The Klub Kitchen West in Berlin

I recently placed an order where the food was completely cold and the extra portion of hummus was missing. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was portrayed as a liar, which I find very disappointing. As a loyal customer who has ordered from Klub Kitchen many times, I expect a more respectful treatment and a simple apology when something goes wrong. Such a reaction is unacceptable to me, and I hope that customer complaints will be handled more professionally in the future!

Large selection of seating indoors and outdoors. But inside it smelled strongly of fish. The menu is only possible via QR code and the food can be ordered and paid via their website. The food came quite quickly. The taste was great! And the prices were very good at around €12 per dish. Definitely worth repeating!

Perfect place for a lunch break. You can simply sit down and order using a QR code. Payment is then very easy, for example via Paypal. The food was delivered super quickly and we enjoyed it very much. There are some vegetarian options. When we were there, we had no problem getting a seat outside (~2 p.m.), although it can get crowded at peak times.

Stumbled here by chance and haven't regretted it. The service was very friendly, can speak German and English and the food was very tasty and beautifully prepared. The portions are far more filling than you would initially think. I think that very few people need the upgrade for a larger portion, which is offered with every dish

Quick, easy ordering process, friendly staff, delicious food. The Cesar’s Salad had an unusual dressing but surprisingly delicate- with rich shredded chicken. If you order at the table using the app, the food arrives in just a few moments. Perfect 👌

I like to spend my lunch break at Klub Kitchen. A little higher in price but tasty and, above all, creative. Unfortunately, since you order your dishes at the table, there is little scope to offer good service. Therefore only 2 stars here. Nevertheless, overall the taste is convincing.

Can’t pay with cash and if u don’t have card or phone with u-gets super complicated to pay , so I will go next door restart any and bring money to them and will never return to you . Totally not loyal, problematic and uncomfortable.

Food was quite ok. The service was catastrophic, my salmon was brought raw and wasn't fried again when requested. A disgrace for the price.

I've been here several times and it's always delicious, and most of all, it's great for introverts because you can order using a QR code. And the food comes out quickly. The interior is clean and the food is healthy but delicious, so I visit this place often! But drinks are not recommended!!

Excellent food!! In addition to the service being very fast. After ordering food through the app, you will have your food in less than 5 minutes. Very spacious environment with plenty of seats, but noisy. The dishes are not that cheap, around 15 euros, but it's worth it.

Twice there and twice left with out food . Qr code not working on my phone .and than don't take cash . What is the point to have a restaurant? We love the Service .

I ordered the ginger soy salmon fillet from The Klub Kitchen via Uber Eats and was very impressed with the quality and freshness of the dish. The salmon was cooked perfectly – juicy and full of flavor. The combination of ginger and soy offered a wonderfully balanced mix of sweetness and spiciness that complemented the fish perfectly. Delivery was quick and Pankaj's service was excellent, very friendly and efficient. For €17.60 I received a restaurant quality meal that was worth every penny. Definitely a recommendation for anyone who wants healthy and tasty options delivered straight to their door!

Perfect place for a little stop-over during the Gallery Weekend 2024. Side street from Ku-Damm with outdoor terrace. Great salads and other little things at “normal prices”. Super attentive service from Dean, it doesn't get much better. We would love to come back when we are in Berlin.

Best place for lunch. It just never disappoints. Super healthy and fresh meals with high-quality ingredients. Vegan friendly. Good-sized portions. Very efficient order system and attentive and friendly staff. One of the best iced matcha lattes in Berlin. The place is very spacious with good outdoor seating as well.

Always a good place for lunch. It's super quick, very tasty and easy. However, orders can only be made via mobile phone. The staff is friendly but rather dismissive.

Good selection of dishes, quick preparation, good for business lunch or in between. A digital menu, the employees are happy to help you log in. Fresh ingredients are used, lots of bowls, recommended. Very clean inside, modern atmosphere, would love to come back!

I love having lunch here as there is a good selection of healthy dishes and you always feel good afterwards! The portions are a good size. I especially like the salmon on rice and the Caesar chicken salad, which even has avocado. Given the popularity of the shop, it is usually very crowded here at lunchtime and therefore very noisy. You place your orders on your mobile phone and you can also pay directly via your smartphone, which means everything is done very quickly. Nevertheless, the people who work there are very nice.

Constant customers!! Friendly service!! The coffee is excellent and the cakes are delicious too... There is a private room so families can visit!

Mein Besuch in der Klub Kitchen West in Berlin war ein absolutes Highlight. Das Konzept, die Bestellung und Bezahlung komplett digital über das Handy abzuwickeln, ist nicht nur innovativ, sondern auch äußerst bequem. Das Scannen des QR-Codes auf dem Tisch für die Speisekarte war ein Kinderspiel. Die Qualität des Essens war außergewöhnlich, mit frischen und leckeren Zutaten. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Trüffelnudeln – ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus und ein Muss für jeden Besucher. Auch die Auswahl an Limonaden war beeindruckend und sehr lecker. Der Service war hervorragend, freundlich und effizient. Das Essen kam überraschend schnell, was den Besuch noch angenehmer machte. Die Preise sind für die Qualität und Frische des Essens mehr als fair. Die Atmosphäre im Klub Kitchen West ist einzigartig, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen kann man hervorragend sitzen. Dieser Ort ist definitiv ein Treffpunkt für hippe Leute, was zu einer lebendigen und angenehmen Atmosphäre beiträgt. Insgesamt ist die Klub Kitchen West ein Juwel in Berlin, das ein frisches und leckeres kulinarisches Erlebnis bietet. Ich kann diesen Ort - vor allem zum Lunch - wärmstens empfehlen und werde sicherlich wiederkommen.

Essen lecker und Bestellung unkompliziert über das Smartphone. Bin im Sommer sehr gerne da. Aber (!): Musik drinnen leider so laut, dass man quasi nicht miteinander kommunizieren kann, sondern Kopfschmerzen bekommt - Für mich kein Ambiente zum lunchen.

Essen schmeckt ganz gut, aber man kann sein eigenes Wort nicht verstehen. Es ist so schlechte Akustik, ich war selten nach meinem Lunch so angespannt.

Best lunch Restaurant in Berlin, especially in the summer! Savoury food and amazing atmosphere. They also have the most delicious and refreshing homemade lemonades.

Essen super, aber 3 euro für eine größere Portion ist okay. Der Salat ist im Vergleich aber genauso groß wie die kleinen. Also irgendwas stimmt da nicht …

Just a good bowl of something healthy. Love this place for the ease of swapping out ingredients and the availability of a satisfying salad. Service is someone bringing things over as you order and pay on your phone! So, make sure your phone’s charged!

Sehr schnelle Zubereitung der frischen Gerichte. Sehr sauberes Restaurant. Leider gibt es Punkte Abzüge, da die meisten Gerichte, mit einer - zumindest für meinen Gaumen - deutlich zu süßen Soße zubereitet werden. Insgesamt scheint es, dass sehr viel Zucker u.Ä. in der Küche benutzt wird. - vielleicht könnte darüber einmal in der Küche gesprochen werden?

Liebs hier einfach! Essen mega lecker, gesund & schnell zubereitet. Der Lachs mit Reis & Avocado wirklich, chefs kiss! Preis/Leistung auch top :) nur zu empfehlen!

Ich liebe KK. Meiner Meinung nach das beste Restaurant für gesundes und vor allem leckeres Essen in der Nähe vom Ku‘damm. Das Essen wird schnell und frisch zubereitet. Es gibt feste Gerichte auf der Karte aber je nach Saison kommen 1-2 neue Gerichte dazu, das gefällt mir besonders gut; auch wenn man sagen muss, dass der Lachs unschlagbar ist.

Alles perfekt ! Riesige , gesunde und dazu leckere Portionen. Einfach Wahnsinn und der Preis ist echt fair ! Jedes Gericht schmeckt hier gut 😊

Absolut toller Service ! Wir kamen früher und durften schon Platz nehmen . Das Essen ist super lecker auf Wünsche wird Rücksicht genommen. Der Laden brummt - es ist extrem laut in der Mittagspause - aber kein Wunder es lohnt sich. Komme wieder ☀️

Nicht das preiswerteste Mittagessen, dafür aber sehr sehr lecker und wenn man will auch gesund. Zudem ist das Essen fix am Tisch.
