A cozy restaurant with good food. There's a dinner menu from which you can choose three courses in advance. This includes soup, salads, and an extensive selection of cheeses from the buffet.

It was nice that there were vegetarian and vegan options. It didn't taste good. The risotto was bland and overcooked. The rice with tofu was also rather flavorless. The apple strudel was undercooked and cold – the table next to us was told that the many trainees were to blame. The strawberry slice was a foam with no flavor; any frozen food tasted better. Service? Empty aperitif glasses managed to stay on the table until the end, along with a welcome from the kitchen. Apparently, it was busy. A half-empty restaurant on a Monday evening, OK. I'd say "want 2 be" is a fitting name.

Difficult to rate. Visually, the dishes get the highest marks. The ingredients vary enormously. The crown of lamb, for example, was excellent, the side dishes simple and inexpensive. I think, especially in these times, the kitchen has to strike a balance between profitability and guest satisfaction, which isn't easy. The ambiance, in any case, is great: modern, tasteful, and cozy. The wine selection is small, but good and fairly priced. You can sit outside, in the conservatory, or in the restaurant. Overall, you'll have a pleasant evening if your expectations of the food aren't quite as high as the ambiance and appearance suggest.
