It was my first time there, even though I don't live far away. I ordered a pide with minced meat and feta cheese and a portion of fries to take home. When I got home, I unpacked everything and the first thing I noticed was that the portion of fries was huge, but also perfectly fried. The pide was also very tasty, and I'm glad I got my food there; it certainly won't be my last time.

It was my first time using the outdoor seating. It looks really nice and the seating is really comfortable. You can also order ice cream there. There's a playground area for children to let off steam.

Tastefully decorated restaurant with one of the best doner I've ever had. The portions are generous, the prices are fair. There is an ice cream parlor next to the restaurant which is unfortunately absolutely forgettable.

The food is really, really good! There's nothing more to say. Unfortunately, the service is terrible. Unmotivated employees who tend to sigh to themselves if you don't order quickly enough. The food is always delicious, but 8 out of 10 times it's wrong. Special requests are ignored. When I was there during my lunch break, I got my salad after 40 minutes and unfortunately didn't have time to finish it there. There's a second bar outside that also sells drinks. When I asked an employee if it was okay to take something from the fridge (as is often the case at kebab shops, since you pay at the end), I was snapped at: "Of course not! That would be too good!" I was a bit perplexed and had to explain that I didn't want to steal anything, so I asked specifically. :D When I then said at the checkout, "The food was very good. Unfortunately, it arrived a bit late and I didn't have time to finish it," the only response I got was "€16.50." No "Sorry, it's busy today," nothing. That was a bit disappointing. I'd love to go back, but the unfriendly staff are making it a bit difficult.

Vitaminkitchen Pfedelbach – Solid doner kebab with a generous portion of salad I recently ordered a doner kebab with ground meat from Vitaminkitchen. The ordering process was straightforward, and the staff was friendly. I was impressed by the value for money – absolutely fair in my opinion. The doner kebab was very generous, especially due to the large amount of fresh salad. The combination of the different salads was successful and harmonized well with each other. The doner kebab tasted okay, but for me, it was more in the solid middle range. The meat was okay – a classic standard skewer of ground meat, like you can get in many places. The bread was neither particularly striking nor bad: well-toasted and the right amount. I found the way the yogurt sauce was applied a bit unusual: It came from a ketchup pump and was spread all over the doner kebab, instead of being dispensed into the bread in spots or layers as usual. This meant the flavor of the sauce was concentrated in one spot and not evenly distributed. The kebab is definitely filling. The ratio of meat to salad was well-balanced for my taste—although some might prefer a bit more meat.

Back then, the place was one of the best in the area – the quality, taste, and service were just right. But unfortunately, that has changed a lot recently. Whether I order by phone or visit the restaurant – I feel like I'm intruding as a customer. The lady behind the counter seems annoyed, unfriendly, and completely listless. When I specifically asked for my kebab to be sliced fresh from the skewer (and not from older, lying meat that's been ready for hours or days), I was treated as if I were asking for something impossible. I'm a foreigner myself – but when I hear something being said in another language and get the impression that I've been insulted just because I value fresh preparation, that's when the fun stops. For 3 or 5 euros like back then, I might not have said anything. But at current prices, I want my food the way I order it—fresh, hot, and with the respect every customer deserves. Instead, I get a kebab that doesn't exactly meet my expectations. The outdoor area is really nice these days—but you come here to eat, not sit. And unfortunately, that's been declining a lot lately. It's a shame, but for me, the place has completely lost its good reputation.

But unfortunately, every visit is overshadowed by one aspect that is simply unacceptable: the extremely rude and at times disrespectful manner of some of the employees. Chewing gum, smacking their lips, and taking orders with obvious lack of enthusiasm is simply unacceptable for a restaurant. Even more unpleasant: the tone towards guests, especially older people, is sometimes downright condescending. Anyone who stumbles over their order is immediately punished with a rude remark or an annoyed look. And no, this isn't an isolated incident or a bad day – this behavior has been a recurring theme throughout several visits. It's not just me, but also my entire group, who has noticed it unpleasantly each time. This place urgently needs training in service culture and customer service. As unfortunate as it is, the good first impression created by the ambiance and location is repeatedly completely ruined by the interpersonal interactions. Anyone who works here should be aware that hospitality means more than just serving food – it starts with respect.

A small, cozy Vitaminkitchen fast food restaurant in Pfedelbach. It's always warm and inviting here! The staff is friendly. Normally I only order kebab and pizza, but this time I decided to try Mediterranean rigatoni with zucchini, eggplant and parmesan as well as a kebab plate with salad. It was very tasty. Summer cottages are currently being set up and there is a playground for children. 100% a great place for the whole family. I can definitely recommend it!

Ate there for the first time today. Best kebab in Hohenlohe. Fingers don't stink of old fat afterwards, burp an hour later with no aftertaste, no cartilage found, just tasty meat and what goes with it + rocket! Highly recommended! Update 12/24: Fingers now smell like old fat and meat was cut very thick.

Compared to other shops that offer kebab, this is not a "kebab shop". Finally a kebab with a restaurant look. The employees and the boss are all very welcoming and so far there has never been an error. I am originally from the Heilbronn area and there is no comparable shop there. Sure, there is definitely a good kebab, but the one here in Pfedelbach is mega.

We were here for the first time today [traveling through], but we will definitely come back!!! The food was really top class, I've rarely eaten such an all-round fine dürüm (juka, kebab roll)! Meat super tender, dough perfect, sauce very good, salad fresh and crunchy, the rocket in it was the special icing on the cake. Price absolutely correct! Sitting in the garden is lovely, the playground is great for the children. The only minimal "point of criticism" was the heat in the restaurant, certainly due to the many customers and the somewhat confusing order-payment process. But that's not tragic and it's complaining on a high level :-) Great store, absolutely recommended!!!!

I've been to the Vitamin Kitchen in Pfedelbach several times now. What can I say. I keep coming back because I really like the quality of the food, the ambience of the shop and just the overall package. The employees and especially the boss are always super friendly and accommodating. In my opinion you are by far the best kebab shop in the area. And the range of food on offer goes beyond that of a kebab shop. If you haven't been here yet, you should definitely do so ☺️

I recently ordered a kebab wreath and a kebab. After 20 minutes I was asked if I had already ordered, I said yes and after a short time I was told that the kebab wreath would still take a while. During that time, many people came after me and were served before me. No excuse for forgetting me. The kebab didn't taste good either. The bread was half-finished and cold, the sauce no longer tasted so fresh and there were no herbs left on it. It's a shame, I've always been happy with it, but this time it was really bad. Lots of staff but no one has a plan behind the counter...

We have been there several times and have ordered for collection several times. It's not a snack bar or a classic kebab shop or a restaurant, more of a kind of 'hybrid', a bit of both. The employees, especially the owner, are always very courteous and very friendly - so far without exception. The ambience scores with lots of 'green' and built-in half-timbered beams; it is cozy and invites you to stay. For food, we can particularly recommend the kebab wreath, pizza and pasta - kebab or similar. we haven't tried it. The pizza in particular is of a very high standard, I would say one of the best pizzas in the region! The other dishes are also very good. The price-performance ratio is excellent!

The only deduction, unfortunately there was no sauce with the kebab plate and we love sauce.😅 And on the other hand, the prices don't match the menu, or the lady miscalculated, which can also happen, as there was so much going on. We ordered a pizza, a pizza bread with garlic and two vegetarian kebabs with falafel (not with grilled vegetables and feta) without yoghurt sauce, as it is not vegan. Everything was ready for pickup and was there on time. We got a cold pizza, a cold one tasteless pizza bread without garlic and two kebabs with falafel and unordered feta cheese. Yoghurt sauce came in a plastic container and had to be thrown away, a shame. The price is not appropriate for that.

It's simply the best kebab shop I know!!! We come from Ludwigsburg almost every week and enjoy the good, fresh and seasonal cuisine. Not only kebab, but also more unusual dishes such as kebab wreaths or pasta dishes and seasonal pizzas round off the menu for every man/woman. Staff always attentive and friendly. The entire ambience is not a typical “döner kebab shop”, but simply something different. The fresh ingredients, a generously filled kebab, free extra sauce or sheep's cheese are convincing across the board. Please keep it up… you definitely understand the value for money here!!!
