Ein toller Ort für leckeres, gesundes Essen. Sehr schneller Service. Die Selbstbedienungskasse ist super. Hätte nie gedacht, dass es so schnell geht! Genial! Der Glasnudelsalat mit Hähnchen ist fantastisch und die Aubergine auch! Ein perfekter Ort für ein schnelles und gesundes Mittagessen.

Wir wollten heute mit unserem Sohn bei Ihnen essen und uns für die Pasta mit Salsiccia entscheiden. Da wir kein Schweinefleisch essen, haben wir gefragt, ob die Salsiccia einfach gegen Hähnchen ausgetauscht werden kann. Statt eines Austauschs sollten wir den vollen Aufpreis für zusätzliches Hähnchen bezahlen, obwohl die Salsiccia weggelassen wird. Dadurch wäre der Preis von 13 € auf 17 € gestiegen. Das finden wir absolut nicht nachvollziehbar und nicht kundenfreundlich. Noch enttäuschender war jedoch der Umgang mit unserem Anliegen. Auf unsere Nachfrage bekamen wir lediglich die Antwort: „Ist halt so.“ Es wurde weder versucht, eine Lösung zu finden, noch zeigte man Verständnis. Eine der Kellnerinnen an der Theke schaute uns während des Gesprächs zudem sehr unfreundlich an, was die Situation noch unangenehmer gemacht hat. Wir wohnen direkt neben dem Restaurant und hätten gerne öfter bei Ihnen gegessen. Schade, dass man wegen einer einfachen Bitte um den Austausch einer Zutat so behandelt wird. Kundenservice sieht für uns anders aus.

Bei meinen Besuchen in Berlin gaben ich hier mehrere Male zu Mittag essen. Die Essens- und Getränkebestellung geht schnell über einen auf dem Tisch angebrachten QR Code. Das Essen kam schnell und hat richtig gut geschmeckt. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Berlin kommt ich wieder.

Ich hatte das pulled Chicken mit Glasnudeln und Erdnuss-Limetten Sauce. Leider stand auf der Karte nur „Kräuter“ bei den Zutaten, so dass ich dann ein für mich ungenießbares Essen voller Koriander auf dem Tisch stehen hatte. Schmeckte nicht nach Erdnuss-Limetten Sauce sondern Handseife.

Wir waren zu 4 ohne Reservierung im The Klub Kitchen West. Ein Platz suchten wir uns auf der Terrasse. Mit dem QR Code bestellt man. Das Essen kam sehr schnell. Es hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Bei einem nächsten Berlin Besuch kommen wir gerne wieder.

Absolutes ♥️-Restaurant zum lunchen. Geht relativ schnell via QR Code bestellen und bezahlen und Essen immer fantastisch.

Wir haben im Klub Kitchen West nur kurz auf einen Kaffee angehalten, waren aber ziemlich enttäuscht. Zunächst einmal fanden wir es sehr seltsam, dass es keinen doppelten Espresso auf der Karte gab. Wir bestellten schließlich drei einfache Espressi, aber was wir bekamen, schmeckte und sah aus wie starker Filterkaffee – definitiv kein richtiger Espresso. Zu allem Überfluss vergaß das Personal auch noch unser Matcha-Affogato. Wir mussten sie daran erinnern und warteten selbst danach noch weitere zehn Minuten. Wir haben das Essen nicht probiert, aber allein aufgrund der Getränke und des Services geben wir dem Café 2 von 5 Sternen. Hoffentlich verbessern sie die Kaffeequalität und die Bestellabwicklung.

Guter Ort für eine gesunde Mahlzeit. Die Portionen werden allerdings immer kleiner. Früher gab es noch einen ordentlichen Lachs, jetzt nicht mehr. Ich weiß auch nicht, was mit dem Management los ist. Ich habe um eine Zitronenscheibe für den Tee gebeten. Die Angestellten wirkten bei dieser Bitte völlig verängstigt und meinten, ihr Chef würde das nicht erlauben. Ich habe das Problem nicht verstanden, da wir ja sowohl die Getränke als auch das Essen bezahlt haben. Ansonsten ist alles wie immer. Das Lokal ist sehr schlicht gehalten, aber die Musik drinnen ist unglaublich laut.

Online schon öfter bestellt, richtig lecker vor allem der Caeser Salat und Glasnudelsalat mit Süsskartoffel und Tofu!

Enttäuschender Besuch trotz hoher Erwartungen Aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen wollte ich dieses Restaurant ausprobieren, wurde jedoch enttäuscht. Bereits beim Service begann es: Eine einfache Bitte nach einer Zitronen- oder Limettenscheibe zum grünen Tee wurde zweimal ohne erkennbare Begründung abgelehnt. Die Kommunikation wirkte dabei wenig gastorientiert. Auch das Essen konnte nicht überzeugen. Der Lachs war sehr dünn geschnitten und nur lauwarm, der Brokkoli nahezu roh, und die Süßkartoffel kaum vorhanden. Insgesamt fehlte dem Gericht Geschmack und Ausgewogenheit. Das Konzept erscheint ebenfalls fragwürdig: Gäste werden auf Englisch angesprochen und sollen Bestellung sowie Bezahlung per QR-Code selbst erledigen. Persönlicher Service bleibt dabei weitgehend auf der Strecke, obwohl die Preise im gehobenen Bereich liegen. Insgesamt wirkt das Restaurant stärker auf Inszenierung und Social-Media-Tauglichkeit ausgerichtet als auf Gastfreundschaft, Service und kulinarische Qualität. Wer Wert auf gutes Essen und aufmerksamen Service legt, dürfte hier eher enttäuscht werden.

Schade, dass wenn ich eine Viertelstunde vor eurer Schließung komme, dann nicht noch schnell auf der Terrasse essen darf, wo noch alle anderen Gäste sitzen! Und auch ein großes Sorry, dass ich vergessen habe, mir meine Bestellnummer zu merken. Beim nächsten Mal bekomme ich dann wohl kein Essen, wenn ich das aus Versehen vergesse. Tut mir wirklich Leid

Eine Hummus-Bowl, die aus einem Klecks Hummus und ungefähr 70 Prozent Salat besteht für 12 Euro anzubieten, ist schon eher frech. Dennoch war das, was da war, gut abgeschmeckt. Man geht dort offenbar nur hin, um gesehen zu werden. Kalte, anstrengende Atmosphäre.

Ich fand diesen Ort wirklich toll – eine echte Entdeckung für mich in der Stadt! Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher. Die Speisekarte und die Auswahl an Gerichten sind fantastisch, und alles, was ich probiert habe, war köstlich. Leider muss man manchmal auf einen freien Tisch warten, da das Restaurant sehr beliebt, meist recht voll und etwas laut ist. Aber insgesamt lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall! 🤤

Ich liebe diesen Laden und gehe regelmäßig dort schnell zum Mittagessen hin. Lecker, gesund und sättigend. Die Angestellten sind hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich bin wirklich begeistert von diesem Laden. Die Auswahl ist super – man kann sein Essen sogar genau abwiegen lassen, wenn man auf seine Kalorien achtet. Die Zutaten waren alle frisch und geschmacklich einfach top – man merkt sofort die Qualität. Alles war perfekt abgestimmt und hat richtig lecker geschmeckt. Auch das Konzept mit der Bestellung per QR-Code und der Online-Zahlung ist mega praktisch. Das Essen kam sehr schnell an den Tisch, obwohl alles frisch zubereitet wird. Ein großes Plus ist außerdem das Personal: super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer bereit, auf Wünsche einzugehen. Egal ob Fragen oder Sonderwünsche – es wird sich sofort darum gekümmert. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Werden die Kellner etwa von einer Modelagentur ausgewählt? Die Hälfte von ihnen benimmt sich, als wären sie auf dem Laufsteg und als ob man ihnen etwas schulden würde. Oft sehen sie aus, als hätten sie die ganze Nacht durchgefeiert. Die Musik ist viel zu laut… Das Essen ist okay, aber die Preise sind in den letzten Jahren enorm gestiegen…

Das Restaurant ist ein wirklich guter Spot! Das Essen schmeckt unglaublich gut und die Portionen sind riesig! Meiner Meinung nach ist die Option größere Portion völlig unnötig! Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung, dafür aber sehr gesundes und ausgewogenes Essen. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, den Süßkartoffel-Glasnudel Salat mit extra Chicken zu nehmen oder das Ingwer-Soja-Lachsfilet. Klub Kitchen ist ein Ort, den ich jedem empfehlen würde!

Uns war die Musik zu laut, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Essen kommt super schnell & schmeckt wie gesundes Fastfood! Man isst es mit einem guten Gefühl. Haben uns eine größere Portion bestellt für einen 3,50€ Aufpreis - könnte aber noch ein bisschen größer sein.

I used to really love going there, but unfortunately I can't anymore because they only accept Apple Pay now. What kind of nonsense is that? It's incredibly discriminatory towards people whose cards aren't accepted by Apple Pay or who don't own an iPhone. They still have card readers there, and when I asked if I could pay with a regular card, since there was obviously still a card reader, they just shook their heads. And they don't accept PayPal either. Thanks for nothing. They're incredibly unfriendly now.

The food is really delicious. No complaints there. However, the portions are rather small for the price. So I ordered hummus on the side (it's listed on the menu for about €3.50). I received a tiny jar of hummus. A ridiculously small portion. It was outrageous for the price.

On November 22nd, around 3 p.m., we wanted to eat at Klub Kitchen. We ordered four dishes and four drinks. Shortly after it was served, the Caesar salad stood out negatively because it had an extremely strong, fishy, ​​and unpleasant aftertaste. We reported this to a waiter named Cem, and he completely lost his temper. When I calmly explained to the waiter that his behavior was not in keeping with customer service and that I myself work in the restaurant industry, he reacted completely unprofessionally. He literally said: "Yes, but you don't work for my boss; she's a bit different." He repeatedly emphasized how strict his boss was, and it almost seemed as if he was genuinely afraid of her. Honestly, when the pressure is that intense, you start to wonder why you work there. We then politely asked if it would be possible to get a different dish or to have the Caesar salad remade, because it was truly inedible. His response was exaggerated and unhelpful: "No! This is the best Caesar salad! Everyone who eats here knows that." After reading the Google reviews later, I know that many guests have a completely different opinion. Instead of trying to find a solution, the waiter came to our table a total of three or four times and repeatedly discussed the same points. We even asked him to simply throw the salad away because it was inedible for us. Then came the next highlight: He later explained that he had tasted our Caesar salad, which we had paid for and authorized to be thrown away. Afterward, he claimed that the salad tasted "as usual." From a restaurant perspective, such behavior is absolutely unprofessional. (By the way, how disgusting!) Afterward, photos were even taken of our plates. It's clearly visible that the salad wasn't on the table because we simply couldn't eat it. At one point, the waiter argued that due to inventory and taxes, they couldn't offer us a replacement dish. A few minutes after he wrongly labeled me "aggressive," he suddenly offered us a drink that apparently didn't cause any inventory issues. This was contradictory and seemed more like a desperate attempt to defuse the situation. What was particularly irritating was that I was labeled "aggressive" without any reason. I wasn't loud or disrespectful at any point. I even told him, "Just because I express my opinion doesn't mean I'm aggressive." What also bothers me is: If the waiter insists so much on inventory and every tiny discrepancy, and shows no consideration for guests who simply want to enjoy their Saturday, what happens to the leftovers that accumulate in every restaurant at the end of the day? This question naturally arises when you hear such strict statements. It's also important for me to say: The food itself wasn't the problem. It was solely about the service, and that was completely unacceptable that day. When an employee speaks about their boss like that, constantly contradicts themselves, calls guests aggressive, and drags out discussions endlessly, the manager should definitely question who represents the restaurant to the outside world. If this were my own restaurant, I would seriously consider whether someone with that kind of demeanor is suitable to serve guests. In short: Contradictory statements, no focus on finding solutions, unnecessary discussions, and service that made the entire visit unpleasant. We will definitely not be returning. Regarding the waiter's appearance: he had messy hair, was about 1.84 meters tall, and had a spiral-shaped hair tunnel. I will attach a photo and was dressed entirely in black. I would guess his nationality was German. Perhaps this is just a little tip for the owner, so she knows how each person in her establishment treats customers! Sincerely, Ms. Ramadan

Great option for quick, healthy and nutritious lunch/early dinner, been here multiple times while visiting Berlin. Personal favorite is easily the salmon, just a perfectly fresh yummy a bit zingy dish.

The waiter acted as if I had owed him 2000 euros, I asked for something, he didn't reply, I wasn't even sure if he'd heard me, although it was eventually served, the whole attitude felt dismissive.

The food was delicious, but unfortunately, you now have to fill your own food in the hallway. Otherwise, it was good.

I don't understand the hype surrounding this place. They even speak to you directly in English. You MUST order from your table using a QR code. Unfortunately, the Caesar salad was rather bland. The breadcrumbs weren't necessary. The avocado didn't taste of anything. The lettuce further down tasted of dirt, apparently not washed properly. So, you can try it once, but you don't have to. A hot spot for influencers. The family at the next table had left full plates and told the waitress, "The water was good!"

The food was very tasty, although some of it came with Parmesan cheese despite being vegan. The music inside is extremely loud. The service is nice. Plates are cleared while you're still chewing your last bite, but that's okay. The place isn't one for lingering, so it's perfectly acceptable!

I would go there again, of course, but I hope I never have to deal with someone like that again.

This was my first time at The Klub Kitchen West. The food was really good – fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Picking up was easy, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, what immediately struck me as negative was that the place seems to have become an absolute influencer hotspot. People were posing, styling, and taking photos at literally every table, as if they were more concerned with the perfect picture than the food. Those hoping for genuine moments of enjoyment and a relaxed atmosphere will be disappointed. Great for the eyes and the algorithm – not so much for peace and quiet and a real neighborhood feel.

The day before yesterday, I received a meal of salmon, avocado, and rice via UberEats. Shortly after eating it, I felt unwell and it turned out I had food poisoning. As a result, my health was severely impaired and I was bedridden for two days.

A good lunch spot or for a quick meal between meals. Fair prices and fresh, delicious dishes. There's something for everyone, and many dishes can easily be adapted to vegetarian or vegan options. However, the vegan and vegetarian options are predominantly vegetable-based. A real recommendation is the japchae with tofu, truly delicious! The dishes arrive quickly, and the ambiance is modern and simple. At lunchtime, it's often very crowded and correspondingly noisy. Sitting outside is rather difficult in the summer, as seats are in high demand. If you want to pay with PayPal, be prepared for the possibility that it might not work. ;-)

Klub Kitchen is a pleasant place for a quick snack or a business lunch made of very fresh ingredients. All orders are processed via the qr code at the table which is very convenient these days. The taste and quality of ingredients is top, as well as the service level. I like this location as it's close to my office. However I have recognized it from the other restaurant located in Mitte that I had visited for the first time 4 years ago. Strongly recommended. I think it's a good alternative for anyone who is a bit tired of the Asian places around and would like to enjoy a "clean" food taste.

I order from Klub Kitchen via Uber Eats, sometimes several times a week - and what they do with the portions is simply outrageous. For a larger portion, 3 euros more are charged, but only more lettuce leaves are added. And things are constantly forgotten, sometimes it's the salad dressing, sometimes it's the sweet potatoes, sometimes even though you ordered without the kernel mix, the kernel mix is ​​still there. Calling is of no use, the phone is not being used.

The Klub Kitchen West is sparkling clean, but I found the bass in the interior a bit intrusive. The salads look fresh and delicious, but I didn't place an order because after scanning the QR code to get to the menu, you have to provide your name and credit card number, otherwise you can't order. If you think that's ok, you can definitely eat well there. Anyone who doesn't agree with this concept is out of luck.

I recently placed an order where the food was completely cold and the extra portion of hummus was missing. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was portrayed as a liar, which I find very disappointing. As a loyal customer who has ordered from Klub Kitchen many times, I expect a more respectful treatment and a simple apology when something goes wrong. Such a reaction is unacceptable to me, and I hope that customer complaints will be handled more professionally in the future!

The food was delivered super quickly and we enjoyed it very much. There are some vegetarian options. When we were there, we had no problem getting a seat outside (~2 p.m.), although it can get crowded at peak times.

I ordered the ginger soy salmon fillet from The Klub Kitchen via Uber Eats and was very impressed with the quality and freshness of the dish. The salmon was cooked perfectly – juicy and full of flavor. The combination of ginger and soy offered a wonderfully balanced mix of sweetness and spiciness that complemented the fish perfectly. Delivery was quick and Pankaj's service was excellent, very friendly and efficient. For €17.60 I received a restaurant quality meal that was worth every penny. Definitely a recommendation for anyone who wants healthy and tasty options delivered straight to their door!

Perfect place for a little stop-over during the Gallery Weekend 2024. Side street from Ku-Damm with outdoor terrace. Great salads and other little things at “normal prices”. Super attentive service from Dean, it doesn't get much better. We would love to come back when we are in Berlin.

Food is always served quickly and consistently on point. That said, the friendly staff makes all the difference.

I love having lunch here as there is a good selection of healthy dishes and you always feel good afterwards! The portions are a good size. I especially like the salmon on rice and the Caesar chicken salad, which even has avocado. Given the popularity of the shop, it is usually very crowded here at lunchtime and therefore very noisy. You place your orders on your mobile phone and you can also pay directly via your smartphone, which means everything is done very quickly. Nevertheless, the people who work there are very nice.

Constant customers!! Friendly service!! The coffee is excellent and the cakes are delicious too... There is a private room so families can visit!

Despite the cool and minimal ambience, a lunch visit here is worth it at a higher price. Very tasty dishes, delicious creations that you don't necessarily know. We have been here several times and have never been disappointed. Recommended!
