Waldblick Restaurant Cafe in Roth

We ate there on Easter Monday with six adults and two children. But we had already reserved beforehand. The food, ordered Franconian food, e.g. carp fillet, Schäufele, etc., tasted very good and was quite sufficient. Didn't have to wait long. Service was proactive, very friendly and nice. That wasn't the last visit😋😍

Cozy location on a busy sports field. Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly and fast service. Price-performance okay. Very good cuisine. We'd love to come back.

We had a whole goose prepared with red cabbage and dumplings. Everything was delicious, the goose was seasoned perfectly. It was all packed in a Styrofoam box. Perfect service, friendly staff and delicious food. What more could you want? We'll definitely be back. Thank you for that.

We were in a larger group here - unfortunately I had to ask several times when my bratwursts would be delivered. That was probably a mistake - two of the fat things were still pink inside.

Even if the selection wasn't that big today, everything was very tasty and the service was top. Ambiance is reminiscent of a train station hall.

We ended up here by chance. What looks like a sports restaurant from the outside quickly turns out to be a very nice restaurant. We are also greeted and served quickly and friendly. We each enjoyed the Schäuferle and were more than satisfied with it. All in all you can say great staff, great food and value for money is completely right. If it's right, we'd love to come back.

We were here in a group and felt very comfortable! Despite ordering different food, all the dishes were very well prepared and timed so that we could eat together. The service paid a lot of attention to order and the friendliness was great. Very happy again and an absolute recommendation!

We were very satisfied, but the Pils is listed on the menu as 0.5 L, but I was served 0.4 L, and the 0.4 was charged at the price of 0.5 L. I just don't think this is fair. I then spoke to the waitress and she didn't react very friendly.

Were there on a Sunday. The service was very friendly and always very helpful. The schnitzel was golden brown and still nice and juicy. The Kaiserschmarrn dessert was also very tasty. Gladly again.

As Rothers, we have often been to Waldblick. After we were thrilled every time, I now definitely have to give it 5 stars. The food is absolutely delicious and simply cooked to perfection every time without exception. The quality is always at the highest level and the prices are absolutely ok. I would particularly like to highlight the children's menu. Here you can get meals from €2.50 to €5.50, which is just great for families! The schnitzel WITH salad and fries costs €5.50; In other Roth restaurants you can easily pay €11. A big compliment for that! The service is also really top notch, everything is just right! Many thanks to the Waldblick team and keep it up! Other restaurants can learn a lot from you!

Advertises warm food throughout. That's why we got off the highway. However, when we arrived at 4 p.m. we were turned away because "it wasn't actually open until 4:30 p.m.". So you can also give yourself a gift if you can't rely on the times.

My husband and I ate at the Waldblick restaurant after the triathlon and we were thrilled. The food tasted great and the service was also very friendly and quick. We will be back definitely!

Wir waren mit Freunden Sonntag Nachmittag zum Eis essen,im Gasthaus WaldblickNach ca 15 Min.haben wir höflich nachgefragt wann wir unsere Bestellung bekommen. Daraufhin wurde un s von der Bedienung geantwortet,dass es noch gut 10 Min dauert,wir könnten warten oder gehen.Wir haben uns fürs gehen entschieden.Daraufin kam der Wirt wütend zu uns und schrie: das nächste Mal geht halt zum MC Donald.Wir waren immer gerne da aber für uns hat sich das jetzt erledigt.

We ordered a dish with an extra plate for two children. The boss let his waitress know that we wouldn't get any second plates - empty ones, mind you. Even after we repeatedly asked that the plate was for a 5-year-old child, no second plate was brought to us and he had to eat from the soup saucer. We were here last time.

Super leckeres gut bürgerliches Essen, sehr große Portionen. Wir waren gleich 4x dort! Auch die Kinder lieben das Essen, alles hausgemacht und frisch!! Besonders herausragend zudem ist Imke im Service!!! Trotz vollem Gasthaus immer freundlich, zugewandt und einfach super nett! Gerne immer wieder!

Unfortunately, when you asked about vegan/gluten-free dishes, you were quoted as the “boss” and pointed out in a very rude and actually outrageous way that because of 200 meals today, gluten-free/vegan is not possible, even though the restaurant advertises it everywhere and you even pointed out in the preliminary discussion of the family celebration that we needed appropriate food. Definitely not a recommendation! (The waitresses are very friendly, but the behavior of the boss is not acceptable - “as we all know, the fish starts to stink from the top”).

Leider wurde man auf die Frage nach veganen/glutenfreien Gerichte zum „Chef“ zitiert und auf sehr unhöfliche und tatsächlich auch unverschämte Art darauf hingewiesen, dass wegen 200 Essen am heutigen Tag kein glutenfrei/vegan möglich ist, obwohl das Restaurant überall damit wirbt und man sogar im Vorgespräch der Familienfeier darauf hingewiesen hat, dass man entsprechendes Essen benötigt. Definitiv keine Empfehlung! (Bedienungen sehr freundlich, allerdings geht das Verhalten als Chef gar nicht - „der Fisch fängt bekanntlich von oben an zu stinken“.)

There is also a nice large sun terrace. We felt good. The waitresses were attentive and the order was taken quickly. The time between taking the order and being served was very quick. The menu is extensive and sure to have something for every taste. There is also a great selection of vegetarian options. Now about the food: the portions are large and the quality and preparation are top notch. We enjoyed it very much and we will definitely come back.

Yesterday we were in the restaurant and I had a Schäufele. The food was very good and filling. Since there wasn't quite enough sauce for two dumplings, I asked for some more sauce and got it immediately without comment. But when I paid, I was disillusioned. Two euros were charged for a bit of sauce. I had never experienced anything like this in any restaurant where I had eaten Schäufele. When I asked the innkeeper the following answer came: We make the sauce ourselves and it costs a lot. I think that most places make their own sauce and don't charge extra for it. The Schäufele then cost €21.50 with extra sauce Not bad!! Does a successful restaurant need something like this?

Everything in the Waldblick restaurant has tasted very good so far, from the salmon noodles to delicious desserts to my highlight - the pepper pan. Sliced ​​beef and pork fillet in a delicious sauce with very good spaetzle! The catering for our wedding last year was also professional and uncomplicated. Thank you again for that and it deserves 5 stars!

Wir waren zu 9 an einem Sonntag dort. Es war viel los trotzdem ging alles sehr schnell. Die Portionen sind Groß und preislich okay. Jedes Gericht von Vor- bis Nachspeise schmeckt sehr gut wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. Die Kinderkarte ist top (Preislich und Auswahl) und kann ausgemalt werden.

Jeder Wunsch wurde gerne angenommen und erfüllt (spezielle Essenswünsche, Vorbereitung für musikalische Einlagen oder das Bereitstellen eines Beamers...) Super freundliche und kompetente Bedienungen, die immer den perfekten Moment treffen! Auch für Rollstuhlbedürftige kein Thema! Wir waren immer und sind auch weiterhin sehr gerne Gäste hier 🥰 Und das Essen ist natürlich auch wunderbar 😋

Sehr lecker und eine gute Auswahl an fränkischen Gerichten. Es gibt auch Fisch und leichtere Speisen. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind alle sehr herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend! Allein schon wegen den MA macht es Spaß herzukommen. Wenn es mir möglich ist und ich in der Heimat bin, gehe ich sehr gerne hierher😊
