Great burgers! The place is clean, tidy, and the staff is very friendly. Good selection of burgers (the broiche bread is so, so good), perfectly seasoned fries, and there's a small but fine selection of desserts. The price-performance ratio is definitely good. We've been there several times now and would love to come back.

The burgers taste fantastic and the fries have a unique flavor. The mozzarella sticks are exactly what I expected, and the location is nice and quiet, with plenty of room for everyone. I can only recommend it to everyone!

No exaggeration! By far the most down-to-earth and delicious burger joint. I often drive towards Reken (about an hour away) to enjoy the area and also have some delicious food. It's always worth it 👍👍

I was there last month (May 2025) to get something to eat. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed. The bratwurst for the currywurst was cooked in the deep fryer, the burger was much too small for the price, the fries were OK, but they were also just the cheapest frozen goods. The atmosphere was okay: a table right by the door and the counter. If the place is busy on a weekend or something, it's bound to be stressful due to the cramped seating. Luckily, you can sit outside when the weather is nice. The service was friendly and attentive, which is why it deserves a full star rating, but everything else was average at best. In a place that calls itself "Warehouse Burgers," I expect better and larger burgers, and actually homemade fries and sauces, too, rather than just the cheapest ready-made or frozen goods.

Ah... we've driven past so many times... and finally we went in. And what can I say: the BEST BURGERS EVER. We weren't prepared for that. Simply delicious. This will be our standard burger place...👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The service was breathtaking. The staff is incredibly fond of children, with an extra burger bun and nuggets for the little ones, free of charge. Where can you still get this today??? Unfortunately, you always find yourself in front of closed doors, even though according to Google, the web and the door sign it should actually be open. Not recommended!

Fries were totally salty and wobbly, burgers didn't taste good, small portions don't fill you up, and in terms of taste, no thanks, the burgers from Mac Donalds taste better. Ordered once and never again.

Since the reopening the quality has been a joke. It doesn't taste like anything. This used to be the place where people came to get really good burgers. It was an experience today and never again.

I had eaten there before and the food was really delicious, today I ordered again after a long time and the first burger was extremely burnt. So the bread and the other burger were even worse than from McDonald unfortunately 😒😒😒 really got me disappointed and 20 euros for that, yes no, that's clear 😒😒😒

Went to the warehouse for the first time today. I noticed the shop while passing through. You could see him from a distance through the neon signs. We had a double chilli cheeseburger and a crusty chicken burger with different sauces to choose from. We really enjoyed the burgers. They were juicy and flavorful. I would particularly like to emphasize the visual presentation. The service was very friendly, courteous and very professional. The prices could be adjusted as they are far too cheap in my opinion. Good quality sometimes has to cost. So highly recommended. I would be happy to come back at any time.

Been back for the first time since the reopening... and therefore for the last time! The quality has deteriorated significantly, the prices have been raised considerably, and that for now ridiculously small portions!!! In addition, there is a super long waiting time even though there really isn't much going on. It's a shame we won't work like this for long, sorry!

First class everything! I have never experienced such a clean and well-kept burger joint. Everyone is so nice and accommodating at the Warehouse. We really enjoyed sitting outside and spending time there. Everything was super fresh and not dripping with fat or anything like that. The fries were absolutely brilliant, as was the currywurst. Our children raved about the hamburger and were overjoyed to have a small gift in their children's box. I have never experienced such kind, polite, open and courteous snack bar operators. The absolute hammer. They always think for themselves and are focused on the well-being of their guests. We are never asked if we want a fork, we just assume that we eat at home. But we often don't do that and eat outside. I would be over the moon if you asked me! I think simply putting a fork in it is unnecessary waste production. The boys are doing it exactly right! Stopped in on the way through and had a new opening today. 1 star deducted because the burger was missing something like lettuce, onions and cucumbers and the patty was overcooked. Another star deduction for non-existent toilets. Everyone was very friendly and the food was nicely prepared. Price was okay.

Burgers and fries were very tasty. The ambience is harmonious, the service is very nice. Even after the change of ownership, the food is fine. I can't understand why they only give one star.

We ordered currywurst. There were three of them, no customers. Nevertheless, we had to wait over 5 minutes. Then we were seriously asked if we wanted forks!!! It doesn't work at all. The sausage had a strange taste. Unfortunately, you couldn't see whether the sausage was on a grill. Once and never again.

You should compare their opening times in the flyer and on the internet.

Unfortunately, you can no longer eat decent burgers there since the former owner no longer runs the shop, which is a real shame, we always enjoyed going there. Food is so-so... Thorsten did it with love, but now the service is rather unfriendly and the food is just plain, definitely not good enough for the price you pay there. Ambience of course four stars, because the shop has remained the same but unfortunately the service and food have not.

It would have been better to get the food from the big M. The burger for 7 euros was no bigger and no better than a cheeseburger. In the store it smells like old deep fryer grease, because of the good review, we apparently ordered something from the previous owner 😬. I don't know where you can eat worse. I give minus 5

Ended up here from Oberhausen more or less by chance. Inconspicuous shop that completely swept us (group of 3 people) off our feet. The owner is so friendly and the burgers and fries were incomparable!! All three of us come from the Ruhr area and have never eaten anything comparable there. We'll definitely be back!
