neighboring tables.

Very good food and nice staff. The lamb is very tender. Very well attended, it was full. Best to reserve. But make up your own mind.

Prices are absolutely acceptable, you have to look twice because the prices seem incredibly cheaper than you are used to. And you can see that it's cheap, the store is full, the food is fresh and tasty, and the service is great. From the starter to the main course to the dessert, everything was great. Drinks too. In any case, everything was fresh. The service was very friendly and courteous with a smile. The ambience is very pleasant in a good corner of a lively part of the city.

Rice (baghali polo) was rotten! Already smelled and taste was disgusting! That doesn't work at all!! As soon as it was served you could smell the bad smell, impossible! 80 euros of money wasted, what a shame! Even though the boss was there in person today! That shows no control! I don't want to know what it looks like in the back of the kitchen! A case for the public order office!!!

I had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful Persian restaurant and it was an absolute delight! The traditional dishes like Chelokabab Kubide are simply delicious. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy real Persian food!

The portions of the meals were very large and they tasted good, the prices were reasonable, the waiters were very polite and always asked if we wanted anything.

Un desastre y un conflicto final con el precio inexplicable en cualquier país y en cualquier restaurante .Nos traen una carta en alemán , la pedimos en inglés , nos la traen y ordenamos los platos con esa carta en inglés y con los precios que venían en ESA CARTA. Traen al cabo de un buen rato uno de los platos equivocados argumentando que los números están cambiados en la carta alemana. Corrigen y traen finalmente el plato que se habían pedido más de media hora antes. Pero la sorpresa final, ademas de no traernos el postre que se había pedido 1 hora antes “porque la cocina ya está cerrada, nos traen la cuenta con los precios de la carta alemana que, al parecer están más actualizados que la inglesa. Un engaño y un robo que no tiene justificación y que acabó estropeando un bonito día disfrutado en esta bella ciudad. Que a nadie se le ocurra ir a este restaurante sin esperar cualquier sorpresa desagradable. Después de un buen rato de discusión absurda nos cobran de mala gana el precio de la,carta inglesa que es por el que nos regimos desde el inicio.

The food was to die for. The starters were delicious and very refreshing with mint. The lamb was incredibly tasty and I love the yogurt with wild garlic.

Hello, I always used to go to Sepideh restaurant. But unfortunately, I don't know why the quality of the food has decreased drastically. I ordered a pounded kebab. It has a hard white texture inside. Eating a vegetable that is eaten first is a shriveled and completely spoiled vegetable. I removed the shriveled ones so you can see later. The rice is made from Indian bimze rice that is not completely soft. Unfortunately, you don't have any feeling that this food was prepared with patience and interest. They just want to count the money quickly. They try to seat the Germans as much as possible at the tables by the window, and they always say that there is a reservation, while they never reserve a table when you call. It's really unfortunate. I told all my friends that we should look for another restaurant and we won't leave again. When a restaurant disrespects the customer's conscience like this after being famous, there is nothing left to say. Super restaurants are always improving their services, but restaurants like Sepideh are limited to this.

The food is tasty but a bit salty

The side salad was not good but the Kabab was delicious. The rice was not good at all. The atmosphere was not so pleasant. I wouldn’t recommend.

Everything was at its best, only the atmosphere was very loud and restless. What is missing is light music so that people can calm us down and we can enjoy the time when it would be quiet there.

The food here is terrific! The best Persian restaurant in Hamburg, highly recommended. The prices have gone up a little but it's worth it for the food. The ambience isn't bad either, often a bit crowded but still nice. Top restaurant!

During my visit to hamburg, i decided to try this restaurant out and i did not regret it. Very delicious food. With a nice seating area. Everything we ordered was up to expectations. Staff were extremely friendly. Highly recommend visiting this restaurant when in hamburg. Nice dining experience.

I ordered the Shishlik, Chenje, Juje, and Special Mahiche at Sepideh, and I must say, it’s the best Iranian restaurant in Germany. If you’re ever in Hamburg, make sure to dine there—it’s an experience you won’t want to miss.

Unfortunately, the rice portions are getting smaller and smaller.. 🤷🏼 I understand it, because many people are so disgustingly wasteful and leave food lying around and therefore throw it away.. Stupid people! but please, if someone says please add a little more rice because that person is hungry then please don't give a small portion 😢.. Well otherwise still good food and nice atmosphere.. Prices, like almost everywhere, are unfortunately constantly rising... 🤷🏼‍♀️ Hopefully that will change again at some point. Otherwise, recommended and enjoy your meal.

It was our second visit. The first time, the staff were so unfriendly, the food was raw. And I would give 2 stars. However this time the staff were helpful and nice and surprisingly the food was soooo good. 😊

This one star is already too much. We were there for the second time and each time we missed a warm welcome, friendliness and quality. Very crowded but unfortunately no quality. To waiters, very arrogant and unfriendly just like the owner. He gives everyone a smile but inside he says, "Come in, eat your food, give us the money and run away." The worst thing is that the food is simply thrown on the table so that they can run to the next table and don't ask anymore. Because of the large number of guests, the lady at the table came and wanted us to pay and clear the table for the standing guests. You couldn't pay by card, I don't know why, but luckily my husband still had cash and we weren't given a receipt. Very strange. We feel like they don't want us, just the money in our pockets. I won't put up with it and will never go to this place again. Not recommended at all.

After a short phase of weakness, he picked himself up again and serves the best Persian food in Hamburg with the usual quality. My recommendation: The “Schischlik” (grilled lamb chops)!

I like eating here for the following reasons: The kebab is simply delicious. Indescribably tender, spicy and very delicate. The rice with butter is a good addition. Beforehand there is an aperitif with large onions, herbs and this thin bread. The staff is always friendly. I noticed that I often arrived unannounced with several people and was ALWAYS greeted warmly and assigned a table. The prices are totally ok...and there are many other dishes that you can order. I personally also like this Iranian-Persian flair and the staff also passed on these characteristics and the beauty of Persian culture. By the way, the toilets are in a clean condition....also a good detail....You can also sit outside....there are several tables for outside....great idea from the operator....It's mine But it still only gets 4 points because there are some details that I don't like. First of all, the store does not have its own parking spaces. Yes, you have to look for a long time when you drive up in your carriage. And unfortunately it is always loud there. By that I mean, unfortunately, many, many children and adults are a little loud... But that's also because there are a lot of guests... All the tables are well attended almost every day... Personally, I would like it if it were If there was some Persian music in the restaurant in the background it would have been a nice detail....In any case, I recommend the shop and would happily go there again....Lastly, a note about the fact that you can also take your food away... So order food and pick it up.....There is something else that I noticed....NO ALCOHOL....There is no alcohol...I don't know if it was a coincidence every time I visited, but I looked up never ALCOHOL on the tables...I personally think that's good...but it might be helpful for others who want to drink... Lastly, I would like to praise the owner of the store. The shop is always clean... well maintained... nothing broken... good furniture... and also a lot of staff who are all really friendly despite the stress you have with service...

Authentic Persian restaurant, much visited by compatriots. Due to the lack of noise buffers, it gets very loud very quickly. But that is also due to the southern mentality. The food is plentiful, but not suitable for me. Lots of rice and meat, no vegetables or salad to be found on my plate, just one! grilled tomato, which was delicious.

Quality-first in Hamburg for years!

We are from Cologne and had lunch here on the way back from Denmark. The food and service were very good. There should be such good food in Cologne too.

We ordered Kubide and Barg kebab and both were really tasty. The Barg was one of the best Kebab I’ve tried in my life. For sure I‘ll come back to this restaurant when I am back in Hamburg!

Delicious food, still very good price for today. Service very quick and friendly. Nothing to note. Keep it up. However, it would be nicer for the ambience if there was background music playing, oriental of course to match the Iranian cuisine. It is definitely worth a visit and we will come back.

I was there today, March 16th at 2 p.m. to pick up an order and the lady with dark hair served me incredibly poorly. She was so rude and unfriendly. She also disrespectfully made fun of her colleague in front of me. The food there is 100% delicious and everything is great but the staff definitely needs to be worked on, this lady is meant by bun…

As a Persian native, I can only recommend the restaurant. There you can get authentic cuisine at reasonable prices. A restaurant for families. We often order in advance by phone and then pick up the food ourselves - feast at home and the kitchen stays clean☺️ what more could you want?! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Als ik Restaurant Sepideh vergelijk met andere restaurants in Nederland, is de score voor restaurant sepideh een 10 en voor het Nederlandse restaurant een 1 of 2. Delicious food, friendly staff, all good!

The food was totally normal not the best and a bit greasy which make it taste better but you can tell the quality is not the best Persian food (as a Iranian). Service was awful specifically during rush hours. No alcohol drink which is a bit wired considering they're claiming that they are a Persian Restaurant (not Muslim restaurant) The atmosphere was not ok, not much decoration,ventilation was not working properly and basically no music
