VLEISCHEREI konieczny in Leipzig

We like to eat out at Vöner and we've always enjoyed it. Unfortunately, recently it has been observed that portions are becoming significantly smaller. With a plate of seitan, there were a few small pieces on the plate and the rest was “filled up” with fries. The salad side dishes and sauces have also decreased. The same went for the plate with soy. The price-performance ratio is simply no longer right, as the food is already in the upper range (which you're happy to pay if everything fits). You also have to be prepared for sometimes longer waiting times; on our last visit on Saturday, the staff seemed overwhelmed and a bit listless. Unfortunately, the simplest communication like “Hello” was not possible and it took a while for someone to come to take the order. We are sure that the store can do better and would be happy to be pleasantly surprised again next time.

Hello, Yesterday, by a pleasant coincidence, I met the boss in his car. The gyros in the flatbread was super delicious 😋 was the first Vöner of my life and tasted amazing 👌

Really good gyros. Not only vegan but also gluten-free if you take the plate.

Super great vegan food. I like being here when I'm in Leipzig. I always recommend it to my friends too. The fries and the Vöner are just so delicious.

The gyros are so deliciously seasoned and juicy, the herb sauce is heavenly! Better than meat. Even if I have a choice, I prefer this one.

The taste of the Vöner was very good, but at €7.30 it wasn't in the particularly high price segment, but it doesn't seem entirely justified given the local conditions in the store. The service was not friendly and seemed listless. The overall ambience was really miserable, which is not least due to the unpleasant smell. The entire appearance of the store seems cheap and improvised. Furthermore, fans of international football are expressly not served.

Service was refused because my friend wore a Germany jersey during the European Championships.

The bread is good, the vegetables are super fresh, the sauces are delicious and the vegan ingredients simply taste very good I am a meat lover and love regular kebab. Unfortunately, good meat kebab is rare in Leipzig... If you don't feel like negative surprises with kebab meat and just want something delicious, you should order here. It tastes delicious and you feel happy and satisfied after eating it. Great respect to the operators for the culinary enrichment!

Very well prepared food and atmosphere in a great location.

I was there when the store was packed and the line outside was quite long. If you have good company, it's not a bad thing 😊 we waited about 10 minutes to order and another 15-20 until we had our food - a cheeseburger! Really, really tasty! The atmosphere is just like it is everywhere on Karl-Heine, urban and cozy, but it is very subjective. The boys were very nice. I'll be back!

I was there for the first time at the beginning of 2023. I liked it very much and even if the atmosphere didn't appeal to me, it was still good as a take-away. When I wanted to take food there again towards the end of 2023, the employee told me that he would be off work in 20 minutes and that his colleague hadn't come yet. The colleague should work the next shift. He then didn't want to turn the stove on again because he would then have to clean it again. So me and my partner were sent away hungry. I was there for probably the last time today, at the beginning of 2024. It was within opening hours (currently Tuesdays until 9 p.m., I was Tuesday around 6:30 p.m.). So I got there, saw the glowing LED sign "OPEN", there were 2 people sitting at the table by the shop window, a third on a chair next to the display. When I wanted to open the door it was locked. At first I thought maybe it was me. But another potential guest came and also found the door locked. This guest even knocked on the door but was coldly ignored by everyone in the store. The way you are treated there and the fact that you can only get food if you are very lucky makes me not only not recommend this shop, but also warn all readers. You have no hope of being served there and would rather go somewhere else. Especially when you're hungry.

Vegan gyro pocket was very tasty and the prices were reasonable.

Highly recommended cranberry cheeseburger, huge portion of fries, great staff and great music in the store. Pure!

I simply waited almost 45 minutes for 2 portions of fries, which unfortunately looked as if they had been swimming in fat for the same amount of time. Tables dirty. Vegetables on display didn't look so fresh anymore either. people people...

Super tasty, super great alternative, I would fully recommend it. I prefer the small fries, big is really big.

Hm strange, it is reported that it is so busy that the employees can hardly keep up, and yet some people then order and complain that it takes too long. Are you crazy? The store is new there, as are most of the employees, so you should keep that in mind.

Unglaublich lange Wartezeiten. Wenig Hygiene in der Küche und bei der Zubereitung. Der eine Mitarbeiter ist mit den Bestellungen kaum hinterhergekommen. Der Vöner war zu trocken, aber ansonsten nicht schlecht. Der Saitan war mittelmäßig, aber wie bereits gesagt zu trocken und sehr salzig. Für 7,30€ nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir sind Stammkunden und das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Allerdings werden die Portionen immer kleiner. Je nach dem wer gerade im Laden steht. Das ist schade, denn für den selben Preis bekommt man immer unterschiedliche Vöner. Daher werden wir wohl nicht mehr kommen 😞

Wir hatten 2 Vöner. Beide waren lecker. Es hätte jedoch ein bisschen mehr Soße sein können, dann wären sie nicht so trocken gewesen.

Auf Vöner 45 min gewartet obwohl nicht viel los war, aber wenigstens waren sie nett. Einige Zutaten haben gefehlt und leider viel zu trocken.

Haben auf 2 Vöner über eine halbe Stunde gewartet. Die Vöner haben ganz gut geschmeckt.

Hab schon den Imbisswagen geliebt und jetzt ein Richtiger Laden, einfach Edel<3 Das Essen is wie immer Lecker und Vegan, der Döner is für den Preis auch ordentlich prall gefüllt! Man bekommt was für sein Geld! Die Mitarbeiter sehr entspannt und freundlich und vor allem Schnell in der Zubereitung. Der Laden is super niedlich und die Sitzgelegenheiten sind auch super an den Laden angepasst. :)

Klein aber fein. Veganes Fastfood für einen fairen Preis. Für das Ambiente sollte man nicht unbedingt hier her kommen. Es ist innen wenig Platz und von außen leider auch keine Augenweide. Der Service ist in Ordnung aber keine Bedienung und leider nur Bar Zahlung möglich. Die Auswahl beim Essen ist in Ordnung. Leider gab es nicht mehr jedes Gericht an Abend. Die Pommes sind frisch aus Kartoffeln zubereitet und sehr lecker und der Gyros Teller war eine Bombe. Dem nicht veganen Vorbild in nichts hinterher aber auch recht fettig. Die Auswahl der Soßen ist ebenso hervorragend. Der vegane Döner ist aber leider im Vergleich zu anderen veganen Dönern ein Flop. Sehr trocken und erst nach einem Tag mit der Soße ziehen lassen angenehm zu essen.

Hatte die Pommes mit BBQ Sauce um zu testen, war sehr lecker,komme wieder um das Gyros zu testen.

Sehr lecker und super das es die Vleischerei auch im Westen gibt. Bessere Sichtbarkeit wäre nicht schlecht, sowie einen Eintrag bei HappyCow.

If you are vegetarian, Vegan or just like to try something new this is definitely a place to try. Was extremely delecious and for a good price too! So if you are in the area and hungry, try this.

Leider fehlen die Tellergerichte aus der "großen" Vleischerei. Aber geschmacklich genauso top und ein paar schöne Tische zum Sitzen im Freien.

Bombastisch! Sehr leckeres Essen, zu fairen Preisen. Man bekommt eine ordentliche Portion, mit frischen Zutaten und alles vegan. Wir hatten den Vöner, das Gyros und eine Thüringer im Brot. Hinweis: es liegt ein klein bisschen versteckt und man kann leicht vorbeigehen

Super lecker , ‚man wird nett Beraten wenn man nicht weiß was man essen möchte. Alles frisch gemacht und der Salat knackig . Freue mich aufs nähste mal und dann esse ich vor Ort ;)

Original Plagwitz Charme. Das Essen ist top, wie man es von der vleischerei gewohnt ist und die Lokalität ist nicht so hipsterverseucht wie der Laden im Osten. Fackelt die Karl-Heine-Straße ab!

Alles vegan und super tolle Auswahl! Alles frisch zubereitet und sogar den Wünschen angepasst. Einfach super lecker und eine mega Idee. Tolle Fleischalternative!!! Verkäufer super freundlich. Komme immer wieder gern vorbei!!!
