Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist angenehm, doch nach der Bestellung mussten wir anderthalb Stunden auf unsere Hauptgerichte warten. Ich bestellte von der japanischen Speisekarte, die hinsichtlich Menge und Qualität preislich sehr zu wünschen übrig ließ. Obwohl die Angestellten freundlich und hilfsbereit waren, sollte die Zuständigkeit für den Zimmerservice der Küche überdacht werden, da diese offensichtlich unterbesetzt war. Das Restaurant hat Potenzial, doch das Ergebnis lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Gemischte Platte bestellt und wurde dann beim anderen Tisch hingestellt. Schlechter Service.

Mittelmäßiges Essen für einen Michelin-Führer

Der Wein war sehr gut, aber das Filet Mignon war zäh, trocken und geschmacklos. Kein Restaurant für Feinschmecker.

Das Essen und der Service waren ausgezeichnet. Einer der Kellner schien das Konzept „kein Alkohol“ nicht zu verstehen und versuchte ständig, uns Wein oder Champagner aufzudrängen. Davon abgesehen waren seine Kollegen sehr freundlich und entspannt. Das Essen war wirklich gut und schön angerichtet. Wir waren an einem kühleren Nachmittag dort, und ich rate Ihnen dringend davon ab, bei weit geöffneten Türen an der Glaswand zu sitzen. Es war sehr kalt und zugig, wir mussten zweimal den Tisch wechseln. Ich verstehe, warum man versucht, Gäste zum Essen zu animieren: So sehen Passanten die anderen Gäste und kommen vielleicht auch herein. Wenn Sie die Cirque-du-Soleil-Show „Alizé“ im Theater besucht haben, erwähnen Sie das bei Ihrer Bestellung, denn Sie erhalten dann einen Rabatt. Die Rückfahrt zum Hotel ist unkompliziert; direkt vor dem Restaurant befindet sich ein großer Taxistand.

Sehr gutes Essen und außergewöhnliche Cocktails haben uns den Abend genießen lassen.

Wir waren zu viert in diesem Restaurant und fanden es toll, dass es bis 2:00 Uhr nachts geöffnet hat. Wichtig zu wissen: Die Küche schließt um 22:00 Uhr und der Speisesaal um 1:00 Uhr, sodass man noch in der Bar sitzen kann. Der Service war exzellent. Wir hatten Tatar, Sushi und Caesar Salad. Das Tatar war nicht umwerfend, aber gut. Das Sushi war köstlich. Der Caesar Salad war ebenfalls lecker. Der Champagner war gut. Meine Frau wollte unbedingt den alkoholfreien Sekt probieren – er hat ihr sehr gut geschmeckt, aber er ist so teuer! Eine Flasche kostet so viel wie ein Veuve Clicquot im Laden – 50 Euro…

Was für ein tolles Sushi-Restaurant in Berlin! Alles war superfrisch und lecker. Ein besonderes Lob an den griechischen Kellner, der so freundlich, kompetent und professionell war. Das Ambiente ist angenehm und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und die Musik war angenehm und dezent genug, um sich gut unterhalten zu können. Hunde sind willkommen. Großartig!

Wir waren gestern Abend spontan dort an der Bar etwas essen und trinken. Das Restaurant sowie die Bar haben eine schöne Atmosphäre (ganz besonders mit der Live Musik am Wochenende) sodass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet und hat mir nach Wunsch ein Cocktail gemixt der nicht nur sehr gut geschmeckt hat, sondern nicht allzu süß. Das Essen (Ceasarsalat und Clubsandwich) kann ich empfehlen wenn man einfach nur Appetit hat und kein Riesen Hunger. Die Preise sind zwar ein wenig hoch, aber dafür bekommt man guten Service und gute Qualität. Wir kommen definitiv nochmal wieder…. 😊

Es war sehr laut, da viele Flüge Verspätung hatten. Die Durchsagen waren undeutlich.

Wir waren am 10.5.26 essen im Fox. Positiv - das Essen war gut, allerdings haben wir 90 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet obwohl das Restaurant nur halb voll war. Nach ca. einer Stunde haben wir wiederholt nachgefragt und uns wurden max weitere 10 Minuten versprochen, 30 Minuten später kam das Essen. Dafür hatten wir zwei zusätzliche Positionen von 15€ auf der Rechnung, welche nach Beschwerde korrigiert wurde.

Essen war erstklassig. Personal zuvorkommend und sehr,sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr freundliche und kompetente Bedienung. Wir waren von der Vielfalt des Speiseangebotes überrascht. Wir hatten uns eine exzellente große Sushi- Platte sowie das 5-Gang Menü gegönnt. Alle Gerichte waren auf ganz hohem Niveau zubereitet und waren extrem lecker. Das Dessert war die Krönung „bestes Cremé Brûllée“, welches in den letzten Jahren gekostet habe. Das VOX in Berlin kann ich allen Gourmet-Freunden wärmsten empfehlen.

Es war alles so schön, bis wir für das Nachbestellen von der Jus 4 € bezahlen mussten.

Mir hat es überhaupt nicht gefallen. Der Service war sehr langsam und ich finde, es war das Geld nicht wert! Vielleicht haben sie die Rezepte ja nach ihrem eigenen Geschmack angepasst, uns hat es jedenfalls nicht geschmeckt und ich habe jetzt riesigen Hunger… Guten Appetit denen, denen es geschmeckt hat!

Nach den jüngsten Bewertungen hier bin ich froh, dass ich nicht die Einzige bin, die von ihrem Besuch im Vox so enttäuscht war. Ich war an einem Abend unter der Woche im Januar dort zum Abendessen. Obwohl es nicht besonders voll war, war der Service unglaublich langsam; es dauerte etwa 15 Minuten, bis ich die Speisekarte bekam oder mir etwas zu trinken angeboten wurde, und dann noch einmal gut 20 Minuten, bis ich bestellen konnte. Das Essen war unglaublich langweilig und geschmacklos, so sehr, dass ich sogar nach Salz fragen musste, um es zu würzen. Jeder Gang ließ ewig auf sich warten, die Angestellten liefen herum, ohne die Gäste zu beachten, und ich musste zweimal jemanden suchen, um eine zusätzliche Flasche Wasser zu bestellen. Was ein unkompliziertes Abendessen werden sollte, wurde zu einem zweistündigen und unangenehmen Erlebnis ohne Geschmack und Service. So etwas erwartet man definitiv nicht vom Grand Hyatt. Die Weinauswahl ist gut, und auch das Ambiente ist ansprechend. Wenn Sie also hingehen möchten, können Sie stattdessen die Bar besuchen, da das Restaurant sehr enttäuschend ist.

War am vergangenen Montag hier und es war die schlimmste Erfahrung. Wir waren zu dritt und haben ca. 13:15 unser Essen von der Mittagskarte bestellt. Einmal Ente mit 1 Beilage und zwei Sushi-Teller - ohne Sonderwünsche und Extras. Nach ca. 55 Minuten wurden wir unruhig, weil viele andere ihr Essen bekommen haben, die nach uns ankamen. Nach ca. 7 bis 8-maligem Nachfragen kam unser Essen (erst die Ente, dann das Sushi) um ca. 14:30 und 14:35. Die Wartezeit auf das Essen war damit bei 75 bis 80 Minuten, was objektiv respektlos und lächerlich ist. Offensichtlich wurden wir Opfer von Misskommunikation und Inkompetenz des Personals. Die Kellnerin hat sich entschuldigt und uns die Getränke nicht berechnet, ein leichter Trost. Trotzdem habe ich daraus gelernt: 1. Ich werde von mir aus nie wieder dieses Restaurant betreten- dafür ist das Leben zu kurz. 2. Falls ich von jemand anderem hierher eingeladen werde, würde ich dem Personal sagen, dass ich nicht länger als 30 Minuten auf Essen warten kann. Und ich würde die Wartezeit per Handy-Stoppuhr messen, um sie nah im Blick zu behalten.

Ich hatte ein sehr schönes Abendessen in diesem Restaurant. Die Hummersuppe war mein absoluter Favorit. Nach dieser hervorragenden Suppe hätte ich mir vom Fischgericht etwas mehr Würze gewünscht, aber es war trotzdem gut. Insgesamt war alles sehr gelungen und ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Abend.

Super Restaurant mit sehr gutem Service. Wir wurden gut beraten und man nahm sich Zeit. Die Nähe zum Theater am Potsdamer Platz macht den Besuch im VOX noch attraktiver. Da wir keine großen Sushi Fans sind, haben wir uns für Speisen aus der Menükarten entschieden. Da wir gerne die gute [und teurere] Küche bevorzugen können wir beurteilen, dass die Speisen hervorragend zubereitet waren und es für uns ein unvergessliches und sehr wohlschmeckendes Menü war. Danke an die Küche und an das Servicepersonal des VOX. Wenn wir wieder mal in Berlin sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder bei euch essen.

Großartiges Personal, seit Jahren gehen wir hier hin, wir wohnen nicht weit weg. Mit dem neuen Konzept etwas weniger formal (auch wenn mir das andere fast besser gefiel)

Sehr nettes Restaurant, kurze Wege zum Theater,sehr guter Service haben gemerkt dass uns die Umgebung zu laut war und uns einen neuen Tisch angeboten. Perfekt

Ich war nach dem Essen im Vox fassungslos. Und zwar im negativen Sinne. Der Service war schlichtweg unterirdisch. Unser Teller mit Brot und Butter UND unser Hauptgangteller standen nach dem Essen immer noch leer auf dem Tisch, ohne dass sich jemand darum kümmerte. Ich hätte gern noch ein Glas Wein gehabt, aber unsere Bedienung kam kein einziges Mal, um nachzufragen, ob alles in Ordnung sei, obwohl mein Glas nach dem Brot leer war. Das Essen war völlig geschmacklos. Wenn ich die Augen schloss, schmeckte jedes Gericht den ganzen Abend über gleich. Fad. Wir verzichteten auf den Nachtisch und gingen woanders hin. So enttäuschend! Ich kann nicht verstehen, wie dieses Restaurant es auf die Michelin-Empfehlungsliste geschafft hat. Meiden Sie es!

Einfache Tischreservierung. Freundlicher Empfang bei unserer Ankunft. Begrenzte Speisekarte, aber wer möchte, kann Sushi mit klassischen Gerichten kombinieren. Das Essen ist hervorragend und sehr geschmackvoll, perfekt zubereitet. Das Serviceteam hätte aufmerksamer sein können, und das Restaurant ist etwas schlicht eingerichtet und dunkel beleuchtet. Uns hat vor allem das Essen geschmeckt.

Das Essen sehr teuer und sehr kleine Portionen, der Service ist nicht besonders freundlich und teilweise inkompetent. Das Ambiente nicht so angenehm, da man ständig mit zu lauter Musik beschallt wird. Auch das Essen ist zum Teil nicht besonders und gerechtfertigt nicht die sehr hohen Preise.

If you want a nice evening, you'd better go somewhere else...the price-performance ratio is definitely not right here! The food: - solid, but without a "certain something" or anything remotely surprising. - The menu is outrageous - portions are very small, the main course was a joke: about 50g of fried chicken without a side dish! And if you're not full after 5 courses, something's wrong - on top of that: ordered individually, the 5 courses would have cost €5 more than as a set menu, but with larger portions. The very nice waiter tried to salvage the evening - with a side dish/bread on the house - for €300 an evening, I expect considerably more in terms of food, ambiance, and service. As a Berliner, you can find much better fine dining in the city! For business travelers, it's probably okay for dinner if the company is paying.

Dining out at a luxury hotel restaurant usually carries with it certain expectations: excellent service, refined cuisine, and, above all, food that is prepared and served with the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Vox Restaurant & Bar inside the Grand Hyatt Berlin fell far short of these expectations. What was meant to be a pleasant evening turned into a disappointing and unsettling experience that left me questioning how such an establishment can operate under the banner of a five-star hotel. I visited Vox for dinner and ordered two dishes: the tenderloin steak and the lobster foam soup. To start with the positive, the presentation of the food was visually appealing, and the flavors of the soup were delicate and refined. The lobster foam had a nice consistency and subtle sweetness, which paired well with the accompanying garnishes. My initial impression was that I was in for a memorable fine-dining experience. However, any sense of satisfaction quickly disappeared once I began eating my main course, the tenderloin steak. The dish itself was cooked reasonably well at first glance, though the waiting time to be served was already longer than expected — nearly an hour from the time of ordering. This seemed unusual for a restaurant of this caliber, and although the staff explained that the restaurant was busy, one expects smoother management of service in such a place. Still, I tried to be patient, hoping the quality of the food would make up for the delay. Unfortunately, halfway through my steak, I discovered something that completely ruined the evening: a rope-like object hidden within the dish. I have attached a photo as evidence. The presence of such a foreign item in food is simply unacceptable in any restaurant, let alone one that markets itself as a high-end dining destination inside a luxury hotel. Discovering this was not only unappetizing but also disturbing, as it raised serious concerns about the restaurant’s food preparation standards and kitchen hygiene. I cannot stress enough how shocking it was to find this in my meal. A restaurant of this reputation should operate with meticulous attention to detail. Accidents of this nature suggest a lapse in oversight, carelessness in the kitchen, or perhaps even systemic issues with quality control. For the diner, it destroys any trust that the restaurant can provide safe and properly prepared food. Once such trust is broken, it is very difficult to repair. What made the matter worse was the overall atmosphere of disorganization. The restaurant was busy, and while the staff tried their best, it was clear that they were overwhelmed. The long waiting time for food, coupled with this incident, made the entire dining experience extremely disappointing. Luxury dining is not only about food quality but also about consistency, reliability, and creating a sense of confidence for the guest. Vox failed in all of these areas during my visit. I believe guests should be made aware of these risks before choosing to dine here. When paying premium prices at a luxury restaurant inside a five-star hotel, one does not expect to encounter foreign objects in their food. I sincerely hope the management of Vox Restaurant & Bar takes this incident seriously, reviews their kitchen procedures, and ensures that such an occurrence never happens again. For anyone considering dining at Vox, I strongly advise caution. While the restaurant carries an appealing reputation on the surface, my experience revealed problems that should not exist at this level. Please be careful before you eat here, because you never know what you might find in your food. In conclusion, my evening at Vox was memorable for all the wrong reasons. What should have been a refined dining experience turned into a major disappointment, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to others based what I encountered.

The service is amazing in this restaurant. For drinks is a top 10. Food not so good and it is not the variety that shows on the menu in Google. They had just meat and sushi. I would recommend this place for a drink after dinner ✨️

When I was there in 2019, the restaurant was great, the food was top-notch. But this time I was very disappointed. First, the food: the superb was okay, nothing special. Then the second course, the beef fillet, tasted standard, the mashed potatoes as a side dish was cold, which shouldn't happen for €42. The wait between courses was extremely long because you first have to make yourself known that you're finished and would like the next course. Therefore, the service was unprofessional and inattentive; there's always someone milling around, but no one seems to care that you've been sitting in front of an empty plate for a quarter of an hour. They could save a lot of staff if they had good waiters who could see that you're finished and didn't walk past five times. Unfortunately, it wasn't good this time, and there won't be a next time.

Courteous and relaxed service. An open kitchen where you can watch both Asian and/or French-inspired cuisine at work. The atmosphere created by the team, despite the open setting, is very relaxing. I had sushi for the first time in my life, and I was thrilled, even though I can't compare it to anything else.

I recently dined at VOX and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. While the staff were friendly and professional, the food simply didn’t deliver. We ordered a mix of dishes—some Asian-inspired options and others from the broader international menu. Sadly, neither category impressed. As someone who has dined at many Japanese restaurants, I can confidently say their attempt at sushi and rolls was very poor—bland, unbalanced, and far from authentic. It felt like an afterthought rather than a specialty. The overall atmosphere was uninspired, typical of a generic hotel dining space—Hyatt’s usual design with nothing distinctive or memorable. To make matters worse, the photos online are quite deceiving; they suggest a chic, high-quality dining experience, which is far from the reality. In short, VOX is a very below-average restaurant that fails to live up to expectations. I didn’t enjoy my meal at all and wouldn’t return

We had to point out several times that the wine pairing was missing. The waiter had to go back to the kitchen because he hadn't brought enough. The timing between courses was unpleasant and varied, as if we'd been forgotten. The food was okay, but nothing special. For example, there was no play with different textures, temperatures, etc. in the mouth.

Food poisoning after scallops We went to dinner on Saturday at Vox , a place we frequented as regulars at the Hyatt. Unfortunately this time we had a very disappointing experience. I had ordered scallops which were cold inside and tasted strange. After I pointed this out to the waiter, he initially offered us dessert as compensation. But a little later he came back and said that the restaurant manager had rejected this and that a maximum of one espresso could be offered as compensation. Even worse, a few hours after eating I developed severe food poisoning that made me seriously ill for three days. Since I hadn't eaten anything other than a waffle for breakfast, I'm sure the scallop was the cause. When I reported the incident to the restaurant, I only received a standard response email. This was very disappointing to us, especially because we have always valued the Hyatt. However, such behavior shows us that our complaint was not taken seriously. I hope that such incidents will be handled better in the future, but for us this experience and handling is a major loss of trust.

After a long walking day in Berlin on a cool November day, choosing Vox for my evening meal provided me the TLC I needed. White cloth, bonus pour on the dry Riesling, and special care to details delivered flavor, freshness and surprising combinations. The chef himself is vegan and played with alt-dairy and alt-animal options, while still adept with a sushi knife. I did have to wait a bit for my first course, but I was surprised with an amuse bouche from the chef to tide me over and delicious bread with langoustine butter. The best surprise was my dessert, a smoked vanilla ice cream, homemade and light, with spiced pears and sheets of meringue atop. Really a delight.

I was in the restaurant many years ago and now a second visit. We chose the menu and absolutely loved it. The greeting from the kitchen, a tuna tartare, was fantastic. This was followed by a beetroot crapcio with truffle and gorgonzola cream and a lobster foam soup that was really good. The main courses were cod with parsnip espuma (great) and veal with gnocci (small buttery gnocchi, very good). Both main courses were extremely good. The dessert, a variation of chocolate, rounded off the menu very well. The warm sourdough bread also convinced me. Overall it was a great evening with unobtrusive and very professional service. Value for money for the five-course menu (99.00 euros) is now hard to come by in the city. It's nice that something like this still exists.

Bistro is ideal for short business meetings. Very good food. The currywurst is extremely tasty.

Our absolute favorite restaurant to celebrate our special moments or simply when we want to treat ourselves. Every time we are there we immediately feel comfortable and welcome. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish at the same time, the team is super attentive and always making sure that we have a perfect evening. And the food? Rolls were good, sushi were pretty mediocre (both rice and fish). Kind of got an impression that they specialize in rolls more. Water costs 10e and that's the same water hotel provides for free so I consider that service charge rather than anything else.

We had sushi and 2 starters, the tartare and the lobster soup were great! The sushi itself was good but not above average. Overall I thought the food was good! I'd love to come back, but next time I'll try the a la cart main courses.

A truly wonderful restaurant. The service is very, very nice and accommodating and also fulfilled our daughter's special requests. The food is a real pleasure. The prices are absolutely right, considering the quality and craftsmanship behind it. We would eat here again at any time.

It is just ok, nothing impressive

We enjoyed breakfast at Vox each morning of our stay at the Grand Hyatt in Berlin. The food was wonderful but the service we experienced was absolutely fantastic! Robert G. was our server and his friendly, attentive service elevated each meal. He helped put a smile on our faces each morning. Thank you, Robert and Vox for some great experiences!

We went to the bar for coffee and dessert. The waiter was hasty and chaotic. He didn't even know what was or wasn't on the menu today. The hotel lacked elegance and eloquence of a high standard. First the coffees came and after 15 minutes the desserts. One expects the whole thing to be served together - we are sitting in a 5-star hotel (as a reminder). One dessert came cold, the other incomplete - the rest of the dessert was simply left without apology with the words: “here, still forgotten “ - that was ridiculous and we had the feeling we weren't in Hyatt at all, but in a snack bar. We complained, the manager was nice and understanding - the desserts were taken down, we were asked what else could be done for us to defuse the situation. We asked for hot coffees so that we could ultimately enjoy the mediocrely prepared desserts together with warm drinks. According to the bill we had to pay for all drinks. But we understood that we were invited and asked the waiter to clarify this. He was outraged and made his dissatisfaction clear. He said the manager had already left and was putting us under pressure - outrageous! Then came THE angry rude nervous manager who perhaps thought we wanted to eat for free. She suggested we pay for either desserts or all coffees and recommended the latter as it was cheaper for us. She didn't understand at all that we wanted to point out the lack of quality because we were already able to pay for EVERYTHING. Selection was excellent as was the service. Pricey vs what I've experienced in Berlin so far but it is a hotel bar. Regardless would recommend if you're into whiskey as I am. Cocktails are fun and well balanced.

Excellent Vox Tasting Menu with an amazing friendly service. It’s a 4-course menu, including wine pairing for 89€. The price is more than fair with interesting wines and great meat quality. 10€ a bottle of water is however outrageous.

Ausgezeichnet gespeist! Sehr feine saisonale Gerichte. Aufmerksamer Service und Blick in eine offene Küche. Es war spannend zu beobachten, wie bestens organisiert alles sorgfältig zubereitet wurde. Schön, dass es auch vegane Optionen gibt, es könnte noch mehr davon geben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Die Bedienung sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings hat es sehr lange gedauert, bis das Essen und alle weiteren Bestellungen kamen. Bei dem Preisgefüge erwartet man eigentlich ein bisschen mehr. Bei der Vorspeise fehlte es mir an Geschmack. Es war zwar nett angerichtet aber der Rest fehlte. Das Hauptgericht war geschmacklich ok. Die Portion allerdings sehr übersichtlich. Alles in Allem nicht mein persönlicher Favorit. Ich genieße dann doch lieber die gute, alte bürgerliche Küche.

Das essen muss ich gestehen war eine frechheit, Das einzig gelungene war die Sashimi platte mit dem Wasabi und der 10y Sojasoße. Die Vorspeiße (Pilz Tee) enthielt wenige matschige pfifferlinge die wie reste aussahen. Der Hauptgang (Hirschrücken) war zwar nicht trocken aber komplett durch gegart, die Pfifferlinge fehlten zur gänze. Die Verziehrung mit Grün war auf allen gerichten das Exakt selbe (einfallslos und ohne Jeglichen eigengeschmack) Die größte frechheit war allerdings der Kabeljau meiner Begleitung. Er hat bis zu mir nach Fisch gestunken und leider auch so geschmeckt, hätte ich nicht dasletzte stück davon gekostet wäre es sofot zurück gegangen (was ich eigentlich nie tun würde und auch noch je getan habe siehe fehende pfiffelringe etc.) Soetwas würde ich keinem gast servieren zwar auf den punkt gegart aber Frisch oder qualitativ hochwertiger fisch war das auf keinen fall mir wurde regelrecht übel davon wie wenn man rohen fisch 2 tage in der sonne luegen lässt. In der summe entäuschent, das sushi/sashimi ist gut der rest für den preis eine Beleidigung da koche ich slebst definitiv besser. Die bedienung war nett und zuvorkommen aber sehr unerfahren, kannte die Weine nicht, was aber aber für mich föllig in ordnung ist und den besuch nicht negativ beeinflusste das hat das essen allein geschafft... Schade das wird niemandem empfohlen geschweige denn das ich dort erneut hingehen würde, schade für 200 euro bin ich bei weitem bessere gewohnt vorallem in Berlin.

Gehobenes Restaurant am Potsdamer Platz. Nach langer Zeit mal wieder im Rahmen des Morgenpost-Menüs da. Der Service wie immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Es gibt separate Hocker für die Handtaschen damit diese nicht auf dem Boden stehen müssen. Wer nicht so wie wir ein Menü mit Weinbegleitung bucht findet hier eine umfangreiche Weinkarte. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Sushi. Hier gibt es tagesaktuelle Angebote. Es lohnt sich dezidiert danach zu fragen. Unbedingt probieren MUSS man als Desert den Vox-Ball dessen Inhalt sich saisonal ändert und der mit heisser Schokoladensosse übergossen und zum schmelzen gebrscht wird. Absolut göttlich! Beste Sushi im ganzen Land würde ich meinen. Ich bin seit 20 Jahren Hyatt Kunde und musste nun mal eine Bewertung dalassen. Nicht nur Sushi sondern das komplette Angebot auf der Karte ist nicht zu toppen. Was den Service angeht brauchen einige der neueren Mitarbeiter noch den letzten Schliff denn frischer Wind in alteingesessenen Ambiente, bekannt auf der ganzen Welt, ist nicht immer gut. Macht weiter so

Unsympathisch und total steif. Wir waren entsprechend gekleidet und die Bar war fast leer. Es sah auch nicht so aus, als wären einige Tische im Restaurant reserviert gewesen. Wir wurden ohne Grund nicht hineingelassen, obwohl wir nur zu Silvester anstoßen wollten. Wenn man ein bisschen Erfahrung im Gastgewerbe hat, dann weiß man eigentlich, dass der erste Eindruck wichtig ist!

Super Ambiente, sehr guter Service und leckeres Essen! Wir waren heute abend zu zweit essen zum Geburtstag meiner Freundin. Der Service startete beim hereinkommen, Jacken und Schirme wurden uns abgenommen, Blumen, welche wir mitgebracht hatten, wurden genommen und eine passende Vase ausgesucht. Der Service startete ab dem Tisch sofort, es wurde sich Regelmäßig erkundigt und Empfehlungen wurden uns gegeben (zum Beispiel passender Wein zum Haupgang). Das Essen war herausragend, das Dry Age Rinderfilet kam perfekt Medium Rare zu uns und zerging auf der Zunge wie Sahne. Allem in allem eine super Erfahrung und wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

Chef tries but can't deliver. The chef seems to imitate a gourmet restaurant but has from my point of view no real feeling for the right combination of ingredients. The soup had a tee taste that just doesn't fit a second course. The Tafelspitz had way too many tendons (it should have none) and was a bit too salty. Sushi rice was too cold but the fish was acceptable fresh. Service was quite good though. The wine pairing and the dessert (creme brulee) were acceptable. Overall I would not recommend to eat here.

Gehobene Küche mit einer umfänglichen Wein / Schaumwein & Spirituosenauswahl. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Für Handtaschen gibt es sogar einen kleinen Hocker, damit diese nicht auf dem Boden stehen müssen. Alles in allem ein tolles Restaurant!

I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out raw- i showed waitress and said i cant eat it but guess what got charged full 42 euros for a meal i didnt eat plus paid full price for wine glasses that were 1/4 full . Shame of it i had a grest meel there 2 days prior.Told the lady st dedk thst i was very disappointed but she could care less.

Lange hatten wir uns mal wieder auf einen Abend in dem schönen Restaurant gefreut. Nachdem wir im Innenbereich einen passenden Tisch gefunden hatten, waren wir zum ersten Mal an diesem Abend über den Kellner, der an unseren Tisch kam, verwundert. Eine Begrüßung gab es leider gar nicht und seine Frage nach unseren Getränkewünschen erfolgte in einer recht lustlosen und unfreundlichen Art und Weise. Wir bestellten verschiedene Getränke und dazu noch eine Flasche Wasser. Die Getränke wurden uns nur zum Teil serviert und die restliche Flasche Wasser war nach dem Einschenken gänzlich verschwunden. Die nicht gelieferten Getränke wurden aber dennoch in der Rechnung aufgelistet, obwohl sie überhaupt nicht serviert wurden. Nach einer Rückfrage zu dem restlichen Wasser wurde uns dann eine Flasche auf den Tisch gestellt. In der sehr köstlichen Vorspeise gab es u.a. eine uns unbekannte Sorte Salat. Auf unsere Nachfrage, um welche Sorte Salat es sich denn hierbei handelt, kam die unsinnige Antwort, dass es sich ganz einfach um einen saisonalen Salat handelt. Eine kurze Nachfrage in der Küche war dem Kellner offensichtlich zu mühselig. Abschließend möchte ich betonen, dass uns das Essen sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Der Service in einem so gehobenen Restaurant war leider ganz und gar nicht passend.

The food was amazing. Service was also good bu not as good as food. Menu is very simple and I think its enough. 3 type of main dish is available sushi meat and vegan food. Avarage per person payment is around 90€ for a good dinner with wine and deserts.

Big disappointment for the money you pay. We went for the menu with wine pairing, 100€ for what you eat and drink? Big disappointment. First of all, No aperitivo offered by the house, the starters are basically nothing: a slice of celery and a soup anyone can make at home, quality and quantity of the wines very mediocre. The main: ribs full of fat and not really the quality you pay for. In general not worthy at all.

Wir haben zunächst einen Aperitif bestellt (jedoch keinen Snack von der Bar erhalten wie andere Kunden). Danach haben wir das 4 Gänge Menü mit Weinbegleitung bestellt. Das ist okay (Sellerie, Blumenkohlcremesuppe, Schweinefleisch und Schoko-Culant) 89€ p. P. Für den Preis hat es meiner Meinung nach an Qualität oder Quantität gefehlt oder auch beiden. Wir haben danach noch woanders eine Kleinigkeit gespeist, da wir noch hungrig waren.

Leider war der Service sehr enttäuschend. Wir wurden über 20 Minuten nicht bedient. Essen sehr gut, aber wir werden nicht wiederkommen. Berlin hat so viel bessere Restaurants zu bieten.

Rinderfilet zur Hälfte nur Fett. Das Geld, 65 €. Ich war alleine, ist mir egal. Aber es muss einfach schmecken. Und es war einfach zur Hälfte nur fett. Ich würde sagen schlechter Koch.

Phantastisches Frühstück, sehr leckeres Ei Benedikt, vielfältige Auswahl. Immer wieder gerne :)

Cozy place in a quiet corner in the city center. Outstanding quality of food. Sushi in particular is exceptional. Rich menu of food and drinks. The terrace is nicely designed including lighting, tables and chairs. Relaxed atmosphere with professional and friendly personnel. Bar and lounge also available. Made to spent an unforgettable experience. A true highlight.

I had the poached cod and it was extremely delicious. I went to the restaurant on my own and even though there were many free spaces I was placed in a back corner facing a column. I didn't mind it too much as I wanted to read, however the waiters forgot about me there and a single course meal took me about 1.45 hours to order, eat and pay. The atmosphere is generally slightly dull but lighting is nice.

Ein toller Abend! Das Vox Restaurant bietet Sushi, sowie asiatisch angehauchte Fine Dining Gerichte an. Von Nigiri bis zum Beef Tatar, ist alles dabei. Die Sushi Platte Matsu war einfach himmlisch. Dazu den frischen Wasabi sowie die 10 Jahre alte Kamebishi Sojasauce. Die Weinkarte ist gut bestückt und auch die Drinks von der Vox Bar waren sehr lecker. Der Service war gut ausgebildet und wusste auf Essens sowie Getränke fragen sehr gut bescheid. Sehr zufrieden!

We had dinner at the Vox the first night we stayed at the Grand Hyatt. We decided to go for sushi as we had not had sushi for quite a while. We can only say that it was tremendously well prepared and tasted like a dream. The fish quality outstanding. After having such a great experience we went back the next evening and went for the a la carte. Again we were not disappointed at all. Our food was delicious with very interesting flavors and very well balanced. We also have to mention the exceptional service given by Felix and Nikolai. They are hosts by heart and made every evening memorable.
