Waldgasthaus Galgenvenn in Nettetal

After we were disappointed with the service on our last visit a few months ago, but enjoyed the food, we returned to this restaurant for dinner today with two adults and a child. We like to eat out regularly but I've never experienced anything like this. We were offered a table right at the door in the anteroom, although there were still a number of tables available. When we commented on this, we were clearly annoyed and given a two-person table in the far corner, with the child also at it. Afterwards we were completely ignored for a full 20 minutes, every attempt to contact us was futile, we simply weren't served. But instead we were able to hear the complaints from the neighboring tables. The highlight was that a guest ordered non-alcoholic beer and got normal beer instead. The reaction was a shrug of the shoulders from the waitress. After several unsuccessful attempts to at least order drinks, we decided to leave the restaurant. When we explained this to the staff as we were leaving (and also pointed out our small child), we were left standing without a word and rolling our eyes. I would be ashamed as a restaurateur. We will never come back and we will advise that to everyone in our area.

Yesterday, after a four-hour hike, the two of us stopped at this wonderful restaurant and it couldn't have been a better choice! The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting, just right after a long day. The service immediately convinced us with an honest and uncomplicated recommendation - you could immediately tell that the team here was passionate about it. The home-style cuisine surprised us very positively! Both of our schnitzels were perfectly prepared, crispy, juicy and just the way you want them. You can really taste the attention to detail in every bite here. Anyone who loves honest, regional cuisine will not be disappointed here. A visit that is worth it – we will definitely come back!

Sitting very well, the restaurant was busy, so the 2 waitresses had a lot to do. But they were professionals and remained friendly and calm.

Great ambience, the food doesn't blow you away... unfortunately you can't deal with criticism at all... no apology, let alone compensation. We definitely won't be coming back.

We were there with 12 people. Some things from the menu (Lugana, iced tea, malt beer, cherries with waffles...) weren't there - a shame. The menu also advertises “Schnitzel Day” (each schnitzel 14.50 euros) - but this was billed differently because the side dishes (fries or croquettes) meant that this probably wouldn't work... I couldn't understand it. The service employee was alone and really tried hard. Luckily there weren't many guests there. The food was ok, but the value for money could be better. Location is beautiful and it would be great if some things changed so that this beautiful house continues to exist.

First time there and we will definitely come back. Food very good and plentiful. Service very friendly. Keep it up! Second time there and super satisfied. Grill plate for 4 people. Super tasty fried meat. Side dishes also very tasty. 2-3 people to serve who were very friendly even though the restaurant was very busy. We'll be back!

Incredible. Advertise with an Oktoberfest with a buffet and music and then there is simply nothing. Even the flyers are still out. That doesn't work at all.

It doesn't work at all. Terrible. An event (Oktoberfest) is announced with live music and a buffet, and then it simply doesn't take place. We had a reservation!! You only find out when you're there. But there are still flyers from the Oktoberfest on the tables. No buffet, no live music and a friend with leather pants. Simply bad.

The food is delicious, kudos to the team

Nice coffee. Tip: clearly indicate in advance that you can only pay by card from 10 euros. Many people no longer have cash with them and it is not right to apply a minimum. And you are very remote, so less cash increases your own safety.

Actually good here, great location and restaurant. They don't like to accommodate special requests and the kitchen can't accommodate when the restaurant is full.

We sat outside and the tables were spaced so well that we didn't look at each other's food and overhear every conversation at other tables. The service was also very good and the only downside was the price-performance ratio of my (vegetarian) dish.

After a hike we had something to eat here. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the food was plentiful and tasty and the location of the location in Galgenvenn is simply beautiful.

Ordered a cola, an apple spritzer and a small fries with ketchup. Fries were really small and undercooked, the drinks were large (0.4 and 0.5l) and the whole thing cost €16.80. Whoever likes it...we found that outrageous.

The food and also the dessert were very tasty. Unfortunately, the service does not deserve this name. Drinks and food arrived in an acceptable time, but after that there was virtually no service. Very unfortunate.

We had extremely bad experiences. During our visit we only ordered a portion of fries with ketchup and two Cola Zero. After a few minutes we were served limp fries (with a spoon??). Despite asking, the ketchup wasn't brought until a few minutes later. However, the two cokes only came after we ordered twice (even later). Such conditions on a day that is not full are unacceptable. The bill was also a long time coming. In response to the restaurant's response: I didn't have a plate, just a bowl with the fries. So the spoon was totally useless, so why not a fork?

I've never experienced anything like this! There are enough staff, fewer guests. Staff didn't want to sell anything, they would have liked to drink more and have dessert. But you were ignored from the start. Food bland.

Taking the drinks order took a very long time, when the service finally came it was at least half an hour later before the drinks arrived. Perhaps this gentleman was still new and not yet in the rhythm. When the food finally arrived, the slow start was quickly forgotten. What a wonderful meal we enjoyed. Good flavors and fresh ingredients and clearly a chef with a passion for good food. We will definitely come back and hopefully I won't have to wait as long for my Weizen 😁

Super delicious meal with the kids! The adults went for the snitzel with mushrooms and the children had a children's snitzel. The food was very tasty, we had a fresh salad beforehand and afterwards we had a cherry pudding dessert. Recommended!

The food came very fast and it was delicious , service is perfect and the restaurant is clean and beautiful.

Temporarily closed 7.8. - August 15, 2024 “company holidays”

We were there on Sunday with about 15 people. Our order was taken and after a few minutes we were asked if we had reserved. We denied this. After a short while the waiter came back and said we would have to wait over an hour for our food. We mostly ordered ice cream and waffles. We got drinks, but had to wait a good 20 minutes for them. All guests who came after us were served quickly. When asked if they had to wait an hour for their food, they all said no. It was very disappointing and incomprehensible to us.

Check your receipt! As stated in other reviews, you pay for things that you did not order and have received!!

Zo jammer dat er ander personeel/eigenaar is gekomen?. De bediening was waardeloos. Geen vriendelijkheid en sfeer meer. Een half uur wachten op de drankjes. Kortom een uniek negatieve ervaring qua bediening. Het eten was gelukkig prima, complimenten aan de kok.

Unfortunately, it is no longer the Galgenvenn inn as we knew it from the times before Corona with the couple who ran it at the time... so don't be fooled by the great pictures with fabric tablecloths. We were guests there yesterday, which is only possible with a reservation in advance. I was wondering why no one answered the phone despite several attempts. The waiter was certainly trying hard, but also overwhelmed, even though not all tables were occupied.........no real greeting, sit down for 6! Another waitress (temp or emergency help?) was friendly and did her best. We had made a reservation for outside, but due to the weather (rain) we were given a table inside upon request. Ordered mushroom picker as a starter, supposedly with garlic cream, which for us didn't taste like garlic and was slightly indefinable.....we thought garlic cream was more like aioli or something similar...unfortunately not our case, but cannot be changed, the taste is not intoxicating. The main course was the burger with teriyaki sauce and the schnitzel cordon bleu. Both with fries and salad, the salad was only served upon request and the bowls were so covered with a kind of honey mustard sauce that you couldn't even see the actual salad, and it wasn't a highlight in terms of taste either. With the burger I had to ask myself what was meant by teriyaki sauce, in my opinion it wasn't, in terms of taste and the dark color it was more like curry ketchup mixed with balsamic vinegar. The cordon bleu was completely unseasoned and tasted an absolute disappointment... I'm a good eater and usually take over my wife's leftovers..........here half the schnitzel was left on this time on the plate, it's just not our thing. Conclusion: a complete failure, only the drinks were ok, we would have eaten better in a number of chip shops.

Check your receipt carefully at the end. You pay for food and drinks that are not consumed! Food in itself is good. You almost have to ask for a drink.

War gestern mit Freunden beim Grillabend, da ich beim ersten Besuch im April sehr begeistert war. Bin auch zwischendurch da gewesen um etwas zu trinken und auch da konnte man immer noch gute Bewertungen geben. Gestern angekommen, wo uns erstmal mitgeteilt wurde, dass keine Kartenzahlung möglich sei, da das Kartengerät Probleme mit dem Internet hatte und die Firma ein Neues schicken wollte. Kann passieren, hatte aber zur Folge dass viele mit dem Auto in den Ort fahren mussten um Geld zu holen. Es hing auch kein Schild am Eingang auf dem man darauf hingewiesen wurde, sondern man stellte sich geduldig in die Schlange und erfuhr das dann von anderen Wartenden. Endlich im Restaurant dann die Suche nach dem reservierten Tisch; Niemand da, der eine Übersicht gehabt hätte. Alles sehr chaotisch. Entschuldigend muss man erwähnen, dass ich der Zoll ausgerechnet den Freitag ausgesucht hatte, für eine Kontrolle. An der Theke für Getränke kämpfte sich eine Person durch, was eine Wartezeit von 25-20 Minuten auf ein Getränk bedeuete. Nach den Getränken hieß es dann Anstellen an der Schlange fürs Buffet. Dieses Mal war von dem liebevollen Anrichten und Dekorieren vom ersten Mal, nichts mehr zu sehen. Vorspeisen und warme Sachen alles auf einem Tisch, was dazu führte, dass man auch hier sich lange in die Reihe stellen musste. Ein Kellner kämpfte damit, dass Buffet so gut es ging, wieder aufzufüllen. Leider gelang dass nur mäßig, da eine Person alleine, hat nicht so schnell auffüllen kann, wie die Sachen weggehen. Auch das war beim ersten Mal anders. Der Kellner war sehr bemüht und musste zwischendurch auch noch leere Gläser von den Tischen holen, da diese wahrscheinlich drinnen an der Theke gebraucht wurden. Wenn man an der Schlange für Vorspeise und Beilagen fertig war, hieß es anstellen beim Grill. Auch hier dann nochmal 10 Minuten Warten. Insgesamt war das Buffet wesentlich spartanischer als im April, statt 2 oder 3 Grillstationen, lediglich eine. Statt separatem Vorspeisenbuffet, war es mit Beilagen zusammen aufgebaut. Dessertbuffet ebenfalls wesentlich spartanischer. Keine Grillsaucen oder Senf. Mir entstand der Eindruck, dass mindestens 3-4 Kräfte gefehlt haben. Ich war mega enttäuscht und werde hier nicht mehr hingehen.

I thought, go there, it can't be as bad as everyone says. The service was nice but unfortunately didn't understand us at all. It took forever until we were served, there was only one service person on site. On schnitzel day, 14.50 for each schnitzel, the service force wanted to charge us the full price. During the week there is no hot stone that could have been mentioned on the map or on the internet. Overall, we were unfortunately dissatisfied and will not be coming back.

Friday. Barbeque. Insanely good

Very disappointing. We were greeted with a simple hello and were then allowed to choose our seat. The menu came quickly and the drinks followed quickly. Two starters were ordered and they didn't arrive. My partner wanted to order the "hot stone". He couldn't choose this because he didn't specify it when making the reservation. Nowhere was it previously made clear that this had to be reserved. The waiter asked in the kitchen and then informed us that you only get the hot stone on Saturday and Sunday anyway (we have Wednesday). We then decided on other dishes. It's schnitzel day and it's possible to order a vegetarian version. The waiter also had to ask for this first. He then announced that the schnitzel was only available with fries, even though fried potatoes were included. I nodded off because we had a small language barrier due to his limited knowledge of German and I didn't want to put in any extra effort. After 25 minutes the main course arrived. No trace of the starter. The drinks were already half drunk by then. My partner's meal came with fried potatoes, but that didn't seem possible for me. Nevertheless, the fries were very tasty. My meal was also served without the sauce that was assigned (I ordered Schnitzel Galgenvenn). The cauliflower schnitzel was very fatty. During the meal we were not asked about new drinks or whether we liked the food. The other tables were not cleared even though there was hardly any activity. Maybe three more tables. All in all we were very dissatisfied. Despite the poor service, my partner gave a tip, for which no one even thanked me. We weren't even wished a nice evening. For me it was the first and last time there and my partner won't be coming back either because the inn has gone down a lot.

Were there with 6 people for Schnitzel Day. Unfortunately the staff was totally overwhelmed. The food came after 90 minutes and was cold, so we sent it back and it wasn't any better after that. Unfortunately the drinks didn't work either. A pity.

Very expensive and the cake was rather average.

Everything was great again. I had the teriyaki burger. Delicious. Like everything you order from you. Before that I had the chef's plate, which was great too! Thank you for the pleasant stay. See you soon...

Drinking coffee in Galgenvenn today was a disaster. Waiting for the order to be taken. We continued to wait and no drinks came. Have food without drinking. And when we were finished two cups of coffee came without milk and sugar. My husband wanted a beer. He could forget that. All in all we waited an hour and a half for three orders. And didn't even get everything. Not again. Impossible service.

In short: the burger was good. The operation was a disaster, as there was no knowledge of German, except for the components of the menu. Communication not possible. The atmosphere is not very inviting. Prices quite high

Lang niet meer geweest maar na vanavond kom ik er ook heel lang niet meer. Ik had me verheugd op de gebakken lever maar wat was dat een teleurstelling. De gebakken uien bovenop het vlees waren heel erg gezouten. Het vlees en de aardappels konden zwemmen in het vet. Ik werd er zelfs misselijk van. Het bord niet leeggegeten. Mijn man had de " chef teller": varkensmedaillons. Gelukkig zat er smaakvolle saus bij. Vlees zelf was slecht gekruid en iets te lang gebakken. Daar ik misselijk was hebben we geen toetje meer genomen Erg jammer.

On Friday June 8th, 2024 we were with 8 people for a steak "all you can eat" meal with live music in the Galgenvenn restaurant. The entrance was a bit chaotic and could have been managed better. Once in the Galgenvenn everything was fine. The buffet was very tasty and beautifully presented. The steaks were grilled well. The band DBDKK (THE BAND THAT NOBODY KNOWS) from Neuss was absolutely top. This band is a guarantee for atmosphere, good mood and a full house. The DBDKK would have to play in Galgenvenn every 1st Friday of the month. That would be really nice. But there are also minus points. The drinks dispenser could shorten the eternally long waiting time with a second tap system + drinks dispenser and then ensure satisfaction among the guests. Otherwise, a very nice, successful evening with good food and, as mentioned, A VERY GREAT BAND. GREETINGS TO THE GUYS. We weren't there for the normal restaurant business, but for the grill buffet evening. We weren't even asked about our reservation, we had to look for seats and as a couple you always sit at a table of four with others. We were asked to change our table twice. The biggest skepticism was about the quality of the meat, but it was perfectly fine. Unfortunately (probably due to the large crowds and the long queues) half raw meat was served. There are no sauces other than ketchup and mustard. We also missed herb butter with steak. Side dishes were OK. Dessert too. The fresh fruit was great. You have to get drinks yourself with tokens. The decor is really nice, and it certainly has a great atmosphere on normal evenings. Overall, it was unfortunately a stressful meal, but we were full.

We were here on Tuesday for the after-work market. Great and tasty buffet for only 15 euros. Highly recommended, every 1st Tuesday of the month

I was there with friends. It was “steak night.” In the entrance area you had to pay for the food (buffet) in advance and buy tokens for the drinks (€3.60 for a beer - tokens could not be returned). A friend had already reserved a table a few weeks in advance - we thought. When we went through the payment gate we were told that we could sit outside, there was no space left inside. It was May 3rd, 7:10 p.m. and the event had started at 7 p.m. Above all, there was no steak on the grill. There was also steak, but overall it was more of a BBQ than a steak evening. The queue at the grill and also at the side dish buffet were so long that you either had cold baked potatoes because you had waited so long for the meat, or the meat was cold because you had to wait so long for the side dishes. Alternatively, you could have eaten both separately. Due to the rush, a certain amount of pressure built up on the grill master, so that the meat was only barely cooked when he brought it out. My pre-grilled skewers were cold. Back to the space situation: Unfortunately, they couldn't offer us any blankets and when we asked whether we could perhaps turn on the patio heater (it was on the terrace in a corner) we were told "I don't have a patio heater". With persistence we got a place inside. There was a canteen atmosphere there. The “Delicious Coctails” were frozen bottled cocktails that were thawed and cooled down when ordered. The "live music" was a DJ... it can now be debated whether that is "live music". All in all, I'm satisfied and can't recommend the steak evening.

Went here for a short visit on May 1st when the weather was great. Spontaneously lingered on the tent-like terrace in the late afternoon with coffee, cake and beer. It was very busy and we were served without long waiting times. Nice staff and we also found reasonable prices. Based on our experience, we can recommend the Waldgasthaus Galgenvenn.

"If you want to eat something different, you should definitely order the hot stone!" That's true once... We didn't find the hot stone on the map, we were only verbally told it was possible, but without knowing what we would get. Update May 14, 2023: Unfortunately I have to revise my review significantly downwards. Since the change of tenant, the quality, the ambience and the service have deteriorated so much that we ate here for the last time today. Service by clearly untrained staff, chaos and style of a chip shop with ready-made schnitzels from the freezer, cold soups, and a plastic flower ambience. In addition, you are called by your first name, which you may like, but in my opinion doesn't fit here. Prices raised and poor quality. Everything we ordered can be made better at home, you don't go out to eat for that. By the way, no children's menu either. It's a real shame for us, as this used to be one of the best restaurants, with the best team in the whole of Nettetal. Now it has changed from tradition to mass processing - tables are far too close together to squeeze in the maximum number of people, but when we visited there were also no guests at the best time on Mother's Day...why? An excellent reputation that has lasted for decades is now going down the drain in just a few months. Update May 4, 2024: There was probably another change of tenant and that's not bad. The food has become significantly better, almost like it used to be! We were all very happy with it, keep it up! Unfortunately, the ambience is unkempt in places, laminate with moisture damage, sandy floor, ceiling lights and decoration visibly dusty and dirty with cobwebs. The obviously visible cables on the ceiling don't make the ambience any better. The staff makes an effort and is very friendly, but communication needs to be improved here and we were sometimes alone for too long so we couldn't order anything. But overall it's worth a visit again!

Unfortunately, the barbecue event with live music is not recommended and is only aimed at the innkeeper's maximum profit. Mass processing without any ambience. Live music was a DJ who played outside and couldn't be heard inside (I don't sit outside when it's 13 degrees). This is not how you treat your guests.

Actually, it's not my style to write negative reviews - but today I simply felt ripped off and treated badly. It was loud, no service (only staff to clear the tables), the food was poor in both quality and preparation. You had to get the drinks from a crowded “bar” (€4.80 for a cola). All in all, a completely dirty evening and no trace of hospitality. There were four of us and everyone was equally disappointed. One star is actually too many...a shame.

The food was either cold or partly raw. Our reservation was not honored, resulting in crowded conditions and long wait times for food. Additionally, the "live music" was not what we expected as it was just a DJ.

Went to a barbecue event in this location and had to pay our entrance fee including tokens for drinks right at the beginning. When we arrived at the restaurant it was like being in a fattening farm. All the people were crammed together with strangers, just wildly mixed up and you had to wait in line for what felt like an eternity to get your meat, which was still raw in places. We then quickly left the location and preferred to go to the local chip shop. All in all not recommended and one star is still too many.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐A culinary gem in the Grenzwald We had the pleasure of visiting the Galgenvenn forest inn and absolutely loved it. As soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed and shown to our romantically decorated table, which was decorated with a rose and rose petals. The service was extremely attentive and friendly, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. The menu offers a great selection of home-style dishes with modern and international influences. Everything we ordered was excellent - from the starters to the dessert. We were particularly impressed by the high quality of the food and drinks. The restaurant's ambience is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening. We were here for the first time and were immediately convinced that we would come back. The Waldgasthaus Galgenvenn is a place that we can recommend without hesitation - a real culinary highlight in the Kaldenkirchen border forest. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful evening!

Very nicely located with a good selection and very good quality and good service

After hiking we were looking forward to some refreshment and were very disappointed! The first order/drinks were not passed on. After about 30 minutes a new waiter came and took our second order. The coffee we ordered came lukewarm, the 0.2 cl cola we ordered came in twice the size. Simply cheeky! The cake chosen with the drinks didn't come. After another 15 minutes the waiter came with the information that the cake we ordered was no longer available, only another one. Agreed, no cake followed. Not even when asked! Even when you asked to pay you were ignored. We had to go inside to pay. When we asked to pay, we had to wait and correct the invoice because the orders that had not been received were already saved in the table/cash register. There were a handful of guests sitting in the restaurant. There were enough waitresses on site. Outside in the beer garden/terrace, where we sat, it was a normal, not overcrowded, activity. I come from the catering industry myself and have been very disappointed with simple orders!!!! A pity!!!

We ordered yesterday via Lieferando. Unfortunately, the kitchen was already closed, which was not recorded with Lieferando. We were called immediately and told that the kitchen was already closed. The Lord has apologized a thousand times. He was super nice. We have already paid via Lieferando. We said we would get back to you tomorrow. We were called immediately today and the money was brought to us straight away and we received two pieces of cake as compensation. Super nice and we always enjoyed the food. We always order from you. Great restaurant Delicious food and super hospitable

The restaurant is beautifully situated in the countryside. There are enough parking spaces and you can sit on the large terrace in summer. We were there in late autumn and sat in the dining room accordingly. The interior is nicely decorated but unfortunately it was a bit cold there. It was right after Halloween, but there was very loud Christmas music playing all evening, which we unfortunately didn't like. We enjoyed the food and there was nothing wrong with the service either. We felt warmly welcome.

I can only agree with Sandra S. We rarely go to restaurants and wanted to treat ourselves to something for Christmas. Well, it was probably nothing. When we arrived (4:15 p.m., we were there very early because we had a toddler with us) we got our drinks and then waited for the menu. Who didn't come. We then asked the waiter about it, he said today there was only a buffet, that's what he was told on the website. No, there was nothing there, I was still on the website in the morning, checking to see if there was a Christmas menu. We then considered whether we should stay or go, because we found 29 euros per person very expensive for a buffet. We decided to stay, you don't treat yourself to anything else... At first glance the buffet was... ok. Roasts, poultry, salads, vegetables with very very little hollandaise, etc. None of it was labeled, so you had to guess whether it was chicken or turkey. Unfortunately almost everything was cold. So what shouldn't be cold. Red cabbage, potato casserole, fries, pasta. Seriously, it was inedible. We suspect that the food had been there since at least 12 o'clock, and since the food was there without a lid and some of the burners (as we saw later) were now out, it was no wonder that everything was cold. We then paid for our drinks and left. From the outside we saw the waiters walking around, burners being lit and lids being put on. The only positive thing was the really nice and attentive waiter who seemed very embarrassed by everything. But he couldn't help it. PS: The atmosphere is really reminiscent of a canteen, like it used to be at Karstadt.

On Boxing Day I reserved a buffet here with my family (7 people) for 29 euros per person without drinks. To test whether we liked the restaurant, my partner and I first went for a taster in early December. Top food with friendly service. We thought that was fine. But what a disappointment it was. We have never eaten as bad as on that Boxing Day. Everything was cold. There were no rolls or decent bread. The real butter was more than 2 months out of date (as could be read on the wrapper). We were there at 1:00 PM. As the food looked, it also tasted unappetizing. Horrible! Especially at Christmas you expect a good and beautiful buffet. I reported this to the waiter. 29 euros was deducted from the total bill. Dear people from Galgenvenn, I hope you realize that this is really not possible.

We were very satisfied with the food, especially the meat dishes "from the hot stone" are a timeless delight. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

2nd Christmas Day We had reserved, unfortunately there was no information that there was only a buffet at 29 per person. gave. The food was a disaster! Additionally, it was carelessly prepared and 200 people were served in a small buffet. The best part of the evening (goose legs) were out at 8 p.m. Atmosphere like in a canteen only the food was worse. The friendly conditions at least kept the guests happy. Very unfortunate! It used to be so nice and chic. Now more of a chip shop.

A German lunch is not a Dutch lunch.

Prijs=kwaliteit staat niet in verhouding. Eten was lekker maar geen hoogstaande kwaliteit.

Mooi gemoderniseerd restaurant, ook met groot terras buiten, gelegen in bosrijke omgeving ... een echt Waldhaus. Fijne keuken, goed zitten, aangenaam verblijf.

Sehr nettes Personal, jedoch mussten wir lange auf den Service warten. Da es nicht besonders voll war, verwunderte uns dies sehr. Das Essen schmeckt gut, jedoch hatten wir beim letzten Mal lange warte Zeiten zwischen dem 1. Essen was kam und das letzte Essen. Ich erwarte , dass die Essen für eine Gruppe zeitgleich serviert werden.

Wir sind in den letzten Monaten 3x nach einer Radtour dort eingekehrt. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Die Chickennuggets sind hausgemacht. Burger und Schnitzel incl. Pommes und Süßkartoffelpommes und auch der Beilagensalat waren wunderbar. Alles ist appetitlich angerichtet. Der Service ist auch sehr gut. Selbst bei Personalmangel und Stress hat der Kellner immer ein freundliches Lächeln im Gesicht. Man fühlt sich dort Willkommen.

Een hele leuke plek om te wandelen en daarna een heerlijk drankje te nemen. Maar ook dineren kun je hier ook prima.

Das Essen war sehr gut und sehr reichhaltig. Der Service war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Man sollte wohl reservieren. Wir haben mitbekommen, dass einige Leute weggeschickt wurden, obwohl noch sehr viele Plätze frei wären. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben hier nur Eis gegessen, hatten aber einen guten Eindruck von Essen, Service und Ambiente.

Idyllisch gelegen, sehr nette Bedienung, Preise in Ordnung (vielleicht eine Idee zu hoch), Essen war lecker, die Toiletten sauber - insofern gab es nichts auszusetzen! Die Tapas waren richtig gut und auch die Waldpilzsuppe überzeugte. Hier kann man bedenkenlos einkehren, wenn man einen schönen Spaziergang oder eine Wanderung hinter sich hat!

Tolles Lokal zum Beispiel nach einer Galgenvenn Wanderung, sehr leckeres Essen, große Portion und dem Essen angemessener Preis, dazu noch sehr freundliches Personal, komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder

Trotz Mitarbeiter Mangel ein toller Service und tolles Essen. Weiter so,dann habt Ihr etwas tolles neues geschaffen.
