How could any hotel in Bernkastel not be given 5 stars for location?? The service has been wonderful even with some language barriers. Lovely staff, who are friendly to our newborn. Parking was easy, and nice amenities. The attached restaurant is also amazing!

A very nice hotel in a quiet yet close to the center location. The house is stylishly furnished. The breakfast is varied, the service is friendly.

We stayed at the Burgblickhotel for 3 nights. Our room, on the 3rd floor, under the roof, made a fairly new impression, even though we had to climb into the bathtub to shower. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, the scrambled or fried eggs are freshly prepared. The coffee is available by the pot or for self-service from a fully automatic machine. The dinner from the menu was very good, as was the large selection of wines with the recommendation. Upon request, we were arranged to have a wine tasting with one of the house suppliers. Great service!

Great hotel! We spent a week here and are completely satisfied. We had a small, cozy room on the top floor of the main house. You have to be good on foot here because there is no elevator. Didn't bother us, nor did the 1km distance to the center of Bernkastel. On the contrary, we were able to keep fit because of all the good food. Every morning we were able to enjoy the view of Landshut Castle. The bed was very comfortable, so we could recover from the stress of everyday life. The staff is friendly and concerned about the well-being of the guests. Our heating sometimes worked and sometimes didn't work due to the fluctuating temperatures in autumn. We were also provided with an electric radiator, which was nice. The breakfast was varied and the dinner was delicious. High-quality wines are also offered. We can't say anything about the sauna and fitness room, we didn't use them.

Six of us took a short vacation to the Moselle and ended up in Bernkastel-Kues. The hotel was very good and we had lovely days.

Very clean and renovated rooms. Comfortable bed! We stayed there with my newborn and family in a suite. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. Unfortunately the food wasn’t that tasty. Otherwise I could recommend.

We spent one night at the Burgblickhotel and were really impressed. The service staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was very nicely decorated and we didn't miss anything 😊 The breakfast rounded off the whole stay. There was a large selection and everything tasted delicious. The scrambled or fried eggs were freshly prepared and brought to the table. The same was the case with coffee. All in all we were very satisfied and felt very comfortable. We would definitely come back 🤗👍🏻

A surprisingly nice hotel. I really enjoyed the stay. The room was compact, but excellent and furnished to a high standard. There was even air conditioning on the top floor. Both dinner in our own restaurant and breakfast were very tasty and can only be recommended. You can tell that someone puts their heart into this and takes care of the hotel accordingly. Thank you very much, I'll be happy to come back!

I paid 260 euros for a single room for 2 nights, Friday to Sunday. Room service only from the 2nd night. At breakfast the bread basket was already pretty empty at 8:45 a.m. I won't book there again.

In addition to the complete package, I can only more than recommend the Ochs restaurant, which is part of the hotel and in the same building. The breakfast also leaves nothing to be desired. Any time.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, but it is quiet. Everything is within walking distance, such as the old town, the Moselle and other restaurants.

Beautiful, clean, quiet, with a great view of the Bernkastel vineyards and the Landshut castle ruins. Of course, a quiet location also means: outside the center. Good breakfast.

Located a little away from the city center, but it is very easy to reach on foot. The rooms are classically furnished and clean. You will also find everything you need for a good stay there. The hotel's own restaurant is very good and, in the setting of a former slaughterhouse, offers an interesting contrast to the classic hotel restaurant. It is very pretty and furnished with attention to detail. The food is varied and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and strive to ensure every guest has a good stay. We liked it there

It couldn't be better, if you want to know what customer service is, you should visit this hotel. The entire staff and especially the owner R.Horstmann have created an oasis of happiness here with a lot of love! Small wine bar, restaurant in the slaughterhouse, terrace above the roofs with a view of the castle, sauna in the wine cellar, breakfast that leaves nothing to be missed and for the price 7 stars if I could. I don't even want to talk about the wine selection.

Some of the rooms are a bit old but very clean. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied. The location is great, in about 10 minutes you can walk to the bridge that leads over to the city.

A very cozy small hotel in a very quiet location but close to the Moselle and all other sights, very clean, rich breakfast, friendly, I would come again.

So far it's ok, unfortunately there is no elevator and luggage has to be carried upstairs. Fitness room is ok for a little workout. Rooms are noisy.

Nice, personally run hotel in a quiet location with very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. There was a very nice excuse for the smoke detector going crazy at night.

We were guests at the Burgblick with five friends. The location is very good as a starting point for hikes and also to Bernkastel. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is exceptionally good. Everything your heart desires and for everyone who wants freshly prepared scrambled or fried eggs. Helpful staff.

My room (15) was very tidy and had good facilities. The owner was very friendly and understanding of my situation, he also speaks good English, so if German becomes too difficult the conversation can continue in English. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room and room were beautifully finished and good atmospheric music was played during breakfast. I was only there one night given my situation, but it looked like a nice area to visit with many sights to see. I will always be grateful to the owner for his hospitality and help.

Ruhige Lage im Ortskern, eigenes wirklich empfehlenswertes Restaurant, schöne renovierte Zimmer, üppiges Frühstück und sehr aufmerksamer Service! Wir kommen gerne wieder. PS Ladestation 11kW nur 3min zu Fuß entfernt.
