Very well eaten... Gladly again

I've been there several times with colleagues and this time I wanted to eat with my wife. Entering was, as always, an unfriendly place. It was 6-3 p.m. and we received the menu with a dismissive look. My wife and I quickly found something. We were alone with a guest in the left back room. We are now waiting for the boss to order. Nobody came. In the meantime two more women came. Then the boss came but quickly disappeared again. Then two children and a woman came and sat down next to the man who was there first. The boss came back and served her immediately. It was now 6:50 p.m. We were there for more than 30 minutes and weren't even processed. The boss looked at us and I said we would also like to order, we have been waiting for a long time with a sentence from her: "We should stay calm, we have no staff" and she has a lot to do, I said I would like to order now so that we can get away again. I placed my order and asked it to be processed. The boss came after 15 minutes and started arguing again because his wife felt hurt and he said it would be better to leave the restaurant. We then had to leave after an hour and 10 minutes. My assessment of "we're sorry you waited so long" would have been enough for us. Rock a little. Well, there is better and friendly good food elsewhere. We're also customers, but you have to be happy when you're still serving us. Aggressiveness Overwhelming has no place in successful catering. Hire staff and don't send them away when someone applies. That's what I noticed on my previous visit. A counter worker who serves food when she has time is enough. And the distinction between midday students and evening students should also be distinguished. The food is greasy, heavy and the prices are completely high, the service is high and not customer-oriented. Everything was €6 too expensive. From your answer, everyone knows you're not a restaurateur. Didn't you realize that we just want a little understanding of the situation and not a war.

At first glance there is no parking space. You have to drive down a side street and park in the parking lot of the organic market behind it. The prices on the card handed out in front of the entrance are ok. Inside a more rustic interior, everything was clean. When ordering, however, we noticed that the prices on the menu differ significantly from the prices on the tickets in front of the door. Obeying necessity we order. Pizza Salami and Pizza Mare and tuna salad first. We ask for a piece of bread with the salad. No, there is no bread, you can order pizza bread??? We've already ordered a pizza, but that would be too much. So salad without bread. Pizza Salami as stated by another reviewer - 5 slices of salami, rather cheap salami, the middle was soggy. Pizza Mare average topping and middle also soggy. Spicy oil, garlic oil and parmesan cheese brought in small bowls in homeopathic doses. Overall, not recommended if you are mobile and can go somewhere else.

We've probably eaten there ten times now and we weren't disappointed...The food (surf and turf) was delicious, the pizza was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Not fake but honest.....will go back soon....

I often stay overnight in Passau and was looking for a restaurant near my hotel. By chance, Vis à Vis was recommended to me. After work I don't want to drive or walk to the center for a long time. What can I say: I am very satisfied. 👍 The food is very tasty and the service is very friendly. You don't have to wait long for the food and the prices are okay. I become a regular customer here when I stay overnight in Passau. Many thanks to the entire staff. 👍

The food is delicious, no question, although we have often been to Vis a Vis before, today I had an experience that I found very unfortunate. I wanted to eat there during my already short lunch break; it says on the internet and in the menu that the lunch menu lasts until 1:15 p.m. I was at a table at 1:03 p.m. The waiter, as always very attentive, came to me straight away, but said it was too late, he had to ask first, and unfortunately I had to leave shortly afterwards because they didn't have anything left for me to eat could/wanted to offer? Unfortunately, apart from saying it's too late, I wasn't told anything about it. So if you already write on your homepage and in the menu that lunch subscription is available until 1:15 p.m., then in my opinion 1:03 p.m. isn't too late? It's a shame, my lunch break was wasted for nothing, afterward I heard that an acquaintance of mine had already had the same experience, then it officially changes to 1:00 p.m., I won't be coming back any time soon.

The food and service are very good. The fishing nets as ceiling decorations weren't quite to my taste, but they weren't annoying. All in all a good restaurant.

Highly recommended, food and value for money are right here. Operator very nice. We will visit more often. I have to deduct a star because of that The parking fine for 2 hours is €29.90! This is bad for business! Especially if you like to sit together in peace! Starter-main course-dessert then things get tight!

I strongly recommend visiting this place. The food here is very tasty, very large portions, excellent service and a cozy atmosphere. Prices are the same as everywhere else. Very tasty squids and great sauces for them.

The menu is very diverse. From pasta, pizza to burgers and typical Mediterranean grill and fish dishes, everything is there. Unfortunately, we were told when we entered that there was only pizza and pasta left (at around 12:50). However, the restaurant was still full. The kitchen is open at lunchtime until 1:30 p.m. The service was quick and friendly too. The pasta dishes (panna, carbonara) as well as the salami pizza were really very tasty, even if we would have liked to have tried something Croatian. But maybe it will work next time.

Everyone is sure to find their favorite dish in the diverse menu. It offers more than Mediterranean dishes. Everything I've eaten there so far has been delicious. The ambience also has a Mediterranean flair, very cozy. In summer the covered terrace is recommended. Courteous service. 😊

Very nice restaurant with a good selection of Mediterranean dishes. Service also nice. We had calamari fritti - which were also very good. We think homemade. The only thing that didn't really convince us was the side dishes. Djuwetreis was a bit too bland for us (since the chef himself is Croatian, we expected more taste). In our opinion, the fries and side salad weren't that tasty either, but of course you could eat everything. :)

Leider kann ich das Essen und das Ambiente nicht beurteilen. Trotz Warme Küche bis 21:00 wurde ich um 20:45 mit alles ist geputzt es gibt nichts mehr zu Essen ... abgespeist. Das Restaurant gegenüber bedankt sich...

Sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Konnte meine Portion nicht ganz Essen (Rigatoni al forno), da es von der Menge her sehr viel war.

Ein sher schöne Restaurant der mediteranen Küche. Qualität und geschmak sind super und das Personal ist auch extrem nett.

Waren heute Mittag seit Ewigkeiten mal wieder dort und sehr positiv überrascht. Preis/Leistung ist hier wirklich noch sehr in Ordnung und Wartezeit hatte man so gut wie keine, obwohl fast voll besetzt war. Einzig die Chefin (?) hat mir nebenbei nicht so ganz gefallen, da sie recht offensichtlich genervt von der Bedienung war.. Da ich die Hintergründe nicht kenne, werd ich mir da kein Urteil erlauben, aber mir tut sowas weh, wenn jemand so pampig ist zu wem, der sich offensichtlich Mühe gibt 🥴 Nicht falsch verstehen, wir waren trotz Allem sehr zufrieden 👍

Preise sind in Betracht der Essensmengen ganz angemessen. An Stellen ist der Boden ein wenig klebrig und manche Tische sind für den Sitzplatz und den Tellern eher auf der kleineren Seite, aber in der Regel hat man einen freien Auswahl. Der Betreiber spricht deutsch und kroatisch. Die Speisen waren sehr frisch und auch sehr genießbar, die Wartezeiten wenig, denn man wurde direkt angesprochen und mit Speisekarten versorgt. Im Restaurant selbst ist alles sauber, kein Staub zu sehen. In der Nähe gibt es Freizeitaktivitäten und ein Einkaufszentrum. Eine Kartenzahlung ist ebenfalls möglich.

Ganz wunderbar! Guter Wein, gutes Essen und immer eine lockere, entspannte Atmosphäre. Der Wirt und seine Frau sind wahnsinnig nette Gastgeber, das Vis à Vis insgesamt einfach ein Stück Urlaub daheim. Wir kommen immer wieder :-)

Leider konnte man mir keine Nachspeise bieten, nur die Eiskarte. Ich habe dann gebeten um einen Eis Kaffee, den konnte man mir nicht machen. Das fand ich doch seltsam. Küche schließt um 21.00, am Samstag . Essen war gut. Kellner ok.

Baconburger hab ich gegessen. Dieser war sehr lecker und kam mit reichlich Pommes und einem guten Beilagensalat. Obwohl die Pizzeria gut besucht war, kam das Essen rasch auf den Tisch. Beim Bezahlen gab's dann noch ein Schnapserl vom Wirt. Ich kann diese Pizzeria auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Würde dort jederzeit wieder zum Essen hingehen.

Ein super Restaurant, leckeres Essen bei dem auch der große Hunger satt wird, freundliche Leute und angemessene Preise. Wer noch nicht da war, unbedingt ausprobieren. Nur eine kleine Anmerkung. Ihr solltet die Gäste vorher fragen, ob sie ein Aperitif wollen. Denn man muss immer davon ausgehen, dass jemand keinen Alkohol mag oder trinken darf. Und es wäre doch schade, wenn ihr das Getränk wegschütten müsstet.

TOP Essen, TOP Service eigentlich alles TOP bis auf die Parkplätze bzw. den Parküberwachungsdienst. Eine Bestellung von Essen zum Mitnehmen kommt für uns nicht mehr in Frage!
